I like this location better than the White Marsh shop. There typically is less of a crowd and generally pretty decent open seating. The layout is a little weird though because I feel like it really pushes people in certain directions. Back when ordering and forward when seating. Due to this, sometimes when it is crowded it gets a little hectic because the walkways aren't the widest. Design aside, the folks working seem to be pleasant and accurate. The foods is generally what I'd expect. Recently I was in and witnessed a few new hires getting trained by a senior member of the management team. I was eaves dropping in on their meeting/training and liked how they were approaching the new hires. For that I give them an extra star as they seemed like they really do want the customers to be satisfied. Carry on young Panera Breaders, I hope to see you serving me soon!

Italian combo is the best ever. I come here often because I enjoy their sandwiches which is always good and delicious. All the locations have a nice setting area including WI FI. This is a nice location to come to for lunch or a light sandwich. You defiantly will not gain wait if you frequent this establishment on a daily basis. The best thing abought Panera Bread is that their prices are reasonable.

Its a Panera. The food is the same as all the other Paneras. The service is a little lacking here though. The staff works really hard. The managers seem to be really mean though and when they try and push the workers even harder it just confuses things and orders get jumbled and lost. I've been in here multiple times over the last couple months where I felt awkward with how the manager was speaking to the people working. I think I new leader here who really encourages the otherwise hardworking staff would do wonders.

What a lousy experience at PB tonight. We both ordered salads, I asked for no olives, she asked for no onions. And these weren't the cheapo salads, the bill with one soda was over $20. Anyway, mine had olives and hers had - you can see where this is going - onions. I can just pick out the olives, no big deal, but the big and small bits of onion is a different story. I told the guy, and showed him the receipt, no onions. He said "you want a new one?" Now, this is a girl I'm trying to impress because she's pretty hot, and if the salads should happen to turn things towards the romantic, I'm not looking for onion breath, so I said "sure". Maybe in Rosedale when he says "you want a new one" he actually means "you want me to hand this bowl of onions and salad to this other guy and let him pick out most of the onions and hand it back to you because you have no shot with her anyway?" because that's what we got, and frankly, that's what I got. :-/ I mean seriously, is this snot-nosed minimum wage community college kid a share holder AND a cock blocker? MAKE A NEW ONE! What a lousy, cheap-ass way to conduct business. So thanks, Panera Bread, and our future nonexistent grandkids also thank you, because your bowl of onions sent me home alone with my thoughts. Don't count on seeing this mug again.

When you go to Panera, what do you look for? Well for one the same great food and coffee that all the locations have. Second is the use of free WiFi Internet service for school, work, and personal pursuits. One rarely goes to Panera because they have great service and you want to be waited on....if you think about it, that doesn't happen because this is a counter service establishment chain. So one might think you would rate Panera on food, but every location serves the same product. With Panera's tight quality controls you will find very little if any variation in their product from restaurant to restaurant. Occasionally you get a sourpuss employee that feels the necessity of sharing their miserable existence with the customers and coworkers, making all unhappy. But again this is rare as most of their employees are chipper, jovial, and personable. Disturbingly difficult traits to maintain in the retail customer service industry, especially during the Winter Holiday season when the entire world forgets the true purpose of Christmas and instead sets out on a personal quest to obtain more tangible goods by hook or by crook. Have you ever seen two customers fight over the last loaf of bread... it is pretty sad and tragically funny at the same time. So when it comes to rating Panera, it comes down to rating their services and setup to support businesses and study sessions since they are famous as gather spots for both groups of peoples. Overall I would rate each Panera as a 4-star just for their food. This location I would have normally subtracted 1-star due to their normal lack of power outlets for a supposed computer friendly business. But.... This Panera location just underwent a moderately elaborate remodel/upgrade of the physical premises. They sport a new look after the remodel with several major changes. They have two soda fountains now, having displaced the old condiment station for the second fountain. But the new location of the condiment station looks like an after thought and will probably be problematic in its customer usability. This location has free Internet, just like all Paneras, but still is not computer friendly due to a severe lack of power outlets. The remodeling of the coffee station made this fact worse by removing the one outlet that serviced the first booth (where I did most of the writing for my Bachelors degree). There is one outlet next to the single high-top table. In the back there is a double bench with two outlets on each side. There are also four unusable outlets about 14 feet in the air, one over each major window section. Unlike the Festival location where one can stand on the chair and plug in at the 8 foot level, there is no way to plug in here without a ladder. There is also one outlet next to the front door, but the location makes its utilization problematic, as it sits in a high traffic area next to the bakery line. Shame on you Panera, you had the chance to emplace the one upgrade your location severely needed and you failed to do so. So I am forced to subtract another star for this complete lack of forethought and for making your business even more computer unfriendly. But in light of this the coffee station works better now with two cream and sugar stations and the lobby is spacious and bright. The overall change in decor is also aesthetically pleasing.

I love Panera bread. You can switch out breads and make your sandwich your way, if you'd like. For example; I order the Mediterranean Veg (- goat cheese), which normally comes on sundried tomato basil which is moist and sweet also delicious, but made with dairy. Instead I ask for it on French bread and they will usually ask me if I want my sandwich on a baguette (Panini bread) or the sliced loaf. The fresh baked bread is always the best part, obv. Salads are always fresh and tasty with an option for everyone. Give the fresh brewed acai berry tea a whirl. I agree with the yelper below, this location layout is better than the White Marsh location, however, can we get more booths instead of that wide open space crowded with tiny tables and chairs? Everyone is scouting out those booths. No one wants to sit at these tables but we have no choice. The dining area and line are kept clean. Staff is very accommodating and never rude when there is a mistake such as forgetting the jalapeno hummus spread (they should put this spread on everything) on that Med Veg or adding avocado, giving a bag of chips instead of side of bread etc. but watch out for the bald dude, he is always in a bad mood and placing an order with him is like pulling teeth. I try to avoid his register line when possible. Last time I was there he made our sandwiches and mine (cold sandwich with hummus, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion and avocado) took a really long time. If you are still seated waiting for you group to finish, a smiling staff member will usually come over and ask if they can take your tray for you even though they have devised a fool proof set up for you to dispose of your own plates/bowls/spoons at the end of your meal, it is a nice gesture. I like that the team members get to decorate their own name tags. It's hit or miss which soups they will be carrying on any given visit. The black bean soup tastes like chili. I am always disappointed when I don't see it on the list, this vegan needs her protein! It is worth it to dine in because my husband swears the soup size is smaller for take out orders. Location is good, in the same plaza as Petco and Best Buy and Chipotle are right across the way.

This was my first time at this location. I came for a coupon class. It was maybe a group of 15 of us. It worked out just fine and we didn't even disturb others that were enjoying themselves. After class we dined in. I had the half of cranberry chicken and the turkey chili with a green smoothie. The food was pretty good but, pricey. Customer service was pretty good for it to have been such a nasty day outside. This was just on this past Sunday.
So we went back and tried it again! Horrible experience again! I understand it was 20 minutes until closing but when I checked my bag to make sure I received everything (usually there is always something missing like again tonight last time it was the bread bowl to my bread bowl soup!) the kids Mac n cheese wasn't in the bag. I told the gentleman who handed the bag to me and told him it was missing and he actually argued with me that it was in there until I emptied everything in my bag into the counter to prove it wasn't in there. Then he yelled at the other employee behind the counter telling him he was too slow! There was no more tea we were completely rushed with our carry out order. I think I'm either going to drive to the location in White Marsh from now on or stop going all together.

Never interested in "causal dining", tried because my g/f insisted on going. The decor is nice, sitting area looks pleasant. Then there is the menu. Could they make the fonts even smaller? Then the prices. It is not cheap at all. A sandwich cost $8+? That is cheap by modern standards? Sorry, for that price, I can go to better places without rock solid hard bread for equal or less. The food portion is small, so it's not worth the money to go there, unless you're a die-hard hipster or just a trend lover.

Ordered sandwiches and milkshakes. Sandwiches were ok but I have had better at other locations. Something was so off about the milkshake though. I can't put my finger on it. It tasted as if I was drinking paper. I guess now I know what paper mâché would taste like with a little bit of sugar. It was not worth the cost.

Fourth of July breakfast was good and fast to be prepared, first time getting a strawberry smoothie, although it was delicious I was a little upset about the size of the straw.

Always great food and wonderful customer service. I come at least 3 times a week for breakfast! The ladies know our order everyday and are so sweet. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

It's always very chill and relax at Panera Bread. Bring a good book with you and try the different things that they have to offer on the menu. You won't be disappointed.
