I had a couple discussions with the management from this location, and in the past couple of months, this branch has really snapped back into shape. The staff is all super friendly again and I haven't encountered an issue with my orders since then. Im very pleased with this! They will continue to be my once a week treat to myself!

I would like the two for twenty I said. One with shredded bbq chicken and one regular chicken dark and my sides. At no point did she tell me the shredded chicken wasn't included in the 2 for 20. My total was about 25 dollars. I know we pay taxes, but five dollars?? I get the info from another worker after the fact. Ended up trying something different...meatloaf which is disgusting. But I don't really like meatloaf anyway so I won't count it against them. The lady that helped fix my order was very nice and helpful. I may come back. Wouldn't be bummed if I didn't. Giving an extra star because of the girl that helped me for she is still checking on me.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. They had a good sense of humor, and it appears clean in there--That's how they got 2 stars (one for each positive). Now for the the real review: Is it me or has the quality of their food gone down. I'm not sure but it just doesn't taste the same. I know with the economic downfall many companies have taken short cuts in food preparation and quality, but there are some places that you don't expect to change. I got the meatloaf and chicken and wasn't pleased with either...now if this was 5 or 6 years ago, I would have been doing jumping jacks over the food. I used to really love "The Market" but now, I wouldn't feel as if I missed anything if I never came back here again.

Just disgusting! Wanted to order a meal for family when I noticed the staff not wearing any gloves and cleaning the processing station with the same hands and dirty rag. The other guy was slicing chicken with a dirty knife and also not wearing gloves. When I asked if they wear gloves at all, they said sometimes?

So the customer service was average-nothing over the top but nothing bad to complain about either! The ribs were dry and tough! I would not recommend getting these. Perhaps they have just been sitting for a while...not fresh at all and not worth the 13.00 + I paid for the combo. The bathroom was (female) was out of toilet paper.
