Terrible food. I ordered a turkey sausage sandwich, 2 donuts, 1 oatmeal and 1 coffee. The turkey sausage sandwich came with regular sausage, the sandwich bun was hard, the hash browns were burned, and the oatmeal was not cooked. I asked for milk for my coffee and they said they did not have any. I wonder what they use to make lattes! Avoid!

I've never really had a problem with any of the food here. The donuts in my opinion were very good because I don't like my donuts dripping when they are really hot. If you like nice and cool donuts, this is a place for you. The service is pretty good, but not very attentive all the time. But the ice cream is really really good and iced coffee is perfect.

I love this Dunkin' Donuts! I had terrible experiences at another Dunkin Donuts in Annapolis, MD and had lost hope to find a good one. It was like night and day when I came to this location. It is amazing! The staff is ALWAYS friendly and speedy. I stop by on my way to work and they are quick to take my order and fulfill it. They always have a smile on their face and greet you like a friend. Also, they make an amazing cup of coffee. Each and every time I go there it is made perfectly...no matter what flavor combination. I have never written a review for a Dunkin' Donuts location before but I believe this one is deserving of it and people should know how fantastic they are.

Early morning before the snow 2 weeks ago. Get to DD for some nice fresh donuts for the family. Get them home only to find out they are day old 1/2 stale. Should have gone to Donut shack.

DD used to be so much better because they used to make the donuts on the premises but now they are shipped from a central bakery. Not so fresh...fresh is key with donuts. The Baskin's ice cream is really good and they give pretty big scoops at this location. This isn't helping me keep my girlish figure.

I love this Dunkin Donuts! They always have almond milk and everyone is so friendly, especially Johanna! Little notes on my coffee cup and being addressed as sunshine, beautiful etc. just makes my day before work! You guys rock!

as a devoted member of the church of dunkin, i think i can say with pretty solid authority that this might be the friendliest location in all of the DMV. sometimes the line gets backed up, but all the staffers move efficiently, customers get treated to some baltimore charm ("here's your order, hon") and my toddler always walks away with a couple of free munchkins to make his day. pro tip: all the area dunkins are offering a free medium iced or hot coffee the day after the ravens win. you just have to use the mobile app. soooo... consider me a newly minted ravens fan. #jk #HAIL #stillthoughi'lltakethefreecoffee

What a pleasant experience!! Such a huge change from the Dunkin in Ellicott city! Was warmly greeted as I walked in, super friendly fast service! So refreshing :-) Employee made friendly small talk and seemed genuinely happy to be working with customers!

The only thing missing is a drive through and this place will be making bank!!! The customer service is fantastic here! Customer is always right and you will most often get a freebie or two. I wish all DDs were like this!

What is it about Dunkin' Donuts where the employees are so mean. It's almost like during the interview they ask "Do you hate customers?". Is that the only prerequisite to get hired? Sure, they have good coffee and they have a decent variety of donuts. I really need to start buying the K-cups of coffee so I can avoid the DD store altogether

The only DD to make the iced coffee correctly. They add the ice after the sugar has mixed with the hot coffee. Most places the sugar sits at the bottom. Staff are always pleasant.
