Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

The friendly workers make this place awesome. Even when I came my second time after working in Owings Mills, the gentleman at the counter remembered my drink order. Not only are their staff great but their food is pretty quality also (unless you're not into greasy spoon Italian-esque restaurants, but hey, I am.) I would definitely recommend the cheesesteak, particularly the mushroom cheesesteak, and their stuffed shells (which come with a salad!) Make sure you're hungry when you come, and prepare to be greeted with a smile each time.

Salads n pizza was good...their chicken pieces in top of salad was a bit dry Just ok place for me. Ppl were nice, service was good.

This is one of our favorite pizza places that we've found in Maryland. It doesn't look too exciting when you see the decor of the place but we enjoy their pizza and the slices are more of a NY style. The staff is pretty friendly and the restaurant is always clean.

Went in to try this place out for the first time. Place was clean and friendly. I ordered a 2 slices of pizza. When they had run out of the 1 slice of pizza that I had ordered, I told the worker, I would get a pepperoni instead. They gave me that slice for free because of the inconvenience which I always appreciate. I will definitely come again if I'm in the area.

I don't write reviews...but I had to write about this place. I've been looking for NY style pizza for a long time..and I've tried every place around...and this place is the BEST.... don't believe me..just try their 2slice & soda special.....also the owner and staff are very friendly and courteous... I've been here 4 times...and never regret it.

Love this place! The place is a little run down but the pizza is awesome. As long as you're hungry, not looking to spend a ton of money, like good pizza, and don't need fancy seating...this might be the place for you

I got a slice of pepperoni pizza and fries here for lunch the other day, and it was good. The fries were seasoned well and the pizza was spot on. Plus, it was cheap! This is def a place where you should grab a slice.

Pizza is pretty good. We've only had the ny style cheese. Had the salads a few times but it has been at least six months since we ordered those, as the last time the salad was wilted and tasted off. Overall their pizza is better than chain joints. Calzones are HUGE and very yummy. Biggest drawback is their customer service and as my gf describes creepy cooks. She stopped picking up orders bc she didn't like the vibe she got and the rudeness. So I pick up when we want pizza. Seems like their cooks aren't used to engaging with customers. Overall when craving a late night pizza we will grab one from here.

I was in town for a meeting at the Hilton down the road and needed something quick to eat before hitting the highway back north. I swung into Vito's on Hook Lane hoping they sold by the slice and they did... in many more varieties than I would have imagined. I ended up getting a chicken parm slice (big enough for lunch for me) and it was delicious. Fresh basil, fantastic sauce that actually tasted like tomatoes, good chicken parm with yummy breading - and the crust was simultaneously crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside. Yum!

Went back after not visiting for a year or so. Big slices of delicious pizza. Spaghetti pizza is awesome.

It's one of those places, in my opinion, that is good for a moment when you really need pizza, and have very little choice on where to go, or you're so hungry that it really doesn't matter what the quality of the pizza is. You just know you need some pizza in your life now (or food in general). I honestly haven't tried anything except the slices on their menu, but I also don't feel the need to look any further into it. If the pizza isn't that extravagant, chances are I'm not that interested in knowing what their chicken parm tastes like. I rate Vito's on a need-to-eat basis.

What a hidden gem in this strip mall. Very authentic pizza, pasta and italian pastries. The cannolis are to die for!. I enjoyed the Hawaiian Pizza and cheddar cheese Jalapeño poppers. Great service and everything is freshly prepared!. They have full entrees and great subs too!. And if you don't feel like venturing out they do deliver!.

I ordered a small cheese pizza. When I got home (I lived 3 minutes away) and opened the box to pull out a slice, the cheese fell right off the slice of pizza...Absolutely riduculous. I had to trash the whole pizza. When I called the pizza place to complain about what had happened the guy on the phone said, "Just come back and I'll give you another pie". No thanks and I am NEVER coming back there again..NEVER. I am a Owings Mills resident that will never get pizza here again.

Vito's is something of a local chain, and I ordered a chicken parm pizza from this location thinking it would be similar to what they serve at Village Pizza (they share the same menu) up the road. I ordered a large and was surprised to find handed a medium sized looking pie, with what seemed like cut up frozen chicken patties sprinkled with grated cheese. It was horrible and I will take the time to go up the road if I ever want to take a pizza home again. I bumped my review up a star because I also ordered a oyster sub while I was here, it came out insanely hot but it was good. They must use the same bread vendor and supplier for the subs, but honestly I am never coming back to this location ever again.

Below average food quality. The pizza quality is pretty low. I would put it on the level of pizza hut, possibly lower. It was eatable although I stopped after one slice. This one came close to 1 star. 1 star reviews are reserved for uneatable, just to give you a frame of reference.

There's a reason it's empty on a Friday night! Normally enjoy little family-run places, but this one falls far short. Watery marinara, meatballs might have been tasty but overcooked and dried out. "Garden" salad is iceberg lettuce with a (very) few odd sized pieces of random vegies and some unrecognizable greasy "creamy italian" dressing. TERRIBLE service -- my meatball sub came 25 minutes after my daughter's rigatoni and meatball dinner. They didn't even have two clean forks -- one of us had to eat with a plastic one. It's clear that someone once knew how to cook, but either they're lazy or just don't care enough to do it right.

Average pizza joint. Better than pizza hut up the street.

Honestly I should have ordered Dominoes. The pizza arrived and looked nearly an hour old and was luke warm, the driver forgot our 2 liter drink to boot. Usually its better to go local but in this case at least I know with Dominoes or Pizza Hut I will at least get a certain quality. This was very disappointing to say the least.

Two Words: Spaghetti Pizza AMAZING! Try the Mozzarella sticks, too. Two other locations (2nd loctation in Owings Mills on Owings Mills Blvd. and in Pikesville on Hooks Lane)

Love the cheese pizza here. Better than any chain pizza by far. If you go, definitely get the cheese pizza with a side of fries. Not healthy but definitely tasty.

This is my favorite pizzaria since moving out to baltimore county a few years ago. The Cheese Steak is the best i have ever had in baltimore they season it just right and put enough cheese that when you bite into it the cheese comes off with the rest of the meat. Never tried anything else on the menu except the Pizza which again is good the decore is nothing to wrtie home about but If you want something fast and good this is where you should go.

No claim that Vito's is something you would rave about to everyone you meet, but it's easily the best pizza in the area. The meatball pizza is great, and the veggie on the pizzas are fresh. They are very generous with the toppings.

The food is good but they never want to deliver. Everytime I call to place an order they always say they don't have a driver. They have lost a long time customer here.

Ordered $60 worth of food at 5:45. Was promised half an hour for delivery... took 45 minutes, but traffic was bad. However, got 4 chicken ceasar salads, 2 cheesesteaks, 4 orders of fried - NO silverware for the salads, NO napkins. The ceasar dressing was SO SPICY that is was burning and inedible - I spilled some and my lab mix dog wouldn't touch it. BOO, will not order again!
