Driving to this location when coming in via highway requires a lot of turns and there is not a lot of signage. The food is always consistent. I jad the lemon orzo soup with a BLT turkey and avocado sandwhich..great combo. What can i say hearty soups and tasty sandwhiches. Sometimes if you dont order properly it can be e pensive specially when ordering combos. Get your panera card..good for free bees

Solid panera. I usually get stuff to go and they're quick about it. I usually have to check for things in the bag like dressing and croutons just to make sure it's there. Sometimes it's not and I have to ask for it. I shouldn't have to ask for it if it comes with the meal. But, they do give it no questions asked. Love their salads, sandwiches and soups. Kinda pricy for what it is. But it tastes good. It's clean and you can usually find a place to sit even at the busiest hours.

This is a very nice Panera. It's run by a pack of clean cut high school students who are very polite and treat your food with care. Sandwiches are not sloppily thrown together here. No wait at the register because four bright-eyed teenage girls in plaid shirts and aprons stand ready to take your order. All of them say "thank you" and "have a nice day." Now for the only drawback. This Panera is in a shopping plaza... behind another shopping plaza. It's beyond confusing to get too. There's no signage pointing you to this Panera. In fact, you see ONE sign on the 95N highway saying there is a Panera at exit 67 west. After that, there is absolutely no signage. Not on the exit ramp, not as you're turning into the shopping mall. You definitely need to GPS this place to get to it.

Really not my favorite Panera. There seems to be less seating than normal, and the long narrow set up of the place makes it feel even more crowded. I do like how they have the to-go oders out by the door though, so it is great to put in an order and then run in and out really quickly. If you haven't played around with the online ordering, I really do suggest it. Sure, its anti-social, but its nice when you're in a rush. Its also a great way to order for a group - since each person can put in their own order, and pay for it themselves. No need to figure out splitting the bill.

I have been eating here for years, and loved it. I love Panera in general. But I have had some absolutely terrible experiences here as of late. About 2 months ago, we had placed an order for 18 bagels the night before, but when we went to pick them up, we found that they never filled the order that morning, and were then told that most of the bagels we requested were currently out. The girl behind the counter even had the nerve to cop an attitude with us, like it was our fault for even expecting them to fill the order that was placed ahead of time. So we ended up having to drive to the Rosedale Panera to get our order, and ended up late for a family event. Most recently, we found roaches over by the trash can and bus bin stand. That destroyed my appetite completely, and I have not been back since.

I love Panera Bread. Today there were some miscommunications and my sandwich was messed up twice, which happens. The cashier didn't put the right bread into the system the first time so it was inevitably made on the wrong bread and when it was remade they forgot the avocado however, each time the issues were quickly and professionally remedied. Food was delicious, as always. This location is a bit busy but I like the number of booths they have to offer as opposed to let's say, the Golden Ring location.

I'm in love with its apple fuji salad, and vegeterian sandwich combo. Nice food stop along 95 enroute to northeast.

This location is amazing. Can some of you guys move to NYC and show'em how it's done?? The door was held for me when I walked in, people came to check on my friend and I while eating, trays were scooped from the table when we were done, doors were held as we left. Damn am I at Panera or fancy restaurant? Either way I love it. Even the Panera's in NYC aren't like that and it was packed on this rainy morning! I love this location. Service was on point.

I like Paneras in general, and this one is well kept. Clean, friendly. The food is the same quality as all the other Paneras, and the staff seems a little extra helpful. I ordered a big bagel/coffee spread ahead of time and that went off without a hitch and was a hit. Plus we eat here a few times a month.

Much like most other restaurants in the corporate White Marsh area, this place gets PACKED around 12 noon. But the staff is always quick, friendly, and attentive. I love Panera's food. High quality, natural ingredients. Can't go wrong with that! Some people complain that they are "too expensive," but I beg to differ. You get what you pay for. Sure, you can go to McDonald's and get a dollar double cheeseburger with questionable meat on it. Or you can pay for something that is MUCH better for you. Your choice - I've made mine :)

Five stars based on the number of outlets alone. The only thing that could be better would be if there was power available at the outside tables as well! Standard Panera fare, friendly service, and again... Plenty of outlets for those of us looking for a change of scenery for work or school needs, or anything needing a laptop with a steady stream of electricity!

Stopped by for breakfast. Service was great, greatest with a smile. Food was tasty, hit, and quickly prepared. And clean. Could not ask for anything more

soo disappointing. first they messed up our order (and many others that night)...... then they changed there bread to some horrible dinner role and all this after waiting 23min for our meal to be called with only 5 people ahead of us....

Terrible! I ordered the Italian cold cut and received a pathetic excuse for a sandwich. I had more tomato than meat and it was missing the pepperocini. Never going back!

This large Panera a well located, has a great dining area with a (gas) fire place, is fairly priced, has good service and is well stocked with their menu items. I come here often when they are open.

While the menu is basically the same no matter which location you go to, the service is definitely unique to each individual location. The staff here seem very friendly and personable. The White Marsh store is extremely busy, especially around lunch time. While they have free Internet just like all the other stores, there are not that many power outlets (similar to the Rosedale location). Bottomless coffee/tea/soda along with free Internet goes a long way for buisness people and students. I spent half of my Bachelor's degree in the Rosedale panera, and a good portion of my Master's in this location or the Bel Air location. Parking at this location can be difficult as their lot fills up before the restaurant does, so many people end up parking in the Best Buy lot. All the Panera Stores here in Maryland belong to the same franchise and all the training occurs in the Rosedale location.

Lunchtime at this location can be very tricky. It is always crowded and the parking lot is small and wraps around the building in a U....but there is a big parking lot across the street for the Best Buy you just have to walk a little. This is the best place around to meet when you have a lot of friends and limited time. There were about ten of us meeting for a quick lunch and we just pushed several tables together. We ordered quickly as there were plenty of staff on board. It was about 11:45 and the rush was about to begin. There is plenty of seating inside and it was just a gorgeous low humidity day with a great breeze so outside seating was also an option. I always try to order something different. I like the pick 2 idea and I have tried almost all their soups and have enjoyed all of them. Today I opted for just a Strawberry Chicken Poppy seed salad since it is my fav and only around for a while. I was not disappointed. The pineapple chunks were good and the fresh strawberries and blueberries gave it a great taste with the chicken that was nicely spiced. Lettuce was fresh and not that old ice berg kind. Of course I had a nice baguette with it. I like the fact they list the calories next to the big selection board now. I love to watch people stand there and just stare at the board trying to make a decision. Just move out of the way and don't block the lines. I did not hear one complaint from anyone in my party. The staff actually worked by several times and took some of our plates away instead of us cleaning up. That was nice. The bagels, smoothies and pastries are very nice here also. If you join their club you will receive emails for free food. I have gotten free pastries, drinks and bagels. Love the freshness of all their breads even the sourdough rolls I sometimes grab to go along with dinner. There are always plenty of people there using their laptops and taking up tables and booths with their papers and whatever. But they never seem to mind or rush you along. So if you are a modern day cowboy searching for free internet Panera's is the place for you. And they will rustle up some fine grub for you to partake of while you work.

Standard Panera - great food at an inexpensive price. Try the tomato and mozzarella panini.

I've been going everyday this week because a big cable company in my area cut my internet and tv cables by accident and I had nowhere else to go for my internet fixes. Thank goodness they offer a friendly place with awesome hours (opening at 6am during the week!) that allows me to sit, curl up with my laptop, get a snack when needed, be surrounded by the "regulars" and not be bothered. I definitely am normally here for the food, but it's nice to feel comfortable in a place like this. They don't want you hogging a seat when it's rushtime, obviously, but it's a perfect find for me! While I've been here for breakfast time, I've noticed that they're very smooth and quick for food/drinks. Faster than other fast food places, even, but with better food (I think).

The is probably the WORST Panera I've been to. The place is dirty. The staff is really, really rude. ALLISON was a huge bitch to my pregnant girlfriend. My gf asked about what's in a certain pastry and Allison couldn't explain without being rude and rolling her eyes. She had an attitude with me as well. Every other Panera I've been to gives free refills on lemonade except this one... according to Allison. She was slow to help and had a bad attitude with other customers as well. The guys making the sandwiches were impatient calling the order numbers and weren't cool at all. I'll never come back unless the management changes. I'll also tell my friends not go there. There's a better Panera just about 5 miles south of this one. The booth lamps had hair on them and the walls next to the tables had dust pretty much hanging off them. This was a bad and dirty lunch experience.

Good food, extremely Great service. While traveling nearly 12 hours in the car with my husband, 3kids and our dog, enroute back to NJ, we were starving and wanted to make our final pitstop, and decided upon Panera as our choice for good grub. The meal itself was satisfying for all and we sat on the patio outside to relax before hitting the road for last 170 miles. When we got home I realized I had left my purse at the restaurant! I had all my valuables inside, including my wedding rings, cash and my camera filled with all our vacation pictures! I was sooo upset, thinking I would never see them ever again! I called early the next morning and spoke to a lovely manager, Heather, she told me they did indeed have my purse and everything was in tact. My wonderful husband drove all the way back to retrieve it and thank the staff personally. There are indeed "Nice People" in this world, and my experience at Panera reflects that :) So glad we decided on Panera that night! Thank you! Allyson.........NJ

Stopped into Panera closet to house today for egg white breakfast sandwich and was met with very unpleasant experience. Walked in at 10:28 to order breakfast, however, cashier was hanging a menu sign and by the time she came over to take my order, informed me that I missed the 10:30 breakfast cut-off. I explained that was because she was hanging the sign, not because I wasn't there. I spoke with the manager, Danelle, who quite frankly looked as if she couldn't care any less. I ask why with 8 people working there, the single cashier would be the one hanging a menu sign, and at the breakfast cut-off time at that. She said sorry, but grills were off and couldn't be done. So begrudgingly placed lunch order, and while waiting, noticed five egg whites already made just sitting there, and when I ask the cook, he said they were leftover. Had to go ask Danelle, why if they were sitting there, wouldn't she accommodate my egg white sandwich... at which point she looked mad and said she would if I wanted an expired egg sandwich. This exemplified her attitude, and when I informed her that the cook just told me they were okay, but leftover, she said okay, would you like an egg sandwich. Wow, I've been eating at Panera for years and have always witnessed employees and mgt going out of their way to right any wrong or open registers when busy, and try to be as accommodating as possible. This morning was ridiculous. I wanted an egg sandwich and drove 15 minutes out of my way to visit Panera... driving past 3 McDonalds (one right next door - who now serve a nice egg white sandwich), Chick-Filet, and half-a-dozen assorted breakfast joints... and in the end was disappointed eating a chicken sandwich for breakfast. Would have to say that the experience was so distasteful, I believe it will be some time before I visit again. It's a shame that with all that Panera does right, that a single weak manager can provide such a horrible experience and ruin all the good will in a single blow.

Better Panera than the other location near Route 7 and 40. Always packed so seating is sometimes tough with 4 or more. Love the salads, especially the BBQ chicken and Asian sesame. TIP: Get the pick 2 if you are getting a salad. Your salad will be barely smaller than a slad alone, and you can get soup or a half sandwich AND IT COSTS LESS THAN THE SALAD ALONE!!!

I eat a lot of Panera- mostly because of its generally good food, convenient locations, wi-fi. Of all the locations in Baltimore, this is the best one. It has the most consistency with food, freshness, and customer service. I wish it was a little bigger.

  • Nicole H.

Really just an okay location. The food/drinks are good - standard for Panera. I found the staff to be a little rude overall and not very customer friendly. Especially impatient with my friend that speaks fluent English, just not as his first language. Already out of some items by half-past noon. It is a busy place but it really could be less hectic and stressful if that were the tone the management chose to set. Whatev. I doubt I will be back to this location with so many more pleasant Panera locations around.

So I'm driving, driving, driving northbound on Interstate 95 looking for a place to get my nosh on. Keeping my eyeballs peeled on those little blue signs that alert you to food, lodging and fuel was proving fruitless... nothing but Mc'Donalds and Burger King were avertised. I didn't think my stomach could handle much more of that garbage and I was hungeeeeeeee! I was starting to lose hope, when out of the corner of my eye I spied Panera. Eureka!!! We don't have them where I live so I did a happy little butt wiggle in my seat, and veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeered toward the exit ramp. Getting to the Panera was a little tricky since there were no signs, but it's part of a large shopping center, so I eventually located it. Score! We had a yummy lunch for two that ran us exactly 20 dollars. It was 2 hours after the lunch hour on a Monday, and this place was packed to the gills, so it was a little chaotic. But they got our orders right and we managed to find a table, so all was well with the world. The portions seemed to have shrunk over the years, but dang! their bread is so gooood. Sandwich and soup, coffee for him, Chai for me and some tasty Panera kettle chips and were were sated and happy. Naturally, we got some baked goods to take home- sourdough loaf, bagels and these yummy iced raisin muffins that were to die for. DELISHY!!! Yay for Panera.

I'm currently sitting on the toilet at this Panera and I must say it is rather enjoyable. When I walked in there was a little pee on the seat but I wiped that right up and settled down. I'm about halfway done my business but I will say, so far, this has been a good public restroom experience. Top notch

I'm not a huge fan of Panera, but we stopped here on the drive home from our vacation and the meal was really good. The location was very clean, despite how crowded it was, and the food came out quickly. I ordered the chicken cuban panini and it was delicious. I think they used a honey mustard on it because it was sweeter than I was expecting, but still really good. I also loved how many outlets they had everywhere for people who are there studying.
