Just ordered for the first time. We ordered the 2 medium pizza special. The order arrived in about 20 minutes. I'm not sure what I expected but the pizza was really good! We will definitely order again.

I will never order from this place again! This was our first time ordering. The menus claim it is "under new management", well they need new management again! We order about 8 things. When we checked the food, we were missing our breaded mushrooms. I called and they said they would send it right out. I started taking my food out of the containers and noticed that I had a cup of cheese. I ordered gravy. We called again to see if they could send out gravy since they screwed up again. They said they didn't have any. I understand I ordered online, but they should have at least called and asked if I wanted something different. I put a fry in the cheese to try it, it was disgusting. As I was getting ready to swallow, I noticed a small piece of MOLD on the side of the container in the cheese! I told our friend that was already on the phone with the manager. Luckily the manager agreed to send out something for free. Now I'm afraid to eat the rest of my food! NEVER ordering here again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great pizza, decent sub, super friendly people! We stopped here to eat before we hit the road to go to the beach. Didn't want to go to the typical fast food place, so we decided to use Yelp and try something off the beaten path. Glad we did! Our kids loved the pizza, and the staff were so happy to have us there! Even gave the kids a pudding at the end- made their day! We will definitely come back!

DON'T DO IT!!! maybe they have good food if you're dining-in but the delivery experience is a nightmare. NO customer service AT ALL. the person who answered the phone claimed he couldn't give a refund and proceeded to argue with me about how i shouldn't have ordered online. i didn't raise my voice or use inappropriate language. he was just not a nice person to deal with. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!

Really good pizza; we order delivery about every ten days or so. Average time from order to arrival is about 40 minutes. Website is easy to use. Friendly staff.

One of the best pizzas in the area. The crust is moist and chewy and a good balance of sauce and cheese. And the crust doesn't turn into cardboard when it is cold.

We had a pretty negative experience with this pizza place, and I'm not happy with the way it was [wasn't] handled. Unfortunately our address doesn't show up in the gps/Google maps/mapquest database. I understand that people use these sources frequently to locate their destination... I also understand that it's nobody's "fault" that we didn't show up on the virtual maps. However there is such thing as looking at a map, when I have provided detailed, easy directions on how to get from point A to point B, to verify which streets can be taken to get to our house. We ordered a combined order with our neighbors using the online ordering feature. Our total came out to be about $60 for delivery. Estimated time for delivery was an hour, which sounds perfectly reasonable for a Friday evening. A little over an hour later, we still hadn't heard from or seen the driver. When I called, the lady, who spoke very limited English with a heavy accent, put me on hold several times. By this, I mean she put the phone down on a counter somewhere and referred over and over to a male who seemed to be the one in charge. I gave her the directions to our house at least 3 times in that conversation, and she called the delivery driver to relay those directions, except what I said as [names changed to give an example] "left on Main Street," she repeated to the driver as "Mayan Court," and "continue straight when ABC street becomes XYZ street," became "After ABC street, turn left on XYZ street." I explained it many times and couldn't have been more clear. I called her and she called me, the driver called me, and it was so frustrating. We finally got our food, about an hour and 40 minutes after we had ordered- knowing that the order had left the restaurant about an hour prior. So the food wasn't very fresh or good-looking at all. The pepperoni pizzas were mediocre at best, but with 5 hungry little boys to feed we didn't have time to wait for them to make a new one and come back. My chicken cheesesteak sub was nothing amazing. In fact it was nothing plain, either. It was dry and flavorless. My husband, who will eat just about anything, wanted nothing to do with his meatball sub- he said it was horrible. Our neighbors' gyro was good, but not great, and her husband's cheesesteak was "meh." They sent us the wrong buffalo wings- we ordered the non-breaded buffalo wings, and they sent us a box of cold breaded, PLAIN buffalo wings. as in, the sauce was in a container on the side. Um... those aren't buffalo wings! We sent them back and the driver said he'd be back in about 15 minutes (we're about 5 minutes away from the restaurant) but he didn't return until about 45 minutes later. We called to ask if they could discount our order, as we'd waited so long and the food was just NOT good, and the lady- who claimed to be the owner- kept putting me on "hold" so she could confer with a male who was not very happy. They offered us $10 off our next order.... then offered to send us a free pizza along with our wings... they wouldn't even hear of discounting our order or doing anything to make this better. We should have picked it up- we were playing the sprinklers and felt like the convenience was unbeatable. I know better know... I don't know if we'll be back or not. The food wasn't awful and I think a lot of the problems we had with it had everything to do with having to wait so long for it to arrive. But the customer service was totally shoddy and not only that, a huge battle just to communicate clearly. I'd order from somewhere else if you have a favorite, and give this a try if you don't.

We ordered online tonight (Thursday) and after an hour of waiting my husband remembered that they didn't see our online order the last time we ordered so I called. They told me our order should be here any minute and we had to call again a half hour later. They lied and told us the delivery guy had to turn back around but should almost be here again. He came about 5 minutes later. Our food was hot and delicious. I am sure they didn't see our online order again. We will not be ordering again.

We ordered online to have our pizza delivered. We were OK with the wait time of an hour, figuring it wasn't that far, and our order wasn't that complicated. The order finally showed up 90 minutes late, 15 minutes after we called and were told it would arrive "soon." (They wouldn't get more specific than that.) Delivery guy claimed he was only given the order 15 minutes before, but it was cold when we opened it, so I'm dubious. And they charge $2 for delivery, and I felt bad about not tipping, so we ended up both tipping and paying for delivery. I doubt if we'll ever order from them again. Food was OK (if cold).

I ordered a simple pepperoni and cheese pizza from Today's one Thursday night at around 6:00. Estimated time of delivery was 6:45. Fair enough, right? 6:45 passes... 7:00 passes... I call the restaurant and am assured the delivery driver should be there any minute. He says he'll call and check that he's close. Okay, fine. 7:15 passes... 7:30 passes... I'm fed up by this point. I call the restaurant and cancel the pizza, figuring I'll just go to Domino's instead. (Which I did, and it was ready in 20 minutes.) They said they would call the driver and let him know to return, but they never even apologized at that time. Whatever. I left and went to Domino's to pick up our pizza. While I was gone, the delivery driver from Today's came to the house with our cancelled pizza order (now cold, too.) My (7-month pregnant) wife told him through our screen door that we had cancelled the order, yet the delivery driver opened our door anyway and allowed our dogs to escape through the front door. So now my pregnant wife is running out the front door trying to get our dogs to come back. When she asked the delivery driver to help her (since he opened the door of his own volition), he called for one dog, said "oops" and then left. HE LEFT WHILE MY PREGNANT WIFE WAS RUNNING AFTER OUR DOGS. I came home with our other pizza shortly thereafter and helped my wife retrieve our dogs. When I called the restaurant to file a complain with their manager, she just apologized and told me we could have the pizza. I informed her that I wasn't interested in the pizza, that we had taken our business elsewhere, and that I just wanted to ensure that communication between employees improved at the restaurant so that this wouldn't happen to anyone else. I also wanted the driver reprimanded for showing up so late and then just bailing. She continued to offer me the pizza I told her I didn't want anymore. So I just hung up the phone. Then she calls back an hour later offering me a free pizza. Lady, I don't want your pizza. Ever. Period. I was disappointed. I would much rather give my money to a local business over a chain restaurant, but I will absolutely not be returning to Today's Pizza.

I continue to be a fan of Today's Pizza! In the last year, we've continued to order from there a couple times a month. I have only once gotten a pizza that was less than great (back in September, I ordered a green pepper and ground beef pizza and the green peppers were a touch off) but with that one exception, I have found their pizza consistently delish and when we have it with company, they've raved. Can't speak to delivery issues some have mentioned, as I always do carryout, but I appreciate that my order's always ready for me when I get there.

AWESOME pizza. They have a good size, they add lots of toppings, and are very friendly. One of my top go to's for local pizza. Not a bad price either. Haven't tried other stuff on the menu. Can't rip myself away from ordering the pizza.

I stumbled upon this place looking for something to eat but I didn't want to travel too far from home.. I noticed that most of the reviews were from people ordering delivery however I was in the mood to pick up.. Signage to find the place is very helpful and direct but it's still very creepily in the back of a two story office building.. Once I got there it was dark and some shady looking characters were outside so I was on high alert.. To be honest if I hadn't already ordered online I would have turned around and went home.. Once I walked in you can tell that this place wasn't built for people to actually see what the inside looked like.. It was very "rough" around the edges.. Not dirty, but not clean either.. Things looked pretty cluttered and stacked in random places.. I quickly got my order and was on my way back to safety!! The only reason they get three stars is because the food wasn't bad. I ordered a cheesesteak and fries and was pleasantly surprised with the taste.. Not sure if I'll order from them again but if I do I will likely get delivery..

We ordered from Today's through Grub Hub this evening, just like we've been doing on a regular basis for more than six months. Usually we get decent service. Tonight was so far off the mark, there is not much that can rectify the situation. Our estimated time of delivery was about an hour after we placed our $47 order, but I wanted half an hour beyond that before I called to inquire about our food. I was assured by the kid that answered that it was out for delivery and we'd have it within fifteen minutes. HALF AN HOUR after that call, still no food. I call back to ask where our order is, and I hear back "I don't k ow what you want me to do about it, we've been so busy we had to stop taking orders." I said I wanted my food, it had been two hours since we ordered. I heard "What do you want me to do, we're busy" a few more times before I said a refund was in order at this point (probably won't get it). 10 minutes later our food arrived, cold, soggy, and disgusting. $47 went right into the trash. I will NEVER order from Today's again, nor will I recommend them to anybody.

I came to Maryland and expected great seafood- didn't find it. I came to Maryland and found this place. AWESOME. The delivery is prompt, but I was less than three miles away. The pizza is like Star's Pizza from Houston, Texas: Best compliment I can give. The desserts are regrettable, but the pizza is great-not too stingy on the cheese or pepperoni. Great food. Great prices. We ordered very late and it was still great!
