I love nice people, and this dunkin donuts definitely has awesome people working. The coffee was fresh at 7pm, and my grilled cheese sandwich came quickly :-)

A little place in a meh neighborhood .. Beacon, Egg and Cheese Bagel.. 2 small thin strips of Bacon.. Really ??? Yuck.. Caramel Coconut Latte.. Too sweet .. Overly sweet.. I think I may have diabetes now.. 2 stars for nice employees .. That is all.. Carry on..

Food is delicious just like Dunkin should be. Their drinks are subpar and they do not follow any sort of recipe, but if you're trying to get your fix of milk and sugar it's all for you . Don't order the hash browns, it's a waste of your time since you only get two or three in the "whole" side order. The staff is completely incompetent, including management, and has no idea what numbers on their order board correlate with which food item, so a brief description is required. If your looking for a please, thank you, have a nice day, don't waste your time - you don't exist to them. So avoid at all cost if your having a bad day, but if you're seriously food motivated it will cheer you up.

The lady taking my order walked away in the middle of my order...just walked away without saying anything. Another lady came over and finished taking my order. Then there was another staff member, a taller, light complexion lady with blonde frizzy hair and dark framed glasses HAD THE WORST ATTITUDE! She was complaining about how the other staff members did their job. Apparently she was waiting for someone to come in so she could leave and while she was walking around with her bad attitude, she says "I'm ready to leave right fucking now". Another staff member just starts chuckling at her comment . Mind you, everyone in there can here her and I had my 7 y/o daughter me who was also witnessing this mess of a staff. This whole Dunkin Donuts just needs new staff. I just did not feel good about spending my money there!!!

This fastfood spot is conveniently located near my home so I frequent it often. The custom service is good. The workers are friendly and speak to you respectfully. The food is the food. it cant really fluctuate from location to location. However, service is fast and thurough. In need of a morning coffee... skip McDonalds amd hit this place.

Worst customer service at this dunkin donuts ever. I love DD. But the customer service is terrible. They over charged my ice tea refill (which I brought my own DD tumbler in). She charged me the regular price of a large iced tea and then refused to issue a refund for the overcharge. When asked what he name was, she refused to say. I will never come to this location again. In addition, this is the only DD that charges $2.39 for a large iced tea where all or most other locations charge $1.59.

Didn't have plain donuts didn't have cinnamon rolls the choices at this location were simply very minimal very disappointed if you're looking for the basic Favorite donuts of Dunkin Donuts do not go to this location I repeat do not go to this location. At least they have a drive thru that's why I gave an extra star
