This your typical Wendy's fast food joint with their regular brand menu offerings. As an occasional to seldom junk food eater I've over the years dutifully tried everything on their menu at least once. Somehow I don't think they're as good as they once were - in general. So as to make it easy to gauge each of these places, if and when I do try them, I've devised a scale of 1 to 5 with 1 being outright down and dirty nasty, and 5 being the best a fast food joint can be! I gage: cleanliness; service; product quality; convenience; accessibility; taste and the personnel's attitude. This place scores 2.5 of 5. I will not be coming back here for a long while! Although the meal was just OK, my overall experience was exacerbated by the extremely long wait - 10 minutes in line and 17 minutes to serve the order - fast food? Although fully staffed, I think management needs to seriously retrain or basic train personnel!

The drive-thru is a nightmare! I'm not sure why it's always so slow, but it is. I shouldn't spend 15 minutes in any drive-thru - I may as well just go inside at that point. Unfortunately, the inside isn't much better. The cashier seemed like he wasn't listening as I placed my order and I had to repeat it 3 times. The interior is dated and doesn't get a lot of attention. It was dusty and the windows actually had spider webs. Never again.

In three words, "slow but good." Placing my order took a while and getting my order was slow, but when I got it back to the office it was all there and it was all good. I like Wendy's. Who else has baked potatoes available at lunch time? And their chili? Mmmm!

Fries are never hot and they liked to fill a large container up less than half way and call it a large. Typical crap fast food for this area.

I was at this Wendy's about 30 minutes ago. I am so irritated about my sandwich that I couldn't wait to write this review. I have waited for sometime the opportunity to enjoy this "limited time" Pretzel Bun sandwich. So why does the sandwich maker use the nastiest, ugliest, most wilted lettuce ever on my sandwich. If it weren't pouring down rain outside, I'd make the 15 minute drive back to the restaurant to return it for a full refund. $5.70... Instead, I've pulled the wilted lettuce out of the melted cheese and sauce on the top of the Chicken patty. Service was spotty at best. The order taker greeted me, but never asked for my order. The window person/ cashier was great. I won't go back again.
