Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

It's predictable, but in a good way. I feel very comfortable here and know I can expect a good meal, at a good price and leave ridiculously full and satisfied. More often than not, the service has been impeccable. I've come here many times for business lunches and normal lunch outings . They are very efficient and even though it seems like they took hours to prepare your lunch, you won't spend 1/2 your lunch hour waiting to eat, or be served.

Stopped in on April 28th. Just the usual experience. We were there at dinner time. Olive Garden has switched their menu around recently to keep things new. The food was average, the price was fair for what we received. Nothing out of the ordinary! Our server was sweet and attentive. No complaints! The service was fast. It was strange to order a cocktail from the bar and have it come out with no ice though! It wasn't worth mentioning to the server since it was kind of obvious! I just scooped ice out of my water glass. TROUBLING?! At the end of the meal when we were leaving...it appeared most of the staff were at the host area so I found it strange no one spoke. But who knows perhaps they weren't concerned about their departing guests. Only the incoming ones.

Poor experience, again staff to busy talking then seeing if the customers need anything. Service is slow...food was ok.

There was a strange smell throughout the lobby and dining area that reminded me of a rotten dishcloth. The bread sticks were not fresh and the tilapia with shrimp looked nothing like the menu.

Our credit card number was stolen by a employee and used! We will never go back! Please get new management and change the staff or maybe the parent company should just shut down this location. Food was less than desirable and hostess was drinking dunkin donuts coffee behind the welcome stand. I guess olive garden coffee isn't good.

Angel our waitress was way nice and attentive, I wanted to upgrade her efficiency to that of Chinese waitress. Table was cleaned and water refilled throughout the meal. She was so friendly I thought it was Disney World. The small tasters were a treat, I had no idea olive garden now offered tapas style dishes which were perfect with the mojito. Just a fun meal. So unexpected given the prior reviews.

What a joke. Olive Garden should be ashamed to serve the food they do. I ordered eggplant parm. It was tasteless and looked like breaded and fried paper - that's how thin it was. Get your act together Olive Garden and stop serving inferior food. Wake up people

We had our Christmas appreciation dinner for our employees at the Olive Garden. Everyone was pleased with food and service. Food arrived hot and in timely manner even though we had 19 people in our party. Only 2 wait staff and each did a great job:)

I usually really like eating at the olive garden. Since I am not from the area we went to dinner at this location for the first time tonight, and honestly the service was horrible. Our waitress was really not up to par tonight. She slammed our drinks on our table. She also took a long time getting our drink order out to us. An even longer time taking our meal order. And we waited a really long time for our appetizer and our main course. At one point she even handed my husbands drink over the wall instead of walking it to us. Then she took a long time bringing our check and bringing us a box for our leftovers. Then to make things even worse. She set her stand next to me when she cleared our table and started clearing other tables and scrapping the food from the plates right into the salad bowl in front of my face right next to me. I've never seen someone do that before. And I just thought it was completely rude. And we got no Andes chocolate at the end :(

I know, I know... Everyone makes fun of Olive Garden... "It's not real Italian food", yadda yadda yadda. Well, I enjoy it every now and again, and it's actually better and more consistent than pretty much all of the other Italian restaurants in this town. So there! Nyah! My most recent trip was to enjoy the "Never Ending Pasta". I tried to keep it healthy by eating the whole wheat pasta (ha!). I'm glad they offer it. The sauces were good, but they did not put enough on the pasta, in my opinion. The meatballs I had with the pasta were awesome! The desserts have changed since I was last there. They no longer have the no-sugar-added chocolate lava cake with strawberries. I loved that.... However, they have a really yummy-looking new chocolate cake there that Hubby and I were too full to try. Service is consistently good. There's a sweet young man there who's been doing door greeting for a few years. We did not see him at our last visit, however, so I'm not sure if he's still around or not.

Places like Olive Garden are predictable for a satisfying meal because they have consistent standards and people that roam the countryside making certain all the Olive Gardens meet or exceed those standards. The food is consistent because there is no deviation on how to prepare a dish. And if a manager or general manager starts to slip because they've been around too long, they're gone. And you can't complain about their prices. Consistently good food, nice, clean restaurants, good service and all at a good price and you can't miss at Olive Garden if Italian is screaming for you.
