My partner and I came here when I was sick and we didn't feel like cooking. I had a salad craving. I got the whole Asian sesame chicken salad (so good), the salad came with a fresh French bread loaf, and I also ordered a green power smoothie(was way more sweet and fruity than I expected). There was a bit of a line but it was worth waiting for. The dining area was clean, but the whole place was full of a very OLDER crowd. My partner and I apparently stuck out as the weird, young, alternative couple in there (i.e. old people having issues not staring at my piercings and hair). I would have given five stars but their house iced green tea was awful. It had bunch of weird fruit taste in it, which you would only know by reading the fine print on the dispenser in the back because it didn't tell you that there was sweet fruit in it on the menu. My partner was bummed.

Love this place! Addicted to the broccoli and cheese soup in a bread bowl! I crave Panera Bread at least once a week and this one in particular makes the perfect lunch spot. Will be returning.

I've never had a problem at any location, but this one always has horrible customer service. It's like the team members don't even acknowledge that you are there.

Consistency. That alone gets them four stars - food is good, cheap, hot, tasty - invariably. My kid will eat their mac and cheese 3x a day if allowed. They cycle the menu often enough to keep it interesting. Leaps above any of their competitors - Chipotle, Atlanta Bread Company, and we would even rather eat here than the TGI Fridays of the world. Their employees seem to stay, which is a good sign. The tomato basil bread is exceptional. We'll get a loaf and make some sweet grilled cheeses with this at home.

I love this Panera. They make quite a good sandwich and they are in same parking lot as my bank. :)

This is one of the few premier places around. Food is always hot and fast. Staff is very good to talk with and the atmosphere is very well done. This is becoming the only panera I will go to.

This is my favorite of the PB's in Glen Burnie. Writing this review will not be teeth pulling.. or rocket science. But this PB get's my vote for these reasons - It's always clean - The customer service is great - My order is always correct I come to PB.. strictly to feed MY soup addiction and my DAUGHTER's mac and cheese addiction. Top PB soup's Chicken Noodle Soup Chicken and Wild Rice Chicken Tortilla Black Bean Turkey Chili Warning.. Warning.. for those like counting calories stay away from the bread bowl. Also all nutrition info is on the website. I heart Panera Bread ! Viva La Panera ( ok, ok, ok maybe I took it alittle to far)

Though I should be cutting carbs out of my diet I choose to still allow my self to sneak a meal or two from Panera Bread, occasionally . I love the friendly staff, and the fresh hot food they make. Though I am also tempted by the sweets selection, and I should be giant sticky buns, muffins, cookies .. the works! There is also a good cafe, with great baristas . Come any time, they are open early for the morning crowd serving everything from fried egg, with apple wood smoked bacon and cheese on a ciabatta roll, or you might opt out for just coffee and muffin. There lunch is also good as well with specials like their, ' You Pick Two,' which allows you to get a soup and a half a sandwich / salad. To top it off most of their food is calorie, fat and often their sandwiches and soups are healthy and hardy making your dollars value good further. I recommend a visit, if not here check out your local one!

Yummm! I love panera. I love carbs, what can I say? So what if it's over priced, it's not like I go here every day. (I would but it's so darn over priced! =] ) Anyways, I convinced my son to hurry by the pastry counter and to the lunch desk. We got a bowl of soup (broccoli cheddar) and a whole turkey sandwich (on honey wheat with tomato, lettuce, cheese and mayo, yummmmmmm) They were both delicious. Their bread for the sandwich is delicious and soft and perfect. The turkey is fresh and so were the veggies. The soup is excellent, Every time I got to take a bite (whichwas not frequently since I had to share with two children with mouths like baby birds) it was pure heaven. Their croissants are to die for. I didn't get one today but cheese and rice, if I had a better metabolism I would eat them every day.

The food is pretty good but, the restaurant is dirty. They obviously do not take the time to thoroughly clean the tables or floors. Kinda gross.

This location gets pretty crowded since its smack in the center of downtown w/ all the hungry working folks by the harbor - including me at one point and time! However, PB maintains its freshness, cleanliness, good customer service and flow of the bakery to visit. They've never let me down, regardless of location!

Hard to drive past this Panera Bread on Sunday at noon. Yes, we DO know what real bagels are (lived in New York for 10 years), but we have come to accept the Panera bagels as good in their own right. Gasp - we even have them toast the bagels, despite their being freshly baked. Getting into the Maryland culture, I guess. Souffles (when they have some left) are a nice addition, but too often they vanish early in the morning. And for variety there is a parfait of fresh strawberries and crunchy granola over Stoneyfield organic vanilla yogurt. A variety of coffees in big pump pots pour steaming hot into our thick ceramic mugs (yay - no styrofoam or paper cup) which completes our unhealthy but satisfying Sunday brunch ritual. We linger over the paper and never feel rushed because by 1:00 or so the rush is subsiding. The lunch fare (Pick 2) at Panera is hearty, and we appreciate the caloric values being posted, but prices are becoming a bit high as it seems our favorites are all "signature" items which elevates the prices. Forget the chips or apple, even the sourdough bagette can be passed by - Instead, get the chewy "whole grain baguette" with your meal - very satisfying. Ambience: The dining space is inviting, but only on the windows side of the restaurant and the booths down the middle, so we avoid the tables scattered about the center, which are more accommodating for groups and not well lit. The lines to order are long, but move quickly. The beverage area is not well laid out, which causes a log jam near the food pick-up counter. It can be really crowded in this restaurant at lunch time and on weekends, but evenings are not crowded, so we sometimes drop in for a quick bite on weeknights. It's not gourmet, but fast and much better than going to McDonald's or Taco Bell! Wish they were open a little later however - a 9 p.m. close is too early.

Well. After the chintzy egg sammich at Subway, I was on my way to get some gasoline so I could get back on the B/W Parkway and get home. Then I spotted this Panera. Yesssss!!! I can get something suitable to eat. Yum. I got in the long @$$ line. Ordered my bowl of lowfat chicken noodle soup with the bread. And stood and waited and waited and waited. WTF!?!?!?!?!?!? When I got to the front of the pickup line, they never called my number. Ok. Ok. Ok. Whats up? Dude finally tells me they are out of Lowfat Chicken Noodle Soup. WTF? How the hell does Panera run out of Lowfat Chicken Noodle Soup? This is an outrage! He offered me ANYTHING I wanted as a replacement. Was pushing a whole sandwich. Well dammit I just came from the dentist so the sammich on the chewy ass bread was not going to work ok. I went for the macaroni and cheese. When I asked for that, manager dude told me to come back to see him before I left and he would give me a lowfat chicken noodle to go. Nice. The Macaroni 'n' Cheese was so good. OMG. It was so creamy and delicious. OMG. It was so savory and tasty! OMG. I like the Panera Mac 'n' Cheese. Aw geez. Another pasta dish to crave. But by golly this panera came through. They made up for poor soup planning with excellent customer service. I'm a fan.

Crowded, overpriced mediocrity. Need I say more? OK, I will. I found a piece of plastic in my salad, which was a tomato mozzarella salad and only had 3 mozz balls in it. It was also overdressed.... swimming in balsamic. The smoothies tasted too sweet, like a mix. One of the people in the expo area was not wearing gloves. The cashiers were too busy talking to one another that they got my order wrong and a manager had to correct it.

Today I had lunch here with my folks and one of my best friends from high school who had a wife and two knee biters in tow. It happened to be a good point to meet and was the first time I'd heard about or been to this chain. I was fairly impressed with the place, they had a great selection of sandwiches, soups and salads. There was also a large offering of bagels as well as sweets. Seating was plentiful and spacious enough for a busy lunch time setting.
