"Locally Owned & Operated" may be the bane of my existence around here. I ordered from here on Monday night--2 pizzas. One hand tossed with pepperoni, sausage and banana peppers. One deep dish with sausage, pineapple and jalapenos. Delivery was quick. Pizza was....well, it was completely wrong. Yes, we received one hand tossed, one deep dish. However, BOTH pizzas were made identically. The hand tossed was (accurately) whole pepperoni, half sausage and banana pepper. The deep dish was (as mentioned) the same....whole pepperoni, half sausage and banana pepper. NO pineapple, NO jalapeno, pepperoni on the whole of the second despite there being NO pepperoni ordered on that pizza, same with banana pepper. No pineapple, no jalapeno, despite it being ordered. I contacted dominos.com after receiving the incorrect order, they stated they would forward it to this one. Four days later, not so much as an apology, excuse or even acknowledgement on behalf of the owner. I will be sticking to others given the lack of response. I hate coming to this decision because I like the company as a whole, but if they can't even apologize for a mistake via email, I'm done. Too many other companies to deal with without wondering what I'll receive the NEXT time I order. My previous time they did almost the same thing....two pizzas ordered, toppings all screwed up.

The first time we ordered, the delivery was relatively fast. This last time, we watched the order bw processed online and it took 40 minutes to go three miles. Our food was cold and stale by the time it reached us. The carbon check was illegible and the driver was not friendly. I'll only order again because of my limited options and hope that delivery service will be better in the future. I regret tipping, out of habit, 15% for mere delivery.

Went to get our usual pizza via a coupon on the website. Click on the coupon and it tells me that coupon is no longer accepted at my location, so why is it featured on the home page??? Ordered a different pizza. Wouldn't take my credit card that i've used 100 times previously. Hope the delivery is OK and the pizza good, but not off to an auspicious start.

This was my absolute worst experience with Domino's ever! The food tasted stale and the ingredients were not fresh like normally. I've been a customer for years. I do not know what they changed but I absolutely will not be returning! I'd rather eat frozen pizza...still frozen!

OK. I can hear you saying, "4 stars for a Domino's pizza? Really?" Yes. So, sue me. And I think I'm as good a judge of pizza as any of the buddies I grew up with in Philly - even the Italians. Here goes - The Domino's on Travilah in Potomac. I was totally surprised and delighted with my first gluten-free Domino's Pizza. Truly excellent taste. The texture was a little bit chewier and not as crisp as with their regular thin crust pie, but more than acceptable. BTW, their thin crust pie beats all the other chains in that space. Lower carbs is important to me.

4.5 Stars. You know what makes life amazing? The Dominos ordering and tracking website. I've done plenty of deliveries and one carry out. For all the times I've done delivery, the drivers have been on time and very courteous. This last time, Sergiy, was super polite, friendly, and even made conversation with me, which made the "transaction" not awkward and weird (like most deliveries). The only time I picked up pizza from here was during Superbowl night. They were super busy (boxes everywhere and 20+ people running in and around the place). It took awhile for them to notice me and check me out, but it got done. Pizzas are always hot and fresh. You MUST try the Pacific Veggie Pizza on thin crust....AMazing!
