Best Panera Bread franchise in the area. My boyfriend and I come here when we're out of options/tired of guessing where to eat (a frequent theme in my reviews is how hard it is to find healthy food in this area...it's mind-numbingly aggravating). I've gone to the Sykesville and Westminster locations, and they're just fine but this one seems to give a little extra in the portions and the staff is the friendliest. I think it's because they have a ridiculous amount of customer volume at peak times. Shout-out to Hobbs, he's awesome/quite the character. I'm reading the old reviews (years past) and there are some bad comments on the staff...I think maybe they may have been fired as I haven't had a bad cashier there yet. p.s. The Panera Bread in Bel Air is actually on a good level as well.

this is the best panera if you and your friend both want a small macaroni and cheese, order a large and ask for another bowl. it's literally the same thing. in fact, the employees were so chill they basically gave us two separate orders but just charged for one large. this is such a specific tip but my friends and i always paid separately like fools and if i can help even one person, my mission is complete. you'll save like two dollars and you can put one in the tip jar because the people are great

I do enjoy a trip to a Panera every now and then. As far as chain restaurants go I think they offer some of the healthier choices. I stopped in after a doctor's appointment in the area. I needed something fresh and fast so I stopped in the a half of sandwich and cup of soup. The parking lot was very hectic and crowded. It was a little after twelve so the lunch rush was definitely on. There was a long then when I arrived and it was pretty packed in he dining area. The line did however move pretty quickly. I got my food within a couple of minutes. Since the dining area was so crowded it was pretty hard to find a open seat. I ended up sitting next to a stranger but that wasn't a problem. I made a new lunch friend lol. As for me food. I had a half of turkey sandwich and a cup of broccoli and cheese soup with a apple as my side. Everything tasted pretty good and just like any other Panera. I would probably avoid coming during the lunch rush on the future.

Yesterday in mid-morning we got iced coffee "for the road", and the manager took care of our order. He was SUPER-nice! Also, there were two great things about Panera's iced coffee: the size of the cups was absolutely *enormous*, and the *total cost* for those two gigantic iced coffees was only $2.69 plus tax. Plus; the coffee was *already* cold and therefore it didn't need to be watered-down with ice, and it was also really good coffee.

My favorite thing about Panera is their Mac & Cheese. Nice portion size and if I want to mix it up I can get a choose two option and add a salad or sandwich. Their pastries are also great for anyone with a sweet tooth. My personal favorite is the chocolate chip or pumpkin muffin tops. This space is big with many tables so it is great for big groups or if you need a place to study like me. Friendly atmosphere with nice outside seating as well!

Great food but customer service is touch and go. The cashiers on weekend mornings can be rude. Several times I've been given items I did not ask for bc they aren't paying attention. Still go bc I love the bagels.

I stopped by at this location recently to grab a quick breakfast sandwich and a coffee. The place was busy as per usual, but the lines were organized and efficient. The store manager was friendly and made a point to greet everyone (eye contact and a smile!) he saw as he walked around behind the counter. He even recognized me (which is surprising) since I used to frequent the downtown Pratt location when I worked downtown. He asked me how I was and said it was good seeing me personally which shows he really works to be personable with customers. It was funny that he recognized me because I even thought in my non caffeneited haze that perhaps I had driven downtown by accident. Either way, it was a well appreciated gesture in my book and further shows how a business should be run. I will definitely stop by again when I'm in the mood of quick service and a friendly face.

This is one of the few places that will put up with my dad and his crazy bagel obsession. Friendly people and good food. I suggest the mac and cheese, and the black bean soup.

A solid lunch pick. For anyone not familiar with Panera, they are a sandwich, soup and salad place. They make their own bread so no matter what kind of sandwich you order the bread will likely be outstanding. They're usually super crowded, too. People FLOCK to Panera. I don't eat at Panera often, but I never complain about going because their food is tasty and reasonably low-cal (compared to other typical fatty American lunch spots..) This time I had their chicken caesar sandwich on three cheese bread-- yum! It's an order, pickup, seat yourself kind of place, but the employee who took our order was friendly and courteous.

You've probably been to Panera before. Just wanted to throw it out there that they have macaroni and cheese now, and it's awesome.

Normally enjoy Panera, but this location needs a reminder that the staff are there to be helpful and polite to their customers. We came for breakfast at 7 am on a Saturday, and cashier was too busy talking with a co-worker to greet us, or pay much attention at all. Unlike other Paneras, they didn't bring the food to our table, and when we picked up at the counter, totally disinterested - basically called our number and walked away. Usually staff are friendly, and ask if you need anything, etc. Not the Panera vibe we are used to, or expect.

Good smells, long lines, fast service. That's what I call fast gourmet food! They bake their own bread and soups fresh everyday. They have fresh baked goods and offer free wi-fi service. People come here to relax and enjoy, interview, have business meetings and there was even a group of ladies playing scrabble. To get started, I've had the Napa almond chicken salad sandwich which was definitely fresh and worth trying. The mac & cheese which is located on the kids menu is delicious. It is rich, creamy, and cheesy made with white cheddar, and it kind of tastes like alfredo but I love it. It is definitely worth the price. The cheddar broccoli soup is nothing special but is made from real, fresh ingredients. The paninis are flavorful, but sometimes the sandwiches do lack meat. Some people like less meat, I need more from Panera. The combinations of flavors of their menu items are great. The salads are huge and always catch my eye when walking by other peoples table. Not too pricey, makes you think you're eating healthy at least. A sandwich is about $8 and they serve with your choice of an apple or their store made potato chips and all of the soups come with a piece of baguette. Check them out!

I hate this Panera's. They just don't put enough time and care into their sandwiches or service. I should know, I'm a permanent fixture at other Panera's and this one is subpar.

I have to say this is my favorite Panera branch within the Baltimore County area. The staff, while young, are always super respectful and patient. I usually order to-go several times a month, and I never have an issue with wait times or the correctness of the order. Also, it's always clean - which is not always the case when it comes to chain restaurants. Kudos to the staff and management!
