We have visited this particular Chili's a number of times. It is a pretty solid resturant as far as chains go. On this most recent visit though the table across from us was complaining that their food (a salad and soup) was taking forever and our server wasn't bussing as he went so we ended up with a whole table filled with plates and cups by the end of the meal. Overall not a bad place. I will say though for a place called Chili's would expect a little more mixed grill or tex-mex flare... this place hasn't gotten it, as what little is tex-mex on the resturant is pretty flavorless.

Are you kidding me, this restaurant is a joke. Came here with my boyfriend and a friend, friend wanted a piña colada what he got was tap water and flavoring poured over chunks of ice. I got a flavored iced tea it was overly syrupy, disgusting. Now for the food I got a sirloin with fries and Mac and cheese. I was charged $1 extra for the Mac and sirloin was crazy over seasoned and salty, Mac was spicy and had chunks of jalepeños? Boyfriend got bacon cheese burger now how can you go wrong with this. Apparently in many ways, burger was dry, overly salty, and party was hard. He took 2 bites and was done. We barely touched our food and asked to speak to the manager, she came by and we told her politely what happened, she told us she would take care of it and be right back. She came back and only took $7 off the bill!! For food we barely touched! I complained again and she only cut off a few more $$ apparently they don't have great customer service because she never came back she sent the waiter with our bill. I was very disappointed I still had to pay for a ridiculous meal I didn't even eat. Never coming back here again!

This food here is consistent.... Consistently sub-par. Other Chili's seem to opporate at a different level, but this one is a joke. Staff can be found hanging out at the bar, talking about how terrible their jobs are. Need a manager? Look no further... They're all huddled around the tv in the bar watching sports highlights. I only come here because it's close to my house and every time I regret it. In fact, it seems to get just a little worse every time.

This place used to be good when I was younger I used to try all the ribs they had but I went their recently and my experience wasn't too good this time I ordered a full rack of memphis style dry rub ribs and also got my two sides which were mash potatoes i think and bacon mac n cheese which my waiter said came with it. I was on a budget of $20 but when I got my check it came out to be $24.00. Unfortunately my mac n cheese wasn't included. Not done yet but anyway when i got my ribs they looked like they were ribs from an anorexic runt and they used be some what fall-of-the-bone but this time it was stuck on the bone almost pulled my teeth out trying to tear into this beef jerky rib. I asked for bbq sauce and I got bbq sauce with some random seasoning inside which threw it off. this place also needs to get rescued giving it 2 stars just bc they used to have good food

As usual, my wife and I were pondering where to eat on a Sunday afternoon. After throwing a couple "what do you want to eat?" at each other, I decided that I wanted ribs. Chilli's was the closest to our place and I remember it being pretty good from 10 years ago. This time, it wasn't as good. Both the signature ribs and the Memphis dry rub were a little dry. The sauce for the dry rub ribs were good but not enough to overcome the dry part. I don't have a lot of experience with ribs but I do know that I like it falling off the bone and juicy. Those are my two requirements and Chilli's met one of the two. With that being said, I probably will give it a go in a year or two again. Maybe it was a bad day for the chef.

At Chili's I recently experienced one of my longest meals ever. It took nearly 2 hours from start to finish. I wouldn't have minded if this was a special occasion...but this was Chili's. Thank goodness for the endless chips and salsa or we would have really been starving by the time the main course came out. Apparently the kitchen was having some problems and our order got lost too; I understand, it happens. At least when the food finally came, it was pretty good.

I actually had a great experience here over the Labor Day weekend. Perhaps it was due to the young girl who waited on us. Nevertheless, really liked the food we ordered. We did their special promotion of 2 for 20 bucks. (Fantastic deal by the way) The place seems to be quite busy on Fridays, so plan for a short wait.

10 years since I've been here but I've got no issues with this franchise whatsoever!!!!!! Yeah.....Bill ate at a franchise????!!!!! WTF???!!!! Worn out from Dave & Buster's......had to get away from the bustling White Flint.....actually hasn't been bustling for about 15 years!!!!! :) Across the street we go $18 total bill.....Daughter: Mac N Cheese and thick fries and Mango ice tea. ME: 4 Yummy sliders with cheese and thick fries....... Great friendly server......I'll be back for HH.....

I've been to Chili's before in a couple different locales, so when I decided to go out and Chili's came up, I thought we could give it a shot. I was not disappointed. Chili's is always running a special, 2 for $20, or something nice like that. It's a nice meal and it's pretty reasonable when you just want to get out Yeah, needless to say, we got the deal, 2 for $20 and sat down to share an appetizer and two solid entrees. We got the Texas Cheese Fries, which are fricken' delicious. I got ribs, and the girlfriend got some crispy chicken crispers. The food was chain-restaurant typical. It was a decent meal for not much money at all. The service was great and very responsive!

I had not been to Chili's since moving to DC in September 2009, which is strange, because this one is extremely close to where I live and also because I typically visit at least once every three or so months. Anyway, I was long overdue for a visit and had a craving for one of my favorite desserts - the Chocolate Chip Paradise Pie - so I decided it was time to stop stalling. One of my biggest things about chain restaurants is the consistency of the food quality and cleanliness. The restaurant was well kept and pretty clean. The service was so-so. Our waiter wasn't as attentive as he could have been, it took forever for our food to arrive, and he actually got my to-go order wrong. I asked for the Wings Over Buffalo and ended up with the Boneless Buffalo Wings when I got home. (Lesson learned: ALWAYS check your order before you leave.) I was not happy, especially since I asked the waiter about the difference between the two and didn't just mindlessly order buffalo wings, but I'll stop my rant on that for now. Lastly, I must say that I was disappointed by the paradise pie. The blondie was dry, not warm and moist like it usually is, and the dessert just didn't do much to hit the spot. Luckily, my bf sent me a chocolate chip cookie cake for Valentine's Day, so I guess that will have to serve as my sweets fix for now. Overall, not bad, but could have been better.

This restaurant says that it is "wheelchair accessible" (which is the LAW by the way) .... but I beg to differ. The last 3 times that I have visited this particular restaurant I have asked and even begged the manager to actually get into my wheelchair and try to 1. get into the restaurant without help and 2. get into the restrooms. It is set up to be anything but handicap accessible. I am not a 2nd class citizen just because I have to use a wheelchair nor should I be made to feel like one or be made to feel like I'm inconveniencing the restaurant or staff!! I was promised that the district manager would call me within a day or 2 - and it's been 2 weeks and I have yet to hear from him. I do want to put a kudos out there for Joe, our server. He was the best .... and the food was very good also. Also - they have been promising me for 2 years now that they are going to fix this problem and have promised this to friends of mine that are also in wheelchairs and the manager the other night claimed that I am the first person to complain about this issue. Even the hostess said that they get regular complaints regarding this issue. I'm not impressed. Chili's ... get in compliance!!

My recent Chilis experience was not so good. I used to be a cook in the Chilis in Laurel in the mid 90's and have always been a fan. The menu has changed significantly over the years and not for the better. The chicken crispers are still great, but the shrimp tacos were flavorless. The ribs were just okay and I didn't even try the chips and salsa because they cost 4 bucks. We were one of only four tables that were occupied at the time and the service was horrible. Additionally, the Manager walked by 5 times without checking how the meal was. This is not the Chilis that I remember, the chain may be past it's prime (remember Bennigans). Michael Scott was wrong, Chilis is not the new place for business.

I haven't reviewed too many chains on Yelp (generally, people know what to expect from them, so there's not a whole lot of reason to write a detailed review). However, this Chili's is far better than any of the other Chili's I've visited in the Mid-Atlantic region. The service is always top notch, and there is almost never a wait for a table. The seating arrangements are also very good - there are tons of booths, and you never feel like you're sitting on top of anyone else. Again, I won't write too much here because the food is pretty much your standard Chili's fare, so if you like Chili's, you'll love this location; if you don't, well, you're probably not even reading this far, anyway.

Chili's never dissapoints! I deviated from my usual steak and portobello fajitas and started with the triple dipper appetizer (the honey chipotle shrimp was to die for!), the southern smokehouse bacon burger and shared the new peanut butter molten cake for dessert! Everything was delicious and accompanied by great service and accompanied by a presidente margarita ;)

Bf and I came here and we were hungry...came in and hostess was like the wait is about 5-10 minutes. So we waited, they then decided to seat us at a table that wasn't even cleaned off yet. The guy just took the tables off and had us seated-didnt wipe it down. We just let it go. Server came and we ordered our food- spinach dip and baby back ribs. Took us a while for appetizer to come out. THe other tables got utensils, napkins, and water before us and they were seated after us too. The other waiter was mroe attentive to our table. Our water just happen to show up when he needs to. So finally appetizer came out and the manager said not to worry about it since it took a long time. We were like ok. SO we were told the manager we didnt get any utensils yet. So he gave that to us promplty. After that, the service was slow. Baby back ribs came out and we needed more napkins. The waiter guy took forever for that too while we saw the other waiter coming back like at least 12 times. We finally got the waiters attention so we can get the bill...he came back a few times to get the other table order and we finally got our bill about 10 minutes later. He gave us the wrong bill $40 ?!?!? since he was in a rush. So my bf just walked up to chase after him instead of us waiting again---we just see him walk in and out of the back but not towards our area much. NEver will we return again to this Chili's...food would've been better of service and waiter was better.... Worst waiter ever--took forever to find him and gave us the wrong bill...

I wanted to like Chili's more. I used to enjoy them (at least I think I had been to one in the past) But let's start at the beginning shall we? My husband and I had tickets to the Strathmore and we wanted to go to a place that we would enjoy AND would not be too expensive. I was informed of other, nicer places but Mark had never been to a Chili's. The wait was not bad at all (surprising for a Saturday night) and we were seated quickly. My weight watchers diet went out the window when I decided to eat the fries (gooey and oozy with cheese, bacon and the such)... I figured I was celebrating Patti LuPone's concert. The problem began when I told them i could not eat onions. I don't cause I used to get all wheezy and red and would usually throw up. So I said NO ONIONS. Sometimes the fried onions are okay but nothing raw or sauteed. My four little burgers where covered in them. So I had to wait forever for the waitress to come over and ask how everything was until I could tell her to take them back and make new ones. (I said it with a smile and a please BTW)... I got my burgers back and they were the driest thing in the world. It was horrible and they also took out the crunchy opinion chip things that are basically just breading and onion powder (which I can eat)... I was not a happy camper. Mark said his ribs were just OK nothing special but I am not happy still about my burgers.

I come here because good friends of mine work here. So, it's always a fun time! Great happy hour specials. Yummy food! Heck yeah! I recommend the margaritas... any of them. My favorite is the frozen strawberry margarita. Tip: Parking can get a little difficult, so just keep that in mind.

Service was terrible for this place that wasn't even busy, waited for a good 15-20mins after even had contact with two waiters. But no, couldn't get any service, I was starving so I left.

The service was great. A host was there to open the door for us and the hostess quickly showed us a table. Maybe I was really thirsty, but the drinks took longer than necessary to show up. The food was delicious, as usual, and our waitress was fabulous.

We had Ribey...tasty if frozen...skillet of Mashed Pots and Asparagus. Ribey...Salad and New potatoe platter with avocados are a good value. Both under 20$ Atmosphere is a bit bar like...not so bad but the music is odd. The service is relaxed and friendly. John did a good job answering our questions and was very attetave. Next time I'll bring our teens!

Came here after a 5k near Fredrick and was in need of an ice cold alcoholic drink. My family and I sat at the bar and Donna, the bartender was amazing. Top customer service, always with a smile on her face, so if you want a drink sit at the bar and talk to Donna! As for the drinks, she made me a blackberry margarita, which was a great mix of not too sweet and real strong ;) She put the rest of the drink into a cool patron bottle for me to pour by myself. Great way to reuse the bottles! Here's a hint for an appetizer...if you don't want to ruin your main course do not get the chips and salsa...I repeat do not get the chips and salsa. They are addicting and we got 3 refills of both chips and salsa and we ended up barely eating our main course. It's the type of the salsa thats grinded up (not chunky at all) and the tortilla chips came out warm! I love restaurants that do that. For the other appetizer we got the loaded fries with cheese and bacon. I don't think I need to explain any further ;) I decided to share my ribs dry rub style, it was fall off the bone goodness. The southern mac and cheese is new on their menu and I didn't really like it. It was way too cheesy for me and it was more of a nacho cheese so I wasn't too thrilled about it. The dessert was my favorite part and a great way to end my meal, the new Cinnamon Molten cake. Between the 3 of us, we probably could have gotten our own cakes. It was so good, it was done in a couple of bites. A warm and soft cinnamon cake with cinnamon cream, vanilla ice cream and some caramel drizzle on top. Drooling right nowwww! This is a Chili's that I actually enjoyed from the food to the service. Thanks again Donna for your awesomeness.

Came in the night before for a couple of beers. At the bottom of my second beer I saw something floating. It may have been something in the lines but who knows. I pointed it out the bartender (not Beth who is great by the way). Still got charged for that beer on the check. Any wonder why a lot of regulars (including myself) have started going to Quincys or Paladar right next door?

FOOD POISONING!!!!!!!!! We came here for my husband's birthday. I got the classic bacon burger with Texas cheese fries. And I've been throwing up and having diarrhea all day!!! NEVER EVER GOING BACK!!!! And the waitress was not attentive at all. We had to push "call server" several times to get refills on our drinks anyways. Blah regret going there. We should've gone to TGIF!

I came to this location for happy hour! The best thing about it is that it ends at 8pm! Just enough time for people to get off work and take their time to get here. Some of the hh deals were half off appetizers, $2.99 well drinks, $5.99 margaritas (frozen or on the rocks) and under $3 beers. Beth was our service and she was excellent. Very attentive and accommodating and presented herself with a smile. My friends and I shared a molten which is still my all time favorite dessert. I will def return to check out their new menu!

So this is typical chain Chili's. I have to say they do have decent options... So this store, is clean and nice. But if in a time crunch, beware. At lunch this place gets busy and it may take a while to get yurt bill. They will do separate checks too if asked. Also as a reminder, you can use the little device on yr table to check out in a rush !

Decidedly average. Staff is nice but the food is ho-hum. Had a Caps ticket for free wings after a rousing victory. The wings are OK at best, I know they aren't a wing place but I think they can do better then only one flavor...

I'm gracing this place with one star simply for the fact that the waitress was kind. I ordered a steak from this restaurant, and while it tasted fine, I wound up in the emergency center the next morning. I had contracted E. Coli, and that is simply disgusting. I will never eat here, again, and I have taken it upon myself to warn everyone I know that this restaurant made me sick.

I used to take my kids to this Chili's when they were young, back in the early 1990s, so on the night of December 30, 2014, when we were driving home from a visit to the National Zoo with our grandson, we decided to stop here for dinner. That was a mistake! No one was at the front desk when we came in and we had to wait almost 10 minutes before an employee even acknowledged us. A few minutes later we were seated among tables piled high with dirty dishes. It was not very busy, but apparently no one thought it was necessary to clear tables after customers left. The tables have little monitors on them, so we asked the person who seated us if we could order on them. He said no, they were only for reordering or calling the wait staff. We sat at that table for at least 15 minutes, watching servers walk past, completely ignoring us. Finally, we tried pressing the call button on our table monitor. It started flashing, but no one arrived to take our order and we could not get the attention of the (nonexistent) staff. After 20 minutes, it became clear that no one at Chili's was interested in our business and we left. The manager of this restaurant, Ken Boyd, really needs to get his act together and straighten out his staff. This place is dirty and the staff is indifferent. I will never come here again.

Expensive recent lesson: if you order fajitas at lunch, they bring you the dinner fajitas with an associated dinner-sized bill of $15. By contrast, the lunch fajitas are only $8. Unlike Guapos (and most other mexican restaurants), rice and beans are not included even with the dinner price. they are "extra"

Awesome food and great customer service! The food was exceptional and the drinks were great too. I don't have much to say about it, but it's a pretty good Chili's as far as a place seems.

I've always been a fan of Chili's, so any Chili's is A-OK to me! I met a friend all the way up in Rockville here for dinner, so figured I would note the service. I got there early and sat at the bar, where the happy hour is good (though only in the bar area). They have a few cheap beers, and they serve them in freezing glasses, so that's good enough for me. They have those little iPad-type computers everywhere, and it was a bit annoying when I asked the bartender for the specials and he, wordlessly, pressed the buttons to get to the "happy hour" screen...but whatever. When my friend arrived, we got the 2 for $20 special, which is possibly the best deal in the world. They also allowed her to sub a (better) entree that wasn't on the "special" menu, so that was nice. Our server was attentive to the point of absurdity - I do appreciate the effort, but repeatedly asking if we'd like refills of completely full drinks is a bit silly. Anyways, Chilis is Chilis, and this one was pretty standard and had decent service, so what the hell, 4 stars.

I will start this off by saying I was not a fan of Chili's until recently. Their food just never did it for me. I recently discovered they made a lot of changes to their menu. The margaritas are great! I love the pork quesadillas too! Our server was attentive. Can't wait to go back!

Service by waiter Temi O. was very good even though wait staff was spread thin. A tablet on the table allows you to view menu description, but also allows your kid to play games at 99¢ without parent authority. They did take off the charge for the game. My sirloin Steak ordered MEDIUM came out well, then medium well on the second time. Rest of Food was pretty good.

We ordered the dinner for 2 for $20. Texas Cheese Fries- good Cajun Chicken Pasta- alright but could have used more sauce. Dry Half Rack Baby Back Ribs w/ sauce on the side- good but mostly huge bones and hardly any meat. Corn on the cob- tasted okay but definitely didn't seem fresh Our waiter- He was horrible!!! Only came by to take our order and drop off our food. After that he never came back and asked us if we needed anything. Our water was completely empty. We waited and waited for him to come back to our table and he never did. My bf had to get up and leave the table to look go for him so we could pay our bill. Overall price- affordable.

Poor service!!! Starting with the host/hostess/ whoever it was that actually was seating us, I don't know. I felt like they sent the cook out to seat people because they were too busy sitting around tanking at a table in the back. We waited about 5 minutes for a seat, when the restaurant had made only 8-10 tables with customers seated. We started to get a line behind us so someone finally came over from the kitchen (table of employees still talking and laughing it up. They made several looks over at us and ignored us). Our server was one of the lazy employees that was sitting down socializing. She came over and was very short and annoyed that we were there. Drinks were slow, our appetizer was slow, came out nearly with the food. Chilis usually hits the spot for me, but the taste was just not there. The food is priced higher here also. We will not be returning!

Impressed and very pleasantly surprised. We had not been here in many years and was delighted in the friendly & fast service by "Jose G.", our server. At 1:45 PM on Thursday, 25 April 2013 they were not busy, offered great close-in parking, and they took the time to greet us, show us their new table-top "Ziosk" computer game/billing and free on-line newspaper, devise. My last attempt at a burger was at Wendy's (recycled cardboard), best describes that meal and I was thus leery of trying yet another different restaurant's burger. SUPER: at $9.79 the burger was huge, cooked to perfection w/fries and though being in a bar, it was a pleasant experience; I can't remember why we stopped going there years ago but we are again, believers. I even requested to speak to the Manager to commend him on our good experience. He too was gracious.

I wish I could give negative stars. With any of these chain restaurants you can expect mediocre at best, but our meal at Chili's was appalling. But, we had a gift card and were lured by the 2 for $20 deal. Just the smell in the place should have told us to leave while we had the chance. You get an appetizer and two entrees. It's hard to mess up fried cheese sticks, but they managed to. They were only lukewarm and very greasy to the touch, like the oil wasn't hot enough, and you could taste the freezer burn. The marinara sauce was just odd...watery and tasted strange. The bun for my burger was stale. Our beers tasted skunky despite being on-tap...I didn't even drink mine. They have a card swiper on your table, so that you can pay and leave without waiting for your server, but it doesn't work. Would be a good idea if it did.

I gave this place a one star in my previous review.. but service has gotten worse. And what makes it even more awful, the manager doesn't seem to care. Dinner should not take three hours. It should not take 30 minutes to get a refill. There should not be dirty dishes stacked all around you. Or ten empty glasses on the end of the table. The waiters should not stand huddled in a corner and purposely avoid eye contact. If I wanted to be lazy, incompetent and still have a job: I'd come to this location to work. It's atrocious. And it didn't look like any other part of the place was getting any better service. Never coming back.

The only thing that drove me crazy was that in the mix of the music they had the Chilli's Baby Back rib song. We had an assortment of grub from the quesadillas to the burgers to the guacamole (it was small and not fresh but good). The food was fine, but the service was great. The food made us giggle because it all kind of tasted the same so we decided that they have this big process line in the back where they just choose the bread group, protein, add some lettuce and serve. I will go back despite my review, but not often. Parking is complicated, the lot is small. They only have 2 handicap spots. The turn into the lot is just after Randolf so be careful not to miss it.

Please, do not judge me. This was my first time at Chilli's. Ever. I know, wtf right? I dropped by here on a rainy Wednesday evening to wish one of my top doggs, my old roommate, a quick happy birthday shout out! She had spoken of random, impromptu happy hours on the Pike here in the past, but I never really understood the allure. Ahh yes, but now I get it. $1.95 margaritas makes it worthy of celebrating Cinco de Mayo everyday. Also, all you can eat salsa and chips. I was in and out so fast that I didn't get a chance to really figure out the mood of the place, but it's an overall pretty laid back happy hour with limited mingling because most people are seated at small tables around the bar. All in all, a great happy hour deal if you like margaritas and are not in the mood to deal with a boisterous crowd.

Guys, it's a typical Chili's. I've been to this location (what can I say, I can't get enough of their queso) and I've had great service and horrible service. If you're looking for some decent chain restaurant food, it will fit the bill.

Honestly, I'm not sure why my group comes here for happy hour after work. Maybe it's the cheapish drinks? Service in the bar area is okay, not great. Their new tablets to order food and pay for your meal help a lot. Food and drinks are what you'd expect at any Chili's, just okay, salty, etc. Lots of tvs for viewing anything. So that's a plus.

2nd time here in 2 weeks. Not worth the return trip! Absolutely crummy dining experience tonight. Last week the service was nice & the food was good. Today, dirty table (sticky table, yuck! - we actually moved mid appetizer to a new table), overcooked steak (we sent the first one back & they still screwed up the replacement) & cold food. Probably never coming back. If a restaurant can't cook a simple steak and get it right, it is not a good sign. There were a lot of other little things wrong. Like the temperature (it was col and a little drafty by the windows), the sound level (it was a little loud and you could hear everyone around you), indifferent service (the waitress wasn't rude, but she seemed nervous, unsure and a little indifferent about the whole thing - like she was there to complete a series of tasks but not didn't otherwise expect to engage the customers) and poor lighting. I guess when I write it all down and think back about it, we are definitely never going back to this particular Chilis. I like the menu and there are several things I'd go back for, just not this particular location.

Located across the street from White Flint Mall. We have been here twice, both times customer service was bleh... Took forever to get food or drinks. I usually drink quite a bit of water, but needed to drink more than usual probably because of the amount of sodium in the food. This time in particular, it took even longer for our food to come out and to top it off, they forgot my order. (SIDE NOTE: Manager got involved. Anytime a manager is involved, stars are lost.) When they finally got everything right, i had already somewhat lost my appetite... so all in all, the meal was just meh. Food wasn't necessarily bad, but wasn't OMFG great either. Just meh. Needless to say, not a big fan of this establishment. America is always right! May come back if reviews get better for this location or food is free! Who wants to be the guinea pigs???

When I told my husband I was meeting a friend for lunch at Chili's he looked puzzled and asked, "Really, you can't do better than that?" Well friend, "D", works nearby and had only a certain amount of time for lunch that day so it seemed like a good choice. Parking is convenient and with our early lunch start the restaurant wasn't crowded at all. The hostess offered to seat me while I waited for D. She arrived soon after, and shortly our waitress came and took our drink orders. When our waitress delivered our drinks she asked if we were ready to order. D ordered the Buffalo chicken salad off the regular menu and I had one of the lunch specials. There are 3 (I think) levels of lunch specials that include a salad or soup or chili; and then your choice of sandwich or entree. The price of the special depends on what "level" you order. I had a side salad and half a turkey sandwich with fries at $6.00. It was plenty of food for lunch. My salad (with Italian dressing) and sandwich were surprisingly very good. The turkey in the sandwich was sliced very thin and seemed to have had a minute in the fry pan to warm it up. During our meal D announced that her salad was "really good". D had a coupon for a free dessert and told our waitress she wanted to get it at the end of our meal, but to go to take home to her recuperating son. The waitress was really helpful in picking out something that would "travel" well. And curiosity prevailed, so we had to ask her about the devices sitting on all the tables that looked sort of like Kindles. She explained that they were table ordering devices that you could use to add an appetizer to your meal or re-order a drink or I guess just order your whole meal. She said business people particularly liked them because if you need to get to a meeting, or anywhere else, you can use them to pay for your meal if your waitress isn't right there to take your check, and you can even get a receipt printed out. So despite my husband's doubts, we had a very decent meal and the service was perfect.

The little portable machine on each table is awesome! Pay for a game? I don't think so. FAJITAS MONDAYS for two for $14.99 is DELICIOUS! While you're at it, might as well grab their $5 margaritas to compliment your bang-for-your-buck dinner! The dinner for 2 for $20 is also a bang-for-your-buck: tasty and portions are great. No happy hour during weekends. Sign up on their website so you can receive coupons for free appetizer or dessert. you can try asking your server if you can combine the free app/dessert with the 2 for $20 deal - our server hooked us up last time. Service: Uhhh... I guess Chilis are encouraging you to use that portable machine thing because the servers here are not that great when it comes to attending to their customer's need. We only had ONE server that was awesome the rest are blahhhh. And yes, I come here a lot to say what I am talking about.

Food was typical Chili's fare, the prices reasonable. Staff was a bit overwhelmed, but pleasant, doing their best to accommodate. Not the most pleasant dining experience but not the worst either.

Who doesn't like Chili's? If you wanna take me out and have a good time, Chili's is the place! A good friend of mine and I met up there to catch up on our holiday adventures. Man, the moment we sat down, we were partying with our drinks and their awesome chips and salsa. And, the appetizer sampler. And, burgers. And, and, and.... All this with a great waitress! No matter how much food and drinks were ordered and how much the bill was, it was all worth it. Chili's knows how to provide good food and good service! Now, I just have a couple of issues with this place. Parking is horrible there! Parking spots are very narrow. You have to suck in your tummy just to get outta the car and making sure your door doesn't hit the neighboring car. You know people were in the restaurant watching you to make sure you don't hit their car. And, there's needs to be a clear sign that Chili's was located there. It's easily overlooked. In fact, I missed it the first time. Had to come back around. Damn, just writing this review makes me wanna go to the nearest Chili's! Uh, babe, do you wanna...

My family & I always feel comfortable and receive great service. The food is yummy and affordable. My kids love the chips and salsa and the laid back ambiance allows for my wife and I to un-wind! With 4 kids eating out... range from 11 months - 10 years of age, the server and host are nice and accommodating for a big family! Great service - Thank you :)

I work next door but it has been over a year since I stopped in and boy have things changed!! Sure they still have their $20 special of an appetizer and 2 regualr sized entrees...a great deal in of itself....but now they have an incredible happy hour from 2pm to 8pm. This has to be the longest happy hour ever recorded...almost as long as the list of half price appetizers. The best deal in town is the Triple Dipper for $6.50. You get to choose 3 from the big mouth bites, buffalo wings (and boneless), southwest eggrolls, loaded potato skins and spinach and artichoke dip. For $5 you can choose any of the flatbreads, wings, spinach dip, nachos and potato skins. Soft pretzels with cheese sauce are $4. Bottomless chips and salsa are only $2. Chili's boast having the best margaritas and if you don't stop in for a drink and a bite to eat during happy hour, I think you are actually losing money!!

While I am not a huge fan of chain restaurants for some reason I tend to like Chili's. I can usually find something on the menu that sounds relatively appealing and it doesn't taste like plastic. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. I love the little touch screens on the table where you can ask for refills and add onto your order even when your server is not in sight. I was able to eat their food and not have a stomach ache at the end of the night as I do with other chains (I'm looking at you Applebee's and TGIFridays!) That in and of itself is reason to celebrate.

I have nothing but love for Chili's, but this particular restaurant was awful. I was picking up an order and it took about 15 minutes of me standing at the To-Go station for anyone to acknowledge me. The restaurant also seemed incredibly dirty and not at all well-maintained.

If you want your food swimming in grease, then this is the place to be. I used to like it. I have no plans to ever return. Something in the kitchen is afoul.

This location is a bit hard to park at but the food is spot on and the staff are great. The burgers are a great size and cooked well. Also the fajitas are great for 2 people.

Had to hit up Chili's with my buddy for Veteran's Day. Service was terrific for the rush that was going on. Food is what should be expected from Chili's, I don't get the negative reviews here. This isn't some five star steak house in Bethesda, it's effing Chili's. If you want food, go here. Simple as that.

My family brought me here for my birthday dinner. Unfortunately, while eating, my digestive system rejected something in the steak (I probably don't want to know exactly what), which resulted in me running to the restroom to regurgitate my stomach contents. Aside from that, the food was pretty mediocre. The one star goes for the restroom proximity and clear path to it.

I came here after shopping on The Pike. My friend wanted dinner; I wanted an appetizer and beer. That's the good thing about Chili's. They have a menu to satisfy all. They really have a lot of options too! I almost was tempted to order a real meal. They have a promo now (or maybe it's always offered): Two margaritas, one appetizer, two entrees, and one dessert for $35. Holy Guacamole, that's a lot of food for that price. In fact my dining companion did get just a margarita and fajitas, and her bill alone was more than it would of been had we split that deal. I ordered a bottle of Oktoberfest Sam Adams and their hot pretzel sticks. They were good, but I've had better, and the amount of cheese dipping sauce is nowhere near enough for six pretzel sticks. I would of asks for more, be we never saw our waitress again until she brought the bill. Plus... we waited a very long time for our food. We were looking through the menu specials and dessert listings on the interactive screen-thing on our table, when I hit the game tab and we (out of boredom) started playing a word game. Little did we know that we were to be charged [$2.00] for it. Where was that stated? All in all: Average American food. Average atmosphere. Intriguingly cheap happy hour deals. I may come back for the latter, but then, I rarely go out of my way to head to The Pike for dining. Especially during rush hour.

(2)allen t.

(2)R S.

(2)Roger F.
(3)Amanda S.

Mark said his ribs were just OK nothing special but I am not happy still about my burgers.

how does this place stay open? below average food really ruins it for me. the ambiance is pretty good. but the food is just so bad. after the last time i came, i vowed never to come again! i give it 2 instead of one because sometimes there are great deals on drinks.

not bad... just managed poorly

Great food. Great service and a wonderful hilarious manager.

(3)Jabrielle D.
Service was terrible for this place that wasn't even busy, waited for a good 15-20mins after even had contact with two waiters. But no, couldn't get any service, I was starving so I left.
(1)Viya D.
The service was great. A host was there to open the door for us and the hostess quickly showed us a table. Maybe I was really thirsty, but the drinks took longer than necessary to show up. The food was delicious, as usual, and our waitress was fabulous.
(5)Marcia S.

(1)Nomin D.
(1)Dyonna B.
(5)Emma W.
(3)Roy S.
Decidedly average. Staff is nice but the food is ho-hum. Had a Caps ticket for free wings after a rousing victory. The wings are OK at best, I know they aren't a wing place but I think they can do better then only one flavor...
(3)Amalie M.
(1)Brian R.
Went there last night service was so so Food small portions of food for the price mostly onions and peppers no meat At the end waiters gone for 10- 15 minutes will not return. ...

(1)David R.
(3)Electric B.
Awesome food and great customer service! The food was exceptional and the drinks were great too. I don't have much to say about it, but it's a pretty good Chili's as far as a place seems.
(5)Brian S.
(4)Lisa B.
I will start this off by saying I was not a fan of Chili's until recently. Their food just never did it for me. I recently discovered they made a lot of changes to their menu. The margaritas are great! I love the pork quesadillas too! Our server was attentive. Can't wait to go back!
(4)LetsEat N.
(3)Filipina M.
(1)Steve W.
