Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Just left here today 4/2/2015 3:00pm. I want to start off by saying that I work in the food/restaruant industry... Me and my fiancé along with our 9mo walked in and immediately noticed how small the place really is and began noticing how FILTHY it was. We said screw it and didn't walk back over to our traditional taco provider across the street... (I wont mention the name) We had a gift card for Chipotle.. the next thing I notice is how one gentleman who seemed very eager and enthusiastic to do is job, I give HIM applause for that, but beyond him, the environment is very unwelcoming. The tacos had to of been the worst I've had in my entire existence on the planet earth and this thing I call life...I've eaten well over 5,000 tacos from across the United states and northern mexico, and I wouldn't compare them to the $0.25 ones I get it las vegas... My Steak tasted un-seasoned and just slathered with chipotle crap marinade...it wouldn't have been too bad, if the steak was properly cooked to be tender instead of barley grilled and chopped at medium (which I dont mind if it's done correctly) Was very fatty/gristle. Terrible compared to other I have been to. I must say as I have been in charge of much larger operations, and I just see pure lazyness at this location. WILL NOT BE BACK, I'll take my $20 across the street...

Worst Chipotle ever! I love Chipotle, but this one is horrible. I've given them several second chances in hopes they were just having a "off day". Nope! They flat out suck. Smallest burritos ever, skimp on the guacamole for chips, and tried to over charge me. Thankfully as a regular chipotle eater I know the price of a meal .... wonder many people are getting ripped off by simply not knowing or not paying attention.

I'm always a fan of chipotle - for under 10 bucks you can get a very fast, relatively healthy (though calorie heavy) meal that will fill fill you up. If your vegetarian they even have he sofrita (ground up Tofu with a nice spice) as an option. This location appears to have a bit more seating than normal, and I love huge windows. For the most part, the staff has been great. I had a co-worker, who just wanted a snack, and tried to order a single soft taco. For some reason, the guy who took her order just couldn't process it, and literally just left. The next person took over and did fine.

I know this location opened recently, but they need to get their stuff together. I've been to this location twice now, and the staff just have a level of.... apathy that you can feel. The food, as far as I've experienced, is up to standard. The experience at this location doesn't do the brand any favors.

I. Love. Chipotle. Lol. I've always been a chipotle fan. I think it's much better than Qdoba. The meat is seasoned much better, in my opinion. As this chipotle is new, it gets pretty packed pretty fast. And adding the current construction on Campbell Blvd, it gets messy during lunch hour. So I'd suggest going early - around 11:15 - 11:30. Their online ordering option is convenient - unlike Qdoba, who makes you wait even if you order online. I wish chipotle had a separate line for people who ordered online though, kinda like noodles and company has. Anyways; the service here has been great so far. No complaints! I'm glad it's finally open!

I want to start off by saying I love Chipolte. When I worked in Canton I ate there almost daily for several months straight. This location has been disappointing on multiple occasions. I usually order ahead via the app. On multiple occasions I have received subpar food. Several times the food was cold, not warm, but cold. This happened despite always arriving prior to my stated pickup time. Another two times my order was wrong. Items were missing or extra stuff added that I did not want. The final time I went I was given the totally wrong order. They called and told me when I was half way home. They switched out my food, the food I received was correct but COLD! For the inconvenience of driving back you'd think they would have comped the meal or something. At the very very least remake it so it was fresh. Nope. Nothing. Again I'm a fan of Chipolte but this one needs help.

I love chipotle compared to Qdoba but this location does not show chipotle in a good light. The line eats backed up very far stand time of day by the service is so slow and they don't refill the food fast enough. I went in once and the staff was just having a good time singing and not caring about service yet the place was a mess; I think they just wanted to get out of there for the night even though it was only 8:45. And one visit the rice was so undercooked I couldn't eat my burrito but I was home when I ate it so I couldn't do anything about it. This location needs some training.

Go to another Chipotle! This place was filthy and there was a wait on rice, chicken, steak, and peppers. There were no forks and no napkins either. The staff wasn't very friendly and could use some customer service lessons.

Nothing spectacular about this location. I will say that for being a new location, I did expect it to be cleaner. Most of the seating has crumbs and/or dirt under them. That being said, this is one of the locations I've been to that has the most seating.

Food was just OK. Restaurant was filthy, all table tops dirty and trash cans overflowing. Disappointing.

It's a new location with a rookie staff. On this visit the portions were very inconsistent and the rice was severely undercooked to the point that it was crunchy. Gotta wait till the staff hits its stride before it's like the other Chipotles.

Food is on par with other stores. However, the service is slow and very rude. Asking for more or less of anything seems to be very taxing on the employees. The condiment bar was completely empty, tables are all dirty, and trash cans are all full. There is trash all of the parking lot, and vacant lot next door. All of this trash seems to be consistent with the products the store uses. I would hope someone could step in and provide the same service I have come to expect from this chain. It is close to my house and I would come back if I saw some improvement.

Excellent customer service. I placed a lunch order via the app, which didn't process for some reason (grr, but not the store's fault). I didn't think to wait for an order confirmation that was never to come and proceeded to the store. When my order was not in the system, they made it for me on the spot. Not that Chipotle needed to do anything to keep me coming back, but this definitely endeared me to this particular store.

Absolutely horrible service! Chicken was undercooked and they were out of corn, sour cream and guacamole. Thank god qdoba is across the street

I don't get it. I know this place is wildly popular, but I wasn't terribly impressed in two different visits to two different locations. In both instances, the meat was full of gristle and fat that I had to pull out of my mouth. If the meat wasn't so bad, it's a nice idea. Just poor on the execution.
