I'd have to say I have add much better visits at other Red Lobsters. But this one in Salisbury has some minor issues. I have been here twice. First time was fine and waitress was nice. But we went on March 2nd for wife's birthday and it wasn't a pleasant experience. Although the manager was nice and saved the day at the end. The waiter Maurice was rude and acted like a jerk. When I asked him if the dinner entree was the same size as the one in the 4-course special he treated me like an idiot. The mozzarella sticks were disgusting. I was expecting crispy battered sticks, instead they were cheap and cold. I've got better mozzarella sticks at Wal-Mart. I asked waiter for more sauce and it took 10 minutes for that. Which made the sticks even worse cause now colder. My wife ordered the feast and the snow crab and lobster tail were cold. Even the drawn butter was cold. I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta. It was close to being cold, definitely could have been hotter. I was pleased with the amount of chicken in it. Don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.

I ate here one night and it was awesome. The staff here work really well together and the waitress even apologized for an entree taking too long at another table. This place definitely gets what customer service is about. The lobster was awesome and properly cooked and everything tasted great. The service was prompt and courteous.

We ordered our dinner to go, but I have to say our waitress was so very nice and friendly. I would recommend Red Lobster to anyone who wants an absolutely delicious seafood dinner with a very nice atmosphere. Also they played some good music while we enjoyed our beers and waited for our dinner. By the way..... You have to try the stuffed mushrooms with crab and lobster. Yummy yummy. Have a blessed day everyone....

For a chain restaurant, this was really good. The food was good and the service was great! Our waitress Simmee was spot on with our order and when the kitchen was out of the salad dressing I ordered she immediately listed other options. I like that I didn't have to ask what else they have. At the end of our meal, she was a bit busy with a rush of customers and Bekah picked right up to help out. Outstanding teamwork to provide excellent customer service.

Wife and I had lunch here today, the food was fantastic! The staff very friendly and repeatedly asked if we were satisfied with our appetizer, meal, and drinks. Manager on Duty, Cory Spate was excellent, checking on us several times as well as very attentive to all customers in the building. Our waiter, Shane, was on the spot entire meal rolled out exactly as expected!!!! Thanks guys for a nice lunch experience!!!!!!
