Decent food, but the place is filthy. Get take out. Don't eat in! Your feet sick to the floor. Your back sticks to the chair, and there were food scraps and greasy dust bunnies on the ledge of the window. I'm grossed out

This BM use to be better. It is a whole new personnel in there now. I use to come to this one quite often with the old personnel it was much better. The food was good back then. Now, it sucks. I bought a 1/2 chicken with sweet potatoes and mix veggies. The chicken wasn't season that well and it didn't taste done. The sweet potatoes (yams) were not done at all. I kept biting into raw sweet potatoes. I think I will take the extra trip to Grnbelt to see if they are up to par.

If someone is looking for the Worst Boston Market in the universe, you just found it. You know what you should expect when you hit a Boston Market restaurant. However, I wasn't prepared for this one. First, we were asked to pay first which I have never seen in any BM I've been before; maybe the neighborhood (which is not a very nice one) has forced them to change this, well.. OK. The service was really bad in attitude and quality, I really think that BM should send somebody to see how bad this location does to the brand. A shame.

Its A-OK. Didn't blow my mind, but it isn't so bad either.

The only reason but this location is getting two stars it's because of the young lady at the front counter who was so gracious and the manager who was more than helpful from the moment my sister and I walked in up until me calling him from my home to complain about the dryness of the pot pie that I took home I would return to give them a second chance and I'll be doing just that in 2 days

Confirming what the last five writers have written: this is a dump. The service is Honey Badger atrocious. The place is frequently messy too -- I'm not talking roachy, I'm talking could someone please empty the trash cans and clean off some of the tables? They just closed the relatively good Boston Market up in College Park and left this one open -- so I'm gonna have to learn to make my own creamed spinach. It's gonna take a miracle to get me back in this joint.

Worst service ever. It was almost unreal. Forty minutes at least to have three guys with attitudes spoon four things on a plate. Unbelievably awful.

Arriving slightly after the regular lunch hours, I tried to make a mostly healthy choice by going with a quarter chicken (white meat) and steamed veggies. In order to get some "less than healthy" on the plate, I chose the mac & cheese as my second side. The chicken was kind of dry and the veggies were like cardboard. Only the mac & cheese was really worth eating. I liked that the Coke soda fountain had the light Minute Maid lemonade! My suggestion to you is that it's outside the lunch or dinner rush, consider something else instead.

The food here is not that great, never again.

I'm not sure why such a low star rating, and I wont even read the reviews to find out why. I have supported this location as long as I have lived in DC. Even more after the College Park location closed. I hate that this is the closest location to me, as it is still pretty far. I have never had any issues with the food. Everything is hot, tastes good, and is well priced. The restaurant is kept clean, never used the bathrooms, and they have a parking lot. Purchases made Mon-Fri, often have a coupon on the receipt for a free entree on following Saturday when you buy an entree and drink. The staff does pretty well. While they can sometimes get overwhelmed, such is to be expected. Because of that same free entree promo, some Saturdays can have up to 100 patrons within a 30 minute period. Hard for anyone to keep up that pace. Even then the wait still isn't too long, and the orders accurate.

The Manager was great! Ordered 1/4 chicken with creamed spinach and mashed potatoes. Although alone, I chose to eat in the restaurant. During the meal, the manager came by to ask about the service and food. I responded truthfully that the service was excellent, but the spinach was cold; entirely too cold to eat. VOILA! A few minutes later, a server came over with a piping hot and fresh bowl of spinach. Now THAT's service. The rotisserie chicken at Boston Market is GREAT! The mashed potatoes were okay, and the creamed spinach was unbelievably good. Recommend.
