I just love the spicy fried chicken from Popeye's. Their cajun fries...mmm-mmm! That buttermilk biscuit...so fresh! This particular location just had a renovation and it looks so much better. The dining area is roomier. Their cash registers are Deaf-friendly. As you give your order, you can see on the monitor in front of the register to see if they did your order right. They're now offering buffalo chicken bites. OMG! Talk about spicy! Your burps will taste spicy! But it's your little butthole that will pay the price in a few hours!

How can one spot always be out of strawberry jam!?!? I mean, they need to put a sign up on the door informing folks what the deal is. No, I don't want grape. No, I don't want honey. I want strawberry!!! They always fake like they're going to get some, then come back with the same ole song "Sorry, we're out". Overall the chicken is like every other Popeyes. But when I get biscuits, I want strawberry. You'd think there was a strawberry jam shortage in America or something. They never have it!!!

I could not post without selecting a rating. They dont deserve one. Im selecting one star because i have to. I love the pickled jalapeño peppers at Popeyes. I buy 3 or 4 and eat them while they bag my food. Then order tons more to go. I bought 30 jalapeño peppers. Couldn't wait to get home to gave some. OMG!!!!! They were horrible. Soft and the worse taste. They had gone bad. I tried one other and almost ÷=÷×+÷€. I threw them out. I figured it wasn't worth it to go back. There was only one young man in there working. Unless someone was in the back. I immediately sent an email to the Popeyes company. Went to their site and filed a complaint. NO RESPONSE FROM THEM!!! I was disappointed that they did not respond. I have and will never go back!!!!

Right on point! Clean and modern. Never mind the neighborhood, the beats food is in the hood anyway. This place is right on point with the other Popeyes stores.

As far as Popeye's franchises go, this one's pretty much average. The best thing about it is the fact that its located directly across the street from the Census Bureau headquarters so walking there is a snap at lunch. What can I say? Sometimes the food is better than other times but for the most part, its just a step above mediocrity. Service is the same....spotty.
