I don't have a Dunkin Donuts close to me so when I do find one while traveling, I have to stop in. This one is located in a shopping plaza with lots of parking. They had a variety of k-cups for sale (which is what I wanted to buy). Service was fast and friendly.

Please don't tell me the fat/sugar/calorie content of a large coffee with cream and sugar, I would miss this too much.

My go-to Dunkin when I'm in Potomac. It's not always the fastest, especially when there's more than two people in line, but it's always good. And aside from the Goldberg's Deli that never seems to be open, it's the only place to get a proper bagel in Cabin John.

I don't really care much for the donuts or food, but the travel mug deal (99 cents) is what brings me here every. single. time. I was introduced to the Iced Coffee with Mocha Swirl and instantly fell in love. There was this one time when they charged me full price for a refill. They told me I wasn't enrolled in DD Perks. Odd.

I started with 4 stars. I took one away because they messed up my order a little. I gave it back when they gave me free hash browns to make up for it.

the donuts are good with a good variety of flavors. they frequently get my order wrong thinking cream cheese is cheese. the cashier looks like she wants to be anywhere else but here. It takes a long time for the bagels to come out even though there is nobody in line. Their coolatas are good as well as their blueberry muffins. They frequently run out of product with the exception of the donuts their is always 2 types of bagel as opposed to the 10 their supposed to have they always run out of muffins too. This place is cheap but I now only get donuts from here as goldbergs a few door down is better.

The doughnuts taste the same as every other Dunkin Donuts on the planet. So that's good. No worries there. All I want out of a DD is parking and fast service, so that I can get in and outta there without too much reflection about all the empty calories I'm scarfing down. Unfortunately, this Dunkin Donuts has been a big fail on that front during a couple of recent visits. Generally, the place seems a little run down and its weirdly slow even when there's nobody in line. Bottom line, this chain never would've made it if they were all run like this one. Anyway, it's one less sugary temptation on my radar.

After the renovation, the new staff is completely untrained and has no idea what they are doing. I ordered bagels with creamcheese. I got a bagel warm but not slided. I asked them to slice it for me but they warmed it up again and gave it to me unsliced. I asked again, they asked...you mean in half? ...it's like they have never done this before. While I was waiting another customer brought back her sandwich because it was still frozen inside. They were looking at her like they didn't know what to do to remedy he problem and gave her excuses why that happnend. Train your staff.

The new facility looks nice and modern but when I got there at 5 pm on a Wednesday they were completely out of donuts. They didn't have any kind. I find this absurd considering this place doesn't close till 8 and donuts are in the name. Hopefully next time they learn how many donuts to have.
