It was our first time dining in a Ruby Tuesday. We were really disappointed. Our orders took longer than expected. The plates looked nothing like the pictures in quality or quantity and the price was a little to high for the amount and taste of the food. My hamburger was poorly prepared to the point that I had to return it. At least our waitress and assistant manager were really nice and the biscuits and fries were really good. We know is unfair to judge all Ruby Tuesday by one experience but we do not think that we will ever comeback.

Me and my wife came here for dinner. I was not impressed. The salad bar could of been better, I also wish they had a better selection of appetizers. I decided on the rib platter which was OK I've had better. My wife had the colossal trio in which she said could of been better. I can say that our waitress was nice. The one thing I can say about the Ruby Tuesday in Randallstown is that it is spacious and it look more like a sports bar. Me and my wife decided we would not come here for dinner but we will try their happy hour. Hopefully it will be better.

Man they really let me down this time. This go round I stopped in for a burger while I was waiting for my daughter to finish swim class in the area. The service was a bit slow but they were a little crowded so that's forgivable. What isn't is the piece of leather they passed off at a triple prime burger. I ordered medium well and for cooked to a barely edible burger. No moisture what so ever. And to top that off my fries were cold. Man they really let me down this time.

Waiting for all the newness to wear off. The hubby and I decided to give this location a try. Yes standard chain feel and decor. Which bring to light every thing shine is not gold. Between witnessing poor service for some and excuses as to why something's came late to the table. You don't have to rush. I ordered the coastal trio lobster tail, shrimp and tilapia. Not sure how the pulled it off that all three tasted the same. Ugh....I upgraded for the salad bar. The salad bar was beyond lacking. I remember years ago the salad bar had many choices and was worth the added charge. You can skip it. Nothing will be missed from your meal. The glass of water was fresh though. The biscuits are a no no. Not sure if they think they are giving anyone a run for their money not. But with all that said...I think I will try there happy hour 4-9pm. We all need to be happy some times!!!!

Each time I have gone to Ruby Tuesday's in Randallstown, md they state that they gave ran out of Salmon for their salmon salad entree. I asked for it months ago, been there twice since then with last Thursday being my most recent and it still wasn't available. My waitress said they may have overlooked it when they were taking inventory. Really!! The biscuits - they are a joke. Those things are the size of quarters. They should not offer them at all. Tuesday's normally isn't ever my first choice for a meal. Now it will not even be my 99th choice. Why waste my time.

Regular ruby Tuesday even though this location is appointed better than all the others I have been into. There are comfortable couches in the middle of the restaurant to congregate and the bar is spacious. Our waitress was nice and attentive no complaints there This place gets 3 stars simply because the food is basic. My boyfriend had a steak lobster and mac and cheese. While i think ordering such fare at this type of chain restaurant is a bad idea he rolled the dice. Then he lost. The steak wasnt medium it sas closer to bloody the mac and cheese tasted cheap and rubbery and the lobstet tail which came out 10 minutes after his steak was comically small. I had a burger I figured you cant mess up a basic burger. But I was wrong. I didnt want the pretzel bun that came with the burger and they took that to mean no bun at all. All for cutting carbs but today wasnt the day and the small amount of blue cheese that topped the burger was laughable. It was getting late so we ordered desert to go. I will always remember to double check my bag from here on out. Got home and it was the wrong desert. Not the chocolate mousse cake that I ordered and even pointed to on the menu. But some chocolate lava cake that I gave to my boyfriend's younger siblings because well kids eat anything. So go for the drinks maybe the appetizers during happy hour I will just never set myself up for failure and have a full meal

It. Might be nice but since no one waited on us after 20 mins. I wouldn't know. We asked a waiter who I watched go to the manager who then spoke to four different wait staff. None of them came over... Not even the manger. I am sitting in the car as we just decided it wasn't worth our time or money at this point.

Laura, our server, though busy, was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The salad bar was awesome! The host was friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is relaxed, and casual. This was hopefully the first of many visits to come!

I just tried this place out with 2 kids and 3 additional adults last night. Service was prompt. Really nice and attentive waiter named Brandon. My petite steak was perfectly seasoned and cooked medium. My mom loved her turkey burger and the kids enjoyed the kids menu. Great casual dining option in randallstown.

My wife and I just wanted to have a quick dinner and go home because it was snowing that evening. Our server, Tony made our first ever visit to Ruby Tuesday really wonderful. The food was good, nothing fancy. In the restaurant business, people go to a place for the food, but they will go back because of the service. The place was packed that night, but we didn't wait long for a table. We expected that it might take a while to be served, but that was okay. We were given a complimentary trip to the salad bar! Tony said he didn't want to ruin our Valentine dinner... and we didn't even realize it was Valentine's. Kudos to the service staff.

This is a brand new Ruby Tuesdays. We went for lunch. Not crowded at all. Seated right away. We both got a burger and the salad bar. Salad bar was fresh and all items were good. Burgers were large and there were lots of hot fries. Only complaint was my burger- asked for medium well. Half of the burger was cooked correctly and the other half was more like medium. Service was good and friendly.

This Ruby's is new but other than the decor nothing to get excited about. Our waitress was attentive and even reseated us when a larger both became available. Entrees are not good here. Stick to the salad bar and appetizers. We ordered a glazed pork chop and it was horrible. The spicey fish tacos were ok. The kids killed the appetizer sampler but wouldn't touch their meals. Grilled cheese was burnt and the mac and cheese wasn't appealing either.

Not bad for a chain. Food is decent, nice layout. Big disappointment in the beer selection though- sam adams must have a contract with these guys- only 5 drafts and they're all light beers or sam products. Bottles are light too and no natty boh!

We were very disappointed with the food and most of the staff, though our server was nice. We recently relocated from Orange County, CA and have been eating at small local places, but we decided to go for the traditional Ruby Tuesday's for comfort. First of all, the young man who barely greeted us was so unprofessional and nonchalant that I just wanted to throw something at the back of his head (since he was not polite enough to walk all the way to the front to greet us in the empty restaurant, but instead wanted us to follow him as though we were his naughty pets). After I sat down on one side and my husband and son sat down on the other, he placed two menus on my side and one on the other. I moved it in his presence and all but called him an idiot aloud. I ordered a cup of coffee expecting something reasonable, but the coffee was so hot that five minutes later I still could not drink it. (It was the middle of the day and I should have known better, but it was so cold.) Once it cooled down, it became clear that they over microwaved stale coffee so I asked the waitress to remove it. She offered to brew a new pot and even though I clearly stated, "That's okay. Don't bother," she brought me another cup. The coffee was so disgusting that I asked to see the brand they use so I would never accidentally buy it for myself. [She did take it off the bill.] The appetizing plate (4-play) was so unattractive that even our large eat-um-up 16-year old son was not impressed, though the food was not half bad. I was so disgusted by the appearance of the food that I did not order anything else. Appetizers should be, well, appetizing. This was merely a sample of overcooked bar food thrown on a plate, in my opinion. The price was reasonable, but the presentation killed my appetite. Our son's plain burger was good according to him, but my husband's avocado bacon cheeseburger was so bad he barely ate half of it, and he left the uneaten portion behind. The worse part was the kitchen staff that brought out his food. The young man (a different unprofessional male) was clearly bothered by having to bring the plate over to the table; t he practically tossed the plate at my husband. As for the food preparation, hubby had the same experience as AZ on 1126/2014 - they put so little mayo on the burger that hubby had to order extra and wait for it. They brought the mayo first but forgot the ketchup, then took so long bringing ketchup that the fries were too cold to eat. At least the water was good. We tipped the waitress since she was darling, but my tip to you is that you deserve better for your money.
