Ate here yesterday during lunch break at work. It was pretty slow but staff was extremely nice and kept themselves busy by cleaning and restocking all the tables. Several people came by to check on us and I felt a genuine effort made to make us comfortable. All of which speaks to a good management staff and happy employees. The food was also delicious and well worth another visit.

This location is pretty new, (opened in june 2013). went on a monday afternoon for dinner around 400pm. wait staff was friendly and my order came out promptly..basic sports bar setup LARGE bar HUGE TV screens and blaring music..etc. but hey, what can you expect? its a sports bar. food was good and service was great. i wouldn't go in there on a friday or saturday night at 700pm or whenever a big game is on. unless you wanna hear 400 DRUNKS at the bar cheering on their favorite team. thats why i go during the early afternoon during the week, when all the drunks are at work!

Good food but mested up the orders. But it's a fun time. And good food. And they gave me free for and took a lot off the bill. They made it right.

Ate at the Salisbury, Md. location. Nothing special. Boneless wings were on par with chicken nuggets at McDonald's. No reason to ever go back.

Hard to not have a good time here; BWW SBY has good food, solid selection of beer, lots of entertainment-tech, and friendly staff over about 10 visits so far. The floor plan is not as big as others in Dover or Newport News, each about 2x; however, this is Salisbury.... Need I say more... I'd stay away from hotter than the " sizzlin' " dark orange sauce category if you're not accustom to a good amount of Tabasco sauce on your wings. The one Burger I had on a visit after this place opened was excellent. Definitely worth a visit.

Every time we come, it's a miserable experience. The service is terrible and the managers could care less. They all just stand around and stare at you, but never bother to come by and see how your meal is going. On our last trip, our server never came back to check on us for 45 minutes but checked the table next to us constantly. If it wasn't for all the games and PPV fights, we would never ever come back to this place. Head over to the Greene Turtle for MUCH better service and food.

Pretty average but good service. Food is consistent, typical BWW. We usually get wings and fries. ..not much to mess up. Kids love the new game tablets they provide. Overall, a great place for a family meal.

I've visited about 5 times now so I would have to say I like the place. I always get the boneless and my food has always arrived hot and fresh. I like fries but will skip them, as they really are unremarkable. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. It always floors me how much places charge for soda especially with As much beer as they sell. I actually tried the dessert nachos and the fried cheesecake. Nice!!! Tables are a bit close in the bar area and it can get a little loud. But hey. If I wanted quiet and cozy then I'd go to Olive Garden. Over all. I like it. Food is great. Stick to the specials. 60 cent wings on tues and 60 cent boneless on Thursdays . Otherwise you could eat yourself into a size able bill. I

We came in with a team of girls at 5:15 pm asked for a large table - were told five minutes. After 45 minutes, we were showed to seats in an EMPTY restaurant. Waitstaff was effortfull. However management could care less about the poor treatment, food was mediocre and service took too long. we entered at 5:15, left at 9:40pm. That's waaayyy too long.

A buddy and I stopped by this new chain store this past Sunday to check it out. We thought it charming that the young lady behind the bar carded us both. I'm 58, my buddy is 56. Come on, folks. How about applying some common sense or hire smarter people. The place is nice with televisions galore. They even have a side of the bar that is outside looking in, and an outside patio sitting area. There was a decent crowd and almost as many employees. Too many employees. Now on to the food. I ordered a burger that came with fries. I asked that my burger be cooked medium-rare. A few minutes later the bartender came to me and said the kitchen wouldn't cook it medium-rare, only medium-well. Wow, not even medium, just medium-well. That exchange told me not to expect much from the burger. I was right. The burger was terrible. Frozen hockey puck like matter that I suppose has some type of beef in it. The bun it came on was stale. Fresh buns don't fall apart when you pick them up. The french fries were also a terrible mess of frozen shoe string potatoes with zero taste. There was some confusion between my buddy and the bartender on his order. He wanted bone-in wings, but wanted to make sure they weren't breaded. Long story short, he ended up getting what amounted to chicken tenders with a cup of sauce in the middle of the plate. He said the chicken taste dry and rubbery. He ate one bite and was done. I have to say this was some of the worst food I have eaten in any kind of restaurant in a long time. I talked to the bartender about my find and, to her credit, she talked to the manager who then came and talked to us. He comped the food and brought out wings the way my friend wanted them. He did like those. I like wings, but I just can't see paying almost $11 for 10 or so chicken wings knowing I can buy two whole chickens for that amount or less. The way I see it, if this place continues serving the same quality of food, they'll survive, but only because of their brand, wings, specials, and it appears it would be a cool place to watch a football game. They'll do better than just survive if they purchase a better brand of beef patty, or better yet, make patties fresh on the premises. They could do the same with the french fries. Buying, making, and serving fresh food is cheaper, a better quality, and in the long run, more profitable for the business. With so many places around Buffalo Wild Wings serving much better food, ie Famous Daves, Outback, Chili's, Ruby Tuesdays etc., I suggest they step up on the food quality before they are wiped out.

The appetizers were mediocre. The Nachos need more topping and a better quality of topping. When the Fry basket with cheese came out to us the fries were not hot and the melted cheese had started to solidify so you would have to start pulling the fries apart from each other. The Wings had good flavors but they didn't bring us any ranch or blue cheese or celery. Most places I've been to for wings bring that stuff out with the wings automatically.

Newly opened. Barely any sauce on the wings, so you are eating dry, bland wings The nachos were a huge pile of chips with barely any toppings. Said it came with chili, we didnt see any. Noisy, too noisy, they have the tv blaring over the PA system, adding to a very noisy room. We are well over 50 yrs old and had to drag out our ID to prove our age to have beer. Really? Waiter was Tyler, he was great Once and done.

Food is usually very good. We only have JP wait on us though that's the only time service is good. Joanie was our server once...never again, I highly do not recommend her she loses track after taking 20 minutes to get to the table and 15 to bring two pepsis and I might add that we were sitting right by the drink machine! But she was too busy talking and playing with a table not even dined in. But JP always has service with a smile! Newest server but the absolute best! She is a genuine sweetheart, and does everything to make your experience great!

This is by far the smallest buffalo wild wings I have ever been in. Very claustrophobic feeling when you're sitting in a corner in the dining room. The wings were subpar compared to other locations. They were very dry and tough. The service was okay though..
