This chain is great value but they are not too consistent typically it's the staff Slow night no manager in sight to push the pace longest wait I had in any five guys Then they skip the A 1 sauce I asked Good news burger was cooked right and place was spotless

Probably the BEST burger and fries that you'll ever have (unless you're at Casa Del Mar in Santa Monica, CA, sitting at the bar, overlooking the Pacific Ocean). GREAT Staff, friendly, efficient. Phenomenal Burger...with whatever you want on it...made to order. Juicy, fresh, real. omg. Fries are better than Thrashers. Yes, I said that. Seriously. Immaculate seating. Free peanuts. Huge portions (you might want to split that fry). Across from SU. The best kept secret in Salisbury is about to get out.

Friendly atmosphere. Fast service and good burgers. I love eating the peanuts while waiting. My only issue is it's EXPENSIVE! I would give 5 stars if it wouldn't cost so much. And I would come more often and take my family. Instead I can only come by my self and like once every two months or so.

Pricy for burgers. They taste good and I live the choice of toppings. The soda in the coke freestyle machine was too carbonated or something the flavor was more sour.

Five Guys tries to be as fast as McDonalds, Burger King etc. but there prices are more like a small restaurant. The food is very good.The burgers you can load up with toppings and the price is the same. I like the bacon cheeseburger. It is about $7.00. Thats not cheap if you are buying for a small family. For 7 dollars you can get almost 2 lbs. of ground chuck at the store. Of course the burgers won't taste like 5 guys. I usually take my daughter here once in a while. We get our burgers and a regular fry to split. It's hard for one person to eat a regular fry alone. When you add the burgers, fry and a couple drinks, you are over $ 20.00 for the 2 of us, not including tax. The food is good, but you will be paying for it. I do recommend eating here.

I am a huge fan of Five Guys. The one here in Salisbury is good but there is plenty of room for improvement. I ordered my food ahead of time through my phone and when I arrived at the restaurant it still was not ready. I use the mobile app to order my food whenever I eat at five guys. The locations in Ocean City, Baltimore, and Virginia Beach when I order ahead and walk in the order is hot and ready for me at the time I specify for pickup. Salisbury not so much you sit around and wait for them to finish or most of the time start your order. Food quality is iffy at this location but its not overly horribly all the time. The organization and cleanliness leaves much room for improvement.

I have to say that for the most part I was more impressed than I thought I would be. The decor is going for a very "in your face" display of quotes and blurbs from magazines across the US. The cheese burger was good. It was a bit funny that the guy who took my order didn't know what type of cheese it was. They only have one cheese! I refrained from the fries. The only reason it got three stars and not four is because I bit into something in the burger that really hurt my tooth. It was right as I was finishing my sandwich so a bit of a bummer. It's a little white piece of something, maybe cartilage, but hard as a rock. I took a picture of it if you'd like to see. Overall not bad, and the burger was fresh and juicy.
