I order for lunch and my food arrives fresh and quick! The Southwestern salad is AMAZING!! Nothing like great service when placing your order and the excited feeling of having a delicious lunch.

No advertisements telling me where the deli was. I want to rate it, but I couldn't even get into the place. Not sure if the construction work is to blame for this.

I had the food for the first time today and it was so good I ordered the Classic Cobb I think with no bacon .. The salad was so good and the cookies and Apple Pie I ordered taste home made. My food was delivered quickly and everything was delicious I will be ordering for lunch again tomorrow!!

The guy that answers the phone instantly brightens my day, he is so sweet! The food is amazing! I mostly get salads and they look and taste like something straight out of a fancy restaurant!!!!!!!

Loved the food. Friendly service and the price can't be beat. I like my food hot and everything was delicious. Would highly recommend again.

The guy at the register is always so nice. I love that they deliver. The Hot Philly Turkey Sub is SO good, and the Burritos could easily feed a family of 5. You have to try the Mandarin Chicken Salad, too - An office favorite! :)

I love LJs. Owner and employees at the walk-in location are SO FRIENDLY! We prefer to pick up, as the food from the walk-in location is a lot better than the delivery location. At the walk-in location, there's a salad & hot bar (haven't eaten from it) that always looks fresh and pretty inviting (the salad bar much more than the hot bar). There's a soda fountain or bottles, nice chip selection, tables and chairs, AND they accept credit ($10 minimum)!!! At this point, I've only experienced (yes, because eating their food is an experience) their turkey burger, sausage egg cheese bagel, and steak & cheese. Turkey burger ($5-6)? A-. Flavorful, juicy, warm, tender...so yummy. Sausage Egg Cheese Bagel ($4)? A+! Oh man, SO DELICIOUS! The bagel tastes so fresh, the sausage is juicy, the egg is fresh off the griddle, and you can't go wrong with cheese. The best part is that it isn't greasy and oily! It's the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. I just had one for lunch at 1:45 p.m. :-) Steak & Cheese? ($8-9, I think) C...-. It wasn't that great. The hot peppers weren't spread out evenly, which I only noticed after I had bit into a huge clump of them on my second to last bite. The meat was a little dry; not at all juicy or flavorful as I had expected. The roll was dry, too. Not even cheese could save this guy. Oh well. My coworkers have raved about the quesadillas (ask them to chop the meat further), salads (southwest, in particular), gyros, and soups. We even ended a work day with a delivery of cake slices. Con? My second day at my job and we had ordered lunch with one credit card and two cash orders. When I go to pay for my order, the delivery guy says, "Do you want change?" Uh, YEAH. "How much change do you want?" Uh, I'm giving you $20 for a $9 order. I want all of my change! Obviously I was going to tip from the change I received but I thought it was really...bold of him to hint at receiving an $11 tip. Because of that, I never order when my coworkers get delivery; I'd rather walk across a couple roads to the walk-in location. I'd take the two negative reviews with a grain of salt. The guy who usually answers (who I presume to be the owner) is generally a nice guy. He's quick but will give warm small talk. Oh, and don't approach his register on your cell phone, which should be a rule in all the land!

I have to give LJ & his wife who runs the other cafe across the walk way from our building, top stars. It's a family owned business who treats their staff & customers like FAM. You'd be amazed at the selection of food they offer and of course the humble prices. I use LJ's 1 for take out as most of my co-workers goes there, a handful eat in. For delivery, we use LJ's 2 where his wife operates from a non-access building...thanks Lockheed :-) You can get a full breakfast and or lunch for under $5-$10 & not just the average bagel/coffee & sandwich/chips. They have a FRESH salad & fruit bar, a hot bar with a great variety of diverse cuisine. I've seen co-workers come back with meatball hoagies to stir fry. At least once a week sometimes twice, I get the Mama Kat special which LJ's 1 makes especially for me. The ingredients: Spinach, avocado, tomatoes, cucumbers, dried cranberries & extra hummus on a Spinach Wrap, a bottle of Calypso Lemonade & a bag of Veggie Chips, all under $10...delicious! I use their catering services most times for our client meetings as they also offer special box lunches. They even offer Frequent Foodie cards. The best way to spend lunch & a few dollars during the work week.

I placed an order online for LJ's Café 11:07 a.m. hoping it would make it to me by 12, when my 1-hour lunch break begins. By 12:45 my entire office knew I was STILL waiting for my lunch to arrive. At this point, it had been 30 minutes since I first called LJ's to say my food was late, and the very rude man had already tried to blame the online ordering site for their estimated delivery time of 1 hour. He had also tried to convince me that the restaurant, which I pass during my 8-minute commute every day, was very far from my office. Finally, 10 minutes after my lunch break ended, I called to angrily cancel the order. The man who picked up put me on hold as I started speaking; I don't mean he asked me to hold, I mean he PUT me on hold, which I knew only from the silence and his return 2 minutes later. He tried once again to blame the online service for making the delivery time estimate, which I though was sufficiently ample: 1 hour to make a sandwich and deliver it 2 miles. Frankly, even if it had something to do with the ordering service, that's not the customer's problem: they chose the service, they chose to assume they were up for the challenge of receiving online orders, and they choose to be lazy and childishly petulant when called out on their deplorable behavior. Their food is forgettable, so they really shouldn't give themselves the luxury of being more rude than most third-world street-vendors. Just as an added comment, GrubHub is the online ordering service, and they were stars. As soon as I STARTED explaining my situation, they apologized profusely even though they had done nothing wrong, they agreed to cancel the order, and they offered me a full refund and a generous coupon. Now GrubHub I WILL continue using.

The burrito bowls are solid lunch fare. The brownies are good, too. The salads are decent and they always ask how your day is going at the cash register. They'll put whatever you want on the TV, although most people take the food back to their offices. I'm easily impressed by any warm food that's within walking distance from my office, so five stars. Turn left at the elevators in the entrance to 9210 and follow the signs to find it.

Consumer BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! I last time I ordered for Lj's I had left work and went home early with food poisoning. Their customer service is poor and delivery is always slow, plus the guy who takes phone orders is rude and nasty. I must say that I only order from Lj's out of desperation but id rather starve to death than to patronize their business again. Pro's They deliver to my office building which is few blocks way Cons Food is always cold Slow Delivery Very Poor Customer Service Food is often undercooked and thrown together in a box. All I can say about Lj's cafe is EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK. Sincerely, One pissed off customer

So I work in the nearby Danac Stiles corporate center where we have our own version of a cafe nestled in an office building. Up until a few weeks ago I had no clue about LJs until a coworker tipped me off while I was on yet another tirade about the poor quality of food and the ridiculous prices of our own cafe... (yeah our cafe sucks balls, its THAT bad) LJs gets a solid four stars from me, pretty much everything I have gotten there has been solid! Some of my favorites are LJ's omelette - sausage ham bacon onions and sweet peppers (fav breakfast item) and ALL their salads (especially the mandarin chicken). Prices are beyond fair as its about 5-7$ for an entree and its lightning fast service. His jovial self (LJ) is around most of the time who is remarkably reminiscent to me of my childhood in NYC when I would visit little Italy. He's always up for a chat and provides some of the best customer service I've had for years. Only complaints are: 1. This place is sooooo hard to find, on my first time driving there and keep in mind I work about a quarter mile away I got ridiculously lost and LJ stayed on the phone with me for about 10 min before guiding me to the correct building. 2. The prime rib steak and cheese leaves a lot to be desired, meat was sorta tough and chewy. Just like Steve's review before me, I'd go to LJs (ok, just about anywhere actually) before going to our own office eatery. Only I feel no shame for ditching our POS cafeteria and I know exactly where my loyalties lie. See you at 1 LJ!

How is this place in some corner in an office complex? Because seriously: it is amazing. Order the Italian Sub -- the bread here is great. Besides the enormous selection fo breakfast and lunch items, there's also a really, really good hot bar. I'm really not sure how this guy makes any money, because the huge selection of food is insane. He must do a ton of business on catering, because it really doesn't make sense that a lunch place this good is in some office building in the middle of nowhere.

LJs makes me weep its so good. I cannot resist ordering from here, i wish i could order everyday, but only in a perfect world. I have had the liberty in trying their Rib-eye Steak and Cheese and their Turkey Philly which are both Delish! They have this chopped hot pepper relish that is sweet with the perfect kick. You can get a foot long for such a reasonable price. I love that they deliver quickly, accept Credit Cards (my cafe is cash only) and when you call, the guy yells LJS!! (its the little things) They have a huge selection, subs, pizza, salads, baked potatoes... everything looks great and under $7. I'd eat here everyday if I could... did I already say that?? Oh well, stop reading and order LJs for your next lunch!

Why am i writing this review?! because I want to share my love of LJ's and my disdain for the 'other' office eatery in building 9231 (company kept confidential). This is just an office deil/cafe so keep that in mind. But this place is good enough for me to walk 10 minutes across the office park (trust me that's a feat for me) rather than eat at my own cafeteria in 9231! I admit, I'm shameful for going against my loyalties... but the shame goes away the minute i get to LJ's. I regularly find other coworkers sporting the same badge as I and we exchange a sneaky grin! You know - that same head-nod you give to the other husbands when you see them at the strip club! OK, onto the food. The specials are the way to go, don't let the mom and pop with the small portable grills fool you, they know how to assemble a good sandwich pickle and chips! But don't get sucked in too fast, make sure you check out the hot bar just past the sandwiches before ordering anything! One day im going to push the envelope and see if they will actually cater a meeting in my building!

I used LJs to cater a party for 50 people. I ordered wings, meatballs, sausage and peppers, italian hoagies and veg cheese platters. It was very last minute and I called them on a whim from online reviews, so had no idea what to expect. They exceeded every expectation. Everyone raved about the food at the party and wanted to know where I catered from. Johnie was so accomodating to every request. Truly went above and beyond in every way. David delivered and set up the food and was just wonderful. It was presented well and he set up the food in two locations for me. So helpful and professional. I will order from them again for sure. Prices were reasonable and food was SO abundant! Thrilled to have found them.

Great food and great service. Tons of sandwiches and my personal favorite are the subs. They have the most incredible fresh baked sub rolls. The delivery service is really good too when I'm feeling lazy! My only complaint is that they're not open for dinner!

Pretty awesome. Varied menu and the sandwiches and salads are top-notch. I had a gyro today that was a work of art. Friendly atmosphere as well.
