Ordered pizza from here on a Friday night. We usually order pizza at least once a week. We usually order the same things, what I can say, we're creatures of habit. Large pizza with pineapple, sausage, and pepperoni. Cinna-stix, cheesy bread. Extra marinara on the side, and no icing for the cinna stix. For the second time, our cinna stix arrived with zero cinnamon. Yep, none. For the bajillionth time ( shame on me for continually being fooled) we paid for extra marinara and received none. But they always remember the icing, even though we mark that we don't want it, go figure. The pizza and cheesy bread were way overcooked and burnt. Absolutely inedible, it all went in the trash. Managements solution is to remake and send it out, which is nice. However, the times 's we've opted to do that, it was well over an hour before it arrived at the house. With the cinna-stix last time, they literally dumped piles of it on the remade ones, and the box had close to a half inch settled on the bottom. Basically a big f-you from the person that had to remake it. I worked at a Dominoes in high school, it's not rocket science. Mistakes happen, it's a fact of life. But this is clearly an issue of quality control and poor management and training. Dominoes has lost my business. Probably should have seen the clues when only Papa Johns was delivering to the rest of the neighborhood.

NEW GLUTEN FREE PIZZA ROCKS! Sooo I had not had Domino's Pizza in years like a decade or so. Gave it shot twice in the last few weeks. Loved the new Gluten free Pizza! Delivery driver was on time, friendly and courteous.

I just moved here from California and I realized I was a little spoiled by my local Domino's there. I assumed that Domino's would be the same wherever you went but I was wrong. The bad thing about their new online order tracking is you can see how long something sits in the store before you get it (as if the cold pizza wasn't enough). The pizza itself was skimpy on the toppings and was lukewarm. The cinna-stix I usually love was just bread with melted butter brushed over it with a cup of icing. Not nearly what I was used to getting from this corporate pizza giant. I was a regular with my local joint in Cali but likely will not be here. The driver was courteous but forgot a pen. It's a small gripe, I know, but just added to the lack luster experience.

Pretty awesome, good customer service and delivery is quick. I would have issues w/ getting cold pizzas at some of the other area pizza places, but Domino's consistently has delivered hot good pizza. 5 stars.
