Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Sadly, probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Chipotle (and they're usually not this awful, believe me). My husband and I didn't even bother to really eat here because the line was so awful and so slow that we got tired of waiting it out and went over to Panera. The food is probably standard, just like it is at any Chipotle, but - seriously. It doesn't take an hour to make a burrito, but tell the staff that works at this location, because apparently they haven't gotten the message. Oddly, for a location that was so damned busy, there was hardly anyone in there actually sitting down to eat. That's sort of telling. Disorganized and slow. Not too clean, either. I'd avoid this location.

7/18/14 If you have been to Chipotle there is not much else to say about the food because it is GOOOOODDDD!!!! SO going to focus on this location for review purposes. Of course there is a line but it is moving pretty quickly as the staff are working the assembly line process to perfection. Once I reached the front to place my order for a chicken burrito bowl with the wrap on the side it was quickly done. All the workers added all the ingredients I desired with a friendly demeanor. The only issue I had was that they were refilling the sour cream when I got to this section and she put the lettuce on before adding the sour cream when it was brought back out. So I had all the sour cream on top of the lettuce which in turn caused the lettuce to stick to the top of the aluminum lid when I took it off to eat when I got home. Nothing major but when you are used to it being made a particular way little things like that are noticed. I also added some of their chipotle tabasco sauce to my bowl! OMGEEEE! I love this tabasco sauce it has a great smoky flavor that just enhances the meal. This location has a pretty busy and tight parking lot. Just be careful to avoid people and other cars. The décor is set up like many others. There are a few table and chairs for patrons to partake of their meal. They also have a small patio area for those who want to eat outside. Overall great experience.

Very friendly staff at this location. Every visible area was clean and the dining room was spotless despite busy lunchtime traffic. The wait time was little to none and although I started at the door, I was at the register in under five minutes. Minus one star because the register area was a little congested and there seemed to be confusion due to covers not being labelled clearly and/or food arriving out of sequence.

The food is great, just like any other Chipotle I have ever visited. Love me some Chipotle!!! But! It took us waiting for the light to change 3 times from our left turn lane on Pulaski Highway to get into this shopping center & it wasn't even rush hour or prime time for eating!! And then leaving that place was a pain, too! I swear, I need to open up a Chipotle in White Marsh.

Just amazing food...as good as any other chipotle...i m here only for a few days but come here quite often..just love it

I don't get it. I know this place is wildly popular, but I wasn't terribly impressed in two different visits to two different locations. In both instances, the meat was full of gristle and fat that I had to pull out of my mouth. If the meat wasn't so bad, it's a nice idea. Just poor on the execution.

It's pretty much your standard Chipotle. Long lines during lunch and dinner hours, but that's that. Same old price and service. Order online if you can. If you can't well, hope you're lucky enough to not encounter a long line.

I visit Chipotle on a weekly basis. This place is always crowed it don't matter what day of the week or time it is you can always look forward to long lines. Me myself I love their burrito bowl with steak. I think they have change who they buy their hot sauce from. Boy did I get the surprise of my life when I poured some on my favorite meal. I started sweating and my eyes started to water. It gave my co- workers the laugh of the day. I'll make sure the next time I visit this location that I will not be heavy handed on the hot sauce. Another reasons I keep coming to this establishment is the quality of their food, their prices and of course their friendly staff.

I waited over 20 minutes in line....my burrito bowl was worth the wait....generous portions, bowl overflowing with delicious brown rice, chicken, cheese, beans, sour cream, corn, and lettuce. Chipotle food always aims to please, unfortunately the long wait earned it only three stars. If you don't mind waiting for delicious food at a reasonable price, this place will fill your tummy without emptying your wallet.

Here is another beloved establishment I frequent. The line is long but it moves fast. I only wish they would open a second register to avoid congestion at the end of the food prep line paying for orders. People are left standing there cramped and awkward waiting for the one cashier to ring them all up and the line moves fast as I said...so... would you stop touching me! I also, wish they would lower the glass between us and staff so the cooks can hear what I am ordering! When this location first opened there became a problem. The word "more". I was shocked at how many people would simple grunt "more" to EVERY topping and no extra fees were paid for extra meat, cheese, sour cream etc. They finally fine tuned that issue. Sorry for your luck greedy peeps! I like that the staff informs customers (though it is written on the menu) ordering veggie burritos/bowls that the pinto beans are cooked in bacon. Cool beans. But damn, guacamole Nazi... I am aware guac costs 2 dollars extra. However, I shouldn't have to school YOU and the lady at the register that it comes without charge on a veggie bowl. tsk tsk. The music overhead and overall tone is super chill despite the chaotic hungry buzzing chatter around you. Food is always fresh, delicious and consistent. Location is arguably convenient. Parking lot isn't SO bad, if people knew how to drive/park. The lot empties around both sides of the building people, use that hot little tip!

Finally I don't have too eat that Taco Bell garbage no more, thank you chipotle for showing me good a burrito can be

Passing through and stopped for lunch. Really tight parking lot. Had to pull out to let passenger back in, but I'm not dinging Chipotle for this. Staff was in complete disarray when we were in on a Sunday afternoon, combination of short-staff? training new employees? No communication from the guy who is manning the first and most important station to get the order moving... just a goofy look, then doesn't ask if here or to go. Other line staff and cashier were talking to each other instead of listening to customers and working line. Tables were dirty too. Oh, the humanity.

The parking lot here is really small and cramped, so you'll want to avoid a lunch or dinner rush. The staff move the line quickly, and tend to be fully willing to cater to your needs. The last few times I've found that the chicken and the steak are overdone (and the chicken was blackened and dry), so I've been sticking with the other meat/veggie options. Other than that, the quality of service has improved greatly since they opened last year.

I have been to several Chipotle locations in my time, and this one is by far, the worst. It's practically brand new, too. I went to this location in the afternoon, and it slower than most, and the chicken in my burrito tasted like it had been sitting there for awhile, and the whole burrito in general just tasted kind of blah. Usually at Chipotle, everything is fresh and delicious, but if you have been to other locations, you will be disappointed by this one. There wasn't even any ice in the ice machine for the sodas. If you are really hungry for Chipotle, go over to the Towson or Bel Air locations.

It's about time we have a Chipotle on this side of town . . . hooray! Parking isn't great here, but at least you can get in and out pretty easily. The recent addition of brown rice to the menu is fabulous. The new staff is a little on the slow side, but I suspect they'll pick up the pace with time. It's a classic Chipotle . . . and I LOVE it!!

This is my favorite Chipotle location. They are the most generous with portions. They always have fajitas ready. The staff here is the friendliest, too!

Usually I'm a big chipotle fan but the portion size of the chicken bowl has grown small. As a consumer I am always alarmed when the service or product is reduced but they want you to pay the same price. Oh but wait, you can order "double meat" at an additional price because they've decided it's ok to rob consumers. My last day at Chipotle....disappointed

OUT OF RICE & CHIPS! On a Friday night at 8pm. How does this happen. Needs new management. I love chipotle's food, but sadly everytime i go to this location , the service is so aweful that Im not coming back. 8 to 10 employees working (3 on break - eating) and they yell out to the long line, that it will be 30 mins for rice. This is the third time i have been here and it has always been poor service. Plus parking lot is crazy small

This seems to be the better of the local Chipotles. I always seem to have to wait for steak while the staff goof off while cutting a new batch. But, I love Chipotle so I suck it up. They never complain when I request extra rice and cheese. They could make sure their soda and condiment area is kept up with.

Wow!! First time here and I love it!!! The bowl is delicious!! It's very fulfilling! I'm kinda upset I haven't tried this place before. The service was fast and great. I felt stupid not knowing how to order but they were very patient! Chipotle is a highly recommended spot to eat at! I'll be back for sure!
