I don't know if the handsome asian guy who was the manager at one point is still there, but you can tell that the management runs a great shop. Love the seating, the fireplace, and again, the staff are so friendly! Waaaay better than the location at Montrose Crossing.

My favorite starbucks in Moco! Baristas here are super friendly and FAST!!! Despite long line, I can be in and out in minutes. The place is usually always packed so if you're planning to stay, you should come early. I'm so sad I don't live by this one anymore. All these other starbucks with their slow baristas drive me crazy!!

Good stuff: --There is slightly more seating now with the new furniture. --They are back to having separate restrooms for the ladies and well...sloppy boys. --Seat covers in the bathroom! It makes a difference. --Still have consistently great service from the baristas. --If you need a plug, most of them are in the far back. --The fireplace is working again. Could improve: --The smoking situation. It's awkward. There are no smoking signs on all the tables outside and people still do it. A month ago, One nut job even was smoking an E cigarette inside...and yes I could still smell the sticky sweet nicotine "water vapor." Don't force the baristas to police you, please.

A nice romantic place to meet someone special. Lots of long communal tables, a spattering of comfy chairs by the fireplace and many 2 toppers along the windows for people watching. I chose a rainy Saturday to make my way here and only having to drive around the busy parking lot once is amazing luck! Friendly staff and a coupon for a free drink because they were out of bananas for my smoothie...yay!! It was very warm and toasty in the middle of the store and even though my voice is loud and carried, it only distracted one other patron. No one bothered me after 3 1/2 hours and no one asked me to leave. Feels very homey and would be a great place to curl up with a good book on a rainy Saturday. Stick to coffee or hot cocoa. Tip: The baristas have access to a spigot with boiling hot water which is perfect to wipe off a table top with...you just have to ask nicely. :)

Best Starbucks Crew Ever. I'm in there everyday and they are always on top of it. Bobby, Corey, Pramod, Jesse, Shawn, John (super personable), etc. I'm always greeted by name several times during my visit; some new crew members even know my name. Rachelle and Alex are really nice. Everyone making the drinks are consistent which I cannot say for many other Starbucks. You can tell they enjoy their working environment.

This is the only Starbucks I have ever been to that has removed all but one power outlet so only one table and one chair can access power. To top it off, the bistro tables are not even full because part of one side has been chopped off.

best customer service ever! saturday after dinner and dessert i came here with friends to get a drink and talk :) warm, cozy and quiet (but not too quiet to the point you feel like you cant talk but just enough noise) my friend said this is the starbucks she goes to every time she's in rockville. she said it was her favorite spot. i didn't understand why until... a customer came in. she was loud and rude. she was cursing at the employees and the whole staff handled the situation well! i think others also thought the lady was out of her mind because another customer went and brought in an officer and that officer kindly told the lady she needed to leave. i was very impressed on the way they handled the situation. staff was courteous! looks like they are almost done remodeling..? looks nice!

One of my favorite Starbucks in the area. The interior is really nice, with lots of seating and a fireplace. It's probably the nicest Starbucks I've been in for a long time. There has never been a huge line to order or a long wait for drinks, but usually it's quite busy inside. I've never had any issues with workers being grumpy or getting my order wrong. There is parking out front, or in the big lot behind the Starbucks, which means you'll always find parking but sometimes have to walk a bit farther. Overall, two thumbs up!

Awesome starbucks to come to for drinks. It's always very hard to claim a seat here as there are many campers. I usually grab a drink and head over to dunkin donuts(better wifi cause less people on it). The wifi here is suspect also not always on point. It's hard to find outlets. They are remodeling this store and it looks good! Hopefully there will be more seats after the renovation. The baristas are always very nice and very quick here. This location is basically my office =) Can find me here doing work all the time. They have the sofas, comfy seats, regular chairs and tables. They also have a few tables outside. A lot of the outlets are blocked but whatever my laptop has 8 hour battery life!

Amazing service here. The people who took our order where so nice and we had a good conversation with them that made us feel like we were at home. The only thing that was kinda sad was this one lady who came and started yelling at the workers for stuff out of there control. There was a big order and she had to wait an extra couple minutes and was mad and started saying they sucked. She was so rude and I felt bad for the nice workers. The scenery was nice everyonr that was there was enjoying them selves and it made me feel at home. But that lady really messed up my time there. But perfect service otherwise.

NOTE: They have covered up almost all of the electrical outlets here, obviously to dis-suade all the freeloaders from spending ALL day there while only partaking of one cup of java? No problem with me......If your laptop or I-Pad is fully charged when you go in, you should have plenty of time! If you don't, remember: this is a place of business! I can see why they took that step, although it initially seems unfriendly.... I'll still keep going back!

I usually come to this Starbucks location when having a board meeting with fellow officers. I like this location because despite its popularity with locals because there always seem to be available seating here and there. Like everyone else, there are plenty of windows, a "free" library, wifi, good coffee and stuff, and good customer service. There's also one long table in the back that is ideal for a small meeting. No grief from the staff about staying a certain amount of time. See you soon!

Sorry for the mediocre review, but someone has to call these baristas out. They don't know how to make their drinks properly or consistent in taste. Especially during exams, I always get double shot mochas. They can't seem to get to right... So I drive the extra mile or so to Barnes and Nobles/ Starbucks near Montrose Rd. :( I keep going to the Wintergreen location, hoping that they have better baristas, but it hasn't happened yet. ( fingers crossed)

Just saw a pretty amazing thing happen (well....sorta). Sat in this SB and one of the staff members just helped a regular customer out of a tight jam (don't want say what he did so not as to get anyone in trouble), but needless to say I'm very very impressed - customer service at its best there. I dare say it felt almost like what a friend or family member would do. Considering SB is sometimes classified as one of the big uncaring nameless faceless capitalist corps, I must say this was a real gesture that spoke to our sense of warmth and caring towards another human being - not just a nameless faceless customer. Top job guys! Btw haven't even mentioned how nice and pleasant the cafe is. Fast becoming one of my favourite joints. Keep up the good work.

I come here most mornings (3-4 days a work week) before I go to the office. This isn't just a regular Starbucks...it's amazing. They are SO friendly and 100% put their customers first. It honestly feels like it's a small local coffee shop which I love. The manager (not sure of his name, good looking Asian guy) is so friendly and on top of everything. It amazes me every single day that he remembers peoples order! My third day ever going there he already had my order down pat. I wish all Starbucks were like this. Plus, one day they messed up my order and instead of just giving me the correct one they gave me a FREE DRINK CARD for any size! I'm super impressed by this Starbucks. They also have a bookshelf where it's take one, leave one. So cool. They make my mornings better.

The Wintergreen Plaza Starbucks is a popular social gathering spot in MoCo and an excellent place to meet up and hang out with friends. This particular location is one of the larger and better Starbucks. The decor is appealing, there is plenty of seating, and there is even a mini library in the back. Another big plus is that there is parking available in front of the store. If you want to meet people, be around people, or just be social, you'll like this location. If you like drinking your coffee alone without being bothered, you might want to find a different locati read more on. Major disadvantages to Starbucks include lack of free Wi-Fi (wireless internet) and lack of free refills for regular coffee, which are both provided by most of their competitors. However, I like Starbucks simply because I like their quality coffee, which is usually consistent throughout the chain locations.
