Just phenomenal! Surprised the kids with a trip to Krispy Kreme and man what that a good idea. Grabbed a dozen and some iced coffees. Perfect! Fresh original glazed were amazing!!! Make sure to always get 6 of those. People will fight for them. Just soooo good Everytime. Coffee was super strong but I didn't mind that.

The service here is fast and friendly, their delectable donuts are oozing with deliciousness. My mouth waters just writing this review. My tastebuds are tempted to return there sooner than later. Nothing beats the quality of a fresh Krispy Kreme donut. And if you think buying them from your local grocer's is good enough you are definitely denying yourself a piece of dough heaven. Get in your car, and get 'em while they are hot. Your tummy will be thanking me for the recommendation. :)

One word: yum! Soft, sweet, and delicious. They're so delicious that you'll want to eat more than one and you won't even care about all the calories because YUM! These donuts hit the spot when you're craving something sweet. Chocolate glazed are my favorite, but you also can't go wrong with the classic glazed.

I love this place! 95% of the time the HOT sign is on for the hot original glaze. Since I live so close I stop by all the time which may not be a good thing ;-), too tempting. Their coffee and donut what an awesome combo. Their seasonal flavors are pretty good too.

We've been going here for a very long time and never had a problem until the last few days. We usually get the origins glazed and some other donuts. However, we got the chocolates and my whole family got sick except for me. I was the only one who didn't eat the chocolate donuts. I'm not sure how long other donuts are but we will never get anything else except for the original glazed.

Service is terrible. They almost always yell at you. AVOID this place if you don't want to come out with a sour taste in your mouth.

Whenever I pass by Krispy Kreme and the hot sign is on, I just have to turn in. These donuts are the best when they are straight off the belt and into the box. Hot and absolutely delicious, it just melts in your mouth. The original glazed is my absolute favorite, but sometimes I get the assorted to, they're alright. If you're here for the Krispy Kreme you should always get the originals. The assorted are too small and not hot so it doesn't taste as good. The sweet tea here has a faint tea taste and isn't too sweet. Tastes watered down. Highly recommend getting a dozen of the original glazed when the hot sign is on.... You'll be surprised how many you can eat.

As good as it gets, and then some. I purchased a 2015 calendar back in December which offers coupons at the bottom that expires at the end of each month. These promotions definitely keep me coming back for more. I only wish this location (and others in the region) would offer chocolate covered crullers. They are to die for!

Located right across from the Shady Grove hospital in the Fallsgrove shopping area, it's a quick stop or drive through. You can watch fascinated as you see fresh donuts being made in their conveyor belt and then placed lovingly into a box for you. My kids love this place and work hard on their grades so that they get a Krispy Kreme treat ;) of course Krispy Kreme gives you nice Paper Chefs hats to wear. I only wish their coffee was better but then I can always walk across the parking lot to my favorite Starbucks. If you have kids or donut craving or both definitely visit this place. On some lucky days I have seen them give free samples of the fresh glazed donuts away.

Whenever I've come here, the people are quite friendly and they always have hot donuts ready to serve. That's pretty much all I have to say. It's a Krispy Kreme d@mnit! What's not to love!?!?!

I Title My Review: "THANK GODDDD THERES ONLY ONE LOCATION!!!!" Omg. Why oh why did I ever have to find these scrumptious piece of ass adding krispy kremeness???? OMG The doughnuts are soooooooooooooo good! Its like crack with a hole in it. And its less than 2 miles away from my home? I accidentally bumped into this location not even remembering I could get KK in the DMV area. Ive only been to the VA location once and I thought to myself. Good its really really far away theres no way Id be indulging my craving everyday. But yesterday I had a craving and I discovered theres a KK right in my backyard of Gaithersburg, MD and its over. Its a wrap. Bye bye diet and healthy eating. At least if the service was crappy and the workers lacked enthusiasm I could say I wont be back. But as soon as I walked in that bish, I was greeted with a smile and a fresh warm complimentary doughnut hole. Damn Damn Damn Damn! (in my Martin voice) Please go here. But also make a pit stop to Golds Gym. 20 minutes on the treadmil Itll cancel out I swear!

Love love love this place! Not just because the donuts are awesome but because of the amazing customer service and the cleanliness of the place. This is a great place to kick it with friends and it's in a great location! I find if really amazing how you can watch the donuts being covered in icing step by step! They also give out freebies!! At times I walk in and they give out donut holes or whole donuts. Awesome right!?

If you like custard-filled donuts, try the seasonal pumpkin filled donuts. I hadn't expected to like it, but I tried a piece of a friend's, and it's GREAT! I'd share a picture, but it's GONE! The sourcream cake-style and regular cream-filled chocolate-covered donuts are the bomb, but you ain't had Krispy Kreme until you've had one of the fried donuts fresh off the line. Actually, one is not enough. I don't even have much of a sweet tooth, but you gotta love Krispy Kreme! I like'em better than any other donut shop, including very nice little local ones.
(5)
Vishal S.
Krispy Kreme - the word when it comes to donuts! I like it that you can see the donuts being made fresh in front of you and you can buy them fresh off the conveyor belt! They have the usual flavors including my favorite chocolate filled donuts. Their seasonal donuts are good too. Plus they have decent coffee to go along with the donuts.

Used drive-thru... Service was not very friendly... Got a iced caramel latte and it was disgusting, however the chocolate glazed donut was delicious... I think next time I'll just stick to getting a donut from here and my coffee elsewhere.

I used to frequent this location fairly regularly... but apparently there's a new owner? Was anyone notified of a new franchise owner? I was also told today that the new owner isn't accepting any of the valid corporate coupons or groupons.

The better half braved the flurries lol to bring back some morning munchies. A trek to the Shady Grove side wakes him up. He spied 2 limited offers - fun to discover and sugary pick-me-up weekend noms. Not sure when the 2 doughnuts will go bye-bye so thought to spread the calories ... errr ... news :D 1. Caramel coffee kreme doughnut b. Mocha kreme doughnut #foodporn as always helps the imagination. We usually total 6 to divvy so the others were standard line-ups - cinnamon apple filled and original glazed (of course). If in the area, enjoy -_0

This place is Evil! Fried dough topped with chocolate, and filled with a sugary cream that sends shockwaves up the nerves of my teeth. Guilty, guilty, guilty pleasure. I stop here after a burger and fries at Cheeburger Cheeburger. Hey, don't judge. I figure while I'm at it, I might as well go all out and go for broke.

I've been eating Krispy Kreme donuts for years but this is my first time actually going to one of their eat in restaurants. The place is very easy to get to, they have their own parking lot. Inside it's spacious ! They have a pretty big seating area, you can see the process of the donuts getting made (which I thought was pretty cool). Service was fast, they have a decent amount of variety. Oh, and they have a drive-thru in case you don't want to come in and sit down.

Haha I am with every other reviewer. Who doesnt like krispy kreme? Plus there is a drive in. My boyfriend makes a regular excuse to stop by here every morning instead of breakfast at home. I personally always love the glazed despite continuous new flavors. Staff is also super friendly. Does not help my weight goal plans. So thank god there is only one

Yummy donuts.. The only compliant I have is that they don''t answer the phone. I once wanted to pre order as I needed a specific flavor in bulk and they never picked up the phone.. Parking is a challenge there so I try to avoid unless I am sure of my purchase.

It's beyond me why there is only ONE Krispy Kreme in Maryland. Living in Baltimore, I've gotten used to Dunkin Donuts being the only game in town. I don't mind DD's coffee, so I'll occasionally get donuts or muchkins when I'm getting coffee. I don't think I can do that for several months after getting Krispy Kreme's yesterday. Krispy Kreme donut holes are like 94687068109x better than DD munchkins. Their regular glazed donuts are delicious. And the limited edition cake batter filled donut and brownie batter donut were so good that after my husband and I had them, we jokingly said we should go back in and get a dozen. We drove about 1/8 mile away before we really did go back and get a dozen donuts. We did share them with my family when we got there for dinner, but, we could've easily put them away ourselves this weekend. The only downfall was the not particularly strong coffee, the slow (but very nice) employees, and this one awful woman who kept complaining that her hot donuts weren't hot enough (and it wasn't during a "hot light" time period -which is 6-11 am and 6-11 pm- so I don't know what she was bitching about anyway). I luckily managed to not call her a dumb shit and also luckily didn't explain to her that her somewhat hot donuts were becoming less hot for every minute she continued to run her mouth. It literally took 5 minutes and 3 employees to just get her the hell out of the store. So that's possibly why service was a little slow, since they have to deal with unpleasant idiots. I'm deeply distraught there's not a closer Krispy Kreme, buttt considering how often I'd find myself there, that's probably for the best...

My daughters favorite treat. Can't beat the. Original glazed, glazed raspberry filled, and chocolate iced glazed. Sure you shouldn't eat this everyday but once in a while it's a great treat.

This location is so cute! It reminds me if an old school malt shop! Staff was super nice and the donuts were the usual perfection! So fresh and what a treat! Chocolate with vanilla is still my favorite!

Krispy Kreme donuts how do you write a review? Heavily Sugar coated donuts, fantastic quality and cleanliness, friendly staff looks fairly new. I hope I don't go back often while here, but no promises.

hot fresh krispy kreme! I walked in and the service was super friendly and happy to invite me in! They even offered me a free donut to try. I wish i had known about that red light signal ;[ I got the boston creme and the original. Who can say no to donuts? And another plus side, super cheap!

If you're a fan of glazed donuts, but don't like Krispy Kreme, you seriously need your head examined. A fresh, warm ring straight from the conveyor belt is like a little piece of donut heaven when it melts in your mouth. If the original glazed are not your preference, they also have a number of other options, including chocolate, creme filled, sprinkled, seasonal flavors and minis. In an area completely dominated by DD, this Rockville location is one of the rare local branches you'll find, and I'm thankful it's close by. Even with a fair number of employees normally working, the service can still be a little iffy at times for some reason. The coffee isn't anything spectacular, although I still usually get a cup to meet my morning java requirement. Regardless, the donuts are amazing! Go. Now.
(5)
Jessica L.
Best donuts in town that are served hot off the assembly line. I like to watch the donuts roll off the conveyor belt and into a box ready for me, all nice and warm with sweet drippy glaze. Drive thru is nice and sign will illuminate out front to notify HOT DONUTS are in the house. Great service and very clean.

I have to force myself NOT to come here, that good! I've been trying to eat healthier but passed this gem and couldn't resist myself! I forgot how delicious a small little circle, hot, fresh piece of donut tasted! Treat yourself! It won't let you down! :)

What a sweet surprise. I HAD NO IDEA there were any actual Krispy Kreme locations on the east coast! The only places I've bought Krispy Kreme donuts is from gas stations and convenience stores that carried a small amount. Thank you MD for allowing me to finally witness the infamous conveyor belt and red light that I've heard about so much in the past from friends who have visited the west coast. My bf and I must have been the only adults with our faces pressed against the glass, there were of course many kids with us in line but no shame here. It is a MUST DO experience. And there's nothing like eating a FRESH Krispy Kreme donut. Amazing. During our weekend in MD, we frequented this place a few times and ordered/tasted almost every flavor. And you know we couldn't leave MD without getting a box to go for both of our families!

My wife had a coupon for 2 free donuts so we went here last night. We also realised that yesterday they were giving away a free glazed donut to every customer. We were served by Daniel who provided great service as he got us two fresh and still warm glazed donuts off the production line rather than those in the display case. The donuts really are delicious, in my opinion I have to say they are better than Dunkin Donuts, even though I also enjoy Dunkin. I also ordered a hot chocolate which was tasty. All in all first class donuts and service. Please open more stores Krispy Kreme, ideally on Rockville Pike or in Derwood!

So awesome to see the hot donut sign on, they melt in your mouth. Yum!!! If you've never had them hot you got to try it.

I'm not a big breakfast fan, so when I get my coffee in the AM, I usually hit Starbucks and pass on their case of muffins and sandwiches. However, every once in a while, for some unbeknownst reason, I'll get a donut craving and head over to Krispy Kreme. While the coffee is quite a step down from Starbucks (e.g. it's f'***ing horrendous), the donuts are damn good. Far better than those at Dunkin Donuts actually! If you really want to get them when their at their absolute best, stop in for one when the hot light pops on. Wow, that's some stellar stuff!

Oh the yummy delicious melt-in-your-mouth goodness that is krispy kreme donuts. This is an indulgence. When you go into a KK you can expect to be greeted with sticky sweet air with a hint of yeast. This location I came upon in the middle of the night and needed a late night fix. Love me some donuts. The staff was so sweet and friendly. They gave my son a hat and a balloon and we were picking out our donuts and happy happy nom nomming. Yum! The consistency is met here at every turn. Clean, friendly, busy, bright, cheerful. Awesome! Good stuff KK. Keep it up!

I found it on a Google search and was surprised because they are so few and far between. I have been about four times since my first visit and I am always happy. They have great coupons and my doughnuts are ALWAYS fresh. I will be going back very soon.

Ahhhhhhh!!! I just tried this venue in Rockville and let me just say I am GLAD that there is not a Krispy Kreme location where I live. I am a health nut and work out six days a week. But even I can't resist a plain, glazed donut every blue moon, lol. What more can one ask for?? No complaints. They have several different flavors and fillings but I stuck with the original. And I had to leave quick or else I would have kept ordering and eating, lol. They gave out free samples and the staff was super friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

If you never had a "HOT NOW" glazed donut, then you will never understand why this place gets so many 5-star ratings. I happened to go on Free-Donut Day which was a bonus because I was there to buy 3 dozen donuts. Watching your box packed with donuts that just came out of hot oil then cascaded in glaze is the best assurance that your donuts are fresh. How do you not love this place??? YUMMMMMMMMMMM
(5)
Jim B.
Get them hot! Original Kreme latte is awesome. Very dirty inside this weekend. Kids had a blast watching the donuts being made. Light crowd for a Sunday afternoon.

I love Krispy Kreme! It reminds me of drunken nights during grad school, going to get donuts at the drive-thru at 3am. We stopped in for some Halloween goodies - a pumpkin spice donut, a pumpkin Kreme-filled, and my non-Halloween chocolate glazed with custard. Delicious!
(4)
Lee F.
When fresh, Krispy Kreme are the best doughnuts on the PLANET! My favorites are the custard filled chocolate, plain chocolate and raspberry filled. And of course, I love to get a glazed, hot off the belt. They melt in your mouth. The sour creme and powdered doughnuts are good but not the best I've had. Coffee is also just okay. Service at this store is generally good, although one time I heard the woman behind the cash register complaining to her co-worker about the new software system or something. I don't need to hear that. But the outstanding doughnuts are what you're there for, so still five stars. If this place were closer to where I lived, I would be 10 pounds heavier.

I love Krispy Kreme and Krispy Kreme Loves me. They always give me extra donuts for Free! It is clean and the staff is polite. They even honor expired coupons.

Simply the best donuts around. I usually simple donuts, but I was adventurous and tried the key lime pie donut and was NOT disappointed. Absolutely delicious especially when warm!
(5)

OMG - simply the best donuts around. You haven't tasted perfection until you have had one of the glazed straight off the conveyor belt and still insanely warm. It is like heaven and simply melts in your mouth. Huge fans of KK donuts and we make the 40 mile trek one way to get them on special occasions and when one us gets the craving. Only wish there were more in Northern VA. (Same distance to this one as the one in Alexandria from our home.) Chocolate Glazed, Maple Glazed and Original are our favs.
(5)
Miyuki L.
This location is clean, standalone and friendly service. The donuts were delicious as well.. Its in a busy shopping center but you still should not have a problem with access and parking. I am happy to know its there even though it is a dangerous place to have near you :)
(4)
Vanessa S.
Omg, the best donuts in the world! I can never get enough of these donuts. They attract the customer with a see through wall/glass wall that allows you to see the wonder of making these amazing donuts.
(5)
Jamie E.
Fresh doughnuts are always good. The only reason im giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because they need to get their drive thru order speaker fixed. I had to repeat my order several times and I couldn't really understand the employee that was working the drive thru.
(4)
A J.
I love this Krispy Kreme BUT there always seems to be an issue with the drive thru people taking my order, which usually consists of a small decal coffee with milk only, and a donut. They NEVER repeat back the order and that's where the miscommunication comes in. It's getting old always having them add sugar or not hear the decaf part. And sometimes I have been offered to get a medium for $.10 more, sometimes not. And some other times the medium has come in a small cup. So weird. Please KK, have your drive thru people repeat back the order and figure out the sizes and prices.
(4)
Wesley Y.
Get ready to get fat! can't order anything less then a dozen cause its just not worth it! I always order 2 dozens (usually have a coupon bogo original free) and share with everyone at work! The custard filled ones are my favorite. They always have unique new donuts every month. I've never gotten hot glazed donuts =( always had to microwave mine. It's just not worth it to order anything less then a DOZEN! Share with me I'll share with you

K to the R to the I to the S to the P to the Y = Thank you god! If you're a New Yorker like me, you know that finding a Krispy Kreme is like this: Actual NY List of Endangered Species: Krispy Kreme (Goodis Everis) Bat, Indiana ( Myotis sodalis) Butterfly, Karner blue ( Lycaeides melissa samuelis) Eagle, bald (lower 48 States) ( Haliaeetus leucocephalus) Lynx, Canada (lower 48 States) ( Lynx canadensis) Plover, piping (Great Lakes watershed) ( Charadrius melodus) Plover, piping (except Great Lakes watershed) ( Charadrius melodus) Puma, eastern ( Puma concolor couguar) Sea turtle, green (except where endangered) ( Chelonia mydas) Sea turtle, hawksbill ( Eretmochelys imbricata) Sea turtle, Kemp's ridley ( Lepidochelys kempii) Sea turtle, leatherback ( Dermochelys coriacea) Sea turtle, loggerhead ( Caretta caretta) Snail, Chittenango ovate amber ( Succinea chittenangoensis) Sturgeon, shortnose ( Acipenser brevirostrum) Tern, roseate (northeast U.S. nesting pop.) ( Sterna dougallii dougallii) Turtle, bog (northern) ( Clemmys muhlenbergii) Wedgemussel, dwarf ( Alasmidonta heterodon) Whale, humpback ( Megaptera novaeangliae) Whale, right ( Balaena glacialis) There's only ONE in NY and that's at Penn Station. Long story short, driving back from my uncle's funeral in Charlotte, NC, I needed something really magical to happen. Something that would make me happy and forget that I'm driving 12 hours back to some type of reality. I punched Krispy Kreme in the GPS and BOOM I detoured and recalculating is roaring through the car. So What? I used to hit the location in Chelsea and after that one closed, I felt lost. It was a little out of the way but I don't care. Thank you Krispy Kreme...

Who can complain when there is a Krispy Kreme drive through on my way to work. And by on the way, I mean taking a detour. The donuts here are really, and it's nice that you get them right off the belt for the most part. I wish they had some more flavors to choose from, but no complaints otherwise.
(4)
Joanna C.
Such a guilty pleasure, the glazed doughnuts are delicious. Although they feel light and fluffy and you can always eat more than one, they definitely pack in the calories and sugar. The Fallsgrove location is the best because the hot light means not only fresh doughnuts, but free doughnuts! Add that with lots of seating and fun hats, and you've got a new doughnut place to check out.
(5)
Terinee B.
My husband and i saw the HOT sign which is one of those things that draws you from waaaaaay up the road when you see it. So we went through the drive thru. The lady in the drive thru was pretty cool. We ordered a slushie and a doughnut. We were EXTREMELY disappointed when we bit into the doughnut and it was not HOT or even WARM as the sign had indicated. Anybody who knows anything about Krispy Kreme knows that if they get one of these doughnuts when they are fresh and HOT, it is almost as if these doughnuts melt in your mouth. They don't have this same effect after they've cooled off, and needless to say that we were robbed of the "melt in your mouth" experience b/c ours weren't HOT as the sign indicated.... On the other hand, our slushie was good though.
(3)

Always great welcoming service. They also have a drive thru so also very convenient. Inside you can see how they make the donuts. Doesn't get any fresher than this!

I have never been so disrespected by an employee in my life! The closest location is one in Rockville, which is a 45 minute drive. I also had French relatives with me who have never experienced a fresh hot krispy kreme doughnut, so I decided to make the 45 minute drive there. I called ahead of time to know when they would have fresh hot doughnuts (since I live far away) and they told me they would start at 5. So, I got there at 5, and when I got there they told me they would start between 6 and 6:30. Then, they were making doughnuts for a huge order (which they did not tell me over the phone), and said that we could not have any of the fresh hot doughnuts. But, the person in front of me got a dozen of the fresh hot doughnuts, and when I asked if I could have some, they said no, even though I told them that the person in front of me got a dozen, they still said no. Then I paid for non hot doughnuts, then the woman after me got some fresh hot doughnuts. Then I confronted the employee again asking why I couldn't have some, and why she was letting everyone else have some, and she never gave me an answer. All she gave me was attitude. I am never coming back to this location again, and I highly recommend no one else come here.

My delightful nieces from Taiwan was in town for the weekend, and what better way to show them what America is all about then with something that had no redeeming nutritional value, and contains a billion empty calories? I came to the Krispy Kreme on Saturday at 9am and see that indeed the "Hot" sign was on. The drive through was fast and prompt. I ordered a dozen original glazed - hot. Two minutes later, I have the box in my hand. As I pull away from the drive through, I decide to...uhhh..."taste test" one before I take it over to where my nieces were staying (for quality control purposes, of course!), and the donut was barely warm. Not hot. They were still delicious, and my nieces ate enough to go into diabetic shock...but I was a little disappointed that my "hot" glazed was more like "lukewarmish" glazed.

staff made a mistake, manager excused staff & blamed me instead of making it right. quite rude. they lost a customer, i won't be back. went over to dunkin instead.

I've never been inside..just love the drive-thru =) I'm not a big donut fan...so this was where I got my first Krispy Kreme exposure since it's near work. Donuts are delicious and ridiculously fresh.....even when they are not fresh! My bf loves Krispy Kremes and we get alot..they are still soft and slightly crispy at 2-3 days old. Coffee and other hot drinks are good too.
(4)
Mike R.
VERY expensive SMALL donuts..... I go to the Safeway & buy theirs for 1/2 the price. They (Safeway's) taste just as good or BETTER in my opinion for about HALF the price and are larger. I take em home & nuke em for a few seconds & they are fantastic. I don't see what the big deal is about Krispy Cremes.......overrated in my opinion.

It's been a few years since I've been to KK in falls grove shopping center because my office moved out from rockville a few years ago. I was driving to see my doctor in falls grove shopping center last tuesday and my sensory nerves were waking up from irresistible sweet smell in the air... I knew immediately where it was from.. Krispy Kreme's hot light was ON!!! Ugh.. This means original glazed donuts are piping hot and fresh... So, I had to stop by.. and this location has drive-through.. so I didn't have to get out of the car.. I could just drive through and get fresh hot donut.. Yes, it's smaller than dunkin or other grocery-store donuts but it's fluffy, sweet and feel-so-light .. that you forget donuts are fried... I was 5 min late for my doc's appointment but it was worth it because I wasn't nervous/anxious about seeing doctor anymore:) When you see Hot-light is On at Krispy Kreme, you know where you can get one addicitve sweet-sensation.

It's donuts..... if you hate donuts, you'll hate it here, because that's all it is... donuts.... oh and you can get coffee too. I, on the other hand, happen to love donuts, so I spend my days parked on the side of the building hoping to catch a glimpse of donuts as she leaves work. Sometimes I ask donuts out on a date, but she says 'no... I don't know you". Sometimes I pretend to bump into donuts at the supermarket and we reach for that last box of cheerios at the same time and I say 'you can have that one' and she says 'awww. you're sweet!' and then we get married and have lots of kids... Yup, I love donuts.
(5)

One work HOTLIGHT!!!! well thats 2 words but whatever, these seem to belong together...almost as if they were made for each other. Well I won't spend too much time waxing poetically about those warm, tender, melty, tasty, ok you get. The hot light effect takes an already amazing treat to the next level. You owe to your self to try it. Your heart will curse you, but your stomach and tastebuds will praise you.

Hot donuts!!! All Day and Night!!! I wish I still lived in the area . Like a big kid I watched the donuts come down the conveyer belt and drooled a bit on the glass!! This location also has a drive thru window... Plus!

Despite what you've heard on the news about Krispy Kreme Donuts being sold and possibly being shut down, I'd like to take this Yelp-portunity to reassure you otherwise. Any Krispy Kreme that needs a drive thru is not going anywhere anytime soon. I spoke to the store manager and he says that their particular location is doing great and even if the company isn't doing well, they will most likely just be bought up by someone else and continue as usual. I love Krispy Kreme donuts over any other donuts I've ever tasted. I've been hittin' Shady Grove KKDs up about once a week since Valentine's Day. They recently had a promotion where you could get a pack of 12 V-day cards with the purchase of a dozen donuts. The V-day cards granted the V-Day card recipient to a free donut. For $5.99 for a box of original glazed donuts and 12 free donuts to give to friends, I'd say that's some sweet romantic lovin'. Best thing about the promo was that even after Valentine's they were still giving out the free cards with dozen donut purchases. My sister went last week and got herself a nice bonus with her box of donuts which she shared. I've still got over a pack of cards to use and I'm not tired of their donuts yet. You think that deal is sweet? Try one of their original glazed doughnuts freshly fried donuts and HOT off the conveyer belt! One taste of these dough-babies and you'll be leaving the store with a dozen in a box. TRUST me! If you can exercise self-control and pay attention in line, you can watch the donuts being made when the HOT sign is on. It's mesmerizing and hypnotizing. I bet that's how they are doing so well. Darn it! You mean I'm going to gain 10 lbs because they hypnotized me into buying boxes and boxes of dough-babies with their donut-Krisp Kreme machines?! It's 5.99 for a dozen original glazed, 6.99 for a dozen of assorted donuts, and if you get two dozens you get $1 knocked off the 2nd dozen. Expect to find chocolate iced glazed, maple iced glazed, iced and sprinkled, apple filled, strawberry filled, lemon filled, boston creme custard filled, boston creme ice filled, chocolate cake sour cream, regular cake sour cream, and raspberry filled donuts in addition to the original glazed ones (when the HOT sign is on you can also get the fresh donuts unglazed). Oh, and I had to knock off a star for a bad experience I had with one of the youngins who worked there. Can't say the staff here is as sweet as their doughnuts, but I guess all the sweet lovin' went into the ingredients. Monday- Friday seems like the best time to go and that's usually when the store manager is around. The best staff seem to work when he's around and he's a playful fella' so watch out for his pranks.

Not even sure why anyone would need to read a review about Krispy Kreme... I mean it's Krispy Kreme!!! If I see that hot sign on I'm stopping and picking up a dozen of those delicious classic glazed doughnuts!! Great every time.

I was excited to try Krispy Kreme since I haven't been to once for about 8 years. I love that you can smell the sweet glaze as you walk toward the entrance. I wonder if they pump the smell out like in Disneyland. My friend and I ran up to the window to watch the donuts get glazed. I had the classic glazed donuts. It was cold and kind of bland. I was shocked since they are usually warm, fluffy and sweet. I tried some of their doughnut holes and the same thing. Not sure if it is just this Krispy Kreme but it was just not happening. They do get 4 stars for customer service. The people were really nice and cheerful.

Best place ever! It is doughnut heaven. They also have a place where you can see the process of the doughnuts being made. They taste so good right when they are nice and warm. It just melts in your mouth!

Love love love the hot donuts! This store has vastly improved in the last year after a period of bad bad service .... Sunny, warm, friendly -- and those are just the doughnuts!

Honestly I don't get the hype. These donuts are no better than any other donut shop. Not to mention overly sweet.

This Krispy Kreme should've been one of those shut down years ago! Not only did not have a classic, standard flavor (glazed kreme filled), which is my favorite, but they also were rude when asked about it. When we inquired about different kinds the salesperson was short. She rushed us through, though there was no one in the whole place. She also touched our doughnuts with her bare hands! When we went to check out she didn't even asked if we wanted our receipt, she just threw it away! I will never return to this location again!!!

I've been here since this store first opened...(which has been a long time). I really like this store because you get to see the whole donut making production line - from dough to donut. The staff have always been friendly to me, even when I am crankily stumbling into the store in my pajamas getting donuts for my sister's swim team at 6 AM. Be prepared when you come into this shop...The first time I walked in here, I was hit by a strong smell of deep fried sugar. The glazed donuts is what Krispy Kremes are known for. You can smell them from a mile away. The glazed donuts are best when fresh. Once you've had them out for a day or two, I recommend sticking it in the microwave for a few seconds to head them back up again - no more than 10 s (pending microwave wattage). Too long in the microwave, and you'll have a rock.

I love Krispy Kreme donuts, or I did. I go here every Valentines day to get a few dozen heart shaped donuts for my sweetie and his friends at work, I heat up the car when I leave the house so the donuts stay super hot when I get them to his office. I also get a few for my self. This year for the first time the donuts were ice cold. It took all the yum or at least most of the yum out of them. Cold Krispy Kreme suck! The other disapointmentt is they use to give you and extra dozen for a buck, not this year. That double sucks!

dont get me wrong this is an amazing donut place i would eat here over any donuts in town but the service at this one just wasnt that great. we went through the drive through seeing that it wasnt that busy inside, so the lady is nice and all taking our order we got 12 donuts 2 of each and they said come to the window. there was no one inside waiting for donuts and everyone was cleaning not caring about us until the guy behind me honked at me and i tapped the window and they took my card to pay for it. then another 10 minutes later they gave me the donuts. i thought "maybe they made em fresh" but when my mom opened up the box at home(a 4 minute drive) she said these arent the ones i ordered and that they wherent that fresh..... but they still are the only donut place id go to over dunkin donuts or seven eleven or super market brand.

The donuts are a knockout, nothing two-ways about it. Get 'em while they're hot, with coffee.

The only thing that keeps a 20 person van full of blood hungry rollergirls quiet: 2 dozen hot-n-now doughnuts thrown into the backseat. Well worth the sidetrip on our way south.

Good lord, save me. Original glazed hot off the conveyor belt. And furthermore susan, this place has a mofo-ing drive-thru. Is this heaven?

Hot, Sweet, Fresh, Soft, Dripping, Melts in your Mouth rings of perfection. Take that and place it in a clean location and friendly staff. I only wish I could see the hot light from my house in Pennsylvania. This place is Win.. Nuff Said.

Would you believe I have 73 Dunkin Donuts within 10 miles of my house and not one Krispy Kreme? Krispy Kreme has been around since 1937 and have grown to international proportions. So, I ask, when will I get my own hometown Krispy Kreme? When I was young, my mother used to stop at Yost Maid Donuts on the way home from Church. I grew up with four brothers, so to secure what was rightfully mine, I would ring as many donuts as I could, by slipping them over my finger. ;+} These were the best warm, fresh donuts created by man and woman. My favorites to this day are the Raised Glazed, the Sugar Raised and the warm fresh Cinnamon Bun. Yum. Today, I do not indulge in Donuts, like I did when I was a kid, because I would just be slipping those rings around my waistline and then they would call it a tire. Last Fall, we stayed at a Hotel in Rockville, Md. and was there for the good part of a week. Close to us was a Krispy Kreme Donut Shop. Each morning we forgot all about eggs and bacon and indulged ourselves with Krispy Kreme goodness and it was as good as the donuts that I had as a kid, at Yost Maid's. Krispy Kreme, please tell me that you are good for me and that you will be moving to my neighborhood soon!

Who doesn't love hot glazed donuts and a glass of cold (chocolate) milk to wash it down? I love that they still give free samples when they're hot, and it's a great to take kids. I've noticed they have the hot glazed donut sign on at night more often than in the morning...def a good way to finish off an evening.

Every time I come here after getting my wings at Wingstop, I go through the drive thru- in and out in less then 5 minutes. Cant beat that!! Service is always friendly, too.

Oh my gosh, I am so glad that I do not live right next to this place or I would be extremely fat. When I see that "Hot" sign on as I drive by, there is no stopping me from zooming over and snatching at least one donut (or a dozen). They are terrible for you but they are just too good to care. When I take that first bite of yummy, hot donut, I feel like I have had a little taste of heaven. It just melts in your mouth. Always be sure to say that you want the hot donuts when you go through the drive-thru or they'll give you room temperature ones.

Getting a Krispy Kreme fresh off the conveyor belt, seconds after being glazed, is one of life's great simple pleasures. Plus, it's fun to stand and stare at the donuts going through the process. I don't even want to know how bad these are for me.

What is there really to say about the crack cocaine of donuts? Simply delicious. The only knock is that the perfect amount to eat is one donut and two bites....and only two bites of a second one. More than that and that sugary coating that builds up in the back of your thoat leading you ever closer to nausea becomes most unbearable. The coffee is your basic joe but very good and couples well with the donuts. The sour creme are the best.

I stopped in today with two of my coworkers for coffee and donuts. I decided on the featured donut, Dark Chocolate Creme, and a medium "Smooth" coffee. I usually choose a bold coffee but they didn't have a bold selection available when we were there, which I assumed was because it was shortly after 4 PM. No worries, though. The coffee was hot, fresh, and tasty. One of my companions had never had KK's coffee before and he declared it to be better than Dunkin Donuts' coffee, and he felt it was a good value too. As for me, I thoroughly enjoyed my donut, a raised yeast affair which was iced with chocolate and filled with a creamy dark chocolate filling. The only hitch to the visit was that the cashier had a bit of trouble understanding that we wanted to pay for all of our food together, but we eventually got that straightened out. I don't eat donuts very often but when I do, I enjoy Krispy Kreme's. They are light, airy, and delicious. Wash one down with a cup of their coffee and you'll be glad you did. This location is a bakery as well as a retail shop so if you arrive at the right time you can watch the donuts being made. It's a lot of fun for the kids and let's face it, for the grown-ups too.

Other reviewers have said it all about the donuts...they are awesome. However, I wanted to add that the staff here is about the friendliest, jolliest staff I've seen anywhere. Maybe I just went on a good night...or maybe they are always so pleasant, as a result of working in this whimsical, fine-smelling establishment. My 5-year-old pronounced this "the best donut shop ever!" and I don't think she was wrong. She loved watching the donuts on the conveyor belt, and she wore this special paper Krispy Kreme hat that she found on the table, and pretended to be selling donuts. The staff seemed amused...they gave her 3 helium balloons, and then a replacement balloon when she accidentally popped one. So the donuts were great (we got one hot glazed and one strawberry-filled powder donut), the coffee was great, the inside of the shop was really cool, and the staff made the whole experience fun and memorable. So if you are hungry for a good donut, or even if you just need a cup of coffee and a pleasant place to sit, check it out. This is also a really great place to take little kids.

oh, if only LA had as many locations as this wonderous KK... reasons why this place is so kick ass: 1) it is walking distance from my house (1 block!) 2) it has 24 hour drive thru (...i am proud to say i have even WALKED thru...and they let me :)) 3) when the HOT sign is on...they seem to never go low on the supply no matter how many people line up 4) the area is spacious, clean, and uber friendly plus....it is a KRISPY KREME DOUGHNUT. i don't care if they are a mass marketing place, they still have the best hot, fluffy, , melt in your mouth doughnuts ever...mmmm

PLEASE... need I say anything more than fresh, hot glazed donuts from Krispy Kreme. Yeah, didn't think I needed to!!!

If you're going to buy Krispy Kreme donuts, why not buy them fresh? This particular location has fresh donuts and customers are able to watch the donuts made right in front of them through the glass window. Other perks to this particular location is that it has drive thru and spacious seating. Overall, I definitely prefer Krispy Kreme donuts over Dunkin Donuts.

(5)Jerry T.
(4)Gellie E.
(5)Justine K.
I love this place! 95% of the time the HOT sign is on for the hot original glaze. Since I live so close I stop by all the time which may not be a good thing ;-), too tempting. Their coffee and donut what an awesome combo. Their seasonal flavors are pretty good too.
(5)Kanisa Y.
(3)Faisal G.
Service is terrible. They almost always yell at you. AVOID this place if you don't want to come out with a sour taste in your mouth.
(1)Julie H.
(4)Oliver C.
As good as it gets, and then some. I purchased a 2015 calendar back in December which offers coupons at the bottom that expires at the end of each month. These promotions definitely keep me coming back for more. I only wish this location (and others in the region) would offer chocolate covered crullers. They are to die for!
(5)Shashi B.
(5)Brandon B.
Whenever I've come here, the people are quite friendly and they always have hot donuts ready to serve. That's pretty much all I have to say. It's a Krispy Kreme d@mnit! What's not to love!?!?!
(5)Kassie E.
(5)Eve J.
(5)Henry M.
(5)Vishal S.
(4)Rachel L.
Used drive-thru... Service was not very friendly... Got a iced caramel latte and it was disgusting, however the chocolate glazed donut was delicious... I think next time I'll just stick to getting a donut from here and my coffee elsewhere.
(3)Marcus W.
I used to frequent this location fairly regularly... but apparently there's a new owner? Was anyone notified of a new franchise owner? I was also told today that the new owner isn't accepting any of the valid corporate coupons or groupons.
(2)Abby K.
Very good donuts, although very bad service. Very good prices and a variety of donuts. Not very nice employees.
(2)Sandy K.
Gimme a second, got sticky fingers from a warm glazed donut,,if I was on death row,, this would be my last meal,,back to eatin lol
(5)Weson I.
Dank dank, make sure to have a 12 pack on hand when you get pulled over for speeding on a sugar high on your way out because the cops gonna need a bribe.
(5)Sarah C.
(4)Brian L.
(5)Jessie J.
(5)Drethi C.
(5)Rachel W.
Yummy donuts.. The only compliant I have is that they don''t answer the phone. I once wanted to pre order as I needed a specific flavor in bulk and they never picked up the phone.. Parking is a challenge there so I try to avoid unless I am sure of my purchase.
(3)Allison L.
(5)Eddie K.
My daughters favorite treat. Can't beat the. Original glazed, glazed raspberry filled, and chocolate iced glazed. Sure you shouldn't eat this everyday but once in a while it's a great treat.
(5)Nerrissa S.
This location is so cute! It reminds me if an old school malt shop! Staff was super nice and the donuts were the usual perfection! So fresh and what a treat! Chocolate with vanilla is still my favorite!
(5)Eddie A.
Krispy Kreme donuts how do you write a review? Heavily Sugar coated donuts, fantastic quality and cleanliness, friendly staff looks fairly new. I hope I don't go back often while here, but no promises.
(5)Nick W.
The best Delicious hot donuts!!! I love their k cup coffee. And their fresh coffee iced or hot is great!!
(5)Christie Y.
hot fresh krispy kreme! I walked in and the service was super friendly and happy to invite me in! They even offered me a free donut to try. I wish i had known about that red light signal ;[ I got the boston creme and the original. Who can say no to donuts? And another plus side, super cheap!
(4)Benjamin M.
Go. Now.
(5)Jessica L.
(5)Pooja T.
I have to force myself NOT to come here, that good! I've been trying to eat healthier but passed this gem and couldn't resist myself! I forgot how delicious a small little circle, hot, fresh piece of donut tasted! Treat yourself! It won't let you down! :)
(4)Melissa M.
(5)Brian K.
Went and they were out of multiple doughnuts.
(2)Stuart W.
(5)Jeff D.
So awesome to see the hot donut sign on, they melt in your mouth. Yum!!! If you've never had them hot you got to try it.
(5)Jeff S.
(4)Brianna S.
Keep it up!
(4)Jasmine P.
I found it on a Google search and was surprised because they are so few and far between. I have been about four times since my first visit and I am always happy. They have great coupons and my doughnuts are ALWAYS fresh. I will be going back very soon.
(5)Hilary Y.
I dont like donuts but my husband does - they are very nice here. Funny and friendly. Store is very clean too.
(4)Peaches P.
(5)C B.
(5)Jim B.

Delicious!
(4)Lee F.
(5)Ashley W.
I love Krispy Kreme and Krispy Kreme Loves me. They always give me extra donuts for Free! It is clean and the staff is polite. They even honor expired coupons.
(5)Jennifer O.
Simply the best donuts around. I usually simple donuts, but I was adventurous and tried the key lime pie donut and was NOT disappointed. Absolutely delicious especially when warm!
(5)Julie S.
(5)Miyuki L.
This location is clean, standalone and friendly service. The donuts were delicious as well.. Its in a busy shopping center but you still should not have a problem with access and parking. I am happy to know its there even though it is a dangerous place to have near you :)
(4)Vanessa S.
Omg, the best donuts in the world! I can never get enough of these donuts. They attract the customer with a see through wall/glass wall that allows you to see the wonder of making these amazing donuts.
(5)Jamie E.
Fresh doughnuts are always good. The only reason im giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because they need to get their drive thru order speaker fixed. I had to repeat my order several times and I couldn't really understand the employee that was working the drive thru.
(4)A J.
(4)Wesley Y.

(5)Ryan B.
Who can complain when there is a Krispy Kreme drive through on my way to work. And by on the way, I mean taking a detour. The donuts here are really, and it's nice that you get them right off the belt for the most part. I wish they had some more flavors to choose from, but no complaints otherwise.
(4)Joanna C.
(5)Terinee B.
(3)Gina R.
Always great welcoming service. They also have a drive thru so also very convenient. Inside you can see how they make the donuts. Doesn't get any fresher than this!
(5)Ashley G.

(4)P S.
staff made a mistake, manager excused staff & blamed me instead of making it right. quite rude. they lost a customer, i won't be back. went over to dunkin instead.
(1)Sarah N.
(4)Mike R.
(1)Michelle Z.
It's a Krispy Kreme! What could be better than that? The donuts are great, and I've never had a hiccup while there.
(4)Maz W.
Best doughnuts. Period.

(4)Grant L.
(5)Johnathan A.
(5)Anna P.
Donuts= delicious Staff= easily overwhelmed at 6:00 in the morning. Don't count on a quick 5 minute trip to pick up donuts for your coworkers.
(3)Sherita N.
Hot donuts!!! All Day and Night!!! I wish I still lived in the area . Like a big kid I watched the donuts come down the conveyer belt and drooled a bit on the glass!! This location also has a drive thru window... Plus!
(5)Mei-ye J.
(4)Gerrald B.
Not even sure why anyone would need to read a review about Krispy Kreme... I mean it's Krispy Kreme!!! If I see that hot sign on I'm stopping and picking up a dozen of those delicious classic glazed doughnuts!! Great every time.
(5)Denise F.
(3)Willis N.
Best place ever! It is doughnut heaven. They also have a place where you can see the process of the doughnuts being made. They taste so good right when they are nice and warm. It just melts in your mouth!
(5)Tom K.
Love love love the hot donuts! This store has vastly improved in the last year after a period of bad bad service .... Sunny, warm, friendly -- and those are just the doughnuts!
(5)Chris N.
Honestly I don't get the hype. These donuts are no better than any other donut shop. Not to mention overly sweet.
(2)Ryan P.
(2)KanKan Y.
(4)Marie Z.
(3)Anto G.
dont get me wrong this is an amazing donut place i would eat here over any donuts in town but the service at this one just wasnt that great. we went through the drive through seeing that it wasnt that busy inside, so the lady is nice and all taking our order we got 12 donuts 2 of each and they said come to the window. there was no one inside waiting for donuts and everyone was cleaning not caring about us until the guy behind me honked at me and i tapped the window and they took my card to pay for it. then another 10 minutes later they gave me the donuts. i thought "maybe they made em fresh" but when my mom opened up the box at home(a 4 minute drive) she said these arent the ones i ordered and that they wherent that fresh..... but they still are the only donut place id go to over dunkin donuts or seven eleven or super market brand.
(3)Vikash S.
The donuts are a knockout, nothing two-ways about it. Get 'em while they're hot, with coffee.
(5)Full C.
The only thing that keeps a 20 person van full of blood hungry rollergirls quiet: 2 dozen hot-n-now doughnuts thrown into the backseat. Well worth the sidetrip on our way south.
(5)Matthew P.
Good lord, save me. Original glazed hot off the conveyor belt. And furthermore susan, this place has a mofo-ing drive-thru. Is this heaven?
(5)Steve P.
Hot, Sweet, Fresh, Soft, Dripping, Melts in your Mouth rings of perfection. Take that and place it in a clean location and friendly staff. I only wish I could see the hot light from my house in Pennsylvania. This place is Win.. Nuff Said.
(5)DJ M.
(4)Cynthia L.
(5)Omid A.
yum! can't go wrong with the original glaze...
(5)Dell W.
Freshly baked, soft and creamy. Sweetly to thy taste buds.... what more does one need with that cup of java??
(4)Kelly W.
Every time I come here after getting my wings at Wingstop, I go through the drive thru- in and out in less then 5 minutes. Cant beat that!! Service is always friendly, too.
(5)Mary L.
(5)Christy T.
Getting a Krispy Kreme fresh off the conveyor belt, seconds after being glazed, is one of life's great simple pleasures. Plus, it's fun to stand and stare at the donuts going through the process. I don't even want to know how bad these are for me.
(5)Robert T.
(5)Alan M.
(4)Brandi K.
(5)Jennie L.
I got so so spoiled living 5 minutes away from here. Now I'm stuck in Arlington with no way to get fresh Krispy Kremes =(
(5)Patrick G.
KK are the best! Also the the location is very nice!
(5)Diana N.
oh, if only LA had as many locations as this wonderous KK... reasons why this place is so kick ass: 1) it is walking distance from my house (1 block!) 2) it has 24 hour drive thru (...i am proud to say i have even WALKED thru...and they let me :)) 3) when the HOT sign is on...they seem to never go low on the supply no matter how many people line up 4) the area is spacious, clean, and uber friendly plus....it is a KRISPY KREME DOUGHNUT. i don't care if they are a mass marketing place, they still have the best hot, fluffy, , melt in your mouth doughnuts ever...mmmm
(5)Shawna G.
PLEASE... need I say anything more than fresh, hot glazed donuts from Krispy Kreme. Yeah, didn't think I needed to!!!
(5)Jen L.
