Oh, Chick-Fil-A, thank you for being so awesome. I thought that Chick-Fil-A day was going to be a nightmare, but wanted to take advantage of a free meal. I am so glad BP and I went! I got a Spicy Chicken meal and BP got the original Chicken Sandwich. The line and wait only took a total of 15 minutes max and this was at dinner time: 7:30 pm. The staff has always been nice during my visits. I love the layout of this location, the cleanliness, the fresh cut flowers on the tables, the fact that it has a play area (I have never gone in there, though), and of course those Heinz Pull and Peel ketchup packets! Can't wait to go back! PS I do recommend their Summer seasonal Peach Shake! It's really sweet :)

Usually I have wonderful thing to say about this company/restaurant, but unfortunately that was not my experience today. I will never again spend my money at this restaurant where the management is rude and speaks down to its customers. I ordered food for myself and my child and we were waiting by the closed registers when I was told I could not stand there and I needed to move to the other side of the restaurant. I found that odd that I had to stand in a designated area to get food. In addition, there is no signage stating this. So my child and I moved near the condiment stand. When a woman in a blue shirt said I wasn't following their policy, I had an attitude and she could refuse to serve me. I asked for her name and she proceeded to say" Tiffany Thomas and yes I am the owner." Didn't ask that, but whatever. She went on with several other unprofessional comments under her breathe and then stated that me asking for her name was threatening her. At that point I asked for a refund and she continued on with more snide comments and mumbling. I had to keep my composure in front of my child, but she definitely deserved to be called several choice words. All in all I am disappointed by her unprofessional behavior. As management you set the tone and are a spokesperson for the company. She is doing a poor job. I will never spend my money at this location again. On top of that my order wasn't correct. I pray that she isn't the owner of the downtown Silver Spring location otherwise I will have to drive to Laurel to get my waffle fries (lol) The only upside to my experience today was my refund thanks Tiffany Thomas!

I've only been here once, but that Spicy Chicken sandwich meal is all it took for me to realize there's actually truth behind what so many people have said about this place. Forget all the other fast food chains. Now I know what I've been missing out on all these years. And I love the fact that I now have one down the street from me. Super convenient. McDonald's, Popeyes, Arbys? I don't think so. Chick Fil A? Oh yeaaaa! Talk about a breath of fresh air. Finally, a fast food chain where the chicken actually tastes like chicken. And don't forget to try their waffle fries. You won't regret it.

Horrible customer service team member Asia and her manager Nina the most rude people I have ever dealt with in a Chickfila what a shame this place has come to.

There is no drive thru :(. With that being said they are really nice. I came here for lunch a few weeks ago. My hands were pretty full with bags, food, and a toddler. Someone carried our food and someone else carried a high chair outside for us. I like that they have disposable place mats. We had our own, but it was nice to see. While we were outside eating the staff came to check on me and asked if I needed help with anything.

I have been coming to this Chick Fil A since the grand opening. I was amongst those who would travel to Montgomery Mall or even Downtown Silver Spring to go to Chick Fil A. I was SOOOO excited to hear we were getting one on Rockville Pike! Two years later, I still love coming here. I've never had any issues with food quality or attitude from the staff. Sure, the lines can get pretty long but it's the only Chick Fil A in Rockville, so what do you expect? They power through the lines and serve you hot, excellent quality food in a pretty short amount of time. No complaints there! The ONLY thing I can complain about is the fact that the sealed off kids play area is a freaking INFERNO in the summer. The sun hits it full blast and apparently there's no AC in there. My daughter loves it pretty much all year, with the exception of the hot summer months. If Chick Fil A could install some cooling in there, then all would be great.

No drive thru, makes for lunchtime madness inside. Lines around the restaurant, crazy wait times. Spend your whole lunch hour waiting Not worth it.

My first time at this location I had a great chicken sandwich that left me satisfied the entire rest of the day. The wait for the food was unusually long (30+ min aftet our order) bc there was a line that snaked around the store. But a staff came out with 2 free milk shake vouchers for our troubles! Most Def a 5 star experience. The chicken was juicy and fresh. Don't forget that Chik fil A sauce, too. Do me a favor and don't get a SALAD when you're there!

Let me start off by saying: Screw Chick-fil-A's politics. I feel guilty for patronizing a place run by a group of backwards hillbillies. That being said, their spicy chicken sandwich is the very best fast food chicken sandwich around. Also, their breakfast is pretty bomb too. The service here is pretty quick in my experience. This location does not have a drive-thru, but it's still more convenient than the Chick-fil-A in Montgomery Mall. They're not open on Sunday, which IMO is really dumb.

Ryan C.
Love that they added a chic-fil-a here but the service has been terrible. Today it was 10:30 and no one in the place, but it took 15 minutes for customers to get food. This is the third time this has happened at this location. Probably won't come back.

Big fan of chik fil a, but I dread coming to this location. Service has been sub-par since it opened. Not the cashiers fault. Management isn't training the staff from what I can see.

This location is so much better than the downtown Silver Spring location. Both super busy but this one has a better lay out. Other than that...it is simply salty greasy chicken.
(3)
Perry K.
I've been eating Chik-fil-a ever since they opened in downtown silver spring ... so yeah. Over the past few years, I've noticed how the chicken is so dry (sandwich, nuggets or strips) and they only way you can enjoy it is to drench it with polynesian sauce. The waffle fries are still amazing and milkshakes are the bomb diggity.
(3)
Helen B.
How can a human being like a fast food joint so much! This place rocks! The chicken sandwich is one of the bwat in the entire country. The fries are great. And the milkshakes are unbelievable. The only downside to this be location is its popularity. There are simply too many people that like it so lines can get pretty ridiculous.

I am used to being able to go through a drive through! Call me lazy but that's what I was looking forward to when grabbing a quick bite at night. Anyways the fries were a bit soggy like they had been sitting in the bin for a while. The lemonade was just like any other chic-fil-A and the chicken was the norm. Other than that the service was not over and above but it wasn't bad. This was just a quick pit stop on the other side of town so it's not too likely that I will be coming back on the regular.

Great layout with the coffee house style lounge seating by the floor-to-ceiling windows. Best, friendliest staff I've encountered at a fast food joint.

Bradley S.
I love this chicken very much, I get it spicy, fried, in a sandwich, and such, but everytime I'm at this spot, I notice there tends to be a line a lot. I'd understand this to be ok for a fast food location, but there seems to be 17-20 workers there, sometimes multiple people at each station. So why the wait sometimes I ask, when theres plenty of people there, to complete each and every task.

Chik fil a is great. Since the first time I tried it to the grilled chicken sandwich I had just a few hours ago I've never had a problem with it. The food is great, the customer service is great and the atmosphere is great. Everyone is very polite and friendly and the food is prepared very quickly. If one little thing is wrong they make up for it very well. For example, if you spilled your drink at McDonald's they wouldn't get you a new one, or if they did they'd do it with an attitude. At chik fil a they get you a brand new one immediately and do it with a smile. Overall, I'm a very happy customer and I will continue to eat at Chik Fil A.

I'm excited about the First 100 opening on the 10th. I'll be there on opening morning, will you? The anticipated menu for the First 100 group is Breakfast - chicken biscuit Lunch - strips or nuggets and chips Dinner - grilled or fried sandwich and waffle fries Late nite snack - chocolate chip cookie I don't actually know what they will be giving us, but that is my edumacated guess. Eat Mor Chikin

The customer service is the absolute best, that's part of the reason I keep coming back. The other part is the delicious fresh tasting food. My favorite is the 12 count nuggets with their signature sauce. Yummy for my tummy.

Everybody knows that feeling. You're thinking, I'm soo so hungry for some Chic-fil-A and then all of a sudden you realize it's Sunday. You suddenly get angry and then you say, okay okay, I get it, it's the day of rest and you appreciate that the owner stands behind his word even if you do not believe with his anti-homosexual stance. Alas, I rant, but I LOVE chic-fil-A like most of America. But what I will say, is this chic-fil-A needs to step it up. Maybe it is just because it is always extremely busy but the three times that I have been here, they have always messed my order up. Once: they ran out of milkshakes. Another time, I waited and waited and waited, and people that had ordered way after me had gotten their meals, it turns out my order "got lost." Another time I was super pumped that my milkshake was ready to in turn wait another 10 minutes for my meal. The workers are courteous and very sweet, but the service just sucks. I don't know how they can fix it, but it would be nice to get a correct order, and not have to wait 10-15 minutes after already waiting in line for 10 minutes, for "fast" food.

Chick-Fil-A was definitely a much needed addition to this area! As much as I don't want to like fast food, I really love this restaurant. The opening was a little bit...intense (HELLO! GO THIS WAY! NO, THIS WAY! FOLLOW HIM TO THE LINE! STAND AGAINST THIS WALL!), but they seemed to get over that hurdle. To be fair, the place was filled to the brim with eager patrons. When I left, I was handed a promotional grand opening "free breakfast sandwich" card, so we'll call it even. The few times I've been back, have still been pretty crowded, but as long as the line can get, it still moves surprisingly fast. There are ample registers which have been sufficiently staffed, which is more than you can say for some other places. The food is served rather quickly too, and always really hot and fresh. I love the little sauce packets they offer. While they don't have waiter service, you almost forget that. They'll bring you your food, stop by to ask if you need anything, and even come by and clear your table when they see you're done. What more can you ask from a fast food chain?

Best addition to Montrose Crossing in a long time! I went there on Grand Opening Day (not that I have been waiting for them to open for months), was greeted by a million happy employees - it was like a chicken party in there, complete with the famous Chick-fil-A cow. I ordered a Spicy Chicken Deluxe meal and even redeemed two Wizards tickets from Monday's preseason game for two free chicken sandwiches with no problem (gotta love the Chick-fil-A Fowl Report.) Highly recommend checking out the first stand alone Chick-fil-A restaurant in the area, it's awesome inside and extremely well run by professional, happy employees. Going there tomorrow for breakfast with the free gift card I got!

I love Chick Fil-A but this store has some issues. The staff are not like other stores. They look unhappy. The method of giving people their food just doesn't pan out logistically. My order was wrong and I knew it would be as the cashier just wasn't paying attention. She was worn out as I could tell. My fries were not completely cooked but were hot. I got the lemonade with Splenda and it was horrible. I've had it other places and it was fine but this tasted rancid and way too sweet. I asked for lettuce on my sandwich and didn't get any. Before I left I stood at the counter for 10 minutes, yes no exaggeration to get a refill on my nasty drink. After finally someone made eye contact with me and asked what I wanted with my cup and lid off in my hand as of that wasn't an indicator, the lady apologized and said she thought I was waiting for an order. The system didn't work!

Some people find it hard to understand how I use stars on Yelp. So- I will give you the honor of knowing the complex theory behind my star rating scale. 1. My mindset is that everyone should start off with 5 stars. Maybe that's because I'm an optimist, or maybe that's because I just love going out to eat/shopping/going to a mechanic ;/ -- Chikfila obvioulsy starts out with 5 stars because I love Chikfila. Fresh ingredients, quick, and reasonably priced. What is there not to love? 2. My second line of thinking is. What is your industry? What are you trying to give me. If so, are you doing it successfully. Like Vace. Vace is clearly a 5 star rating for me. What is their industry- Italian Deli. Do they provide delicious sandwiches, pizza, homemade pasta and more? Why yes they do. 5 stars. --- When it comes to chain restaurants like Chikfila. It's always about comparing them to the others. What was my experience at other Chikfila's and are my expectations met or exceeded. This one particularly- the service is not 1/4 as friendly as the one in Germantown. And it's even a little less friendly then the one in Silver Spring. To think of it... I don't even remember there being fresh cut flowers on the table which is a totally Chik-fil-a signature. Or.. so I think it is. Customer Service hear is lacking. Customer Service is one of the huge things that DIFFERENTIATES Chikfila from the rest of the fast food industry. Come on guys. You got to live up to that reputation. 3. My third thing is "Rounding". I always round up a little bit, because I'll give the establishment the benefit of the doubt. Every business and person has an off day. Unless there were like capital "G" Gross omissions of customer service, cleanliness, or quality- I'm gonna round up half a star if I'm in between ratings. I will not round up if the waiter calls me the "F" word. That's what I mean by Capital "G" Gross. -- I did round up from 2.5 stars. Cause, the other thing that I've experienced at this new Chikfila is long waits in line and then for your food. It's kind of hit or miss depending on the time of day. But- at Germantown or Silver Spring- they really have learned to MOVE that line. At this one.. I was waiting in line for like 10 minutes one thing and then 10 more minutes for my food. I'm gonna probably say that this is learning curve and the restaurant being new. So, I'll round up for ya this time buddy. Overall that makes my experience A-OK. Which I agree with. The first time I went was much worse then the second. But the second wasn't thrilling either, so NEW Chik-Fil-A or however you spell it, 3 stars. Thanks for putting out delicious chicken sandwiches. I want you in my home.

Horrible service Tiffany Thomas is a very unprofessional franchise owner . I told her I did not receive my waffle fries with my meal. she said oh well because it is not 10:30 I will not be receiving any with my meal . I told her that the menu does not specifically say no fries with my meal if so I would not have been expecting them. She said oh well because I think you are being rude I will not be askin my staff to make you any . The funny thing is it's just fries and not that serious . You are a business owner and you are goin to tell a paying customer you think they have a attitude so you will not make any more fries . I'm sorry I'm not your kid . That is unacceptable for her to do to me as a customer . I politely said ok and walked away . I will never be returning to this location again . She said her staff is not competent enough to serve breakfast and lunch at the same time . That is crazy so I reallyyyy know I will not be back . If you can talk about your staff to a customer as in a manner that they can not be trusted to do two things at once . How can I trust you to give me clean food . I'm glad I left . Every chic Fil a I go to treat me with the best of service . I always get all of my meals as meals lol My review is don't go thinking you will receive the best service .

New restaurant with poor directional on where to place an order when it's busy. The speed of service was slow but you are still expected to smile and give quality service even when you're in the "weeds" to avoid negative reviews as such.

They do need to vent the play area. The chemical smell from the rubber floor is awful and strong. It's been open for a year now? I don't understand. Kids love that area though. I will give more star if it doesn't smell so bad next time I come.

Update-- Things seems to have worked themselves out. While this is still not the most efficiently run location I've been to, it's much better than my initial experiences. -- I realize this is a new store, but the franchise pretty much has its policy and procedures plan down pat. It's 4:00 and the place is still super busy, which speaks to Chic fil a. 1. The fries were stale, even the replacements we requested were stale. 2. The bread on the chicken salad sandwich was stale and falling apart. 3. When I asked for strips instead of my sandwich, it was a convoluted process of returning and reordering the entire order without an apology-- this was a manager. 4. When we got our strips only order, we got a whole new order--- wrong new order. But, I wasn't going to try again. 5. When I told the same manager I was disappointed with the experience, she just looked at me... Hello, use some of that managerial training and take note on how to improve. Overall, I really enjoy the brand, but this store needs to get its substandard customer service and food prep in order before I go back. In the meantime, I'll just drive to the store in food court at Montgomery mall.

This review is for the customer service. Of course the good is great (I mean---it's Chikfila) but aside from that, don't think I've been to a restaurant (fast food or sit down) in the DMV YET that has had such stellar and genuine service the way these folks at Chikfila had. From the moment I walked in, they were attentative, always had a smile on their face, and not one, but all staff seemed to have gone out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed and insisted each time that I have a good day. Now I'm not sure if this is protocol to be this way at Chikfila's everywhere or not, but most businesses could learn a thing or two about real customer service from the amazing staff at this place. You guys are doing it right!

I was very excited to try it but this store clearly is going through some growing pains. More than 15 minute wait for food. Unfriendly service. I literally had to beg for a refill. Not what I'm used to from chick fil a across the river.

i usually dont like chicken sandwiches because i feel like some places over cook it and it has a hard stringy taste. then other places cook it right but its bland as hell or tastes mediocre. but i LOVVVVEEE chikfila. hands down favorite fast food restaurant. their SPICY CHICKEN DELUXE sandwich and their tenders are hands down the best! other places if you order a spicy sandwich, it will taste mild. but not here. its the right amount of spice. love it! they give you a generous amount of dipping sauces and if you need more dont be afraid to ask. their lemonade is delicious (i mix mine with their sweet tea) favorite dipping sauces would have to be their Polynesian, chikfila, and honey mustard (IN THAT ORDER) haha. did i mention their waffle fries when fresh and hot are to die for?!?! ohhh and if you're dining in usually they bring the food to you! and they clean up after you! not what you expect at a fast food chain! lol love their customer service. con: this place gets pretty packed around noon so i avoid going there during that time and i wish there was a drive thru

This is the worst chick fil a I have ever been to. I've eaten multiple times at 10+ chick fila's. Most have friendly, hard working, courteous staff. This one has slow staff that will let you wait in a long line with one register open while they stand around and act like they're working. The line is confusing where it starts and ends. In my two visits, one time I waited 15 minutes for my food and the other was relatively quick, but there were tons of people waiting that had ordered before me. It's embarrassing they didn't get a drive thru put in with so much space around the restaurant. Montgomery county has been dying for more chick fila's, but this is a poor start.

I was really excited to try the new stand alone Chick-fil-a. Unfortunately, the experience failed in almost every respect. It was extremely busy and the line was right down the middle of the seating area, which made it a little confusing and awkward to get in line. I ordered the grilled nuggets kid meal and a shake. The person taking my order took a while to figure out that I was ordering the kids menu. After I ordered, I sat down with my friend. She got her meal right away. I waited. And waited. My shake finally came, after barely being able to hear my name called out. After about 10 minutes of waiting (for a kids meal), I finally asked about my order. The woman took my receipt back, and when she came back she had regular nuggets, with no milk. I asked for the milk and had asked for the ice cream instead of the toy. She was really confused by what I was asking. When I went up to to get the grilled nuggets and to talk with a manager, she abruptly told me that she was a manager and was trying to help. She gave me a yogurt instead of the ice cream, and doubled the order of grilled nuggets. She was trying to help, but it was just not working. It really just built on the negative experience with one more wrong thing after another. I tried to contact them and haven't received a response. I'll be avoiding this place until things calm down and they get things more put together. It was not the usual Chick-fil-a experience.

Love Chik-Fil-A, but this location is REALLY problematic. They were clearly not prepared for the volume of customers they have. It's the only Chik Fil A in Rockville, to my knowledge, so they are always swamped. They are making a LOT of mistakes, too. The line today at 2:47 pm...not exactly rush hour for lunch OR dinner...was from the front register all the way to the play place in the back of the store. We ordered Original Chicken sandwiches but when we got home, they were SPICY. Yuck. Callled the store literally 10 times over the course of the next hour to report this, and the line was always busy. They must have taken it off the hook. I have been in the store before and heard people come back to the front desk to complain that they got a spicy sandwich instead of original The manager is not handling this store very well. They need to add a drive through or more registers/more employees. It's mayhem in there. Not to mention, we wanted a shake and after being over for just a brief period, the milk shake machine is ALREADY broken down. Frustrating!

I love Chick-fil-A, but this particular restaurant sucks. They are super slow and often screw-up orders. What really irritates me is how they have a lot of employees standing around behind the counter talking and laughing and ignoring the customers. Yes, some of the employees are friendly, but just as many are rude or indifferent. Also the place is a mess. Tables aren't cleaned regularly and trash cans are overflowing. They did have an employee walking around with a wet rag, but rather than wiping the tables he was eating food that people had left. He even picked up some fries that had fallen on a seat and started eating them. Gross!

Love chic fila and was so excited this place opened! I waited in line for 10 minutes, which was reasonable for 5:45pm (I have waited at chic fila drive throughs longer) BUT then I waited over 25 minutes more for my food- 2 regular sandwiches with fries. They had 4 people taking orders, and 5 people staring at the food pass, just waiting for food to come out... It was clear they needed more people actually making the food, but the manger was standing around cluelessly, avoiding eye contact with any customers. When I finally got his attention and politely asked about my order, he wandered of with my receipt and never came back. They clearly need to work out a better system for getting food out quickly. That being said, the rest of staff was extremely friendly and the food was awesome as always.

I LOVE Chick Fil A and wanted to love this location so much--mainly because it's 2 seconds from my house. I could have seen myself being a regular customer. I went to the pre-opening night and had an amazing time...the food was so good and they gave us gift cards to come back. Well, I've been back 3 times and every time it has been HORRENDOUS service, despite amazing food. First, the line is in a strange place, people are just waiting around for their orders...it's very confusing and a weirdly organized restaurant. The cashiers are slow. For example, I went on a Tuesday morning at 10 AM (not exactly peak time) and there were only about 6 other customers in the restaurant and only 1 in front of me. I stood in line for over 5 minutes to place my order to a woman who didn't understand anything I told her. I had to repeat myself several times and when she finally "understood", she charged me for the wrong items and had to redo it. She reentered it wrong and when I was given my order (for which the wait was nearly 10 minutes--for FAST FOOD!) it was incorrect. The manager on duty ended up fixing my order and reimbursing me and even throwing in a free sandwich, but it took another 15 minutes. I realize they're new, but the slowness and ineptitude of the employees is unbelievable. The only things they have going for them are the kindness of the employees and the amazing chicken. Not worth it in my opinion though.

Rude customer service. Food is as expected but I find that Chick-fil-A's, in general, are stingy on giving out sauces. This particular location acts like it is a huge inconvenience and imposition to request anything on the side - this is with a large "meal" purchase! I recently ordered 2 chicken finger meals and asked for 3 sauces total and they would only give me 2. Then when I asked for ketchup, because it is not available over the counter, the woman rolled her eyes and said she was getting really tired of passing out ketchup! Well, why not put it with the rest of the condiments so all can get it themselves?! Stingy!

Waited 15 min for 1 milkshake. It's almost 9pm on Tuesday. No one is in here, so I do not understand. This will be my last time coming to this location. Workers act like the walking dead in a supposedly prominent area in Montgomery County. I will take my money elsewhere.

I agree with Mike B.'s evaluation of this particular Chick-fil-A. Being that it is spanking new, and looks massive from the outside, I thought it was going to more warm and homey on the inside. It was actually pretty modern. It didn't seem as big on the inside. I dig that the children's play area is separated by a closed door. The noise from the screaming minions was pretty well concealed. There was one low table with soft chairs that was tucked away in its own little nook. I still like the warmth of the Chick-fil-A on Tech Road in Silver Spring better. As far as service goes, we had very little wait time at 5:30ish on a Saturday night. They take your name and come looking for you. They even make notes about your clothing: BLU JCKT PRPL HAT is what my tag said. And the food is typical Chick-fil-A food. I don't eat chicken very often, but I can't pass on Chick-fil-A. I did think my nuggets were a tad dry this time though. It's been a while since I last had them. It's a bit confusing finding your way into their parking lot, especially on a dark and rainy night. I was coming from Barns and Noble, so I just weaved my way through the Montrose Crossing parking lot. All in all, not a bad place to go if you are in the area. $2.99 for eight nuggets is a pretty good value.

It's Chick Fil A so you know it will be awesome food. I agree with the previous reviewer who said their Spicy Chicken sandwich is the best fast food meal out there. At this particular Chick Fil A, high marks for: - Interesting variety of seating arrangements. - Line is always long but moves fast. - Nice outdoor seating. - The cleanup people are super nice. Less excited about: - the lack of a drive-thru. - behind-the-counter people are not as bend-over-backwards nice as I've seen at other Chick-Fil-As. - hard to get to. Maybe it's a good thing this branch is a little hard to get to. Otherwise I'd be here too often. Chick Fil A food rules!

Ate in twice in the last month. Seems like they've changed a bunch and greatly improved the place. As a result I'm updating my review and rating from 1 to 3 stars. They are relatively fast now and don't make mistakes as much. The board was also green the whole time I was looking (it turns red if orders aren't being taken care of quickly enough, most items were red when they first opened). Most likely will be coming back to this location since it seems they have ironed things out. May be adding new reviews and updating the rating after future visits.

(4)Christian V.
Horrible customer service team member Asia and her manager Nina the most rude people I have ever dealt with in a Chickfila what a shame this place has come to.
(1)Sakeeeennnnaaa H.

(5)Stephanie F.
No drive thru, makes for lunchtime madness inside. Lines around the restaurant, crazy wait times. Spend your whole lunch hour waiting Not worth it.
(2)Jennifer K.
(5)Alex P.
(4)Ryan C.
Love that they added a chic-fil-a here but the service has been terrible. Today it was 10:30 and no one in the place, but it took 15 minutes for customers to get food. This is the third time this has happened at this location. Probably won't come back.
(2)G M.
Wow, the chicken biscuit sandwiches for breakfast are divine!! I wish they served them all day.
(5)Dennise W.
Great new location its certainly needed. But there is always a long line when I come. Good was good as expected.
(2)Patrick W.
The staff here all seems like they are in slow motion. It's a newer store and kept very clean, which I appreciate, but wow are they slow.
(3)Yoshi W.
Big fan of chik fil a, but I dread coming to this location. Service has been sub-par since it opened. Not the cashiers fault. Management isn't training the staff from what I can see.
(2)Dee B.
This location is so much better than the downtown Silver Spring location. Both super busy but this one has a better lay out. Other than that...it is simply salty greasy chicken.
(3)Perry K.
(3)Helen B.
(5)Monica S.
(3)Hal D.
Great layout with the coffee house style lounge seating by the floor-to-ceiling windows. Best, friendliest staff I've encountered at a fast food joint.
(4)Bradley S.
(3)Rafael S.
(5)BigJim S.
(4)Eleasah B.
The customer service is the absolute best, that's part of the reason I keep coming back. The other part is the delicious fresh tasting food. My favorite is the 12 count nuggets with their signature sauce. Yummy for my tummy.
(5)Meghan N.
(2)Kim A.
(4)Carolyn C.
(5)Analise A.
Staff is always friendly. Yeah, they have long lines at normal lunch hours but that isn't their fault.
(4)Chad P.

(1)GurleGurl S.
New restaurant with poor directional on where to place an order when it's busy. The speed of service was slow but you are still expected to smile and give quality service even when you're in the "weeds" to avoid negative reviews as such.
(1)H R.
They do need to vent the play area. The chemical smell from the rubber floor is awful and strong. It's been open for a year now? I don't understand. Kids love that area though. I will give more star if it doesn't smell so bad next time I come.
(3)Jessica R.
(4)Edward K.
This was one of the best meals my children are huge fans of the lemonade I would recommend this location for a quick meal for families on the go
(4)Allyson F.
(5)Omar P.
I was very excited to try it but this store clearly is going through some growing pains. More than 15 minute wait for food. Unfriendly service. I literally had to beg for a refill. Not what I'm used to from chick fil a across the river.
(1)Meggie C.
i usually dont like chicken sandwiches because i feel like some places over cook it and it has a hard stringy taste. then other places cook it right but its bland as hell or tastes mediocre. but i LOVVVVEEE chikfila. hands down favorite fast food restaurant. their SPICY CHICKEN DELUXE sandwich and their tenders are hands down the best! other places if you order a spicy sandwich, it will taste mild. but not here. its the right amount of spice. love it! they give you a generous amount of dipping sauces and if you need more dont be afraid to ask. their lemonade is delicious (i mix mine with their sweet tea) favorite dipping sauces would have to be their Polynesian, chikfila, and honey mustard (IN THAT ORDER) haha. did i mention their waffle fries when fresh and hot are to die for?!?! ohhh and if you're dining in usually they bring the food to you! and they clean up after you! not what you expect at a fast food chain! lol love their customer service. con: this place gets pretty packed around noon so i avoid going there during that time and i wish there was a drive thru
(5)Ankush M.
Great service, food was brought to our table and after about 10 minutes a lady came by to ask if we wanted refills on anything. Everyone was very polite and helpful.
(5)Mike D.
(1)Betsy J.
(2)Miss T.
(1)Louie B.
Gross!
(1)Ryan S.
(2)MacKenzie W.
(1)A S.
Stingy!
(2)Tara B.
Waited 15 min for 1 milkshake. It's almost 9pm on Tuesday. No one is in here, so I do not understand. This will be my last time coming to this location. Workers act like the walking dead in a supposedly prominent area in Montgomery County. I will take my money elsewhere.
(2)Libby F.
(3)Margaret M.
(4)Heidi F.
No problem with food. Employees are depressing...never been to a chick filet where the employees acted so sad. Maybe it's the town...where I'm from the employees act like they're happy to see u.
(2)Andrew L.
