Jake was a great server. Pesto salmon was delicious and cooked perfectly and the vanilla bean creme brûlée was the perfect finish. Great experience

I've visited MoJo's twice and enjoyed both visits. Each time I sat at the bar. The bartenders are always pleasant and actually attentive. Both the crab cake and the scallop Rockefeller dishes are delicious! If you like sweet drinks, I recommend the (fruit) punch on their menu. When I want to go out for drinks and a bite to eat in Salisbury, MoJo's is my first choice.

Great place for comfort food! They have a huge selection of daily specials...I had salmon over dill rice pilaf and my husband had a black and blue steak over real smashed potatoes, both were really good. They also have a decent craft beer selection! Try the chipotle bbq wings!!!

Dear Mojo's- I do not know how you came to be located in downtown Salisbury, but you are a welcome addition my friend. With your laid back style and cute doggie logo, i would expect you to be just any old hole in the wall pub. Well Mojo- you were everything i dreamed you would be and more. I often loathe eating in Salisbury, knowing my options are chain restaurants and greasy spoon types. But you, oh Mojo's - you are the cat's meow (or the dog's woof?). I digress. I ordered a special- Filet (cooked and seasoned to perfection) with Bacon risotto (need i say more?!? it has bacon, i'm sold) with broccoli. This was perhaps the most amazing meal i have ever eaten. I devoured every morsel. My companions were happy with their meals as well - there were some really nice house cut fries, a very large burger, and some other items ordered for our table. Mojo- i don't hold this against you of course, but there were a few things we wanted to order that you were out of. It only made us a bit sad, but it's ok - it just means that you have great stuff and other people know it too. Great job Mojo- i will certainly be back again. Price was well worth for the great food, fantastic service, and an overall enjoyable night out. See you soon - Your new friends

On a Monday, it is easy to show up and talk with bartender and employees like your from Salisbury PA.(I am traveling for work) Stop in for decent fries(all I got), great beer and company. Well organized place to approach and decide between inside or outside. As an often traveler, I am very happy with a Monday night at this bar. Simply socialable!

Got the meat lovers pizza. The atmosphere was extremely friendly as the Council woman from Saulsberry came to talk to us and the flavors were outstanding. Try the chutney bacon . My daughter is already talking about back.

Hands down the most underrated establishment in the 'bury. Go for the specials and they will never let you down. I love this place and constantly tell people to try it! Servers are always fun, helpful and ready to help. They rotate beers often so there are always freah choices. The specials always blow my mind. They range from antelope as an app or amazing steaks- I will always order whatever dish has the parmesan risotto! My husband lives for chicken tatas! Never a fail... If you've never gone you have to try it! Forget Evo or Market St- Mojo's kicks ass!

I so so wanted to like this place. It's a cute little bar type place and they had a DJ when I came in. However, there's only one wait staff and the poor guy was running around like a chicken with its head cut off. Considering he was only one there he was doing a really good job but they were way understaffed. I ordered a little beer sampler and that was good.... But then it was downhill from there. I had the scallops which very small and topped with some sort of bacon puree something that was so salty there was no way to eat it. And I typically like me some salt. I substituted the potato salad for the rice and it was extremely bland and under seasoned. It came with sauteed brussel sprouts and those were ok but nothing to write home about. I'm pretty sorry I wasted my dinner expense money on this place.

Good atmosphere. Cool looking bar. Live music musician played "Rodeo Clowns" by G. Love and Jack Johnson which was awesome. Food was average.

This was my first visit and I loved the atmosphere-trendy decor. I was there for a lite lunch. Our waiter was very nice but told us that he was the only waiter so expect a delay. I appreciated the "heads up" and he did a nice job of checking on us as best he could. My pesto risotto with crab was tasty and the portion was generous. I got a side of cucumber salad which tasted good but had some unusual objects in it. Hard, black pieces that looked like the end of a plastic fork. Our server said it was probably some kind of seasoning, he wasn't sure. With that explanation, he left. It may have been a spice but I did not want to take the chance and bite into any hard objects in my cucumber salad so I opted not to eat it. When we were finished, our waiter presented us with someone else's (more expensive) check. After that was taken care of, I went to the ladies room. This is actually my main complaint. The single female restroom commode was unflushed with a large amount of soggy paper towels in it and no toilet paper. I understand that things happen but it was a disgusting way to end the lunch. I would go back to this restaurant because I may have just been there on an "off" day. Their menu had some wonderful choices that I would like to try. It is a nice atmosphere and has a lot of promise.

Great local joint! Food was delicious and the service was great. Even have outdoor seating that is dog friendly! Will definitely eat here when we visit Salisbury again!

Seems like a little nice place to hang out around the middle area of town. We stayed at the holiday inn and the bar they had here was just horrible. Mojo was within walking distance so we went. It's a bar for people in early 20s? They have craft beer! Mojo IPA

I know it's taken me awhile to get back to Mojo's but I had found a coupon. Still is nice inside and had me saying "this stands out as different in Salisbury". We entered thru the bar side which has a unique vibe, maybe because of the low lighting, brick, and red walls. It does feel like a big city bar when you walk in which gives it some magic not rarely experienced around here. I enjoyed the ambiance of it. I ordered an Ale to drink, the "Black Market Baby" that is a collaboration between 4 Baltimore-area Brewers (Union, Flying Dog, Stillwater, Brewer's Art). It was a tasty Coffee-infused dark beer that was pleasant but not really any different than other Coffee beers I've had. We sat to eat in the dining side booths, yeah with the "industrial art" on the walls. For entrees, I ordered the Filet Mignon that was listed with other specials on chalkboards. It was a nicely cooked Filet with Raspberry Reduction drizzled on top and was served atop a bed of Vanilla Risotto. It was tre yummy. My dining partner had the Shrimp & Grits I told them I had on my first Mojo's visit which they seemed to be pleased with. My partner ordered the "Tuxedo Bomb" dessert, which I sampled. It was White & Chocolate Mousses inside of a chocolate shell. It was delicious. Another good meal at Mojo's, it did not disappoint. Our waiter was pretty good. For a nightcap, I had the Saranac Caramel Porter, which delivered on the caramel flavor. I love that the place is big on Craft Beer and tries to deliver some that are different than what most bars serve. I know this won't be my last time to Mojo's, but maybe with not as much as a gap next time.

We love this place. The atmosphere is cozy and we like to pop in late afternoon. This has become our go-to restaurant for a quick bite. The food is great and they have very creative specials? Their soups are the best. In the fall they have an absolutely wonderful roasted pumpkin soup. You'll think you died and went to heaven!

Is it possible that another good restaurant finally exists in the Salisbury area? I hope so! Mojo's recently replaced Flavors in downtown Salisbury. Hubby and I took my parents about 2-3 weeks ago to Mojo's for dinner, but we ended up leaving without ordering. At the time, they only had sandwiches and pizza on their menu, and we were hoping for more than just lite fare. I was expecting more out of Mojo's because a "pizza and craft beer" place already exists in Salisbury, and it's called Specific Gravity. Happily, Mojo's amended this and added a bunch of entrees! We went last Thursday, and as of right now, Mojo's has some interesting things happening on Thursdays: all day Happy Hour, "discounted" beer flights, and tastings on a few of the craft beers. First, I ordered a beer flight. They present 4 choices on a neat little rack, and you can choose any of the draft beers you want. At first I picked Stella's as one of my choices. DUH! I think it was a blond moment... There are plenty of craft beers to try out, so for god's sake, pick things you've never heard of. I liked everything I picked, including a beer from the new Berlin brewery -- Burley Oak Rude Boy. A fellow also came over to our table and offered tastings of three different beers. I had already ordered two of the three for my beer flight, so he brought over the third. The beer flight was $9, which I would hardly call discounted, as I would hope that a pint of beer (I believe the 4 little glasses may have added up to a pint) would cost less than $9. But I still think it was worth getting. We ordered the ginger snap calamari as an appetizer. It was different, and so good! They cooked the calamari properly, too -- not tough and rubbery. Mojo's is keeping the entrees simple so far -- pretty much a protein with starch and veggie du jour. Usually I don't expect much from the side dishes, but these were very good. I was especially impressed with the rice. It was fragrant and tasted of Indian spices! I ordered the ahi tuna, which was seared just right with wasabi aioli (what else?) on the side. Delish, and at a very reasonable price, I might add. Hubby got crispy pork, which was not to his liking, but I think that' s more because we didn't realize that pancetta is pretty much all fat. We were too full for dessert. Our servers were very pleasant and helpful. We like how Mojo's has redecorated the old Flavors. It's full of funky doggie decor. Seems like a nice place to just go have a drink! We'll be back!

We went to MoJos on a Friday night and the place was pretty full. We asked for a booth and because several were reserved, they offered us a high top. We took the high top, which was on the "border" between the bar and restaurant area. The table was under a speaker, so when the server came over, we couldn't hear what he was saying. We asked to have the music turned down and management graciously complied. However, during the course of our meal (less than an hour) the music was gradually turned up again and we were yelling at each other across a high top table. Three people in our party ordered the grilled chicken panini. It was served on Texas Toast bread and was incredibly greasy. (We had to ask for extra napkins to dab the grease off the bread...) But remove the bread and the chicken, munster cheese, bacon chutney and spinach was absolutely delicious! One person in our party also ordered the REALLY Curly Fires and they were so greasy they were soggy. The fourth person in our party ordered a Dog House salad with Ahi tuna. The tuna was lightly seared and served atop a huge pile of lettuce. They were out of the MoJo IPA and the pizza oven was not working, which is why we had to go with the panini and salad.

Staying in Salisbury for business and I was invited to Mojo's for a group dinner. I have stayed in Salisbury a few times and it didn't strike me as a community that would have a nice cozy spot like this restaurant / pub. Atmosphere = B+ The layout of the restaurant was very condusive to customer traffic and staff traffic and was proportional to the amount of tables, high tops and bar stools. They didn't try to stuff too many seats in a moderate sized location. There was a lot of nice brick, an glimpse into the kitchen, a very attractive bar display and the lighting was dimmed appropriately for dinner (many places miss this ambiance factor). Restrooms were a step below in sanitation, smelled a bit and not kept too nice. The rest of the restaurant was immaculate, clean plates, silverware, etc... Nice casual but not sloppy staff. Drinks = A I was not participating in alcohol consumption tonight but my guests raved about the "Red Rocket", a nice variety of micro brews, decent wine, and appropriately portioned mixed drinks. My grade is based on others feedback seemed very high. Food = A Appetizers; Excellent wings, hot and the Wet Bay Dog Bones. A nice melted cheese with nacho chips, curly fries were a bit limp but the wings were above average and took the focus off of the fries. Entrees; I had a blackboard special... Black Drum fish blackened with rice and beans. It was spicy in a great way, plenty of moisture in the fish and the combination with the spicy rice and steamed vegetables was excellent. The Shrimp and Grits was raved about by the guests. The burger was juicy with a nice bun. The server had knowledge of the menu and was enthusiastic about descriptions. Dessert; Tiramasu = excellent...sliced like a pie and not the generic square that is usually served. Improvement = Trivia They had a trivia DJ setting up for their regular Monday night gig. He was difficult to hear so their was a microphone muffled sound in the dining room that took away from the ambiance a bit. It was a bit early for him to set up since they are open until 2am. They are obviously a bar as well as a restaurant but the "dinnner to bar" transition was rocky and almost defined the end of our dining experience. Staff = A+ Accomodating, Friendly, Menu and Beverage Knowledge great, technically sound with refills, teamwork delivering food. I'll gladly be back and excited to try some new menu items. Great Job!

As soon as you walk in you feel as if youre in the city which is a breathe of fresh air living in Salisbury. Food is always FRESH. No matter what I order I always make sure I get a side or curly fries (and my natty boh of course). Friendly staff. Night life is great too.

This is my neighborhood watering hole. Everyone needs one of these. Food is great , so is the atmosphere. It can get way crowded at night and one might feel very claustrophobic.

I've been to this bar a hand full of times over the last couple of years. In my opinion it's just an OK bar. It's close to Market St Inn so I tend to hop there later in the evening. Food: 2 weeks ago I ordered the steamed mussles with mushroom sauce and bacon...not very good. It tasted like they reconstituted cream of mushroom soup and poured it over the mussles. For $10 you get 8 mussles. The next day we ordered a pizza with spicy pork (see pic). The bottom of the crust was quite charred. The top of the pizza sat pools of grease, did not look appetizing and tasted, eh. Upside is that they have $2 natty bohs all the time. Food and drink specials throughout the week. Craft beers are a bit pricey. Orange crush specials on the weekend. Bar food served till midnight. Service: Bartenders are friendly and attentive. The one time we sat at a table on the bar side service was very slow. Seems a trend in Salisbury. Ha. Atmosphere: Dj on the weekends, great music. Gets crowded on the weekends. Get there early if you want to get good street parking. Handful of tables at the bar area, connecting dining room on the other side.

Stopped at MoJo's recently while passing through Salisbury on our way to Washington. Had the Crab Cake Sandwich which was very good and reasonably priced. Service was a little slow but I contribute this to us arriving in a large group of people. I would certainly consider eating here again once in town.

While I was back visiting my parents, a friend told me I had to check out Mojo's in downtown Salisbury for a drink. Say what? Salisbury has a downtown with a functioning bar? Didn't Flavors close abruptly? Well, sure enough Mojo's is in the old Flavors location and at first glance, it looked like a reasonable place and I had to check it out because I loved their logo with the feisty looking dog. And you know what? I was right... it was a pretty cool place. No "pups" (aka under 21) are allowed in after 10 (or maybe 9?) and your ID is checked at the door. They have a small little patio area where you can take your drink out to the picnic tables. But since it is outside, you can also smoke outside. So be prepared for that. But inside, the bar is a perfect fit and actually quite cozy. They have a decent selection of beers on tap and speciality drinks. The bartenders were super friendly and really nice. Everyone in the bar seemed really harmless and I didn't feel threatened being there by myself (I had to get out of my parents' house at some point, ya know?) and nor did I feel completely ignored. Will definitely be back the next time I am on the Eastern Shore to check out their menu.

We have a date night on Tuesdays and go to Mojos quite often. They have amazing food. I am especially fond of the soups which change regularly. The service is friendly and prompt. The special prices are great but more than anything the food is great and beautifully presented. I don't drink but the bar seems good too. Wish they had lemonade for an Arnold Palmer!!

Wow! Honestly the best food I have had in Salisbury. I don't eat at chain restaurants so I am constantly searching for locally owned and operated restaurants to enjoy. The atmosphere at Mojos is something you would imagine in a big city, I love it! The staff is very friendly and helpful in deciding which delicious item to try off the menu. Everything I have tried has been amazing. The angry bird is my favorite lunch item and I always get one of the dinner specials when I have a chance to go in at night. I can never seem to decide which item to choose because it all is so good. They always have different craft beers to choose from on tap from local breweries around the area, daily lunch and dinner specials, and different entertainment throughout the week. The outside seating that has been added is great to be able to enjoy a couple cocktails and apps with friends away from the main dining area. I will definitely keep coming back to Mojos and look forward to the welcoming staff and new specials the chef comes up with daily!

Fills the void for a decent price... haven't been dissatisfied, but never "wowed" either. A little more flavor, less water in the rice, and better salsa.. this place could be great.

Took the Wife out for her birthday with the family, and had a wonderful meal at Mojos. We started out with the Ahi Tuna Appetizer, which is always a great way to start the meal. The kids ordered The Dogfather Pizza with Pepperoni, and devoured every last slice. I had the Scallops Rockefeller; nice large scallops over a delicious risotto. The Mrs. ordered the Mako Shark Special over Fettuccine; this was a delicious creation. Their "Specials" menu is always well thought out, and contains some very unique food combinations, yet delicious! We finished the night off with a Tuxedo Bomb for dessert, and the kids had some Ice Cream. If its available the Tuxedo Bomb is a must order!!

Tried the special Spicy Cream of Crab tonight. Just right on the spice which didn't detract from the crab. The creamy broth style was a nice change from normally thicker Cream of Crabs. Also tried their new Calamari appetizer in their menu. Loved the mustard wasabi sauce. Nice touch.
