We had a lovely stay at Solomon's Victorian Inn. The inn itself was as beautiful as it looks in the pictures and our room was charming. Even though it faced the street, our room was quiet and we had no trouble sleeping. Speaking of sleeping, the bed was very comfortable, with good pillows (a bad pillow can really wreck a person's sleep!). Judith and Rob were excellent innkeepers. Judith keeps a big cookie jar full of homemade cookies at the door as well as a make-it-yourself tea service. Both were delightful and very welcome. Her cookies are not to be missed. During the two days we were they, they were maybe four or five different cookies on rotation, all made by Judith herself. I had the chocolate chip, brownie, and shortbread and I'm honestly still thinking about them, especially the shortbread. Breakfast was equally delicious and included things like french toast with cream cheese and marmalade, sausage, fruit and a baked item. Judith and Rob made spot on restaurant recommendations as well. We took their advice and had a very good dinner at Belle Maison. We will definitely return to Solomons Victorian Inn!

My husband and I stayed at the inn for his birthday. The inn is much better located than the other BB inns on the island. The house is beautiful and classy, and it comes with a mature and well maintained garden. The inn keepers are quite nice and attentive. Overall we had a good experience. We take off one star for the fact that the window unit in our room was really loud. We had to turn it off in order to sleep. But then the room got really warm and stuffy. We ended up not sleeping well. If you are a light sleeper, I suggest that you think twice before booking a hot summer's night there. (It was quite hot while we were there.)

Folks, you don't want to pass up a chance to stay at Solomon's Victorian Inn. The Inn itself is beautiful. Our accommodations were divine. The breakfast is delicious and the new innkeepers are delightful! Judith must have been an innkeeper in a past life. She is an exceptional hostess and made us feel so welcome.

Can we give 6 stars? Delightful 4 day stay at the BnB. Beautifully restored Victorian. Light and airy. All modern conveniences. Tasty breakfast (stuffed French toast) and wonderful date cookies. Judith and Rob engaging and enthusiastic hosts. We will be back! Give this Inn a visit!

This place is quite a gem. Take a break from stale hotels and stay here for a great experience. The rooms are adorable. The views and grounds are quaint. And the breakfast and snacks are top-notch. We will definitely stay here again when are visiting the area.

I love the Solomons Victorian Inn. The Harbor Sunset room and the Solomons Sunset room are definitely my favorites because of the large jetted tubs! Those two are very spacious and special. The Harbor Sunset feels like a Honeymoon suite and the Solomons Sunset has a cool wood-cabin feel. The location of Solomons Victorian Inn is perfect: it overlooks the water (which provides for some great views from the rooms!) and it is walking distance from the boardwalk and restaurants. I stayed during the summer and the individual-room central A/C was a really welcome addition! I am looking forward to my next trip to Solomons and I have already booked my stay with Solomons Victorian Inn!

We were in town for a wedding and decided to stay here for a few extra nights. This is a wonderful B&B. The owners were away in Hawaii, and Tee, the Inn Sitter, made us feel welcome and provided a unique and delicious breakfast each morning. She made sure we knew where to find everything, and her local recommendations were all good. This inn has a charm about it, the jazz music plays softly throughout the day, and the views are really something to see with a glass of wine in hand.

I love this bed and breakfast. I took my boyfriend here was a surprise birthday present. We spent 3 nights. Our room was very comfortable and the hostess was wonderful. Breakfast every morning was mouth-watering. They keep freshly baked oatmeal cookies out at all times. They turnover for them is so quick that they're almost always warm when you grab one. The hostess is more than willing to help plan your days on the island with great suggestions for restaurants and places to see. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
