While not my favorite location as I dislike Malls secondary to the hectic pace this location allows me a respite from when my wife and daughters wish to shop to their hearts content. ..lol. The product and service is almost always equal to most of their other local location's.

What more can I say, other than, it's a starbucks. I love their drinks, especially the iced lattes and the chais. The staff is friendly. The drinks coem out quickly. And my daughter is head over heals in love with their pink cake pops.

Thanks for being in White Marsh - a mall stop on I95. The usual Starbucks, following SOP.

I am a gold Club member and spend a LOT of money at Starbucks. I've been to Starbucks locations all around Maryland and Virginia and I will never spend another penny at this location. They refused to honor my free refill of plain black tea because I left the store. I've been at the mall all day and I've done this at MANY other locations. Steer clear of here if you're a loyal customer you'll only leave mad. Terrible service! The G'Lato place in the food court has much better iced tea for $1.50 for a 32 oz size! Money well spent.

I've actually seen much better - so this Starbucks isn't getting more then three stars - not from me - not this time. They staff were not cheerful, helpful or friendly this day and the place was a bit messy not real bad messy, just not a typical Starbucks. However, I am addicted to some of the wake up drinks they have and they at least kept with consistency in that area.

This location is right on the Avenue in White Marsh. It has a nice and cozy feel and from overhearing the conversations and looking around the shop, it seemed to me most of the people were regulars and lived close to the location. This shop has a bar in which you can actually sit and watch the baristas make drinks and sandwiches. My wife and I got our fancy coffee's and had our breakfast sandwich sitting on stools. There are a few tables in the shop and the staff was polite and friendly. I do not frequent a Starbucks that often but when I do, I get to fee like a pro in that I can actually order my drink using Starbucks lingo with out a beat which makes me seem like a true customer. Little do people know, it's the only drink I ever get and it's the only one I actually like. Tall soy mocha with raspberry no whip...in the Summer, changed that to an Iced Tall soy mocha with raspberry no whip. Thank you for reading my review. This review was based on my personal point of view.

Great coffee, as always. I always get fast and reliable service here. Nothing spectacular to grant 5 stars though..

Not bad... This is a typical Starbucks that is v. narrow with not much seating. The barista was friendly and helpful and got my order quickly, but then again, it was late afternoon and there was no line. It's a nice place to grab a snack or coffee before walking around the shopping area.

After working for this location, I see what the problems with this place are. I worked with a few good people but the rest of them just don't give a shit. It was like high school in the most pathetic way possible. The manager is two faced and sucks the employee moral right out of the establishment. There was clear and obvious favoritism taking place and it was very uncomfortable. I was never really trained except for the first two days which was essentially a crash course then they send you on your own. I got no opportunity to improve my abilities as a barista and it was a shame because the few times I ever did get to be a barista, I really enjoyed it. Even before I worked there, my drink would take forever or get skipped over. I'm giving it 2 stars as opposed to one because the shop is actually clean.

Thank goodness for the awesome cashier. Otherwise, this whole experience would have made me regret the decision to venture beyond the comfy confines of my precious neighborhood... As I placed my order, I began to think that this was the best Starbucks experience I'd ever had. My drink was made promptly and as I walked away I was sure that Baltimore area Starbucks have something that their DC counterparts just don't - good customer service. And then I took a sip. I know. I know that Starbucks is no Pound. BUT. I swear if you'd tasted what I did, you would have assumed that I'd ordered a soy chai latte, no chai. I took it back and couldn't even describe how bad it was. But they knew. The cashier told me that I should order it without water.... Water? Shame on you Starbucks for trying to save money by charging me the same amount and giving me less than half of what you used to! So they made it sans water - it tasted just as it used to. Like last week. So, yes Starbucks, you may be saving a few coins here and there by shortchanging your customers on the chai - but you've just lost a customer...

Support your local baristas...not Starbucks. Overpriced drinks that don't taste that good
