I love coffee and I love donuts (and bagels) and this is my go to location. There are several other DDs around where I live (one on Dorsey Road, which is not as good, another down in Crofton which used to be good) but this is the one I go to. These cats actually remember my previous orders (as I tend to be a creature of habit). I generally use the drive-thru and have never had to wait or worse, wait over there in the parking space, even when they are packed. As this location is located near both a major military installation and another major installation that you can access via that major military installation, and the crowd they serve it is essentially a printing press for cash. Yet I don't see that going to their heads, you know letting quality of service slip or delivering a crappy product. When I order bagels, there are not dry and worn out and the donuts are up to the standard I expect from DD. Plus they get my Cappuccino right, and personally, does it better than other coffee-based service chains.

The staff here is very attentive and quick, which in the morning, is a great thing! While I have only ever ordered one food item from Dunkin (a chicken sandwich, which I threw out because it was gross), the coffee here is great, and the staff always makes it well. I am. However, consistently and most impressed by just how fast the staff gets people in/out, no matter how long the lines are...and always with a smile :)

I like DD, but don't always like fast food quality or service, so this place gets huge kudos from me for overcoming that challenge. I drive away from this place almost every time thinking how good they make me feel just buying a coffee and donut from them. I go once or twice a week and have never been disappointed. The employees are nice to customers and each other, always get my orders right, get them promptly, and the food is as good as DD gets. They offer samples and recommendations for Baskin Robbins flavors, and usually have a good variety of donuts, too. It's amazing to me to see a fast food joint where I want to call myself a regular. Great job, you guys!

Friendly enough. Drive through is fast even in the mornings. They also have ice-cream (Baskin Robbin's), but not ice cream cakes (as of July 3rd 2015).

Friend picked up a box of donut holes on her way to visit me. We had given the kids each a donut hole (yay- sugar!! We are SMART mamas!) and then sat down to chat and enjoy our treat! Unfortunately, a bite in, my friend noticed a huge, very strange-looking bug crawling inside the box! Ack!! The employees are friendly at this location, which scores them points. But bugs on donuts makes it a "hellz no" for me to return ever again.

Ice cream and donuts, this fast food store has been my stop for a year to get my dunkin coffee and breakfast. It keeps me going.

Service is often slow and the cashiers do not speak English very well. The food is not usually fresh, and the coffee is often old, and unless you specify, they automatically add lots of cream and sugar (I prefer mine black, so I can add as little sugar & cream as I like) The place is always crowded because its the only donut/coffee shop right outside Ft Meade. However, nearly every Dunkin/Baskin for 15 miles in any direction is a better option, if you have the time to drive elsewhere. This place truly capitalizes on its physical location, right outside the gates of Ft Mead, and nothing else.

This DD is very slow I've visited my family on Ft Meade plenty of times and I like to stop at DD on my way home. This DD is very depressing. They almost always get my order wrong. They are very slow and the food isn't always hot.

As other reviewers already pointed out, they tend to mess up your order. If you order for take out check everything before you leave the store. Last time, I ordered a regular coffee with a little bit of cream. At home, I realized they gave me some hazelnut/vanilla flavored coffee with way too much cream. Awful! Today, I ordered a latte and a bagel with low-fat cream cheese on the side. Again, only at home I noticed that they gave me blueberry cream cheese instead of plain and the latte tasted funky, like the milk was going sour. I was the only customer in the store and there was one car at the drive-through so being busy is no excuse.

Stay away from this double D. I always have problems at this location, here are some bulletized examples (business does not warrant paragraph form review): - The Southwest Chicken flatbread sandwich has come out with no Southwest Sauce. - The French Vanilla Light & Sweet has come out with no sweetness. On another occasion I ordered one decaf, and it was clearly caffeinated at the normal rate. - The Eggwhite flatbread sandwich has come out cold. - I ordered a jelly donut, and they were out. My back-up was Boston Creme. Out. Back-up to my back-up was glazed donut. They had one, but it came out with powdered sugar on it... you know, the kind of powdered sugar that comes on a jelly donut. The kind of jelly donut they were 'out of.' - Several occasions at the drive through I have had to repeat myself or have the attendant repeat statements in broken English and still receive a messed up order. - After pulling through the barely-lit drive-through at 3 AM. on several occasions, I have almost scraped my bumper on the giant curb at the immediate 90 degree left turn. Not an easy feat in my little Infiniti G35. Why do I keep coming back? It's the closest thing to my house at 3-4 AM when someone in our group decides they are hungry or thirsty after returning from going out and Jumbo Slice is too far away.

Slowest dunkin donuts ever. Use the drivethru -- they ignore the inside customers.

Okay... I try not to frequent Dunkin' Donuts anywhere, but this one is definitely off of my "skipped breakfast, late to work, starving, need something yummy and quick" list! This DD was a late arrival to the Piney Orchard shopping center (strip mall) and I was initially excited. That soon faded. I will try to briefly list their downfalls. 1) No selection, out of EVERYTHING. After many disappointing trips there, I asked them what the deal was (I even spoke to one of the owners who was helping me). They said they made at least 6 of each thing every morning. That means: 6 chocolate doughnuts (you know, the super-poplar ones that 1 person might order all 6 of), 6 sesame bagels, you get the point. Be prepared to have 4 back-up items ready to order! 2) They often mess up your order. If you order a normal chocolate doughnut , they ask you 300 questions about exactly which one you want (most people don't know it's the chocolate frosted, blah blah), after fully trying to explain... they give you the chocolate cake one. Whatever, I can handle that. What I cannot handle is asking for a little bit of cream cheese and then having the entire tub dumped on my bagel (then almost crashing my car after attempting to scrape it all off. Or, asking for coffee with a little bit of cream and sugar and it tasting like there's 25 sugar packets in it and looking like steamer. Or... getting totally the wrong item all together. 3) There could be 3 people working inside and no customers... but THIS PLACE IS THE SLOWEST DD IN THE WORLD. I really don't understand what takes so much time. I can drive to the Crofton DD (the one next to Big Fish), order the same thing and it will take 1/10th the time and they will get it right and have what I order. Other than that- they seem to be pretty friendly, if you're willing to give them a chance.

This Dunkin is a joke the coolata machine has been broken for over 2 months and several times they have been out of doughnuts, not like one kind, but out completely. Don't waste your time.

On any given day they are outstanding. Today though, their is a cashier that doesn't seem to value anything in her life and could care less if you get the correct order. Goes to show that you should only come in the morning when the "A Squad" is in. And people like her want $10+ minimum wage.

There are many, better places to get a donut. Unless your commute takes you by here, and only here, and you are lazy, skip it. The best donuts in the area? The Pennsylvania Dutch Market in Annapolis. Maybe the best I've had in the world. Seriously, and I've been to every continent except Antarctica. The Donut Shack in Severna Park is very good also, and cheaper.

Since this is the dunkin' closet to the new digs I tend to stop in early in the morning before work to get my coffe/hot chocolate fix. The people are pretty friendly and really quick! first thing in the morning i just want to pick up my drink (and maybe food) and continue on my way. I have only been through the drive through but they tend to keep the line moving and get people in and out!

We had gone many times to this DD, then my husband and I had a few bad experiences in a row and we stopped going. The first was pretty minor. I ordered a medium size Chai latte and the kid must have selected a smaller size, so the cup was only 2/3 full. I didn't notice it until we were too far away. The second was when I went through the drive-thru and there was an unbelievably condescending man who was rude and impatient...and I'm the customer! That was it for me. My husband went again on his own and they were again rude and didn't get his bagel with cream cheese order straight. It's too bad, because the store was right on our way in and out of our community. But it's worth going out of our way to a different DD to get better service.

Doing so great!! Service is quick wether inside or out and I VERY happy with the landscaping (mums already!) and the new-ish fence. I've lived in the community behind this store for 12 years and they are really stepping up to be a part of it.

ICE CREAM CAKES. Don't go to the grocery store and get the Carnival brand. It's about the same price and cannot compare to Baskin Robbins ice cream cakes. They are no longer just for kids. We've had one almost everyday over the past week. Birthday, birthday, birthday, another birthday. And then there was nothing to celebrate so we went and got a cake just because. TOP FLAVOR: Chocolate chip ice cream cake. Hands down. Second best: Pralines and Creme (we got this by accident and the pralines were good Third: Chocolate chip roll cake is okay but not enough ice cream for me I'm not a big oreo's fan but some folks like that one too And I still love their coffee. They are slammed during the mornings so I usually go inside when the drive through is busy even though it moves pretty quickly considering.
