I don't always review chains, but Noodles & Company tends to be fairly consistent at their locations. They are reasonably priced and have a good selection of noodles, salads, and a few other entrée choices. That being said, I've been at this location on several occasions and wait is usually obscene, even when the restaurant isn't crowded, and our entrees aren't always hot. This location could do better as far as both customer service and attentiveness.

The two-star rating is not for the food or for the chain in general, which I love, but for this location. It's terrible. For me, this location is tainted by an apathetic and lazy staff, who outwardly display their distaste for working there. I've been to this location several times and experienced the same thing: a long wait to order food when I'm the only one in line, followed by finding a place to sit, but having to navigate past the five or six un-bussed tables. While I sat in line I watched a cook drop and spatula and then look around to see if anyone saw it happen. Our eyes met, and then he put it away and got a new one...didn't wash it. I'd venture to say if I hadn't seen him, he would have just picked it up and kept using it. The waiter bringing out our food simply tossed it down on the table...literally; I watched the food jump. The staff is also fond of yelling and generally carrying on in the kitchen, which you get to listen to while you eat. There are much better locations. Make the extra fifteen minute drive over to the Towson location. The staff there act like they're in food service and not at a high school dance. You'll be treated much better and have a much better time because of it.

Pad thai was average and pesto linguini was decent. Nothing to write home about really. Indoor seating available. The boyfriend saw one of his high school teachers there, small world. Not particularly thrilled about going back when their options can be better served at more specialized restaurants.

I wish I could take my previous rating back after my last meal here. I ordered my usual Med Salad, no olives add chicken. And upon leaving noticed that they didn't give me the chicken. Went back inside waited for them to make chicken. Drove home and realized they put olives in the salad and didn't give me any dressing (hello, the best part to any salad!). Boyfriends meatballs weren't cooked and were sitting on top of his mac and cheese freezing cold. Called to complain so I would feel better about the my horrible meal and was put on hold and then hung up on, twice. Not too sure what happened to the great service we normally experience here, but I want it back!

I had a pretty good experience here for lunch one day. The line was non-existent, the food was delivered quickly, and was quite tasty. Noodles & Co has a substantial menu of items to pick from (mostly noodles, DUH), and the option to create your own masterpiece. I chose the former, selecting some spicy peanut and chicken thingie, which was actually quite delicious. Plus, they keep bottles of Sriracha chili sauce around, which means they are obviously awesome. For a chain-type place, I would say this particular spot knew what they were doing. I'll have to go back to do some more recon. Give it a shot!

I enjoy Noodles and Company though I am not fond of this location. The food usually taste good but the service is not the best. One time I went there and the staff were all carrying on in the kitchen being loud. The cashier saw that I was waiting to order and ignored me and carried on her conversation. She eventually walked over and was still talking. Then she stood in front of the register STILL talking to the other staff then finally took my order. I couldn't believe how rude she was being. Most of the time when I'm there the staff is rude and lazy. Most the tables still have used dishes on them and the staff is so loud messing around in the back. It distracts customers as they are trying to eat and is horrible customer service. They have messed up my order countless times and often move slow because they are so busy talking.

Did not know what to expect as I had never been to this restaurant or any of its other locations. The restaurant was understaffed, however, once the manager realized that this was our first time, made sure to explain the dishes to us. I love peanut sauce but he warned me that the sauce was so spicy the first time that he tried it that he could not finish the dish. Went with the Alfredo Montemore without mushrooms, and was very pleasantly surprised. Ordered extra sauce as I thought that the noodles my be dry but they had an adequate amount of sauce...only complaint...I wish that it had more tomatoes and spinach as I love that sort of thing, however my dining companion ordered the dish as listed and ate the whole thing....not bad...I would give it four stars however the floor in the kitchen could have stood to be a bit cleaner which was kind of a turn off, but since I watched them prepare the food, I felt a little better, and as I stated earlier, they were a bit short staffed.

Love this place! My hometown of Madison Wi has a bunch of Noodles & co, so whenever I see them now I get a little nostalgic. For the first timer here's the rundown. All your favorite noodle dishes brought together in one restaurant, made to order and affordable. Wisconsin mac & cheese, and pad Thai are 2 of my favorites.

I'm trying to take in consideration that N&C is indeed a healthy kind of establishment and they are attempting to offer quick and somewhat satisfying meals. I have to remind myself that fast food isn't always the best or healthiest option and not everyone can intake salty, greasy foods, hence the blandness that I encounter here. I'll go here to feel healthy for a day... I went back again and tried to stick to recommendations that I had read on yelp, so, I asked the cashier to tell me which entree was more appetizing between the pad thai noodles and the peanut saute dish. She recommended the Japanese Pan noodles, so, I ordered shrimp for the protein. It was topped with alot of Asian sprouts and I had to add some soy sauce to make more juice and for a dash of flavor. The broccoli was minimal and were small florets. I hardly noticed the mushrooms, but I did enjoy the sweet and spicy flavor of the dish that's to be expected with Asian cuisine adding soy sauce of course. Then, I tried the Penne Rosa AGAIN because I felt like I was missing why everyone was eager to order this entree. I took Noodles and Company recommendation to try it with the crusted parmesan chicken breast and it was a good choice. I added a lot of salt and a dash of pepper when I got the food, that helped. I made sure to keep stirring the noodles in the sauce because while eating the dish can become dry because your sauce always soaks to the bottom. I think I love the parmesan crusted chicken it was a good flavor and added to the cheese taste in the pasta dish. Add salt and pepper for sure. I do like this dish afterall....HA! Finally, I am a cheese addict and adore macaroni and cheese. We all know that no mac & cheese is ever the same and gosh the variations are crazy that people come up with. I tried the Wisconsin mac & cheese........AHHH boy NO!!! It looked so boring and basically it had shredded cheese on the top of the entree and cream sauce at the bottom. I was disappointed because all the positive Yelp reviews let me down big time. This mac was not put together well enough to have the title and respect it seems to get from fans, it seemed like a 10 year old came home and threw some cheese and noodles together with milk to make a meal before their parents got home!!! LOL It was dry when I got it at my table but once I stirred it around and melted the shredded cheese it did get creamier, but it just wasn't enough cheese at all. At all. At the end it tasted like butter and cream sauce, and was similar to alfredo not mac & cheese. I can say children may like it with its simplicity but I won't be ordering this famed entree, I like Paneras better! I am going to continue eating here because it is a quick healthier alternative to fast food or cooking yourself, plus I want to try more menu items so I can have a solid opinion.

Neat idea for a little sit down restaurant! They have Asian, Mediterranean and American picks --mostly noodle based dishes, of course, but there are a few salads. You order at the front and find a seat-- they bring you the food to your table when it's ready. I had the Indonesian peanut saute (spicy!) which was pretty good. Nothing really special about the food here but it's a great idea. I LOVE pasta so it's a good place to go to get my quick fix. Too bad there don't seem to be any near my hometown. Check this place out if you never have, especially if you're like me and love your pasta.

Interesting, reasonably-priced franchise. Noodle dishes are categorized as American, Mediterranean or Asian. I would categorize them as American comfort food, Italian-style dishes and pan-Asian fare. Food was cheap and filling, but some of the flavors were less than stellar. I would give this location 3 stars, but I rated it 4 stars because the Noodles & Company corporation is nutrition- and vegetarian-conscious. Rice noodles can be substituted in many dishes for gluten-free diets. They attempt to create 500 calorie-or-less meals, using their small bowl options. Fifteen of their meals start out vegetarian and are identified on the menu. Some dishes can be made to order for vegans. ALL protein is an add-on - first you order the noodles and then add beef, meatballs, chicken, shrimp or tofu. I wish all restaurants would structure their menus this way. I ate here four days in a row while attending an event in a nearby hotel. Three out of four visits were takeout. I tried the Thai Curry Soup, Buttered Noodles, Bangkok Curry and Pesto Cavatappi. The Bankok Curry was a mix of rice noodles and veggies and mild spices. Flavor-wise, probably the best dish of all four meals I tried. The Thai Curry Soup had a yellow curry flavor, a bit of heat, and lots of rice noodles and veggies. I particularly enjoyed the large tomato pieces, which absorbed the soup flavor and tasted delicious. I was more disappointed with the Buttered Noodles. They were dry and flavorless, perhaps from sitting in a colander too long before being mixed with the butter sauce. The Pesto Cavatappi was also disappointing. The pasta was good, but I could hardly taste the basil, and what is pesto without a distinct basil flavor? My friends stuck to the Asian menu. They gave big thumbs up to the Japanese Pan Noodles and the Bangkok Curry, but were disappointed with the Pad Thai. Oh, and don't let me forget the Rice Krispy treats. O.M.G., they should call them Rice Krispy Bricks. They tasted homemade and were big enough to share. (Warning: over 500 calories per brick!) We obviously liked the place enough to order four times; it was cheap and convenient. Our main issue was inconsistency -- check your order! There was a choice of grilled chicken or parmesan crusted chicken. My friends ordered grilled chicken on a number of the dishes. The first time, the chicken breast was thick, juicy, and grilled perfectly with char marks diagonally on the breast. However, twice after that, even though grilled chicken was ordered, it appeared that the parm chicken was used. Visually, the difference was obvious. These breasts looked like they had been flattened and previously frozen. On my first take-out order, my Thai Curry Soup did not come with a spoon, so I ended up using a fork for the solid parts and sipping the soup out of the bowl. On another take-out visit, after leaving the restaurant, we realized the sautéed beef was missing on one of the meals. We called, and because it was too late to return the order, the restaurant offered us a free meal on a return visit.

For a chain place, the food is good. Sure, it may not be frou-frou epic or what have you, but the price was right and the food was good! I've tried most of everything they make, and you really can't go wrong with any of it.

Really like this place! The servers are really nice and the carry out service is fast and foot is always hot. I always get the Penne Rosa which is great! I have also had the pad thai which is pretty tasty as well with shrimp. I come here atleast twice a month!

We come here at least once every 6 weeks. Only had one bad experience and I wrote to the corporate office. The local manager called me within 24 hours and gave us free make up meals. That was a couple years ago so every time since has been good. I do wish they still made some menu items that have been removed (they seem to have taken my 2 favorites away). But there are other choices I have been pleased with. Portions are always large.

I enjoy noodles and company normally but when I last went here the wait time for my meal was quite long. They seemed to have forgotten about my order and everyone else got their food and left as I continued to wait. The cashier made a comment to me about not receiving my order yet and went back to the cooks to tell them what I had ordered.

Noodles = yum, service = ummmm... Food is good (what you expect at a noodles), but the service isn't exceptional. The manager (owner?) is very nice, but the staff is more like a fast food service crew, without a lot of regard for the customer as they enter and order. The parking in front is tight, so park on the side and walk up the steps. Went back recently for a pick up and service was solid.

Mtg with friend and colleague great; food tasty; staff attentive; getting hit in the head with a clearing tray by server not so fun. Yikes! OY!

This is a good Noodles location. In the past, they were a bit slow with on-line orders - they weren't always ready when I got there, and sometimes it made me run over on my lunch break (which is fine because I can take as long of one as I want, but I like getting back so I can get paid and all), but now they have fixed all of this. The last two times I made online orders, I got there and it was done already or being bagged as I arrived. I can't comment on the inside of the restaurant or the service, really, since I only ever interact with a cashier and then leave... The cashiers are always nice, though.

We've been coming here for about three years. Usually we avoid it if we can and go to the Owings Mills location because the service was terrible and they consistently screwed up orders and then would argue with you about it, BUT!! About 6 weeks ago we got take out and it wasn't screwed up! We hoped it wasn't a fluke and did it again two weeks later; success again! So we braced ourselves and went in for dinner. It was GREAT. They have to be under new management, because the change is drastic and all for the better. The staff is friendlier, the management seems to be super on top of things, and the food is obviously good. We are super happy and will continue to be regulars here!

I was surprise the first time I came to this establishment to see how good the food tasted. I would defiantly come back here and enjoy the spacious dinning area and view. The food was fantastic and the service was outstanding. So if you get a chance this is a restaurant that you must try.

Tried and true. Consistent and dependable for last minute lunch pick. Love that they serve cream soda. Their new pita wraps are very delicious too!

I have been to several Noodles & Company locations over the years many, many times. This one has always been my favorite one. I like the seating down or eating outside. Some prefer to more open crowded area in the front though. Luckily in Noodles & Company you choose your own seat. I have never had any problems with my food at this or any location. The meals are vegetarian to start with and you can add meat or tofu or leave it as is. The Wisconsin Mac & Cheese with feta added and tofu is great. I add Sriracha sauce. The snicker-doodle cookies are good and always soft. If only they made and served lattes...

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
