I've been frequenting PF Chang's for a few years, now, and it's a dependable chain. For lunch today, I had the shrimp in lobster sauce lunch bowl. Once I doused it with soy sauce and spicy oil, it was quite tasty. My wife ordered the almond and cashew chicken lunch bowl, but got peanuts instead of almonds and cashews. In my book, that's not acceptable, but she's more forgiving that I am. It was a good lunch, altogether, and just over $20, so I'm not going to kvetch.

I did go back when parents were visiting and craving Chinese food. We had a really good meal. I tried the lemon pepper shrimp this time. The bad shrimp dish was the lemongrass prawns with garlic noodles. The jumbo prawns were bad and the garlic sauce was bad. The lemon pepper was really good and served with crunchy veggies to balance the fried/sauced-ness. We've been back again. I would just avoid the jumbo prawns and garlic sauce. I think Dad had a mixed fried rice and Mom had pepper steak - both were enjoyed. The wait can be ridiculous though for a table.

What a shame I took visiting family here and wasted money and the opportunity to enjoy good food with good company. Nothing I ordered was even mediocre. It was foul. Lets start with the egg drop soup. The "broth" was VERY viscous and lacked good flavor. It was just a really bad rendition of egg drop and was way overpriced. The egg rolls. Ok to be fair, they actually did reach the level of mediocrity and came with a good helping of grease to boot. The pan-fried noodles with chicken. were. despicable. Where was the chicken? Or the mushrooms, bok choy, carrots, celery and onions? All I got was a plate of mangled hard noodles with a greasy sauce. This was one of the worse dishes I have ever ordered. The spicy chicken was not spicy and just tasted like sweet and sour chicken. On to the waiter. At first I was impressed. She seemed respectful and what a memory!! Not taking notes on our 3 soups, 3 entrees, 1 appetizer and bevies. Ah ha. she in fact had a very poor memory and brought out the wrong dishes. She insisted I ordered the lo mein and told another server it was a miscommunication in a way that put me at fault. It was comical. Don't have wait staff try to be fancy and memorize orders if they are not capable. How embarrassing for them. Also the little ditty in the beginning about the sauces was not needed. The sauces are nothing special and can do without the hype and attempt at alchemy by the waitress. Would never come again.

I have eaten in this restaurant a few weeks ago and I JUST ordered (writing via iphone) about $40 worth of take out because my friend and I have a red eye flight to NYC tonight. THEY FORGOT THE RICE IN OUR ORDER and when I called and the phone picked up no one said anything for a good 20 seconds until I finally yelled "HELLO?" The girl that answered responded with a "uhh...ok." WTF. No utensils in the take out bag (really?) but we had plastic forks in the car. The lo mein was soggy, the mooshu was filled with water (heard of draining the veggies before sauteeing them?) No fortune cookies either. When I physically ate here it was funny to see all the townies trying so hard to be "upscale" sorry to be mean but it's a shock being from NYC and SF. The waiter we had could have been plucked right off the gang infested streets of dtown bmore. WASTE OF MONEY and wannabe Service. Meanwhile the PFchangs in San Jose, CA was amazing. Dear White marsh, if you have a pf chang franchise at least make sure to follow the damn recipe.

GET EXCITED - PF Chang's opened in White Marsh this week, right on the edge of the mall parking lot (directly across from the Avenue). Although yet another chain restaurant, it is a very welcome addition to the existing options which have been so stale for so many years. A self-described Chinese snob, I LOVE this restaurant despite it's chain-ness. If the food is good, its good... and at PF Chang's, the food is great. And among a sea of mediocrity-at-best food for the masses (Friday's, Don Pablos, Chilis, Ruby Tuesday) in a city that could not be any less known for its asian cuisine (or lack thereof), I believe that this location will florish. Although apparently the company may not have been so sure, because the dining room seemed to be smaller in size than most others I've been to. I was lucky enough to attend the pre-opening night dinner for family and friends, and we were able to sample the following, including a number of dishes I have not tried before: Harvest Spring Rolls (a boring choice made by someone other than myself, but still tasty) Chang's Spare Ribs (sooo good, a nice sized portion and way better than I even expected) Oolong Marinated Sea Bass (a first, which I am now in love with and will be ordering again next time) Shrimp with Candied Walnuts (my all-time favorite, guilty-pleasuse Chinese dish, I've never had it at PFC and found that it was deliciously different than the authentic Cantonese restaurants that I usually order it in) Salt and Pepper Prawns (a tried and true favorite, as good as always) Shrimp With Lobster Sauce (I've always avoided ordering this one at Chinese restaurants because my (very white) grandmother's homemade recipe is so good (go figure). But it didn't disappoint anyone at the table - including my grandfather - though he wished there was more sauce on the plate!) Strawberry Cheesecake and Smores (shot glasses of mini-desserts that are not any good and way out of place in an Asian-themed restaurant) Lucky Cat Martini (awful combination of way too strong and way too sweet that reminded me of why I don't order expensive foo-foo cocktails at restaurants like these) Sichuan Mary (a shockingly good twist on the Bloody Mary that might have even changed my mind about the above opinion) The verdict: The PF Chang's family of restaurants is not capable of making a bad meal.

Several business collegues of mine (and I) had our credit card numbers stolen at this restaurant. 5 of 8 of us who had dinner here in February subsequently had identical fraudulent charges on our credit cards in April. Don't think it was a coincident. Someone at PF Chang's is stealing card numbers and selling them. Use cash if you go!!

Food: Upper class fake Chinese food. They over salt everything because they don't use MSG. Don't be a wimp, MSG is delicious. Crab wontons: Everybody keeps talking about them so I order them. $7 came with sex. $1 each is overrated for such a small size. Orange peel beef: Great orange taste. Bad beef. It was also too salty. It had a spicy rating but there it was not hot at all. I tasted salty orange. My friend ordered Lamb with Chinese pancakes. First of all: Chinese people don't really eat lamb. Second of all: Chinese pancakes don't exist. They looked and tasted like tortillas. Decor: All PF Chang's look great. It's part of their charm I guess. Service: Service is always excellent at PF Changs. The manager must beat their staff. Their waiters love explaining their sauces. Tell them you are allergic to salt and must use MSG instead. Their heads would explode. Would I come here again? No. I don't really like this place but my friends keep dragging me. They have good ambiance and staff but I prefer good food also.

I've been there twice, and I'll never go there again. Their food is over salted and over fried. The waiters are inattentive, especially with dietary restrictions. I asked for gluten free food and was given gluten-ful food, and suffered the consequences for 3 days afterwards. If you're a PF Changs lover like me, go to the one in Towson, you'll be better off.

I really used to like Pf Changs but then again I used to like McDonald's so my past judgement is questionable. The last several times I visited this location my service hasn't been great & my food greasy beyond enjoyable. I've tried this location several times but it gets continually worse. The sat me in the booth beside the kitchen. Which really sucked. i feel about restaurant kitchens the way i feel about sausage. I'd rather be ignorant about the process and just enjoy the end result. Please keep in mind that when I go to Pf Changs I'm not expecting authentic Chinese, heavy on veggies, light on sauce etc. I am expecting Americanized sauced up fried Chinese cuisine poser on a plate. That has its place like a donut has its place and can be completely enjoyable. However, the uber greasy sugary gelatinous nonsense on a plate that the white marsh location has been serving up lately is a kin to slop! I ordered the egg rolls which arrived at the table floating in a PUDDLE of grease. Again I don't expect egg rolls to be nutritious but I also don't expect a deep fryer's worth of grease on my plate either. That was followed by the Chang's Spicy Chicken, which used tobbe my favorite dish here. Yeah. Umm. Not so much. Have you ever had soft, mushy chicken? Apparently raw chicken is a new delicacy that I'm not cool enough to eat. Top this off with my being conpletely privvy to the conversation in the kitchen when I sent back my undercooked chicken, complete with the complaining of the cook. Why did I give it 2 stars you ask? Because my citrus tea was delish and my waitress was very sweet & besides almost getting salmonella I had a decent time.

I finally visited this one! So, we ordered -Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps -Shanghai shrimp with garlic sauce -Crispy honey chicken -Stir-fried spinach -2 mini-desserts The lettuce wraps were ok, but I could have used another piece or two of lettuce. They give you a lot of filling without much to hold it. The shrimp was good, but forgettable. Nothing far off from what my fiance could make. The honey chicken tasted close to orange chicken, and I can get that at a Panda Express for less. The spinach was tasty, and I recommend a small for anywhere between 1-3 people. The two of us ate it, and a third person could have had a small portion as well. The 2 desserts (Strawberry Shortcake and Great Wall of Chocolate) were not good. DON'T get them. Service was the main problem. The waiter didn't write down our order and a shrimp version of the chicken dish was brought instead. When the server was told this, he went to get the right dish. 10 minutes go by . . . the waiter comes and says he will take care of it . . . another 10 minutes or so . . . they sent our dish to the wrong table. We get it taken off our tab, but then we get it about 5-10 minutes after that. For the desserts, we were never even offered the other kinds of desserts, just the mini-ones. Umm . . . hello? You have others that we might like! We also never received a water refill, and this is a must for restaurant Chinese food that seemed to have MSG. In general, it was ok, but certainly a night of some misses.

2nd time at this location. Wanted to give it another try as the 1st visit was a disappointment , this is one time consistency is not a good thing. Truth is it was worse this time around. We like to sit at the bar to eat where service is typically more attentive --- not the case tonight. A runner delivered food and we did not have place settings, utensils, etc. had to ask for water and flag them down for a second refill. Ordered one of the original dishes enjoyed many times in the past, sauce was very watery, more like a broth. When complaint was made, one bartender completely agreed and the other rushed over and said it was because I asked for extra ginger. Never encountered that at other PF Chang locations. Egg rolls were greasy, but the chicken Dali was very nice, hence the 2 stars. Will not visit this location again, however I will return to the Columbia, MD and Tysons Corner, VA locations that are always on their game.

P.F Changs is usually the last place I'd want to eat since I like regular chinese restaurants, however the food is good. Plus star for the manager who delt with my stubborn beau. We ordered monogolian beef and he didn't like it so he got another one and the manager was totally nice about it! The ambiance in this place is really nice. The candles and dim lighting is perfect for a date night. The 2 for $40 is a great deal. You get an appetizer, two entrees,and dessert! Yum!

I am in love.. With The Kung Pao Jicama tacos . They are my favorite item from the happy hour menu. The veggie lettuce wraps are very tasty as well. I am not a big tofu fan but these were delish! Let's see what else (we ate quite a bit).. The crab wontons , salt and pepper calamari and the chicken satay were just ok.. Despite the amount of food we ordered, because most of it was on the lighter side, I didn't feel gross.. On to the drinks. I like the Red Sangria and the Organic Agave Margarita is delish. That's all folks !!!

My fiance and mines last trip was out first with our 10mo child. They accommodated us to one of the large booths in the middle of dining room. was just perfect, and absolutely love this place. This visit was nearly a total mishap. Emphasis on "nearly." Undercooked dumplings, overcooked/over sauced noodles and dried out chicken. Fault within the kitchen. Waiter, Walt - efficient, friendly and extremely apologetic. Manager on duty - Shawn, apologetic, comped some foods & treated my party to dessert. So I'm thinking, the kitchen was just having an "off" day, which happens and since the wait staff and management seemed to truly care, this restaurant is worth a second go around. Just want to note, that there are times where we get over cooked/under cooked or simply not what we wanted cooked foods and there are times where we experience unpleasant/slow/uncaring servers and the same with management. This scenario wasn't the case.

This was my first ever visit to a P F Chang so I did not know what to expect. The White Marsh location is open enough to host a special event or a corporate dinner. They have a mixture of booths and table seating. The decor was okay little too dark for me. On Saturdays you can still order off the reduce lunch menu as well as the dinner menu. I had a hard time deciding on an entree. Chang's BBQ Spare Ribs had me do a double take...tangy sauce. I'm have some time for that! Keeping with the tangy vibe I chose the Chang's Spicy Chicken with chili sauce. The portions was just right. The best drink ever is the Pineapple Mai Tai, it is the truth with a punch of rum my belly was happy. The drink sneaks up on you and later you are out like a light. I ordered the kid's chicken lo mein for my 2 year old granddaughter. I really like that they have the trainer chop sticks for the children to learn how to use. My granddaughter had fun using the red trainer chop stick to eat her meal. She know thinks she is a pro. P F Chang service is slow paced I don't recommend coming here staving as you will eat your napkin.

Happy hour is the best bang for your buck with well plated appetizers and good drinks. I can't comment on the alcohol because I didn't have any. But the bartender whipped up the most delicious fruit drink I've tasted in quite some time. Will be back again soon to take advantage of happy hour.

Not a great experience tonight. We were seated and after 20 minutes of servers and staff walking by somebody finally said has somebody helped you? And it was not busy- several empty tables. We asked for a manager and when he came our way he went to the table next to us first who also complained nobody had helped them in another section so they asked to move. There was some excuse about shift change and servers not paying attention to their new tables. Anyway, he did give us an appetizer free but service was still pretty slow. Crispy green beans were bland without the sauce and there was not enough of that. Other food items included dynamite shrimp, spicy chicken and pepper steak. All were adequate. Bowls of rice are small in my opinion. Husband had banana spring rolls for dessert.... Just so-so.

I love eating at PF Changs. I am gluten free, my husband isn't and we both love it. We order our meals for pickup and eat it at home most often. I order the gluten free spicy chicken and brown rice. But I have also tried the egg drop soup (gf) and shrimp fried rice (gf) before too and everything has a perfect flavor and savory taste. I have never had an allergic reaction from anything I have eaten from pf changs and the times we have eaten in the restaurant the wait staff have always been friendly and accommodating when I order gluten free. My husband's non gluten free favorite is the pepper steak which he orders with no green peppers. All around it is a popular choice with our family and we will happily eat there forever.
Food was better than the last time. Not as much vinegar, thankfully. The salt and pepper calamari was awesome, the honey shrimp and chicken was really good. Drinks were weak, like they put water in the alcohol. Better to forget the cocktails and get a soda instead

PF Chang's is one of the few chain restaurants that my wife and I frequent, and our trip to this location was a pretty standard situation. We found ourselves in White Marsh and wanted a meal that was going to be low-risk/delicious-reward. This PF Chang's solved that for us. Everything was standard PF, but the two things that were off for us were 1) no fiesta breeze (or whatever it's called) iced tea? and 2) our waiter seemed very bored. He did a good job of waiting on us, but his lack of a personality was definitely noticeable. Regardless, our food was good, service was fine, and we didn't have to wait to get a table during lunch hours! It's hard to complain.

My husband mother gave him a gift card for his birthday. So we had no chose to us it. I was never a fan of P.F. Chang ever because I just thought it was overpriced for prepackage Chinese food. The food was okay... wasn't the best. The Chinese food in the food in the hood is way better, Although it made me have that itis. It must be all that msg in it. We ordered take out because my husband is a fan of eating out at restaurants. We called the order in and the hostess on the phone who took our order was very pleasant. She took me that the order will be ready for pick up 7:50pm. When we arrived to pick up our food it was really crowded. I am a huge fan of PF Changs for several reasons... good food, consistency, quality and service. I am never disappointed. All of these things were the same here at the location in White Marsh MD. As usual, we got the lettuce wraps (no shrimp dumplings this time since we were having an early dinner), the lunch portions of the Moo Goo Gai Pan, Orange Peel Shrimp and Caramel Mango Chicken. We left happy. That is the great thing about PF Changs... rarely, if ever, would you have a negative experience. Even though our server was not Mr Personality, he was still pleasant and good at what he did.

This is not my first time at a PF Changs establishment but this is my first time at this one. I was familiar with the menu however I decided to branch out and start with steam shrimp dumplings. Very good and would recommend them. We had an amazing server who was very friendly and welcoming and made the whole experience even better. If you are up for some nice Chinese food then check this place out.

I like Chang's - even though it is a chain restaurant. It has a nice atmosphere - nice place to take a date or cool place to go for a change. Love the sauces for dipping - For starters we had the Dynamite Shrimp and the Lettuce Wraps which were very good - the waitress was good enough to see that we didn't have enough lettuce wraps and promptly brought us more, which we appreciated. My date LOVES the Shrimp with Candied Walnuts - so she ordered that, and it was delicious - we were curious as to how it was made so the waitress went to the kitchen and brought back a recipe! How cool. (not the exact one - but it gave us the general idea) I had the Beef à La Sichuan which was really very good - everything here is good, its fun and the drinks were great!

I had a Good experience dining here recently. Located at White Marsh getting there and parking is a breeze. I started with fried dumplings (7.95). They were tasty but nothing extraordinary. Next was the Mahi Mahi ( 19.99) The fish saved this meal from mediocrity. The Mahi was grilled perfectly, flaky and moist full of fresh flavor of lemongrass and garlic sauce. I enjoyed every bite. I sipped a silky glass of blended white wine while savoring this dish. The rice served with it was a bit dry as it seemed to be plated well before the fish was done. For desert I tried something new, the Banana Spring Rolls (5.95) were damn good. Warm crispy bites of pineapple icecream with caramel and vanilla sauce. Yes. I also sampled the Great Wall Of Chocolate from my dining partner, great stuff but a bit rich for me. My dining partner had no complaints as we had the same meal. Better then my last experience at Changs. Nice job guys.

I'm a fan of this restaurant chain, and have never had a bad experience in any of their locations (and I've been in plenty, in several states). I think they do a good job of standardizing the customer experience, and the food. All I wanted to share about this location is a suggestion if you're planning a visit. Do *not* let them seat you in either of the booths (one in the bar, and the one directly opposite it in the dining room) closest to the kitchen. Whenever the servers walk in, they say (rather loudly), "Order!" and I have to say that it doesn't take long before that gets horribly old. Just have them seat you elsewhere. :)

My wife and I came here for Valentine's Day as a last minute decision since I finished my homework early yesterday and still had time to be a romantic. When we got to PF Chang's there was a 30-45 minute wait, but as I peeked into the bar area, I spotted a couple just finishing at a high top table and was able to snag it at 6pm. By the time we finished dinner at 7:30 the couple that boldly walked up to our table as we were paying the bill told us the wait was 90 minutes as they inquired as to our status. Sheri wanted to have some wine, and it happens to be the PF Chang's carries Chateau Saint Michelle Riesling ($31), so we ordered a bottle. We inquired about any specials for Valentine's Day, and sadly they did not have anything special (what gives?). So we decided to do their 4 course Price Fix ($39.95) menu for 2 that has a lot of variability with the options (some within the standard price, and some with up-charges). Sheri ordered the egg-drop soup, which needed a little salt (so Sheri added a touch of soy sauce), and I had the Hot & Sour soup, which was very yummy!!! We ordered the chicken lettuce wraps for our appetizer, and to our dismay it only came with 3 lettuce leaves. Our waitress was very eager to please and quickly fetched us another round of lettuce (this time it had 4). Our waitress was Janine, she was an absolute doll. She made it a point to come and check to see if we were ready for our main course prior to putting it in. I mean there is nothing more frustrating than having a place dump your soup & appetizer on the table, followed 5 minutes later by the main course. Janine timed everything perfectly, and made sure to let us know that there was no rush. Just take your time and enjoy the experience. Since I'm in Grad school, there has not been too many occasions that we get right now that we can just sit back and relax and enjoy each other's company. For our main course we wanted to try something different, as we have been here before several times. So we wanted something sweet to go with something spicy. We ordered the Crispy Honey Chicken w/ white rice, and the Salt n Pepper Prawns ($1.95 up-charge). Both entrees where absolutely delish....!!!! The chicken bites were light, crispy, and taste served on a bed of fried rice noodles, very very good. Now the Prawns were cooked and seasoned perfectly, and they were way beyond awesome, they were about U20 - U24, and there had to be over a dozen on the platter served with a lovely spicy mustard sauce. OMG we enjoyed both dishes immensely. The dinner for two usually comes with two mini-deserts, but you can choose one of their larger deserts for an up-charge. We choose "The Great Wall of Chocolate" ($3.95); this desert is worth every penny of the up-charge!!! OMG a 6-layer chocolate layer cake, with chocolate frosting, chocolate chips, raspberry sauce and fresh fruit (blackberries, strawberries, and blue berries). This thing was heavenly, sinful, lustful, and total lusciousness with every scintillating bite. We could only eat half, and brought the rest home to the kids.

I give you the most important details first and foremost. We made reservations for 3 at 7pm on a Saturday. We were seated within 2 minutes. Ordered our food within 10. Food was in front of my table within 20. No joke - the service was really incredible. Our waiter was fast, on point, and extremely considerate. I ended up tipping him $14 on a $92 bill, but his service deserved much more. They have a great selection of craft beer on draft! I personally recommend the Magic Hat # 9 on draft. Its my favorite beer to begin with and when you're lucky enough to find this beauty on draft you go for it! Their desserts were pretty impressive as well. For about $5 I ordered the New York style cheesecake which was of gargantuan proportion. I would recommend sharing this big fella between two people. No skimpy cheesecake here. I heard a lot of negative info about this place before finally deciding to check it out myself. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend this place as a post movie at the avenue event. When you consider the full bar (with many asian alcohol options) and their unique twist on Chinese food, this place is not your typical night out for "Chinese".

Been to several PF Chang's all over the country and this one is middle of the road. It is a chain so the food is the same no matter where you go. What matters is the service of the food and the overall dining experience. I rarely get a robot server here, they are pretty good at adapting to their audience here. Lettuce wraps are a waste, go for the firecracker shrimp or crab wontons. Wok seared beef or lamb are good as is the Mongolian beef, honey chicken or shrimp and Szechuan scallop or shrimp. Mini deserts may not seem fitting but for $2 each, they are satisfy perfectly without the guilt of a huge expensive desert.

I have been to this location a few times with my family. I have always had a great experience. I will continue to go back in the future. The portions are always sensible for me at least. My little guy always ends up taking some food to go. Last time I went, I asked for fried tofu as a substitute for chicken. It was decent, but lightly fried. On our drive down to South Carolina, we were in dire need of some sustenance so we pulled off of 95 and found this PF Chang's. The food was good, but the service was a bit lacking at this location. We started off with two orders of the lettuce wraps for our group of six and when they came out, the servers faltered a bit with where to place the dishes. Should have been easy-- two orders, six people, one order at each end for three people to share, but instead they balanced the dishes precariously while scanning the near empty table (except for our drinking glasses) before they finally placed them. While still eating the appetizer, the runner brought out the two plates of honey chicken that we had ordered off the kid's menus for my brothers. Seemed a little odd to bring the dinner before we had finished the appetizers, and on top of that, she spilled a few of the chicken pieces onto the floor and my dad's lap before placing the plate in front of my brother. I'm not sure if she apologized because I wasn't close enough to hear, but I do know that there was no attempt to bring out replacement chicken for the pieces she dropped. Aside from the missteps with service, the food was par for the course with PF Chang's. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken which was tasty, as it was the last time I ordered it. The boys cleared their plates, and everyone else seemed happy with their meals. To me, the rice seemed a little overcooked and mushy, but that could just be my personal preference. This was only my third time in a PF Chang's restaurant and the food was pretty consistent with the last few times I've been, which I guess is why chain restaurants are so popular. I saw a few other things I'd like to try off the menu so I might eventually make my way back (not to this location only because I live in Philadelphia... it'd be a big of a hike to come here). The service issue could be explained by it being the runner's first night, which I sincerely hope was the case.

Chains generally suck. I try to avoid them. But one day I met a friend from out of town here since they were staying at the hotel right down the street. I had a pleasant experience so decided to come back. I then had another pleasant and decided to come back. So why does this chain keep getting my business? Let's count the ways: 1) dim sum lunch - for $8 you can get a salad (wasabi/citrus dressing!!) and 6 steamed dumplings. What a deal! And it's yummy. 2) The wasabi/citrus dressing is to die for. 3) As a lover of won ton soup, I love they allow me to customize to the point of total obnoxiousness (no water chestnuts, light spinach, no chicken, extra mushrooms, extra scallion). 4) Tuna tataki is so good, and the fish so fresh tasting, it's a total surprise it's available in a chain like this. 5) $3 for children's chicken friend rice...steal! 6) This bartender is heavy on the alcohol in the Mai Tai. Come to think of it, this may be a negative.... I have yet to have a bad experience at this PF Chang's, and they almost make me rethink my position on chain restaurants.

I went for the happy hour dim sum and was quite pleased. I started with the organic agave margarita. Not sure what was in it (besides tequilla of course) but it was top notch. First item was the chicken and lettuce wrap. The chicken was very flavorful and combined with the crisp lettuce was very tasty. Next I had the shrimp and pork streamed dumplings. Excellent! PF Chang's makes the best steamed dumplings hands down. Finally the Mahi Mahi street taco. It was top with a spicy sauce that gave the mild fish flavor a nice kick. Also very good. If you use the check in on yelp option, you may get a free dim sum or street fare item.

Very popular! An upscale chain that always has long lines out the door. We braved going early on a Saturday night and only had to wait for a half-hour. We tried a medley of things. The crunchy green beans appetizer was very good. I liked the creamy, spicy sauce a lot. I also got Harvest Spring Rolls, which husband didn't like, but I did. They were a little peppery, a little greasy, but overall a good taste. I got the Vegetarian Lettuce Wraps for my entree and I liked it a lot. It was very salty, but I think that is something to be expected for Chinese cuisine, at least in America. The overall flavor was nice--salty, spicy, a little crunchy. Husband got Mongolian Beef which was recommended by waitress. He liked it a lot. Service was fine. One could tell that everyone had been trained very well. Overall, I don't see what all the waiting fuss is about, but it's a good place to go when you're craving some bold flavors.

Been to PF's before...when I went to this one the first thing I notice is all the decor missing out front! WTH! No burning torches, no bowls of real fire, no coy pond. (No valet parking!) But I will say that is the first time I've had this soup at PF's so it's just my personal opinion. We like the lettuce wraps, although a couple of the other reviewers stated they didn't really like theirs. The biggest disappointment of the meal was the steamed dumplings. I don't know how much I paid for them, and I paid for them because it was Father's day. But when they came to the table in their cute little bowl and I opened the lid...their were only 3. I asked the waiter if he ate 6 of them while he was bringing them to the table. Don't know why he thought that was funny because WTH is 3 tiny a$$ dumplings going to do for 2 people besides piss us off. Oh that's right, piss us even more when we get the bill for those tiny a$$ dumplings. I should have just left those 3 tiny a$$ dumplings as the waiters tip. The waiter we had wasn't bad at all. But besides that fact this is just average Chinese food. It's way better than Chinee Takee Outee you can get anyway it but will never be as good as Mr. Han's in Gainesville, FL (just ask Robin Williams, John Travolta and list goes on. I love that place!) I probably return, because I'll be looking for the rest of my steamed dumplings. Still not recommended.

This is a great location and fantastic experience! I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail--the waiter inquired about food allergies while taking the order and proceeded to bring me a list of ingredients when I informed him of my nut allergies. That has never happened at any restaurant for me and this care and consideration has earned them a customer for life. Though it was extremely busy (it's like that every day of the week) we quickly got a seat at the bar. The drinks were strong and good. Food was delicious and cooked to perfection. If you are in search of 'authentic,' non-americanized Chinese food, go elsewhere. Otherwise, great food and great ambiance. Convenient location by the mall and movie theater, as well!

It was a horrible visit. I wanted to order take out so I called ahead. I was placed on hold for 10mins to place the order. the women was rude and seemed bothered to have me on the phone. That was just the phone call. After arriving I was greeted and showed to the back where takeout order were picked up and told someone would be right with me. Not a great experience tonight. We were seated and after 20 minutes of servers and staff walking by somebody finally said has somebody helped you? And it was not busy- several empty tables. We asked for a manager and when he came our way he went to the table next to us first who also complained nobody had helped them in another section so they asked to move. There was some excuse about shift change and servers not paying attention to their new tables. Anyway, he did give us an appetizer free but service was still pretty slow. Crispy green beans were bland without the sauce and there was not enough of that. Other food items included dynamite shrimp, spicy chicken and pepper steak. All were adequate. Bowls of rice are small in my opinion. Husband had banana spring rolls for dessert.... Just so-so.

I am in love.. With The Kung Pao Jicama tacos . They are my favorite item from the happy hour menu. The veggie lettuce wraps are very tasty as well. I am not a big tofu fan but these were delish! This visit was nearly a total mishap. Emphasis on "nearly." Undercooked dumplings, overcooked/over sauced noodles and dried out chicken. Fault within the kitchen. Waiter, Walt - efficient, friendly and extremely apologetic. Manager on duty - Shawn, apologetic, comped some foods & treated my party to dessert. So I'm thinking, the kitchen was just having an "off" day, which happens and since the wait staff and management seemed to truly care, this restaurant is worth a second go around. Just want to note, that there are times where we get over cooked/under cooked or simply not what we wanted cooked foods and there are times where we experience unpleasant/slow/uncaring servers and the same with management. This scenario wasn't the case.

This was my first ever visit to a P F Chang so I did not know what to expect. The White Marsh location is open enough to host a special event or a corporate dinner. They have a mixture of booths and table seating. The decor was okay little too dark for me. On Saturdays you can still order off the reduce lunch menu as well as the dinner menu. I had a hard time deciding on an entree. Chang's BBQ Spare Ribs had me do a double take...tangy sauce. I'm have some time for that! Keeping with the tangy vibe I chose the Chang's Spicy Chicken with chili sauce. The portions was just right. The best drink ever is the Pineapple Mai Tai, it is the truth with a punch of rum my belly was happy. The drink sneaks up on you and later you are out like a light. I ordered the kid's chicken lo mein for my 2 year old granddaughter. I really like that they have the trainer chop sticks for the children to learn how to use. My granddaughter had fun using the red trainer chop stick to eat her meal. She know thinks she is a pro. P F Chang service is slow paced I don't recommend coming here staving as you will eat your napkin.

It's way better than Chinee Takee Outee you can get anyway it but will never be as good as Mr. Han's in Gainesville, FL (just ask Robin Williams, John Travolta and list goes on. I love that place!) I probably return, because I'll be looking for the rest of my steamed dumplings. Still not recommended.

I love eating at PF Changs. I am gluten free, my husband isn't and we both love it. We order our meals for pickup and eat it at home most often. I order the gluten free spicy chicken and brown rice. But I have also tried the egg drop soup (gf) and shrimp fried rice (gf) before too and everything has a perfect flavor and savory taste. I have never had an allergic reaction from anything I have eaten from pf changs and the times we have eaten in the restaurant the wait staff have always been friendly and accommodating when I order gluten free. My husband's non gluten free favorite is the pepper steak which he orders with no green peppers. All around it is a popular choice with our family and we will happily eat there forever.
Food was better than the last time. Not as much vinegar, thankfully. The salt and pepper calamari was awesome, the honey shrimp and chicken was really good. Drinks were weak, like they put water in the alcohol. Better to forget the cocktails and get a soda instead

We really enjoyed this place. We stared with the salt & pepper calamari, not my favorite calamari. For dinner we had sweet & sour chicken, this was absolutely delicious. This dish was so tasty, loved the mix of pineapple with the chicken. For dessert we had the cheesecake, this was also amazing and a pretty large slice, so perfect for sharing. PF Chang's is one of the few chain restaurants that my wife and I frequent, and our trip to this location was a pretty standard situation. We found ourselves in White Marsh and wanted a meal that was going to be low-risk/delicious-reward. This PF Chang's solved that for us. Everything was standard PF, but the two things that were off for us were 1) no fiesta breeze (or whatever it's called) iced tea? and 2) our waiter seemed very bored. He did a good job of waiting on us, but his lack of a personality was definitely noticeable. Regardless, our food was good, service was fine, and we didn't have to wait to get a table during lunch hours! It's hard to complain.

My husband mother gave him a gift card for his birthday. So we had no chose to us it. I was never a fan of P.F. Chang ever because I just thought it was overpriced for prepackage Chinese food. The food was okay... wasn't the best. The Chinese food in the food in the hood is way better, Although it made me have that itis. It must be all that msg in it. We ordered take out because my husband is a fan of eating out at restaurants. We called the order in and the hostess on the phone who took our order was very pleasant. She took me that the order will be ready for pick up 7:50pm. When we arrived to pick up our food it was really crowded. So I proceed to the take out area in the back of the restaurant to see it was over six people waiting or ordering to the food too. I saw that my food was sitting on the shelf ready for me to pick up. So after waiting for about 20 minutes the hostess waiting on me went over my whole order and I paid for my food and left.

I had a Good experience dining here recently. Located at White Marsh getting there and parking is a breeze. I started with fried dumplings (7.95). They were tasty but nothing extraordinary. Next was the Mahi Mahi ( 19.99) The fish saved this meal from mediocrity. The Mahi was grilled perfectly, flaky and moist full of fresh flavor of lemongrass and garlic sauce. I enjoyed every bite. I sipped a silky glass of blended white wine while savoring this dish. The rice served with it was a bit dry as it seemed to be plated well before the fish was done. For desert I tried something new, the Banana Spring Rolls (5.95) were damn good. Warm crispy bites of pineapple icecream with caramel and vanilla sauce. Yes. I also sampled the Great Wall Of Chocolate from my dining partner, great stuff but a bit rich for me. My dining partner had no complaints as we had the same meal. Better then my last experience at Changs. Nice job guys.

I'm a fan of this restaurant chain, and have never had a bad experience in any of their locations (and I've been in plenty, in several states). I think they do a good job of standardizing the customer experience, and the food. All I wanted to share about this location is a suggestion if you're planning a visit. Do *not* let them seat you in either of the booths (one in the bar, and the one directly opposite it in the dining room) closest to the kitchen. Whenever the servers walk in, they say (rather loudly), "Order!" and I have to say that it doesn't take long before that gets horribly old. Just have them seat you elsewhere. :)

My wife and I came here for Valentine's Day as a last minute decision since I finished my homework early yesterday and still had time to be a romantic. When we got to PF Chang's there was a 30-45 minute wait, but as I peeked into the bar area, I spotted a couple just finishing at a high top table and was able to snag it at 6pm. By the time we finished dinner at 7:30 the couple that boldly walked up to our table as we were paying the bill told us the wait was 90 minutes as they inquired as to our status. Sheri wanted to have some wine, and it happens to be the PF Chang's carries Chateau Saint Michelle Riesling ($31), so we ordered a bottle. We inquired about any specials for Valentine's Day, and sadly they did not have anything special (what gives?). So we decided to do their 4 course Price Fix ($39.95) menu for 2 that has a lot of variability with the options (some within the standard price, and some with up-charges). Sheri ordered the egg-drop soup, which needed a little salt (so Sheri added a touch of soy sauce), and I had the Hot & Sour soup, which was very yummy!!! We ordered the chicken lettuce wraps for our appetizer, and to our dismay it only came with 3 lettuce leaves. Our waitress was very eager to please and quickly fetched us another round of lettuce (this time it had 4). Our waitress was Janine, she was an absolute doll. She made it a point to come and check to see if we were ready for our main course prior to putting it in. I mean there is nothing more frustrating than having a place dump your soup & appetizer on the table, followed 5 minutes later by the main course. Janine timed everything perfectly, and made sure to let us know that there was no rush. Just take your time and enjoy the experience. Since I'm in Grad school, there has not been too many occasions that we get right now that we can just sit back and relax and enjoy each other's company. For our main course we wanted to try something different, as we have been here before several times. So we wanted something sweet to go with something spicy. We ordered the Crispy Honey Chicken w/ white rice, and the Salt n Pepper Prawns ($1.95 up-charge). Both entrees where absolutely delish....!!!! The chicken bites were light, crispy, and taste served on a bed of fried rice noodles, very very good. Now the Prawns were cooked and seasoned perfectly, and they were way beyond awesome, they were about U20 - U24, and there had to be over a dozen on the platter served with a lovely spicy mustard sauce. OMG we enjoyed both dishes immensely. The dinner for two usually comes with two mini-deserts, but you can choose one of their larger deserts for an up-charge. We choose "The Great Wall of Chocolate" ($3.95); this desert is worth every penny of the up-charge!!! OMG a 6-layer chocolate layer cake, with chocolate frosting, chocolate chips, raspberry sauce and fresh fruit (blackberries, strawberries, and blue berries). This thing was heavenly, sinful, lustful, and total lusciousness with every scintillating bite. We could only eat half, and brought the rest home to the kids.

I give you the most important details first and foremost. We made reservations for 3 at 7pm on a Saturday. We were seated within 2 minutes. Ordered our food within 10. Food was in front of my table within 20. No joke - the service was really incredible. Our waiter was fast, on point, and extremely considerate. I ended up tipping him $14 on a $92 bill, but his service deserved much more. They have a great selection of craft beer on draft! I personally recommend the Magic Hat # 9 on draft. Its my favorite beer to begin with and when you're lucky enough to find this beauty on draft you go for it! Their desserts were pretty impressive as well. For about $5 I ordered the New York style cheesecake which was of gargantuan proportion. I would recommend sharing this big fella between two people. No skimpy cheesecake here. I heard a lot of negative info about this place before finally deciding to check it out myself. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend this place as a post movie at the avenue event. When you consider the full bar (with many asian alcohol options) and their unique twist on Chinese food, this place is not your typical night out for "Chinese".

Been to several PF Chang's all over the country and this one is middle of the road. It is a chain so the food is the same no matter where you go. What matters is the service of the food and the overall dining experience. I rarely get a robot server here, they are pretty good at adapting to their audience here. Lettuce wraps are a waste, go for the firecracker shrimp or crab wontons. Wok seared beef or lamb are good as is the Mongolian beef, honey chicken or shrimp and Szechuan scallop or shrimp. Mini deserts may not seem fitting but for $2 each, they are satisfy perfectly without the guilt of a huge expensive desert.

I have been to this location a few times with my family. I have always had a great experience. I will continue to go back in the future. The portions are always sensible for me at least. My little guy always ends up taking some food to go. Last time I went, I asked for fried tofu as a substitute for chicken. It was decent, but lightly fried. This is a chain restaurant, think before you decide to order something not on the set the menu.

I went for the happy hour dim sum and was quite pleased. I started with the organic agave margarita. Not sure what was in it (besides tequilla of course) but it was top notch. First item was the chicken and lettuce wrap. The chicken was very flavorful and combined with the crisp lettuce was very tasty. Next I had the shrimp and pork streamed dumplings. Excellent! PF Chang's makes the best steamed dumplings hands down. Finally the Mahi Mahi street taco. It was top with a spicy sauce that gave the mild fish flavor a nice kick. Also very good. If you use the check in on yelp option, you may get a free dim sum or street fare item.

On our drive down to South Carolina, we were in dire need of some sustenance so we pulled off of 95 and found this PF Chang's. The food was good, but the service was a bit lacking at this location. We started off with two orders of the lettuce wraps for our group of six and when they came out, the servers faltered a bit with where to place the dishes. Should have been easy-- two orders, six people, one order at each end for three people to share, but instead they balanced the dishes precariously while scanning the near empty table (except for our drinking glasses) before they finally placed them. While still eating the appetizer, the runner brought out the two plates of honey chicken that we had ordered off the kid's menus for my brothers. Seemed a little odd to bring the dinner before we had finished the appetizers, and on top of that, she spilled a few of the chicken pieces onto the floor and my dad's lap before placing the plate in front of my brother. I'm not sure if she apologized because I wasn't close enough to hear, but I do know that there was no attempt to bring out replacement chicken for the pieces she dropped. Aside from the missteps with service, the food was par for the course with PF Chang's. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken which was tasty, as it was the last time I ordered it. The boys cleared their plates, and everyone else seemed happy with their meals. To me, the rice seemed a little overcooked and mushy, but that could just be my personal preference. This was only my third time in a PF Chang's restaurant and the food was pretty consistent with the last few times I've been, which I guess is why chain restaurants are so popular. I saw a few other things I'd like to try off the menu so I might eventually make my way back (not to this location only because I live in Philadelphia... it'd be a big of a hike to come here). The service issue could be explained by it being the runner's first night, which I sincerely hope was the case.

Chains generally suck. I try to avoid them. But one day I met a friend from out of town here since they were staying at the hotel right down the street. I had a pleasant experience so decided to come back. I then had another pleasant and decided to come back. So why does this chain keep getting my business? Let's count the ways: 1) dim sum lunch - for $8 you can get a salad (wasabi/citrus dressing!!) and 6 steamed dumplings. What a deal! And it's yummy. 2) The wasabi/citrus dressing is to die for. 3) As a lover of won ton soup, I love they allow me to customize to the point of total obnoxiousness (no water chestnuts, light spinach, no chicken, extra mushrooms, extra scallion). 4) Tuna tataki is so good, and the fish so fresh tasting, it's a total surprise it's available in a chain like this. 5) $3 for children's chicken friend rice...steal! 6) This bartender is heavy on the alcohol in the Mai Tai. Come to think of it, this may be a negative.... I have yet to have a bad experience at this PF Chang's, and they almost make me rethink my position on chain restaurants.

This is a great location and fantastic experience! I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail--the waiter inquired about food allergies while taking the order and proceeded to bring me a list of ingredients when I informed him of my nut allergies. That has never happened at any restaurant for me and this care and consideration has earned them a customer for life. Though it was extremely busy (it's like that every day of the week) we quickly got a seat at the bar. The drinks were strong and good. Food was delicious and cooked to perfection. If you are in search of 'authentic,' non-americanized Chinese food, go elsewhere. Otherwise, great food and great ambiance. Convenient location by the mall and movie theater, as well!

It was a horrible visit. I wanted to order take out so I called ahead. I was placed on hold for 10mins to place the order. the women was rude and seemed bothered to have me on the phone. That was just the phone call. After arriving I was greeted and showed to the back where takeout order were picked up and told someone would be right with me. Food: Upper class fake Chinese food. They over salt everything because they don't use MSG. Don't be a wimp, MSG is delicious. Crab wontons: Everybody keeps talking about them so I order them. $7 came with sex. $1 each is overrated for such a small size. Orange peel beef: Great orange taste. Bad beef. It was also too salty. It had a spicy rating but there it was not hot at all. I tasted salty orange. My friend ordered Lamb with Chinese pancakes. First of all: Chinese people don't really eat lamb. Second of all: Chinese pancakes don't exist. They looked and tasted like tortillas. Decor: All PF Chang's look great. It's part of their charm I guess. Service: Service is always excellent at PF Changs. The manager must beat their staff. Their waiters love explaining their sauces. Tell them you are allergic to salt and must use MSG instead. Their heads would explode. Would I come here again? No. I don't really like this place but my friends keep dragging me. They have good ambiance and staff but I prefer good food also.

I really used to like Pf Changs but then again I used to like McDonald's so my past judgement is questionable. The last several times I visited this location my service hasn't been great & my food greasy beyond enjoyable. I've tried this location several times but it gets continually worse. The sat me in the booth beside the kitchen. Which really sucked. i feel about restaurant kitchens the way i feel about sausage. I'd rather be ignorant about the process and just enjoy the end result. Please keep in mind that when I go to Pf Changs I'm not expecting authentic Chinese, heavy on veggies, light on sauce etc. I am expecting Americanized sauced up fried Chinese cuisine poser on a plate. That has its place like a donut has its place and can be completely enjoyable. However, the uber greasy sugary gelatinous nonsense on a plate that the white marsh location has been serving up lately is a kin to slop! I ordered the egg rolls which arrived at the table floating in a PUDDLE of grease. Again I don't expect egg rolls to be nutritious but I also don't expect a deep fryer's worth of grease on my plate either. That was followed by the Chang's Spicy Chicken, which used tobbe my favorite dish here. Yeah. Umm. Not so much. Have you ever had soft, mushy chicken? Apparently raw chicken is a new delicacy that I'm not cool enough to eat. Top this off with my being conpletely privvy to the conversation in the kitchen when I sent back my undercooked chicken, complete with the complaining of the cook. Why did I give it 2 stars you ask? Because my citrus tea was delish and my waitress was very sweet & besides almost getting salmonella I had a decent time.

I finally visited this one! So, we ordered -Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps -Shanghai shrimp with garlic sauce -Crispy honey chicken -Stir-fried spinach -2 mini-desserts The lettuce wraps were ok, but I could have used another piece or two of lettuce. They give you a lot of filling without much to hold it. The shrimp was good, but forgettable. Nothing far off from what my fiance could make. The honey chicken tasted close to orange chicken, and I can get that at a Panda Express for less. The spinach was tasty, and I recommend a small for anywhere between 1-3 people. The two of us ate it, and a third person could have had a small portion as well. The 2 desserts (Strawberry Shortcake and Great Wall of Chocolate) were not good. DON'T get them. Service was the main problem. The waiter didn't write down our order and a shrimp version of the chicken dish was brought instead. When the server was told this, he went to get the right dish. 10 minutes go by . . . the waiter comes and says he will take care of it . . . another 10 minutes or so . . . they sent our dish to the wrong table. We get it taken off our tab, but then we get it about 5-10 minutes after that. For the desserts, we were never even offered the other kinds of desserts, just the mini-ones. Umm . . . hello? You have others that we might like! We also never received a water refill, and this is a must for restaurant Chinese food that seemed to have MSG. In general, it was ok, but certainly a night of some misses.

2nd time at this location. Wanted to give it another try as the 1st visit was a disappointment , this is one time consistency is not a good thing. Truth is it was worse this time around. We like to sit at the bar to eat where service is typically more attentive --- not the case tonight. A runner delivered food and we did not have place settings, utensils, etc. had to ask for water and flag them down for a second refill. Ordered one of the original dishes enjoyed many times in the past, sauce was very watery, more like a broth. When complaint was made, one bartender completely agreed and the other rushed over and said it was because I asked for extra ginger. Never encountered that at other PF Chang locations. Egg rolls were greasy, but the chicken Dali was very nice, hence the 2 stars. Will not visit this location again, however I will return to the Columbia, MD and Tysons Corner, VA locations that are always on their game.

I've been frequenting PF Chang's for a few years, now, and it's a dependable chain. For lunch today, I had the shrimp in lobster sauce lunch bowl. Once I doused it with soy sauce and spicy oil, it was quite tasty. My wife ordered the almond and cashew chicken lunch bowl, but got peanuts instead of almonds and cashews. In my book, that's not acceptable, but she's more forgiving that I am. It was a good lunch, altogether, and just over $20, so I'm not going to kvetch.

I did go back when parents were visiting and craving Chinese food. We had a really good meal. I tried the lemon pepper shrimp this time. The bad shrimp dish was the lemongrass prawns with garlic noodles. The jumbo prawns were bad and the garlic sauce was bad. The lemon pepper was really good and served with crunchy veggies to balance the fried/sauced-ness. We've been back again. I would just avoid the jumbo prawns and garlic sauce. I think Dad had a mixed fried rice and Mom had pepper steak - both were enjoyed. The wait can be ridiculous though for a table.

I am in love.. With The Kung Pao Jicama tacos . They are my favorite item from the happy hour menu. The veggie lettuce wraps are very tasty as well. I am not a big tofu fan but these were delish! I've been to this location several times, and not been disappointed with the waitstaff or food to date. PF Changs is an interesting take on the traditional Americanized "Chinese Food". It brings it up a notch above that place on the corner that you're mildly afraid of and into the almost classy Cheesecake Factory territory. The most popular thing to try, if you're a newcomer to the chain is the Chicken Lettuce wraps. Don't ask me what's in the filling, but it's great. They bring out a plate of iceberg lettuce, and you put the filling into the lettuce yourself. They're always happy to bring more lettuce if you ask, so don't be afraid to do so! I'm a huge fan of the mongolian beef, which is a sweet-ish teriyaki-ish glaze over strips of tender, tasty beef with lots of scallions mixed in. Every meal comes with your choice of white or brown rice (except the noodle offerings iirc). The waiter will make a to-do about mixing a sauce for your table, but easy enough to adjust the taste yourself and I rarely use it. My fiance and mines last trip was out first with our 10mo child. They accommodated us to one of the large booths in the middle of dining room. was just perfect, and absolutely love this place. This visit was nearly a total mishap. Emphasis on "nearly." Undercooked dumplings, overcooked/over sauced noodles and dried out chicken. Fault within the kitchen. Waiter, Walt - efficient, friendly and extremely apologetic. Manager on duty - Shawn, apologetic, comped some foods & treated my party to dessert. So I'm thinking, the kitchen was just having an "off" day, which happens and since the wait staff and management seemed to truly care, this restaurant is worth a second go around. Just want to note, that there are times where we get over cooked/under cooked or simply not what we wanted cooked foods and there are times where we experience unpleasant/slow/uncaring servers and the same with management. This scenario wasn't the case.

This was my first ever visit to a P F Chang so I did not know what to expect. The White Marsh location is open enough to host a special event or a corporate dinner. They have a mixture of booths and table seating. The decor was okay little too dark for me. On Saturdays you can still order off the reduce lunch menu as well as the dinner menu. I had a hard time deciding on an entree. Chang's BBQ Spare Ribs had me do a double take...tangy sauce. I'm have some time for that! Keeping with the tangy vibe I chose the Chang's Spicy Chicken with chili sauce. The portions was just right. The best drink ever is the Pineapple Mai Tai, it is the truth with a punch of rum my belly was happy. The drink sneaks up on you and later you are out like a light. I ordered the kid's chicken lo mein for my 2 year old granddaughter. I really like that they have the trainer chop sticks for the children to learn how to use. My granddaughter had fun using the red trainer chop stick to eat her meal. She know thinks she is a pro. P F Chang service is slow paced I don't recommend coming here staving as you will eat your napkin.

Not a great experience tonight. We were seated and after 20 minutes of servers and staff walking by somebody finally said has somebody helped you? And it was not busy- several empty tables. We asked for a manager and when he came our way he went to the table next to us first who also complained nobody had helped them in another section so they asked to move. There was some excuse about shift change and servers not paying attention to their new tables. Anyway, he did give us an appetizer free but service was still pretty slow. Crispy green beans were bland without the sauce and there was not enough of that. Other food items included dynamite shrimp, spicy chicken and pepper steak. All were adequate. Bowls of rice are small in my opinion. Husband had banana spring rolls for dessert.... Just so-so.

I love eating at PF Changs. I am gluten free, my husband isn't and we both love it. We order our meals for pickup and eat it at home most often. I order the gluten free spicy chicken and brown rice. But I have also tried the egg drop soup (gf) and shrimp fried rice (gf) before too and everything has a perfect flavor and savory taste. I have never had an allergic reaction from anything I have eaten from pf changs and the times we have eaten in the restaurant the wait staff have always been friendly and accommodating when I order gluten free. My husband's non gluten free favorite is the pepper steak which he orders with no green peppers. All around it is a popular choice with our family and we will happily eat there forever.
Food was better than the last time. Not as much vinegar, thankfully. The salt and pepper calamari was awesome, the honey shrimp and chicken was really good. Drinks were weak, like they put water in the alcohol. Better to forget the cocktails and get a soda instead

PF Chang's is one of the few chain restaurants that my wife and I frequent, and our trip to this location was a pretty standard situation. We found ourselves in White Marsh and wanted a meal that was going to be low-risk/delicious-reward. This PF Chang's solved that for us. Everything was standard PF, but the two things that were off for us were 1) no fiesta breeze (or whatever it's called) iced tea? and 2) our waiter seemed very bored. He did a good job of waiting on us, but his lack of a personality was definitely noticeable. Regardless, our food was good, service was fine, and we didn't have to wait to get a table during lunch hours! It's hard to complain.

My husband mother gave him a gift card for his birthday. So we had no chose to us it. I was never a fan of P.F. Chang ever because I just thought it was overpriced for prepackage Chinese food. The food was okay... wasn't the best. The Chinese food in the food in the hood is way better, Although it made me have that itis. It must be all that msg in it. We ordered take out because my husband is a fan of eating out at restaurants. We called the order in and the hostess on the phone who took our order was very pleasant. She took me that the order will be ready for pick up 7:50pm. When we arrived to pick up our food it was really crowded. So I proceed to the take out area in the back of the restaurant to see it was over six people waiting or ordering to the food too. I saw that my food was sitting on the shelf ready for me to pick up. So after waiting for about 20 minutes the hostess waiting on me went over my whole order and I paid for my food and left.

I am a huge fan of PF Changs for several reasons... good food, consistency, quality and service. I am never disappointed. All of these things were the same here at the location in White Marsh MD. As usual, we got the lettuce wraps (no shrimp dumplings this time since we were having an early dinner), the lunch portions of the Moo Goo Gai Pan, Orange Peel Shrimp and Caramel Mango Chicken. We left happy. That is the great thing about PF Changs... rarely, if ever, would you have a negative experience. Even though our server was not Mr Personality, he was still pleasant and good at what he did.

I like Chang's - even though it is a chain restaurant. It has a nice atmosphere - nice place to take a date or cool place to go for a change. Love the sauces for dipping - For starters we had the Dynamite Shrimp and the Lettuce Wraps which were very good - the waitress was good enough to see that we didn't have enough lettuce wraps and promptly brought us more, which we appreciated. My date LOVES the Shrimp with Candied Walnuts - so she ordered that, and it was delicious - we were curious as to how it was made so the waitress went to the kitchen and brought back a recipe! How cool. (not the exact one - but it gave us the general idea) I had the Beef à La Sichuan which was really very good - everything here is good, its fun and the drinks were great!

This is not my first time at a PF Changs establishment but this is my first time at this one. I was familiar with the menu however I decided to branch out and start with steam shrimp dumplings. Very good and would recommend them. We had an amazing server who was very friendly and welcoming and made the whole experience even better. Been to several PF Chang's all over the country and this one is middle of the road. It is a chain so the food is the same no matter where you go. What matters is the service of the food and the overall dining experience. I rarely get a robot server here, they are pretty good at adapting to their audience here. Lettuce wraps are a waste, go for the firecracker shrimp or crab wontons. Wok seared beef or lamb are good as is the Mongolian beef, honey chicken or shrimp and Szechuan scallop or shrimp. Mini deserts may not seem fitting but for $2 each, they are satisfy perfectly without the guilt of a huge expensive desert.

I had a Good experience dining here recently. Located at White Marsh getting there and parking is a breeze. I started with fried dumplings (7.95). They were tasty but nothing extraordinary. Next was the Mahi Mahi ( 19.99) The fish saved this meal from mediocrity. The Mahi was grilled perfectly, flaky and moist full of fresh flavor of lemongrass and garlic sauce. I enjoyed every bite. I sipped a silky glass of blended white wine while savoring this dish. The rice served with it was a bit dry as it seemed to be plated well before the fish was done. For desert I tried something new, the Banana Spring Rolls (5.95) were damn good. Warm crispy bites of pineapple icecream with caramel and vanilla sauce. Yes. I also sampled the Great Wall Of Chocolate from my dining partner, great stuff but a bit rich for me. My dining partner had no complaints as we had the same meal. Better then my last experience at Changs. Nice job guys.

I'm a fan of this restaurant chain, and have never had a bad experience in any of their locations (and I've been in plenty, in several states). I think they do a good job of standardizing the customer experience, and the food. All I wanted to share about this location is a suggestion if you're planning a visit. Do *not* let them seat you in either of the booths (one in the bar, and the one directly opposite it in the dining room) closest to the kitchen. Whenever the servers walk in, they say (rather loudly), "Order!" and I have to say that it doesn't take long before that gets horribly old. Just have them seat you elsewhere. :)

I give you the most important details first and foremost. We made reservations for 3 at 7pm on a Saturday. We were seated within 2 minutes. Ordered our food within 10. Food was in front of my table within 20. No joke - the service was really incredible. Our waiter was fast, on point, and extremely considerate. I ended up tipping him $14 on a $92 bill, but his service deserved much more. They have a great selection of craft beer on draft! I personally recommend the Magic Hat # 9 on draft. Its my favorite beer to begin with and when you're lucky enough to find this beauty on draft you go for it! Their desserts were pretty impressive as well. For about $5 I ordered the New York style cheesecake which was of gargantuan proportion. I would recommend sharing this big fella between two people. No skimpy cheesecake here. I heard a lot of negative info about this place before finally deciding to check it out myself. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend this place as a post movie at the avenue event. When you consider the full bar (with many asian alcohol options) and their unique twist on Chinese food, this place is not your typical night out for "Chinese".

My wife and I came here for Valentine's Day as a last minute decision since I finished my homework early yesterday and still had time to be a romantic. When we got to PF Chang's there was a 30-45 minute wait, but as I peeked into the bar area, I spotted a couple just finishing at a high top table and was able to snag it at 6pm. By the time we finished dinner at 7:30 the couple that boldly walked up to our table as we were paying the bill told us the wait was 90 minutes as they inquired as to our status. Sheri wanted to have some wine, and it happens to be the PF Chang's carries Chateau Saint Michelle Riesling ($31), so we ordered a bottle. We inquired about any specials for Valentine's Day, and sadly they did not have anything special (what gives?). So we decided to do their 4 course Price Fix ($39.95) menu for 2 that has a lot of variability with the options (some within the standard price, and some with up-charges). Sheri ordered the egg-drop soup, which needed a little salt (so Sheri added a touch of soy sauce), and I had the Hot & Sour soup, which was very yummy!!! We ordered the chicken lettuce wraps for our appetizer, and to our dismay it only came with 3 lettuce leaves. Our waitress was very eager to please and quickly fetched us another round of lettuce (this time it had 4). Our waitress was Janine, she was an absolute doll. She made it a point to come and check to see if we were ready for our main course prior to putting it in. I mean there is nothing more frustrating than having a place dump your soup & appetizer on the table, followed 5 minutes later by the main course. Janine timed everything perfectly, and made sure to let us know that there was no rush. Just take your time and enjoy the experience. Since I'm in Grad school, there has not been too many occasions that we get right now that we can just sit back and relax and enjoy each other's company. For our main course we wanted to try something different, as we have been here before several times. So we wanted something sweet to go with something spicy. We ordered the Crispy Honey Chicken w/ white rice, and the Salt n Pepper Prawns ($1.95 up-charge). Both entrees where absolutely delish....!!!! The chicken bites were light, crispy, and taste served on a bed of fried rice noodles, very very good. Now the Prawns were cooked and seasoned perfectly, and they were way beyond awesome, they were about U20 - U24, and there had to be over a dozen on the platter served with a lovely spicy mustard sauce. OMG we enjoyed both dishes immensely. The dinner for two usually comes with two mini-deserts, but you can choose one of their larger deserts for an up-charge. We choose "The Great Wall of Chocolate" ($3.95); this desert is worth every penny of the up-charge!!! OMG a 6-layer chocolate layer cake, with chocolate frosting, chocolate chips, raspberry sauce and fresh fruit (blackberries, strawberries, and blue berries). This thing was heavenly, sinful, lustful, and total lusciousness with every scintillating bite. We could only eat half, and brought the rest home to the kids.

On our drive down to South Carolina, we were in dire need of some sustenance so we pulled off of 95 and found this PF Chang's. The food was good, but the service was a bit lacking at this location. We started off with two orders of the lettuce wraps for our group of six and when they came out, the servers faltered a bit with where to place the dishes. Should have been easy-- two orders, six people, one order at each end for three people to share, but instead they balanced the dishes precariously while scanning the near empty table (except for our drinking glasses) before they finally placed them. While still eating the appetizer, the runner brought out the two plates of honey chicken that we had ordered off the kid's menus for my brothers. Seemed a little odd to bring the dinner before we had finished the appetizers, and on top of that, she spilled a few of the chicken pieces onto the floor and my dad's lap before placing the plate in front of my brother. I'm not sure if she apologized because I wasn't close enough to hear, but I do know that there was no attempt to bring out replacement chicken for the pieces she dropped. Aside from the missteps with service, the food was par for the course with PF Chang's. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken which was tasty, as it was the last time I ordered it. The boys cleared their plates, and everyone else seemed happy with their meals. To me, the rice seemed a little overcooked and mushy, but that could just be my personal preference. This was only my third time in a PF Chang's restaurant and the food was pretty consistent with the last few times I've been, which I guess is why chain restaurants are so popular. I saw a few other things I'd like to try off the menu so I might eventually make my way back (not to this location only because I live in Philadelphia... it'd be a big of a hike to come here). The service issue could be explained by it being the runner's first night, which I sincerely hope was the case.

Chains generally suck. I try to avoid them. But one day I met a friend from out of town here since they were staying at the hotel right down the street. I had a pleasant experience so decided to come back. I then had another pleasant and decided to come back. So why does this chain keep getting my business? Let's count the ways: 1) dim sum lunch - for $8 you can get a salad (wasabi/citrus dressing!!) and 6 steamed dumplings. What a deal! And it's yummy. 2) The wasabi/citrus dressing is to die for. 3) As a lover of won ton soup, I love they allow me to customize to the point of total obnoxiousness (no water chestnuts, light spinach, no chicken, extra mushrooms, extra scallion). 4) Tuna tataki is so good, and the fish so fresh tasting, it's a total surprise it's available in a chain like this. 5) $3 for children's chicken friend rice...steal! 6) This bartender is heavy on the alcohol in the Mai Tai. Come to think of it, this may be a negative.... I have yet to have a bad experience at this PF Chang's, and they almost make me rethink my position on chain restaurants.

I have been to this location a few times with my family. I have always had a great experience. I will continue to go back in the future. The portions are always sensible for me at least. My little guy always ends up taking some food to go. Last time I went, I asked for fried tofu as a substitute for chicken. It was decent, but lightly fried. This is a chain restaurant, think before you decide to order something not on the set the menu.

I went for the happy hour dim sum and was quite pleased. I started with the organic agave margarita. Not sure what was in it (besides tequilla of course) but it was top notch. First item was the chicken and lettuce wrap. The chicken was very flavorful and combined with the crisp lettuce was very tasty. Next I had the shrimp and pork streamed dumplings. Excellent! PF Chang's makes the best steamed dumplings hands down. Finally the Mahi Mahi street taco. It was top with a spicy sauce that gave the mild fish flavor a nice kick. Also very good. If you use the check in on yelp option, you may get a free dim sum or street fare item.

This is a great location and fantastic experience! I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail--the waiter inquired about food allergies while taking the order and proceeded to bring me a list of ingredients when I informed him of my nut allergies. That has never happened at any restaurant for me and this care and consideration has earned them a customer for life. Though it was extremely busy (it's like that every day of the week) we quickly got a seat at the bar. The drinks were strong and good. Food was delicious and cooked to perfection. If you are in search of 'authentic,' non-americanized Chinese food, go elsewhere. Otherwise, great food and great ambiance. Convenient location by the mall and movie theater, as well!

GET EXCITED - PF Chang's opened in White Marsh this week, right on the edge of the mall parking lot (directly across from the Avenue). Although yet another chain restaurant, it is a very welcome addition to the existing options which have been so stale for so many years. A self-described Chinese snob, I LOVE this restaurant despite it's chain-ness. If the food is good, its good... and at PF Chang's, the food is great. And among a sea of mediocrity-at-best food for the masses (Friday's, Don Pablos, Chilis, Ruby Tuesday) in a city that could not be any less known for its asian cuisine (or lack thereof), I believe that this location will florish. Although apparently the company may not have been so sure, because the dining room seemed to be smaller in size than most others I've been to. I was lucky enough to attend the pre-opening night dinner for family and friends, and we were able to sample the following, including a number of dishes I have not tried before: Harvest Spring Rolls (a boring choice made by someone other than myself, but still tasty) Chang's Spare Ribs (sooo good, a nice sized portion and way better than I even expected) Oolong Marinated Sea Bass (a first, which I am now in love with and will be ordering again next time) Shrimp with Candied Walnuts (my all-time favorite, guilty-pleasuse Chinese dish, I've never had it at PFC and found that it was deliciously different than the authentic Cantonese restaurants that I usually order it in) Salt and Pepper Prawns (a tried and true favorite, as good as always) Shrimp With Lobster Sauce (I've always avoided ordering this one at Chinese restaurants because my (very white) grandmother's homemade recipe is so good (go figure). But it didn't disappoint anyone at the table - including my grandfather - though he wished there was more sauce on the plate!) Strawberry Cheesecake and Smores (shot glasses of mini-desserts that are not any good and way out of place in an Asian-themed restaurant) Lucky Cat Martini (awful combination of way too strong and way too sweet that reminded me of why I don't order expensive foo-foo cocktails at restaurants like these) Sichuan Mary (a shockingly good twist on the Bloody Mary that might have even changed my mind about the above opinion) The verdict: The PF Chang's family of restaurants is not capable of making a bad meal.

Very popular! An upscale chain that always has long lines out the door. We braved going early on a Saturday night and only had to wait for a half-hour. We tried a medley of things. The crunchy green beans appetizer was very good. I liked the creamy, spicy sauce a lot. I also got Harvest Spring Rolls, which husband didn't like, but I did. They were a little peppery, a little greasy, but overall a good taste. I got the Vegetarian Lettuce Wraps for my entree and I liked it a lot. It was very salty, but I think that is something to be expected for Chinese cuisine, at least in America. The overall flavor was nice--salty, spicy, a little crunchy. Husband got Mongolian Beef which was recommended by waitress. He liked it a lot. Service was fine. One could tell that everyone had been trained very well. Overall, I don't see what all the waiting fuss is about, but it's a good place to go when you're craving some bold flavors.

Been to PF's before...when I went to this one the first thing I notice is all the decor missing out front! WTH! No burning torches, no bowls of real fire, no coy pond. (No valet parking!) Hmmm, disappointing. I ordered the Hot N Sour soup, yuck. It was just like BBQ sauce with weird stuff in it. But I will say that is the first time I've had this soup at PF's so it's just my personal opinion. We like the lettuce wraps, although a couple of the other reviewers stated they didn't really like theirs. The biggest disappointment of the meal was the steamed dumplings. I don't know how much I paid for them, and I paid for them because it was Father's day. But when they came to the table in their cute little bowl and I opened the lid...their were only 3. I asked the waiter if he ate 6 of them while he was bringing them to the table. Don't know why he thought that was funny because WTH is 3 tiny a$$ dumplings going to do for 2 people besides piss us off. Oh that's right, piss us even more when we get the bill for those tiny a$$ dumplings. I should have just left those 3 tiny a$$ dumplings as the waiters tip. The waiter we had wasn't bad at all. But besides that fact this is just average Chinese food. It's way better than Chinee Takee Outee you can get anyway it but will never be as good as Mr. Han's in Gainesville, FL (just ask Robin Williams, John Travolta and list goes on. I love that place!) I probably return, because I'll be looking for the rest of my steamed dumplings. Still not recommended.

very good experience overall. Was part of a party of 4 and we all enjoyed our entrees. The Chiangs chicked was a bit too sweet for my tastes but still good with perfect amt of heat. The lettuce wraps were very good along with the spring rolls and wonton soup. The deserts were also very good. Great service. I think some people are overly critical of this place. One reviewer said it was not authentic,ummm, I never heard them advertise to be authentic. I would not want authentic chinese food anyway, did you ever see that that really is... Very pleased and worth the drive.

It was a horrible visit. I wanted to order take out so I called ahead. I was placed on hold for 10mins to place the order. the women was rude and seemed bothered to have me on the phone. That was just the phone call. After arriving I was greeted and showed to the back where takeout order were picked up and told someone would be right with me. I noticed my food was already ready and sitting on a chair next to the register. Multiple people looked and saw me standing in the room but no one bothered to help. Finally after 15mins I picked up my food walked to the front and handed a $20 to the front and walked out telling them know one had come to help. they were too busy doing something to even react and seemed annoyed that I was handing them money. overall - HORRIBLE! I will never go back to this one again and makes me question other PF chang's

Very good food and even better deserts. Had the Northern style spare ribs for starters - excellente!! Finger licking good my friends. Sampled my wife's veggie lettuce wrap - very tasty indeed.

I finally visited this one! So, we ordered -Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps -Shanghai shrimp with garlic sauce -Crispy honey chicken -Stir-fried spinach -2 mini-desserts The lettuce wraps were ok, but I could have used another piece or two of lettuce. They give you a lot of filling without much to hold it. The shrimp was good, but forgettable. Nothing far off from what my fiance could make. The honey chicken tasted close to orange chicken, and I can get that at a Panda Express for less. The spinach was tasty, and I recommend a small for anywhere between 1-3 people. The two of us ate it, and a third person could have had a small portion as well. The 2 desserts (Strawberry Shortcake and Great Wall of Chocolate) were not good. DON'T get them. Service was the main problem. The waiter didn't write down our order and a shrimp version of the chicken dish was brought instead. When the server was told this, he went to get the right dish. 10 minutes go by . . . the waiter comes and says he will take care of it . . . another 10 minutes or so . . . they sent our dish to the wrong table. We get it taken off our tab, but then we get it about 5-10 minutes after that. For the desserts, we were never even offered the other kinds of desserts, just the mini-ones. Umm . . . hello? You have others that we might like! We also never received a water refill, and this is a must for restaurant Chinese food that seemed to have MSG. In general, it was ok, but certainly a night of some misses.

2nd time at this location. Wanted to give it another try as the 1st visit was a disappointment , this is one time consistency is not a good thing. Truth is it was worse this time around. We like to sit at the bar to eat where service is typically more attentive --- not the case tonight. A runner delivered food and we did not have place settings, utensils, etc. had to ask for water and flag them down for a second refill. Ordered one of the original dishes enjoyed many times in the past, sauce was very watery, more like a broth. When complaint was made, one bartender completely agreed and the other rushed over and said it was because I asked for extra ginger. Never encountered that at other PF Chang locations. Egg rolls were greasy, but the chicken Dali was very nice, hence the 2 stars. Will not visit this location again, however I will return to the Columbia, MD and Tysons Corner, VA locations that are always on their game.

I've been there twice, and I'll never go there again. Their food is over salted and over fried. The waiters are inattentive, especially with dietary restrictions. I asked for gluten free food and was given gluten-ful food, and suffered the consequences for 3 days afterwards. If you're a PF Changs lover like me, go to the one in Towson, you'll be better off.

Food: Upper class fake Chinese food. They over salt everything because they don't use MSG. Don't be a wimp, MSG is delicious. Crab wontons: Everybody keeps talking about them so I order them. $7 came with sex. $1 each is overrated for such a small size. Orange peel beef: Great orange taste. Bad beef. It was also too salty. It had a spicy rating but there it was not hot at all. I tasted salty orange. My friend ordered Lamb with Chinese pancakes. First of all: Chinese people don't really eat lamb. Second of all: Chinese pancakes don't exist. They looked and tasted like tortillas. Decor: All PF Chang's look great. It's part of their charm I guess. Service: Service is always excellent at PF Changs. The manager must beat their staff. Their waiters love explaining their sauces. Tell them you are allergic to salt and must use MSG instead. Their heads would explode. Would I come here again? No. I don't really like this place but my friends keep dragging me. They have good ambiance and staff but I prefer good food also.

I really used to like Pf Changs but then again I used to like McDonald's so my past judgement is questionable. The last several times I visited this location my service hasn't been great & my food greasy beyond enjoyable. I've tried this location several times but it gets continually worse. The sat me in the booth beside the kitchen. Which really sucked. i feel about restaurant kitchens the way i feel about sausage. I'd rather be ignorant about the process and just enjoy the end result. Please keep in mind that when I go to Pf Changs I'm not expecting authentic Chinese, heavy on veggies, light on sauce etc. I am expecting Americanized sauced up fried Chinese cuisine poser on a plate. That has its place like a donut has its place and can be completely enjoyable. However, the uber greasy sugary gelatinous nonsense on a plate that the white marsh location has been serving up lately is a kin to slop! I ordered the egg rolls which arrived at the table floating in a PUDDLE of grease. Again I don't expect egg rolls to be nutritious but I also don't expect a deep fryer's worth of grease on my plate either. That was followed by the Chang's Spicy Chicken, which used tobbe my favorite dish here. Yeah. Umm. Not so much. Have you ever had soft, mushy chicken? Apparently raw chicken is a new delicacy that I'm not cool enough to eat. Top this off with my being conpletely privvy to the conversation in the kitchen when I sent back my undercooked chicken, complete with the complaining of the cook. Why did I give it 2 stars you ask? Because my citrus tea was delish and my waitress was very sweet & besides almost getting salmonella I had a decent time.

Maybe it's just the luck when my best friend and I have when we go out, but we've never had a bad experience here. We've been here a few times and loved it every time! The drinks are delicious as well as the food. I think you get a pretty decent amount of food for the price. But all in all, it's a P.F. Chang's so there really isn't much else to say.

I have eaten in this restaurant a few weeks ago and I JUST ordered (writing via iphone) about $40 worth of take out because my friend and I have a red eye flight to NYC tonight. THEY FORGOT THE RICE IN OUR ORDER and when I called and the phone picked up no one said anything for a good 20 seconds until I finally yelled "HELLO?" The girl that answered responded with a "uhh...ok." WTF. No utensils in the take out bag (really?) but we had plastic forks in the car. The lo mein was soggy, the mooshu was filled with water (heard of draining the veggies before sauteeing them?) No fortune cookies either. When I physically ate here it was funny to see all the townies trying so hard to be "upscale" sorry to be mean but it's a shock being from NYC and SF. The waiter we had could have been plucked right off the gang infested streets of dtown bmore. WASTE OF MONEY and wannabe Service. Meanwhile the PFchangs in San Jose, CA was amazing. Dear White marsh, if you have a pf chang franchise at least make sure to follow the damn recipe.

What a shame I took visiting family here and wasted money and the opportunity to enjoy good food with good company. Nothing I ordered was even mediocre. It was foul. Lets start with the egg drop soup. The "broth" was VERY viscous and lacked good flavor. It was just a really bad rendition of egg drop and was way overpriced. The egg rolls. Ok to be fair, they actually did reach the level of mediocrity and came with a good helping of grease to boot. The pan-fried noodles with chicken. were. despicable. Where was the chicken? Or the mushrooms, bok choy, carrots, celery and onions? All I got was a plate of mangled hard noodles with a greasy sauce. This was one of the worse dishes I have ever ordered. The spicy chicken was not spicy and just tasted like sweet and sour chicken. On to the waiter. At first I was impressed. She seemed respectful and what a memory!! Not taking notes on our 3 soups, 3 entrees, 1 appetizer and bevies. Ah ha. she in fact had a very poor memory and brought out the wrong dishes. She insisted I ordered the lo mein and told another server it was a miscommunication in a way that put me at fault. It was comical. Don't have wait staff try to be fancy and memorize orders if they are not capable. How embarrassing for them. Also the little ditty in the beginning about the sauces was not needed. The sauces are nothing special and can do without the hype and attempt at alchemy by the waitress. Would never come again.

Several business collegues of mine (and I) had our credit card numbers stolen at this restaurant. 5 of 8 of us who had dinner here in February subsequently had identical fraudulent charges on our credit cards in April. Don't think it was a coincident. Someone at PF Chang's is stealing card numbers and selling them. Use cash if you go!!

I've been frequenting PF Chang's for a few years, now, and it's a dependable chain. For lunch today, I had the shrimp in lobster sauce lunch bowl. Once I doused it with soy sauce and spicy oil, it was quite tasty. My wife ordered the almond and cashew chicken lunch bowl, but got peanuts instead of almonds and cashews. In my book, that's not acceptable, but she's more forgiving that I am. It was a good lunch, altogether, and just over $20, so I'm not going to kvetch.

I did go back when parents were visiting and craving Chinese food. We had a really good meal. I tried the lemon pepper shrimp this time. The bad shrimp dish was the lemongrass prawns with garlic noodles. The jumbo prawns were bad and the garlic sauce was bad. The lemon pepper was really good and served with crunchy veggies to balance the fried/sauced-ness. We've been back again. I would just avoid the jumbo prawns and garlic sauce. I think Dad had a mixed fried rice and Mom had pepper steak - both were enjoyed. The wait can be ridiculous though for a table.

GET EXCITED - PF Chang's opened in White Marsh this week, right on the edge of the mall parking lot (directly across from the Avenue). Although yet another chain restaurant, it is a very welcome addition to the existing options which have been so stale for so many years. A self-described Chinese snob, I LOVE this restaurant despite it's chain-ness. If the food is good, its good... and at PF Chang's, the food is great. And among a sea of mediocrity-at-best food for the masses (Friday's, Don Pablos, Chilis, Ruby Tuesday) in a city that could not be any less known for its asian cuisine (or lack thereof), I believe that this location will florish. Although apparently the company may not have been so sure, because the dining room seemed to be smaller in size than most others I've been to. I was lucky enough to attend the pre-opening night dinner for family and friends, and we were able to sample the following, including a number of dishes I have not tried before: Harvest Spring Rolls (a boring choice made by someone other than myself, but still tasty) Chang's Spare Ribs (sooo good, a nice sized portion and way better than I even expected) Oolong Marinated Sea Bass (a first, which I am now in love with and will be ordering again next time) Shrimp with Candied Walnuts (my all-time favorite, guilty-pleasuse Chinese dish, I've never had it at PFC and found that it was deliciously different than the authentic Cantonese restaurants that I usually order it in) Salt and Pepper Prawns (a tried and true favorite, as good as always) Shrimp With Lobster Sauce (I've always avoided ordering this one at Chinese restaurants because my (very white) grandmother's homemade recipe is so good (go figure). But it didn't disappoint anyone at the table - including my grandfather - though he wished there was more sauce on the plate!) Strawberry Cheesecake and Smores (shot glasses of mini-desserts that are not any good and way out of place in an Asian-themed restaurant) Lucky Cat Martini (awful combination of way too strong and way too sweet that reminded me of why I don't order expensive foo-foo cocktails at restaurants like these) Sichuan Mary (a shockingly good twist on the Bloody Mary that might have even changed my mind about the above opinion) The verdict: The PF Chang's family of restaurants is not capable of making a bad meal.

THEY FORGOT THE RICE IN OUR ORDER and when I called and the phone picked up no one said anything for a good 20 seconds until I finally yelled "HELLO?" The girl that answered responded with a "uhh...ok." WTF. No utensils in the take out bag (really?) but we had plastic forks in the car. The lo mein was soggy, the mooshu was filled with water (heard of draining the veggies before sauteeing them?) No fortune cookies either. When I physically ate here it was funny to see all the townies trying so hard to be "upscale" sorry to be mean but it's a shock being from NYC and SF. The waiter we had could have been plucked right off the gang infested streets of dtown bmore. WASTE OF MONEY and wannabe Service. Meanwhile the PFchangs in San Jose, CA was amazing. Dear White marsh, if you have a pf chang franchise at least make sure to follow the damn recipe.

What a shame I took visiting family here and wasted money and the opportunity to enjoy good food with good company. Nothing I ordered was even mediocre. It was foul. Lets start with the egg drop soup. The "broth" was VERY viscous and lacked good flavor. It was just a really bad rendition of egg drop and was way overpriced. The egg rolls. Ok to be fair, they actually did reach the level of mediocrity and came with a good helping of grease to boot. The pan-fried noodles with chicken. were. despicable. Where was the chicken? Or the mushrooms, bok choy, carrots, celery and onions? All I got was a plate of mangled hard noodles with a greasy sauce. This was one of the worse dishes I have ever ordered. The spicy chicken was not spicy and just tasted like sweet and sour chicken. On to the waiter. At first I was impressed. She seemed respectful and what a memory!! Not taking notes on our 3 soups, 3 entrees, 1 appetizer and bevies. Ah ha. she in fact had a very poor memory and brought out the wrong dishes. She insisted I ordered the lo mein and told another server it was a miscommunication in a way that put me at fault. It was comical. Don't have wait staff try to be fancy and memorize orders if they are not capable. How embarrassing for them. Also the little ditty in the beginning about the sauces was not needed. The sauces are nothing special and can do without the hype and attempt at alchemy by the waitress. Would never come again.

Several business collegues of mine (and I) had our credit card numbers stolen at this restaurant. 5 of 8 of us who had dinner here in February subsequently had identical fraudulent charges on our credit cards in April. P.F Changs is usually the last place I'd want to eat since I like regular chinese restaurants, however the food is good. Plus star for the manager who delt with my stubborn beau. We ordered monogolian beef and he didn't like it so he got another one and the manager was totally nice about it! The ambiance in this place is really nice. The candles and dim lighting is perfect for a date night. The 2 for $40 is a great deal. You get an appetizer, two entrees,and dessert! Yum!

I am in love.. With The Kung Pao Jicama tacos . They are my favorite item from the happy hour menu. The veggie lettuce wraps are very tasty as well. I am not a big tofu fan but these were delish! Let's see what else (we ate quite a bit).. The crab wontons , salt and pepper calamari and the chicken satay were just ok.. Despite the amount of food we ordered, because most of it was on the lighter side, I didn't feel gross.. On to the drinks. I like the Red Sangria and the Organic Agave Margarita is delish. My fiance and mines last trip was out first with our 10mo child. They accommodated us to one of the large booths in the middle of dining room. was just perfect, and absolutely love this place. This visit was nearly a total mishap. Emphasis on "nearly." Undercooked dumplings, overcooked/over sauced noodles and dried out chicken. Fault within the kitchen. Waiter, Walt - efficient, friendly and extremely apologetic. Manager on duty - Shawn, apologetic, comped some foods & treated my party to dessert. So I'm thinking, the kitchen was just having an "off" day, which happens and since the wait staff and management seemed to truly care, this restaurant is worth a second go around. Just want to note, that there are times where we get over cooked/under cooked or simply not what we wanted cooked foods and there are times where we experience unpleasant/slow/uncaring servers and the same with management. This scenario wasn't the case.

This was my first ever visit to a P F Chang so I did not know what to expect. The White Marsh location is open enough to host a special event or a corporate dinner. They have a mixture of booths and table seating. The decor was okay little too dark for me. On Saturdays you can still order off the reduce lunch menu as well as the dinner menu. I had a hard time deciding on an entree. Chang's BBQ Spare Ribs had me do a double take...tangy sauce. I'm have some time for that! Keeping with the tangy vibe I chose the Chang's Spicy Chicken with chili sauce. The portions was just right. The best drink ever is the Pineapple Mai Tai, it is the truth with a punch of rum my belly was happy. The drink sneaks up on you and later you are out like a light. I ordered the kid's chicken lo mein for my 2 year old granddaughter. I really like that they have the trainer chop sticks for the children to learn how to use. My granddaughter had fun using the red trainer chop stick to eat her meal. She know thinks she is a pro. P F Chang service is slow paced I don't recommend coming here staving as you will eat your napkin.

Happy hour is the best bang for your buck with well plated appetizers and good drinks. I can't comment on the alcohol because I didn't have any. But the bartender whipped up the most delicious fruit drink I've tasted in quite some time. Will be back again soon to take advantage of happy hour.

Not a great experience tonight. We were seated and after 20 minutes of servers and staff walking by somebody finally said has somebody helped you? And it was not busy- several empty tables. We asked for a manager and when he came our way he went to the table next to us first who also complained nobody had helped them in another section so they asked to move. There was some excuse about shift change and servers not paying attention to their new tables. Anyway, he did give us an appetizer free but service was still pretty slow. Crispy green beans were bland without the sauce and there was not enough of that. Other food items included dynamite shrimp, spicy chicken and pepper steak. All were adequate. Bowls of rice are small in my opinion. Husband had banana spring rolls for dessert.... Just so-so.

I love eating at PF Changs. I am gluten free, my husband isn't and we both love it. We order our meals for pickup and eat it at home most often. I order the gluten free spicy chicken and brown rice. But I have also tried the egg drop soup (gf) and shrimp fried rice (gf) before too and everything has a perfect flavor and savory taste. I have never had an allergic reaction from anything I have eaten from pf changs and the times we have eaten in the restaurant the wait staff have always been friendly and accommodating when I order gluten free. My husband's non gluten free favorite is the pepper steak which he orders with no green peppers. All around it is a popular choice with our family and we will happily eat there forever.

Our second visit to P.F. Chang's in White Marsh. We ordered from P.F. Chang's for Two, four-course menu for $39.95. We selected Egg Drop Soup, lettuce wraps, Chang's Spicy Chicken, and sweet treat dessert. Absolutely spectacular meal. I only wish I had ordered something other than my wife so we could have sampled a different entrée. I'll know better next time! I like the darkened atmosphere of the restaurant, subdued lighting and candles but Evelyn found it difficult to read the menu. I ordered a Yuengling Lager draft beer and water while Evelyn had a diet Coke. If you enjoy oriental food, you will definitely like P.F. Chang's.

PF Chang's is one of the few chain restaurants that my wife and I frequent, and our trip to this location was a pretty standard situation. We found ourselves in White Marsh and wanted a meal that was going to be low-risk/delicious-reward. This PF Chang's solved that for us. Everything was standard PF, but the two things that were off for us were 1) no fiesta breeze (or whatever it's called) iced tea? and 2) our waiter seemed very bored. He did a good job of waiting on us, but his lack of a personality was definitely noticeable. Regardless, our food was good, service was fine, and we didn't have to wait to get a table during lunch hours! It's hard to complain.

My husband mother gave him a gift card for his birthday. So we had no chose to us it. I was never a fan of P.F. Chang ever because I just thought it was overpriced for prepackage Chinese food. The food was okay... wasn't the best. The Chinese food in the food in the hood is way better, Although it made me have that itis. It must be all that msg in it. We ordered take out because my husband is a fan of eating out at restaurants. We called the order in and the hostess on the phone who took our order was very pleasant. She took me that the order will be ready for pick up 7:50pm. When we arrived to pick up our food it was really crowded. So I proceed to the take out area in the back of the restaurant to see it was over six people waiting or ordering to the food too. I saw that my food was sitting on the shelf ready for me to pick up. So after waiting for about 20 minutes the hostess waiting on me went over my whole order and I paid for my food and left.

I am a huge fan of PF Changs for several reasons... good food, consistency, quality and service. I am never disappointed. All of these things were the same here at the location in White Marsh MD. As usual, we got the lettuce wraps (no shrimp dumplings this time since we were having an early dinner), the lunch portions of the Moo Goo Gai Pan, Orange Peel Shrimp and Caramel Mango Chicken. We left happy. That is the great thing about PF Changs... rarely, if ever, would you have a negative experience. Even though our server was not Mr Personality, he was still pleasant and good at what he did.

This is not my first time at a PF Changs establishment but this is my first time at this one. I was familiar with the menu however I decided to branch out and start with steam shrimp dumplings. Very good and would recommend them. We had an amazing server who was very friendly and welcoming and made the whole experience even better. If you are up for some nice Chinese food then check this place out.

I like Chang's - even though it is a chain restaurant. It has a nice atmosphere - nice place to take a date or cool place to go for a change. Love the sauces for dipping - For starters we had the Dynamite Shrimp and the Lettuce Wraps which were very good - the waitress was good enough to see that we didn't have enough lettuce wraps and promptly brought us more, which we appreciated. My date LOVES the Shrimp with Candied Walnuts - so she ordered that, and it was delicious - we were curious as to how it was made so the waitress went to the kitchen and brought back a recipe! How cool. (not the exact one - but it gave us the general idea) I had the Beef à La Sichuan which was really very good - everything here is good, its fun and the drinks were great!

I had a Good experience dining here recently. Located at White Marsh getting there and parking is a breeze. I started with fried dumplings (7.95). They were tasty but nothing extraordinary. Next was the Mahi Mahi ( 19.99) The fish saved this meal from mediocrity. The Mahi was grilled perfectly, flaky and moist full of fresh flavor of lemongrass and garlic sauce. I enjoyed every bite. I sipped a silky glass of blended white wine while savoring this dish. The rice served with it was a bit dry as it seemed to be plated well before the fish was done. For desert I tried something new, the Banana Spring Rolls (5.95) were damn good. Warm crispy bites of pineapple icecream with caramel and vanilla sauce. Yes. I also sampled the Great Wall Of Chocolate from my dining partner, great stuff but a bit rich for me. My dining partner had no complaints as we had the same meal. Better then my last experience at Changs. Nice job guys.

I'm a fan of this restaurant chain, and have never had a bad experience in any of their locations (and I've been in plenty, in several states). I think they do a good job of standardizing the customer experience, and the food. All I wanted to share about this location is a suggestion if you're planning a visit. Do *not* let them seat you in either of the booths (one in the bar, and the one directly opposite it in the dining room) closest to the kitchen. Whenever the servers walk in, they say (rather loudly), "Order!" and I have to say that it doesn't take long before that gets horribly old. Just have them seat you elsewhere. :)

My wife and I came here for Valentine's Day as a last minute decision since I finished my homework early yesterday and still had time to be a romantic. When we got to PF Chang's there was a 30-45 minute wait, but as I peeked into the bar area, I spotted a couple just finishing at a high top table and was able to snag it at 6pm. By the time we finished dinner at 7:30 the couple that boldly walked up to our table as we were paying the bill told us the wait was 90 minutes as they inquired as to our status. Sheri wanted to have some wine, and it happens to be the PF Chang's carries Chateau Saint Michelle Riesling ($31), so we ordered a bottle. We inquired about any specials for Valentine's Day, and sadly they did not have anything special (what gives?). So we decided to do their 4 course Price Fix ($39.95) menu for 2 that has a lot of variability with the options (some within the standard price, and some with up-charges). Sheri ordered the egg-drop soup, which needed a little salt (so Sheri added a touch of soy sauce), and I had the Hot & Sour soup, which was very yummy!!! We ordered the chicken lettuce wraps for our appetizer, and to our dismay it only came with 3 lettuce leaves. Our waitress was very eager to please and quickly fetched us another round of lettuce (this time it had 4). Our waitress was Janine, she was an absolute doll. She made it a point to come and check to see if we were ready for our main course prior to putting it in. I mean there is nothing more frustrating than having a place dump your soup & appetizer on the table, followed 5 minutes later by the main course. Janine timed everything perfectly, and made sure to let us know that there was no rush. Just take your time and enjoy the experience. Since I'm in Grad school, there has not been too many occasions that we get right now that we can just sit back and relax and enjoy each other's company. For our main course we wanted to try something different, as we have been here before several times. So we wanted something sweet to go with something spicy. We ordered the Crispy Honey Chicken w/ white rice, and the Salt n Pepper Prawns ($1.95 up-charge). Both entrees where absolutely delish....!!!! The chicken bites were light, crispy, and taste served on a bed of fried rice noodles, very very good. Now the Prawns were cooked and seasoned perfectly, and they were way beyond awesome, they were about U20 - U24, and there had to be over a dozen on the platter served with a lovely spicy mustard sauce. OMG we enjoyed both dishes immensely. The dinner for two usually comes with two mini-deserts, but you can choose one of their larger deserts for an up-charge. We choose "The Great Wall of Chocolate" ($3.95); this desert is worth every penny of the up-charge!!! OMG a 6-layer chocolate layer cake, with chocolate frosting, chocolate chips, raspberry sauce and fresh fruit (blackberries, strawberries, and blue berries). This thing was heavenly, sinful, lustful, and total lusciousness with every scintillating bite. We could only eat half, and brought the rest home to the kids.

I give you the most important details first and foremost. We made reservations for 3 at 7pm on a Saturday. We were seated within 2 minutes. Ordered our food within 10. Food was in front of my table within 20. No joke - the service was really incredible. Our waiter was fast, on point, and extremely considerate. I ended up tipping him $14 on a $92 bill, but his service deserved much more. They have a great selection of craft beer on draft! I personally recommend the Magic Hat # 9 on draft. Its my favorite beer to begin with and when you're lucky enough to find this beauty on draft you go for it! Their desserts were pretty impressive as well. For about $5 I ordered the New York style cheesecake which was of gargantuan proportion. I would recommend sharing this big fella between two people. No skimpy cheesecake here. I heard a lot of negative info about this place before finally deciding to check it out myself. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend this place as a post movie at the avenue event. When you consider the full bar (with many asian alcohol options) and their unique twist on Chinese food, this place is not your typical night out for "Chinese".

Been to several PF Chang's all over the country and this one is middle of the road. It is a chain so the food is the same no matter where you go. What matters is the service of the food and the overall dining experience. I rarely get a robot server here, they are pretty good at adapting to their audience here. Lettuce wraps are a waste, go for the firecracker shrimp or crab wontons. Wok seared beef or lamb are good as is the Mongolian beef, honey chicken or shrimp and Szechuan scallop or shrimp. Mini deserts may not seem fitting but for $2 each, they are satisfy perfectly without the guilt of a huge expensive desert.

I have been to this location a few times with my family. I have always had a great experience. I will continue to go back in the future. The portions are always sensible for me at least. My little guy always ends up taking some food to go. Last time I went, I asked for fried tofu as a substitute for chicken. It was decent, but lightly fried. This is a chain restaurant, think before you decide to order something not on the set the menu.

On our drive down to South Carolina, we were in dire need of some sustenance so we pulled off of 95 and found this PF Chang's. The food was good, but the service was a bit lacking at this location. We started off with two orders of the lettuce wraps for our group of six and when they came out, the servers faltered a bit with where to place the dishes. Should have been easy-- two orders, six people, one order at each end for three people to share, but instead they balanced the dishes precariously while scanning the near empty table (except for our drinking glasses) before they finally placed them. While still eating the appetizer, the runner brought out the two plates of honey chicken that we had ordered off the kid's menus for my brothers. Seemed a little odd to bring the dinner before we had finished the appetizers, and on top of that, she spilled a few of the chicken pieces onto the floor and my dad's lap before placing the plate in front of my brother. I'm not sure if she apologized because I wasn't close enough to hear, but I do know that there was no attempt to bring out replacement chicken for the pieces she dropped. Aside from the missteps with service, the food was par for the course with PF Chang's. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken which was tasty, as it was the last time I ordered it. The boys cleared their plates, and everyone else seemed happy with their meals. To me, the rice seemed a little overcooked and mushy, but that could just be my personal preference. This was only my third time in a PF Chang's restaurant and the food was pretty consistent with the last few times I've been, which I guess is why chain restaurants are so popular. I saw a few other things I'd like to try off the menu so I might eventually make my way back (not to this location only because I live in Philadelphia... it'd be a big of a hike to come here). The service issue could be explained by it being the runner's first night, which I sincerely hope was the case.

Chains generally suck. I try to avoid them. But one day I met a friend from out of town here since they were staying at the hotel right down the street. I had a pleasant experience so decided to come back. I then had another pleasant and decided to come back. So why does this chain keep getting my business? Let's count the ways: 1) dim sum lunch - for $8 you can get a salad (wasabi/citrus dressing!!) and 6 steamed dumplings. What a deal! And it's yummy. 2) The wasabi/citrus dressing is to die for. 3) As a lover of won ton soup, I love they allow me to customize to the point of total obnoxiousness (no water chestnuts, light spinach, no chicken, extra mushrooms, extra scallion). 4) Tuna tataki is so good, and the fish so fresh tasting, it's a total surprise it's available in a chain like this. 5) $3 for children's chicken friend rice...steal! 6) This bartender is heavy on the alcohol in the Mai Tai. Come to think of it, this may be a negative.... I have yet to have a bad experience at this PF Chang's, and they almost make me rethink my position on chain restaurants.

I went for the happy hour dim sum and was quite pleased. I started with the organic agave margarita. Not sure what was in it (besides tequilla of course) but it was top notch. First item was the chicken and lettuce wrap. The chicken was very flavorful and combined with the crisp lettuce was very tasty. Next I had the shrimp and pork streamed dumplings. Excellent! PF Chang's makes the best steamed dumplings hands down. Finally the Mahi Mahi street taco. It was top with a spicy sauce that gave the mild fish flavor a nice kick. Also very good. If you use the check in on yelp option, you may get a free dim sum or street fare item.

Very popular! An upscale chain that always has long lines out the door. We braved going early on a Saturday night and only had to wait for a half-hour. We tried a medley of things. The crunchy green beans appetizer was very good. I liked the creamy, spicy sauce a lot. I also got Harvest Spring Rolls, which husband didn't like, but I did. They were a little peppery, a little greasy, but overall a good taste. I got the Vegetarian Lettuce Wraps for my entree and I liked it a lot. It was very salty, but I think that is something to be expected for Chinese cuisine, at least in America. The overall flavor was nice--salty, spicy, a little crunchy. Husband got Mongolian Beef which was recommended by waitress. He liked it a lot. Service was fine. One could tell that everyone had been trained very well. Overall, I don't see what all the waiting fuss is about, but it's a good place to go when you're craving some bold flavors.

Been to PF's before...when I went to this one the first thing I notice is all the decor missing out front! WTH! No burning torches, no bowls of real fire, no coy pond. (No valet parking!) Hmmm, disappointing. I ordered the Hot N Sour soup, yuck. It was just like BBQ sauce with weird stuff in it. But I will say that is the first time I've had this soup at PF's so it's just my personal opinion. We like the lettuce wraps, although a couple of the other reviewers stated they didn't really like theirs. The biggest disappointment of the meal was the steamed dumplings. I don't know how much I paid for them, and I paid for them because it was Father's day. But when they came to the table in their cute little bowl and I opened the lid...their were only 3. I asked the waiter if he ate 6 of them while he was bringing them to the table. Don't know why he thought that was funny because WTH is 3 tiny a$$ dumplings going to do for 2 people besides piss us off. Oh that's right, piss us even more when we get the bill for those tiny a$$ dumplings. I should have just left those 3 tiny a$$ dumplings as the waiters tip. The waiter we had wasn't bad at all. But besides that fact this is just average Chinese food. It's way better than Chinee Takee Outee you can get anyway it but will never be as good as Mr. Han's in Gainesville, FL (just ask Robin Williams, John Travolta and list goes on. I love that place!) I probably return, because I'll be looking for the rest of my steamed dumplings. Still not recommended.

This is a great location and fantastic experience! I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail--the waiter inquired about food allergies while taking the order and proceeded to bring me a list of ingredients when I informed him of my nut allergies. That has never happened at any restaurant for me and this care and consideration has earned them a customer for life. Though it was extremely busy (it's like that every day of the week) we quickly got a seat at the bar. The drinks were strong and good. Food was delicious and cooked to perfection. If you are in search of 'authentic,' non-americanized Chinese food, go elsewhere. Otherwise, great food and great ambiance. Convenient location by the mall and movie theater, as well!

It was a horrible visit. I wanted to order take out so I called ahead. I was placed on hold for 10mins to place the order. the women was rude and seemed bothered to have me on the phone. That was just the phone call. After arriving I was greeted and showed to the back where takeout order were picked up and told someone would be right with me. I noticed my food was already ready and sitting on a chair next to the register. Multiple people looked and saw me standing in the room but no one bothered to help. Drink orders were wrong and took a while to get corrected. Appetizer was good when it finally came. very good experience overall. Was part of a party of 4 and we all enjoyed our entrees. The Chiangs chicked was a bit too sweet for my tastes but still good with perfect amt of heat. The lettuce wraps were very good along with the spring rolls and wonton soup. The deserts were also very good. Great service. I think some people are overly critical of this place. One reviewer said it was not authentic,ummm, I never heard them advertise to be authentic. I would not want authentic chinese food anyway, did you ever see that that really is... Not a great experience tonight. We were seated and after 20 minutes of servers and staff walking by somebody finally said has somebody helped you? And it was not busy- several empty tables. We asked for a manager and when he came our way he went to the table next to us first who also complained nobody had helped them in another section so they asked to move. There was some excuse about shift change and servers not paying attention to their new tables. Anyway, he did give us an appetizer free but service was still pretty slow. Crispy green beans were bland without the sauce and there was not enough of that. Other food items included dynamite shrimp, spicy chicken and pepper steak. All were adequate. Bowls of rice are small in my opinion. Husband had banana spring rolls for dessert.... Just so-so.

P.F Changs is usually the last place I'd want to eat since I like regular chinese restaurants, however the food is good. Plus star for the manager who delt with my stubborn beau. We ordered monogolian beef and he didn't like it so he got another one and the manager was totally nice about it! The ambiance in this place is really nice. The candles and dim lighting is perfect for a date night. The 2 for $40 is a great deal. You get an appetizer, two entrees,and dessert! Yum!

I am in love.. With The Kung Pao Jicama tacos . They are my favorite item from the happy hour menu. The veggie lettuce wraps are very tasty as well. I am not a big tofu fan but these were delish! Let's see what else (we ate quite a bit).. The crab wontons , salt and pepper calamari and the chicken satay were just ok.. Despite the amount of food we ordered, because most of it was on the lighter side, I didn't feel gross.. On to the drinks. I like the Red Sangria and the Organic Agave Margarita is delish. That's all folks !!!

This visit was nearly a total mishap. Emphasis on "nearly." Undercooked dumplings, overcooked/over sauced noodles and dried out chicken. Fault within the kitchen. Waiter, Walt - efficient, friendly and extremely apologetic. Manager on duty - Shawn, apologetic, comped some foods & treated my party to dessert. So I'm thinking, the kitchen was just having an "off" day, which happens and since the wait staff and management seemed to truly care, this restaurant is worth a second go around. Just want to note, that there are times where we get over cooked/under cooked or simply not what we wanted cooked foods and there are times where we experience unpleasant/slow/uncaring servers and the same with management. This scenario wasn't the case.

This was my first ever visit to a P F Chang so I did not know what to expect. The White Marsh location is open enough to host a special event or a corporate dinner. They have a mixture of booths and table seating. The decor was okay little too dark for me. On Saturdays you can still order off the reduce lunch menu as well as the dinner menu. I had a hard time deciding on an entree. Chang's BBQ Spare Ribs had me do a double take...tangy sauce. I'm have some time for that! Keeping with the tangy vibe I chose the Chang's Spicy Chicken with chili sauce. The portions was just right. The best drink ever is the Pineapple Mai Tai, it is the truth with a punch of rum my belly was happy. The drink sneaks up on you and later you are out like a light. I ordered the kid's chicken lo mein for my 2 year old granddaughter. I really like that they have the trainer chop sticks for the children to learn how to use. My granddaughter had fun using the red trainer chop stick to eat her meal. She know thinks she is a pro. P F Chang service is slow paced I don't recommend coming here staving as you will eat your napkin.

I am a huge fan of PF Changs for several reasons... good food, consistency, quality and service. I am never disappointed. All of these things were the same here at the location in White Marsh MD. As usual, we got the lettuce wraps (no shrimp dumplings this time since we were having an early dinner), the lunch portions of the Moo Goo Gai Pan, Orange Peel Shrimp and Caramel Mango Chicken. We left happy. That is the great thing about PF Changs... rarely, if ever, would you have a negative experience. Even though our server was not Mr Personality, he was still pleasant and good at what he did.

This is not my first time at a PF Changs establishment but this is my first time at this one. I was familiar with the menu however I decided to branch out and start with steam shrimp dumplings. Very good and would recommend them. We had an amazing server who was very friendly and welcoming and made the whole experience even better. I like Chang's - even though it is a chain restaurant. It has a nice atmosphere - nice place to take a date or cool place to go for a change. Love the sauces for dipping - For starters we had the Dynamite Shrimp and the Lettuce Wraps which were very good - the waitress was good enough to see that we didn't have enough lettuce wraps and promptly brought us more, which we appreciated. My date LOVES the Shrimp with Candied Walnuts - so she ordered that, and it was delicious - we were curious as to how it was made so the waitress went to the kitchen and brought back a recipe! How cool. (not the exact one - but it gave us the general idea) I had the Beef à La Sichuan which was really very good - everything here is good, its fun and the drinks were great!

Very popular! An upscale chain that always has long lines out the door. We braved going early on a Saturday night and only had to wait for a half-hour. We tried a medley of things. The crunchy green beans appetizer was very good. I liked the creamy, spicy sauce a lot. I also got Harvest Spring Rolls, which husband didn't like, but I did. They were a little peppery, a little greasy, but overall a good taste. I got the Vegetarian Lettuce Wraps for my entree and I liked it a lot. It was very salty, but I think that is something to be expected for Chinese cuisine, at least in America. The overall flavor was nice--salty, spicy, a little crunchy. Husband got Mongolian Beef which was recommended by waitress. He liked it a lot. Service was fine. One could tell that everyone had been trained very well. Overall, I don't see what all the waiting fuss is about, but it's a good place to go when you're craving some bold flavors.

Been to PF's before...when I went to this one the first thing I notice is all the decor missing out front! WTH! No burning torches, no bowls of real fire, no coy pond. (No valet parking!) Hmmm, disappointing. I ordered the Hot N Sour soup, yuck. It was just like BBQ sauce with weird stuff in it. But I will say that is the first time I've had this soup at PF's so it's just my personal opinion. We like the lettuce wraps, although a couple of the other reviewers stated they didn't really like theirs. The biggest disappointment of the meal was the steamed dumplings. I don't know how much I paid for them, and I paid for them because it was Father's day. But when they came to the table in their cute little bowl and I opened the lid...their were only 3. I asked the waiter if he ate 6 of them while he was bringing them to the table. One of the best dishes is the Singapore street noodles hands down. Such intense flavor and sweet textures. All at an affordable price.

I love eating at PF Changs. I am gluten free, my husband isn't and we both love it. We order our meals for pickup and eat it at home most often. I order the gluten free spicy chicken and brown rice. But I have also tried the egg drop soup (gf) and shrimp fried rice (gf) before too and everything has a perfect flavor and savory taste. I have never had an allergic reaction from anything I have eaten from pf changs and the times we have eaten in the restaurant the wait staff have always been friendly and accommodating when I order gluten free. My husband's non gluten free favorite is the pepper steak which he orders with no green peppers. All around it is a popular choice with our family and we will happily eat there forever.

Our second visit to P.F. Chang's in White Marsh. We ordered from P.F. Chang's for Two, four-course menu for $39.95. We selected Egg Drop Soup, lettuce wraps, Chang's Spicy Chicken, and sweet treat dessert. Absolutely spectacular meal. I only wish I had ordered something other than my wife so we could have sampled a different entrée. I'll know better next time! I like the darkened atmosphere of the restaurant, subdued lighting and candles but Evelyn found it difficult to read the menu. I ordered a Yuengling Lager draft beer and water while Evelyn had a diet Coke. If you enjoy oriental food, you will definitely like P.F. Chang's.

PF Chang's is one of the few chain restaurants that my wife and I frequent, and our trip to this location was a pretty standard situation. We found ourselves in White Marsh and wanted a meal that was going to be low-risk/delicious-reward. This PF Chang's solved that for us. Everything was standard PF, but the two things that were off for us were 1) no fiesta breeze (or whatever it's called) iced tea? and 2) our waiter seemed very bored. He did a good job of waiting on us, but his lack of a personality was definitely noticeable. Regardless, our food was good, service was fine, and we didn't have to wait to get a table during lunch hours! It's hard to complain.

My husband mother gave him a gift card for his birthday. So we had no chose to us it. I was never a fan of P.F. Chang ever because I just thought it was overpriced for prepackage Chinese food. The food was okay... wasn't the best. The Chinese food in the food in the hood is way better, Although it made me have that itis. It must be all that msg in it. We ordered take out because my husband is a fan of eating out at restaurants. We called the order in and the hostess on the phone who took our order was very pleasant. She took me that the order will be ready for pick up 7:50pm. When we arrived to pick up our food it was really crowded. So I proceed to the take out area in the back of the restaurant to see it was over six people waiting or ordering to the food too. I saw that my food was sitting on the shelf ready for me to pick up. So after waiting for about 20 minutes the hostess waiting on me went over my whole order and I paid for my food and left.

I had a Good experience dining here recently. Located at White Marsh getting there and parking is a breeze. I started with fried dumplings (7.95). They were tasty but nothing extraordinary. Next was the Mahi Mahi ( 19.99) The fish saved this meal from mediocrity. The Mahi was grilled perfectly, flaky and moist full of fresh flavor of lemongrass and garlic sauce. I enjoyed every bite. I sipped a silky glass of blended white wine while savoring this dish. The rice served with it was a bit dry as it seemed to be plated well before the fish was done. For desert I tried something new, the Banana Spring Rolls (5.95) were damn good. Warm crispy bites of pineapple icecream with caramel and vanilla sauce. Yes. I also sampled the Great Wall Of Chocolate from my dining partner, great stuff but a bit rich for me. My dining partner had no complaints as we had the same meal. Better then my last experience at Changs. Nice job guys.

I'm a fan of this restaurant chain, and have never had a bad experience in any of their locations (and I've been in plenty, in several states). I think they do a good job of standardizing the customer experience, and the food. All I wanted to share about this location is a suggestion if you're planning a visit. Do *not* let them seat you in either of the booths (one in the bar, and the one directly opposite it in the dining room) closest to the kitchen. Whenever the servers walk in, they say (rather loudly), "Order!" and I have to say that it doesn't take long before that gets horribly old. Just have them seat you elsewhere. :)

My wife and I came here for Valentine's Day as a last minute decision since I finished my homework early yesterday and still had time to be a romantic. When we got to PF Chang's there was a 30-45 minute wait, but as I peeked into the bar area, I spotted a couple just finishing at a high top table and was able to snag it at 6pm. By the time we finished dinner at 7:30 the couple that boldly walked up to our table as we were paying the bill told us the wait was 90 minutes as they inquired as to our status. Sheri wanted to have some wine, and it happens to be the PF Chang's carries Chateau Saint Michelle Riesling ($31), so we ordered a bottle. We inquired about any specials for Valentine's Day, and sadly they did not have anything special (what gives?). So we decided to do their 4 course Price Fix ($39.95) menu for 2 that has a lot of variability with the options (some within the standard price, and some with up-charges). Sheri ordered the egg-drop soup, which needed a little salt (so Sheri added a touch of soy sauce), and I had the Hot & Sour soup, which was very yummy!!! We ordered the chicken lettuce wraps for our appetizer, and to our dismay it only came with 3 lettuce leaves. Our waitress was very eager to please and quickly fetched us another round of lettuce (this time it had 4). Our waitress was Janine, she was an absolute doll. She made it a point to come and check to see if we were ready for our main course prior to putting it in. I mean there is nothing more frustrating than having a place dump your soup & appetizer on the table, followed 5 minutes later by the main course. Janine timed everything perfectly, and made sure to let us know that there was no rush. Just take your time and enjoy the experience. Since I'm in Grad school, there has not been too many occasions that we get right now that we can just sit back and relax and enjoy each other's company. For our main course we wanted to try something different, as we have been here before several times. So we wanted something sweet to go with something spicy. We ordered the Crispy Honey Chicken w/ white rice, and the Salt n Pepper Prawns ($1.95 up-charge). Both entrees where absolutely delish....!!!! The chicken bites were light, crispy, and taste served on a bed of fried rice noodles, very very good. Now the Prawns were cooked and seasoned perfectly, and they were way beyond awesome, they were about U20 - U24, and there had to be over a dozen on the platter served with a lovely spicy mustard sauce. OMG we enjoyed both dishes immensely. The dinner for two usually comes with two mini-deserts, but you can choose one of their larger deserts for an up-charge. We choose "The Great Wall of Chocolate" ($3.95); this desert is worth every penny of the up-charge!!! OMG a 6-layer chocolate layer cake, with chocolate frosting, chocolate chips, raspberry sauce and fresh fruit (blackberries, strawberries, and blue berries). This thing was heavenly, sinful, lustful, and total lusciousness with every scintillating bite. We could only eat half, and brought the rest home to the kids.

I give you the most important details first and foremost. We made reservations for 3 at 7pm on a Saturday. We were seated within 2 minutes. Ordered our food within 10. Food was in front of my table within 20. No joke - the service was really incredible. Our waiter was fast, on point, and extremely considerate. I ended up tipping him $14 on a $92 bill, but his service deserved much more. They have a great selection of craft beer on draft! I personally recommend the Magic Hat # 9 on draft. Its my favorite beer to begin with and when you're lucky enough to find this beauty on draft you go for it! Their desserts were pretty impressive as well. For about $5 I ordered the New York style cheesecake which was of gargantuan proportion. I would recommend sharing this big fella between two people. No skimpy cheesecake here. I heard a lot of negative info about this place before finally deciding to check it out myself. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend this place as a post movie at the avenue event. When you consider the full bar (with many asian alcohol options) and their unique twist on Chinese food, this place is not your typical night out for "Chinese".

Been to several PF Chang's all over the country and this one is middle of the road. It is a chain so the food is the same no matter where you go. What matters is the service of the food and the overall dining experience. I rarely get a robot server here, they are pretty good at adapting to their audience here. Lettuce wraps are a waste, go for the firecracker shrimp or crab wontons. Wok seared beef or lamb are good as is the Mongolian beef, honey chicken or shrimp and Szechuan scallop or shrimp. Mini deserts may not seem fitting but for $2 each, they are satisfy perfectly without the guilt of a huge expensive desert.

I have been to this location a few times with my family. I have always had a great experience. I will continue to go back in the future. The portions are always sensible for me at least. My little guy always ends up taking some food to go. Last time I went, I asked for fried tofu as a substitute for chicken. It was decent, but lightly fried. This is a chain restaurant, think before you decide to order something not on the set the menu.

I went for the happy hour dim sum and was quite pleased. I started with the organic agave margarita. Not sure what was in it (besides tequilla of course) but it was top notch. First item was the chicken and lettuce wrap. The chicken was very flavorful and combined with the crisp lettuce was very tasty. Next I had the shrimp and pork streamed dumplings. Excellent! PF Chang's makes the best steamed dumplings hands down. Finally the Mahi Mahi street taco. It was top with a spicy sauce that gave the mild fish flavor a nice kick. Also very good. If you use the check in on yelp option, you may get a free dim sum or street fare item.

On our drive down to South Carolina, we were in dire need of some sustenance so we pulled off of 95 and found this PF Chang's. The food was good, but the service was a bit lacking at this location. We started off with two orders of the lettuce wraps for our group of six and when they came out, the servers faltered a bit with where to place the dishes. Should have been easy-- two orders, six people, one order at each end for three people to share, but instead they balanced the dishes precariously while scanning the near empty table (except for our drinking glasses) before they finally placed them. While still eating the appetizer, the runner brought out the two plates of honey chicken that we had ordered off the kid's menus for my brothers. Seemed a little odd to bring the dinner before we had finished the appetizers, and on top of that, she spilled a few of the chicken pieces onto the floor and my dad's lap before placing the plate in front of my brother. I'm not sure if she apologized because I wasn't close enough to hear, but I do know that there was no attempt to bring out replacement chicken for the pieces she dropped. Aside from the missteps with service, the food was par for the course with PF Chang's. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken which was tasty, as it was the last time I ordered it. The boys cleared their plates, and everyone else seemed happy with their meals. To me, the rice seemed a little overcooked and mushy, but that could just be my personal preference. This was only my third time in a PF Chang's restaurant and the food was pretty consistent with the last few times I've been, which I guess is why chain restaurants are so popular. I saw a few other things I'd like to try off the menu so I might eventually make my way back (not to this location only because I live in Philadelphia... it'd be a big of a hike to come here). The service issue could be explained by it being the runner's first night, which I sincerely hope was the case.

Chains generally suck. I try to avoid them. But one day I met a friend from out of town here since they were staying at the hotel right down the street. I had a pleasant experience so decided to come back. I then had another pleasant and decided to come back. So why does this chain keep getting my business? Let's count the ways: 1) dim sum lunch - for $8 you can get a salad (wasabi/citrus dressing!!) and 6 steamed dumplings. What a deal! And it's yummy. 2) The wasabi/citrus dressing is to die for. 3) As a lover of won ton soup, I love they allow me to customize to the point of total obnoxiousness (no water chestnuts, light spinach, no chicken, extra mushrooms, extra scallion). 4) Tuna tataki is so good, and the fish so fresh tasting, it's a total surprise it's available in a chain like this. 5) $3 for children's chicken friend rice...steal! 6) This bartender is heavy on the alcohol in the Mai Tai. Come to think of it, this may be a negative.... I have yet to have a bad experience at this PF Chang's, and they almost make me rethink my position on chain restaurants.

This is a great location and fantastic experience! I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail--the waiter inquired about food allergies while taking the order and proceeded to bring me a list of ingredients when I informed him of my nut allergies. That has never happened at any restaurant for me and this care and consideration has earned them a customer for life. Though it was extremely busy (it's like that every day of the week) we quickly got a seat at the bar. The drinks were strong and good. Food was delicious and cooked to perfection. If you are in search of 'authentic,' non-americanized Chinese food, go elsewhere. Otherwise, great food and great ambiance. Convenient location by the mall and movie theater, as well!

It was a horrible visit. I wanted to order take out so I called ahead. I was placed on hold for 10mins to place the order. the women was rude and seemed bothered to have me on the phone. That was just the phone call. After arriving I was greeted and showed to the back where takeout order were picked up and told someone would be right with me. I noticed my food was already ready and sitting on a chair next to the register. Multiple people looked and saw me standing in the room but no one bothered to help. Food: Upper class fake Chinese food. They over salt everything because they don't use MSG. Don't be a wimp, MSG is delicious. Crab wontons: Everybody keeps talking about them so I order them. $7 came with sex. $1 each is overrated for such a small size. Orange peel beef: Great orange taste. Bad beef. It was also too salty. It had a spicy rating but there it was not hot at all. I tasted salty orange. My friend ordered Lamb with Chinese pancakes. First of all: Chinese people don't really eat lamb. Second of all: Chinese pancakes don't exist. They looked and tasted like tortillas. Decor: All PF Chang's look great. It's part of their charm I guess. Service: Service is always excellent at PF Changs. The manager must beat their staff. Their waiters love explaining their sauces. Tell them you are allergic to salt and must use MSG instead. Their heads would explode. Would I come here again? No. I don't really like this place but my friends keep dragging me. They have good ambiance and staff but I prefer good food also.

I really used to like Pf Changs but then again I used to like McDonald's so my past judgement is questionable. The last several times I visited this location my service hasn't been great & my food greasy beyond enjoyable. I've tried this location several times but it gets continually worse. The sat me in the booth beside the kitchen. Which really sucked. i feel about restaurant kitchens the way i feel about sausage. I'd rather be ignorant about the process and just enjoy the end result. Please keep in mind that when I go to Pf Changs I'm not expecting authentic Chinese, heavy on veggies, light on sauce etc. I am expecting Americanized sauced up fried Chinese cuisine poser on a plate. That has its place like a donut has its place and can be completely enjoyable. However, the uber greasy sugary gelatinous nonsense on a plate that the white marsh location has been serving up lately is a kin to slop! I ordered the egg rolls which arrived at the table floating in a PUDDLE of grease. Again I don't expect egg rolls to be nutritious but I also don't expect a deep fryer's worth of grease on my plate either. That was followed by the Chang's Spicy Chicken, which used tobbe my favorite dish here. Yeah. Umm. Not so much. Have you ever had soft, mushy chicken? Apparently raw chicken is a new delicacy that I'm not cool enough to eat. Top this off with my being conpletely privvy to the conversation in the kitchen when I sent back my undercooked chicken, complete with the complaining of the cook. Why did I give it 2 stars you ask? Because my citrus tea was delish and my waitress was very sweet & besides almost getting salmonella I had a decent time.

I finally visited this one! So, we ordered -Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps -Shanghai shrimp with garlic sauce -Crispy honey chicken -Stir-fried spinach -2 mini-desserts The lettuce wraps were ok, but I could have used another piece or two of lettuce. They give you a lot of filling without much to hold it. The shrimp was good, but forgettable. Nothing far off from what my fiance could make. The honey chicken tasted close to orange chicken, and I can get that at a Panda Express for less. The spinach was tasty, and I recommend a small for anywhere between 1-3 people. The two of us ate it, and a third person could have had a small portion as well. The 2 desserts (Strawberry Shortcake and Great Wall of Chocolate) were not good. DON'T get them. Service was the main problem. The waiter didn't write down our order and a shrimp version of the chicken dish was brought instead. When the server was told this, he went to get the right dish. 10 minutes go by . . . the waiter comes and says he will take care of it . . . another 10 minutes or so . . . they sent our dish to the wrong table. We get it taken off our tab, but then we get it about 5-10 minutes after that. For the desserts, we were never even offered the other kinds of desserts, just the mini-ones. Umm . . . hello? You have others that we might like! We also never received a water refill, and this is a must for restaurant Chinese food that seemed to have MSG. In general, it was ok, but certainly a night of some misses.

2nd time at this location. Wanted to give it another try as the 1st visit was a disappointment , this is one time consistency is not a good thing. Truth is it was worse this time around. We like to sit at the bar to eat where service is typically more attentive --- not the case tonight. A runner delivered food and we did not have place settings, utensils, etc. had to ask for water and flag them down for a second refill. Ordered one of the original dishes enjoyed many times in the past, sauce was very watery, more like a broth. When complaint was made, one bartender completely agreed and the other rushed over and said it was because I asked for extra ginger. Never encountered that at other PF Chang locations. Egg rolls were greasy, but the chicken Dali was very nice, hence the 2 stars. Will not visit this location again, however I will return to the Columbia, MD and Tysons Corner, VA locations that are always on their game.

I've been frequenting PF Chang's for a few years, now, and it's a dependable chain. For lunch today, I had the shrimp in lobster sauce lunch bowl. Once I doused it with soy sauce and spicy oil, it was quite tasty. My wife ordered the almond and cashew chicken lunch bowl, but got peanuts instead of almonds and cashews. In my book, that's not acceptable, but she's more forgiving that I am. It was a good lunch, altogether, and just over $20, so I'm not going to kvetch.

I did go back when parents were visiting and craving Chinese food. We had a really good meal. I tried the lemon pepper shrimp this time. The bad shrimp dish was the lemongrass prawns with garlic noodles. The jumbo prawns were bad and the garlic sauce was bad. The lemon pepper was really good and served with crunchy veggies to balance the fried/sauced-ness. We've been back again. I would just avoid the jumbo prawns and garlic sauce. I think Dad had a mixed fried rice and Mom had pepper steak - both were enjoyed. The wait can be ridiculous though for a table.

I am in love.. With The Kung Pao Jicama tacos . They are my favorite item from the happy hour menu. The veggie lettuce wraps are very tasty as well. I am not a big tofu fan but these were delish! I've been to this location several times, and not been disappointed with the waitstaff or food to date. PF Changs is an interesting take on the traditional Americanized "Chinese Food". It brings it up a notch above that place on the corner that you're mildly afraid of and into the almost classy Cheesecake Factory territory. The most popular thing to try, if you're a newcomer to the chain is the Chicken Lettuce wraps. Don't ask me what's in the filling, but it's great. They bring out a plate of iceberg lettuce, and you put the filling into the lettuce yourself. They're always happy to bring more lettuce if you ask, so don't be afraid to do so! I'm a huge fan of the mongolian beef, which is a sweet-ish teriyaki-ish glaze over strips of tender, tasty beef with lots of scallions mixed in. Every meal comes with your choice of white or brown rice (except the noodle offerings iirc). The waiter will make a to-do about mixing a sauce for your table, but easy enough to adjust the taste yourself and I rarely use it. I'm also a big fan of the Asian Pear mojito which doesn't taste very minty or pear-like, but it quite tasty and very consistent.

This visit was nearly a total mishap. Emphasis on "nearly." Undercooked dumplings, overcooked/over sauced noodles and dried out chicken. Fault within the kitchen. Waiter, Walt - efficient, friendly and extremely apologetic. Manager on duty - Shawn, apologetic, comped some foods & treated my party to dessert. So I'm thinking, the kitchen was just having an "off" day, which happens and since the wait staff and management seemed to truly care, this restaurant is worth a second go around. Just want to note, that there are times where we get over cooked/under cooked or simply not what we wanted cooked foods and there are times where we experience unpleasant/slow/uncaring servers and the same with management. This scenario wasn't the case.

This was my first ever visit to a P F Chang so I did not know what to expect. The White Marsh location is open enough to host a special event or a corporate dinner. They have a mixture of booths and table seating. The decor was okay little too dark for me. On Saturdays you can still order off the reduce lunch menu as well as the dinner menu. I had a hard time deciding on an entree. Chang's BBQ Spare Ribs had me do a double take...tangy sauce. I'm have some time for that! Keeping with the tangy vibe I chose the Chang's Spicy Chicken with chili sauce. The portions was just right. The best drink ever is the Pineapple Mai Tai, it is the truth with a punch of rum my belly was happy. The drink sneaks up on you and later you are out like a light. I ordered the kid's chicken lo mein for my 2 year old granddaughter. I really like that they have the trainer chop sticks for the children to learn how to use. My granddaughter had fun using the red trainer chop stick to eat her meal. She know thinks she is a pro. P F Chang service is slow paced I don't recommend coming here staving as you will eat your napkin.

Not a great experience tonight. We were seated and after 20 minutes of servers and staff walking by somebody finally said has somebody helped you? And it was not busy- several empty tables. We asked for a manager and when he came our way he went to the table next to us first who also complained nobody had helped them in another section so they asked to move. There was some excuse about shift change and servers not paying attention to their new tables. Anyway, he did give us an appetizer free but service was still pretty slow. Crispy green beans were bland without the sauce and there was not enough of that. Other food items included dynamite shrimp, spicy chicken and pepper steak. All were adequate. Bowls of rice are small in my opinion. Husband had banana spring rolls for dessert.... Just so-so.

I love eating at PF Changs. I am gluten free, my husband isn't and we both love it. We order our meals for pickup and eat it at home most often. I order the gluten free spicy chicken and brown rice. But I have also tried the egg drop soup (gf) and shrimp fried rice (gf) before too and everything has a perfect flavor and savory taste. I have never had an allergic reaction from anything I have eaten from pf changs and the times we have eaten in the restaurant the wait staff have always been friendly and accommodating when I order gluten free. My husband's non gluten free favorite is the pepper steak which he orders with no green peppers. All around it is a popular choice with our family and we will happily eat there forever.

Our second visit to P.F. Chang's in White Marsh. We ordered from P.F. Chang's for Two, four-course menu for $39.95. We selected Egg Drop Soup, lettuce wraps, Chang's Spicy Chicken, and sweet treat dessert. Absolutely spectacular meal. I only wish I had ordered something other than my wife so we could have sampled a different entrée. I'll know better next time! I like the darkened atmosphere of the restaurant, subdued lighting and candles but Evelyn found it difficult to read the menu. I ordered a Yuengling Lager draft beer and water while Evelyn had a diet Coke. If you enjoy oriental food, you will definitely like P.F. Chang's.

We found ourselves in White Marsh and wanted a meal that was going to be low-risk/delicious-reward. This PF Chang's solved that for us. Everything was standard PF, but the two things that were off for us were 1) no fiesta breeze (or whatever it's called) iced tea? and 2) our waiter seemed very bored. He did a good job of waiting on us, but his lack of a personality was definitely noticeable. My husband mother gave him a gift card for his birthday. So we had no chose to us it. I was never a fan of P.F. Chang ever because I just thought it was overpriced for prepackage Chinese food. The food was okay... wasn't the best. The Chinese food in the food in the hood is way better, Although it made me have that itis. It must be all that msg in it. We ordered take out because my husband is a fan of eating out at restaurants. We called the order in and the hostess on the phone who took our order was very pleasant. She took me that the order will be ready for pick up 7:50pm. When we arrived to pick up our food it was really crowded. So I proceed to the take out area in the back of the restaurant to see it was over six people waiting or ordering to the food too. I saw that my food was sitting on the shelf ready for me to pick up. So after waiting for about 20 minutes the hostess waiting on me went over my whole order and I paid for my food and left.

I am a huge fan of PF Changs for several reasons... good food, consistency, quality and service. I am never disappointed. All of these things were the same here at the location in White Marsh MD. As usual, we got the lettuce wraps (no shrimp dumplings this time since we were having an early dinner), the lunch portions of the Moo Goo Gai Pan, Orange Peel Shrimp and Caramel Mango Chicken. We left happy. That is the great thing about PF Changs... rarely, if ever, would you have a negative experience. Love the sauces for dipping - For starters we had the Dynamite Shrimp and the Lettuce Wraps which were very good - the waitress was good enough to see that we didn't have enough lettuce wraps and promptly brought us more, which we appreciated. My date LOVES the Shrimp with Candied Walnuts - so she ordered that, and it was delicious - we were curious as to how it was made so the waitress went to the kitchen and brought back a recipe! How cool. (not the exact one - but it gave us the general idea) I had the Beef à La Sichuan which was really very good - everything here is good, its fun and the drinks were great!

This is not my first time at a PF Changs establishment but this is my first time at this one. I was familiar with the menu however I decided to branch out and start with steam shrimp dumplings. Very good and would recommend them. We had an amazing server who was very friendly and welcoming and made the whole experience even better. Been to several PF Chang's all over the country and this one is middle of the road. It is a chain so the food is the same no matter where you go. What matters is the service of the food and the overall dining experience. I rarely get a robot server here, they are pretty good at adapting to their audience here. Lettuce wraps are a waste, go for the firecracker shrimp or crab wontons. Wok seared beef or lamb are good as is the Mongolian beef, honey chicken or shrimp and Szechuan scallop or shrimp. Mini deserts may not seem fitting but for $2 each, they are satisfy perfectly without the guilt of a huge expensive desert.

I had a Good experience dining here recently. Located at White Marsh getting there and parking is a breeze. I started with fried dumplings (7.95). They were tasty but nothing extraordinary. Next was the Mahi Mahi ( 19.99) The fish saved this meal from mediocrity. The Mahi was grilled perfectly, flaky and moist full of fresh flavor of lemongrass and garlic sauce. I enjoyed every bite. I sipped a silky glass of blended white wine while savoring this dish. The rice served with it was a bit dry as it seemed to be plated well before the fish was done. For desert I tried something new, the Banana Spring Rolls (5.95) were damn good. Warm crispy bites of pineapple icecream with caramel and vanilla sauce. Yes. I also sampled the Great Wall Of Chocolate from my dining partner, great stuff but a bit rich for me. My dining partner had no complaints as we had the same meal. Better then my last experience at Changs. Nice job guys.

I'm a fan of this restaurant chain, and have never had a bad experience in any of their locations (and I've been in plenty, in several states). I think they do a good job of standardizing the customer experience, and the food. All I wanted to share about this location is a suggestion if you're planning a visit. Do *not* let them seat you in either of the booths (one in the bar, and the one directly opposite it in the dining room) closest to the kitchen. Whenever the servers walk in, they say (rather loudly), "Order!" and I have to say that it doesn't take long before that gets horribly old. Just have them seat you elsewhere. :)

I give you the most important details first and foremost. We made reservations for 3 at 7pm on a Saturday. We were seated within 2 minutes. Ordered our food within 10. Food was in front of my table within 20. No joke - the service was really incredible. Our waiter was fast, on point, and extremely considerate. I ended up tipping him $14 on a $92 bill, but his service deserved much more. They have a great selection of craft beer on draft! I personally recommend the Magic Hat # 9 on draft. Its my favorite beer to begin with and when you're lucky enough to find this beauty on draft you go for it! Their desserts were pretty impressive as well. For about $5 I ordered the New York style cheesecake which was of gargantuan proportion. I would recommend sharing this big fella between two people. No skimpy cheesecake here. I heard a lot of negative info about this place before finally deciding to check it out myself. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend this place as a post movie at the avenue event. When you consider the full bar (with many asian alcohol options) and their unique twist on Chinese food, this place is not your typical night out for "Chinese".

When we got to PF Chang's there was a 30-45 minute wait, but as I peeked into the bar area, I spotted a couple just finishing at a high top table and was able to snag it at 6pm. By the time we finished dinner at 7:30 the couple that boldly walked up to our table as we were paying the bill told us the wait was 90 minutes as they inquired as to our status. Sheri wanted to have some wine, and it happens to be the PF Chang's carries Chateau Saint Michelle Riesling ($31), so we ordered a bottle. We inquired about any specials for Valentine's Day, and sadly they did not have anything special (what gives?). So we decided to do their 4 course Price Fix ($39.95) menu for 2 that has a lot of variability with the options (some within the standard price, and some with up-charges). Sheri ordered the egg-drop soup, which needed a little salt (so Sheri added a touch of soy sauce), and I had the Hot & Sour soup, which was very yummy!!! We ordered the chicken lettuce wraps for our appetizer, and to our dismay it only came with 3 lettuce leaves. Our waitress was very eager to please and quickly fetched us another round of lettuce (this time it had 4). Our waitress was Janine, she was an absolute doll. She made it a point to come and check to see if we were ready for our main course prior to putting it in. I mean there is nothing more frustrating than having a place dump your soup & appetizer on the table, followed 5 minutes later by the main course. Janine timed everything perfectly, and made sure to let us know that there was no rush. Just take your time and enjoy the experience. Since I'm in Grad school, there has not been too many occasions that we get right now that we can just sit back and relax and enjoy each other's company. For our main course we wanted to try something different, as we have been here before several times. So we wanted something sweet to go with something spicy. We ordered the Crispy Honey Chicken w/ white rice, and the Salt n Pepper Prawns ($1.95 up-charge). Both entrees where absolutely delish....!!!! The chicken bites were light, crispy, and taste served on a bed of fried rice noodles, very very good. Now the Prawns were cooked and seasoned perfectly, and they were way beyond awesome, they were about U20 - U24, and there had to be over a dozen on the platter served with a lovely spicy mustard sauce. OMG we enjoyed both dishes immensely. The dinner for two usually comes with two mini-deserts, but you can choose one of their larger deserts for an up-charge. We choose "The Great Wall of Chocolate" ($3.95); this desert is worth every penny of the up-charge!!! OMG a 6-layer chocolate layer cake, with chocolate frosting, chocolate chips, raspberry sauce and fresh fruit (blackberries, strawberries, and blue berries). This thing was heavenly, sinful, lustful, and total lusciousness with every scintillating bite. We could only eat half, and brought the rest home to the kids.

I'm not sure what the fuss is all about!!!! The food is kind of average... quite dry and not tasty... not worth the money... I prefer the small china places that we find in every corner. Much, much better than this "up scale" place. I also never understood the horses on the front... they look more from a "Roman Empire" era than "Chinese" ;)

On our drive down to South Carolina, we were in dire need of some sustenance so we pulled off of 95 and found this PF Chang's. The food was good, but the service was a bit lacking at this location. We started off with two orders of the lettuce wraps for our group of six and when they came out, the servers faltered a bit with where to place the dishes. Should have been easy-- two orders, six people, one order at each end for three people to share, but instead they balanced the dishes precariously while scanning the near empty table (except for our drinking glasses) before they finally placed them. While still eating the appetizer, the runner brought out the two plates of honey chicken that we had ordered off the kid's menus for my brothers. Seemed a little odd to bring the dinner before we had finished the appetizers, and on top of that, she spilled a few of the chicken pieces onto the floor and my dad's lap before placing the plate in front of my brother. I'm not sure if she apologized because I wasn't close enough to hear, but I do know that there was no attempt to bring out replacement chicken for the pieces she dropped. Aside from the missteps with service, the food was par for the course with PF Chang's. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken which was tasty, as it was the last time I ordered it. The boys cleared their plates, and everyone else seemed happy with their meals. To me, the rice seemed a little overcooked and mushy, but that could just be my personal preference. This was only my third time in a PF Chang's restaurant and the food was pretty consistent with the last few times I've been, which I guess is why chain restaurants are so popular. I saw a few other things I'd like to try off the menu so I might eventually make my way back (not to this location only because I live in Philadelphia... it'd be a big of a hike to come here). The service issue could be explained by it being the runner's first night, which I sincerely hope was the case.

Chains generally suck. I try to avoid them. But one day I met a friend from out of town here since they were staying at the hotel right down the street. I had a pleasant experience so decided to come back. I then had another pleasant and decided to come back. So why does this chain keep getting my business? Let's count the ways: 1) dim sum lunch - for $8 you can get a salad (wasabi/citrus dressing!!) and 6 steamed dumplings. What a deal! And it's yummy. 2) The wasabi/citrus dressing is to die for. 3) As a lover of won ton soup, I love they allow me to customize to the point of total obnoxiousness (no water chestnuts, light spinach, no chicken, extra mushrooms, extra scallion). 4) Tuna tataki is so good, and the fish so fresh tasting, it's a total surprise it's available in a chain like this. 5) $3 for children's chicken friend rice...steal! 6) This bartender is heavy on the alcohol in the Mai Tai. Come to think of it, this may be a negative.... I have yet to have a bad experience at this PF Chang's, and they almost make me rethink my position on chain restaurants.

I have been to this location a few times with my family. I have always had a great experience. I will continue to go back in the future. The portions are always sensible for me at least. My little guy always ends up taking some food to go. Last time I went, I asked for fried tofu as a substitute for chicken. It was decent, but lightly fried. This is a chain restaurant, think before you decide to order something not on the set the menu.

I went for the happy hour dim sum and was quite pleased. I started with the organic agave margarita. Not sure what was in it (besides tequilla of course) but it was top notch. First item was the chicken and lettuce wrap. The chicken was very flavorful and combined with the crisp lettuce was very tasty. Next I had the shrimp and pork streamed dumplings. Excellent! PF Chang's makes the best steamed dumplings hands down. Finally the Mahi Mahi street taco. It was top with a spicy sauce that gave the mild fish flavor a nice kick. Also very good. If you use the check in on yelp option, you may get a free dim sum or street fare item.

This is a great location and fantastic experience! I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail--the waiter inquired about food allergies while taking the order and proceeded to bring me a list of ingredients when I informed him of my nut allergies. That has never happened at any restaurant for me and this care and consideration has earned them a customer for life. Though it was extremely busy (it's like that every day of the week) we quickly got a seat at the bar. The drinks were strong and good. Food was delicious and cooked to perfection. If you are in search of 'authentic,' non-americanized Chinese food, go elsewhere. Otherwise, great food and great ambiance. Convenient location by the mall and movie theater, as well!

GET EXCITED - PF Chang's opened in White Marsh this week, right on the edge of the mall parking lot (directly across from the Avenue). Although yet another chain restaurant, it is a very welcome addition to the existing options which have been so stale for so many years. A self-described Chinese snob, I LOVE this restaurant despite it's chain-ness. If the food is good, its good... and at PF Chang's, the food is great. And among a sea of mediocrity-at-best food for the masses (Friday's, Don Pablos, Chilis, Ruby Tuesday) in a city that could not be any less known for its asian cuisine (or lack thereof), I believe that this location will florish. Although apparently the company may not have been so sure, because the dining room seemed to be smaller in size than most others I've been to. I was lucky enough to attend the pre-opening night dinner for family and friends, and we were able to sample the following, including a number of dishes I have not tried before: Harvest Spring Rolls (a boring choice made by someone other than myself, but still tasty) Chang's Spare Ribs (sooo good, a nice sized portion and way better than I even expected) Oolong Marinated Sea Bass (a first, which I am now in love with and will be ordering again next time) Shrimp with Candied Walnuts (my all-time favorite, guilty-pleasuse Chinese dish, I've never had it at PFC and found that it was deliciously different than the authentic Cantonese restaurants that I usually order it in) Salt and Pepper Prawns (a tried and true favorite, as good as always) Shrimp With Lobster Sauce (I've always avoided ordering this one at Chinese restaurants because my (very white) grandmother's homemade recipe is so good (go figure). But it didn't disappoint anyone at the table - including my grandfather - though he wished there was more sauce on the plate!) Strawberry Cheesecake and Smores (shot glasses of mini-desserts that are not any good and way out of place in an Asian-themed restaurant) Lucky Cat Martini (awful combination of way too strong and way too sweet that reminded me of why I don't order expensive foo-foo cocktails at restaurants like these) Sichuan Mary (a shockingly good twist on the Bloody Mary that might have even changed my mind about the above opinion) The verdict: The PF Chang's family of restaurants is not capable of making a bad meal.

Very popular! An upscale chain that always has long lines out the door. We braved going early on a Saturday night and only had to wait for a half-hour. We tried a medley of things. The crunchy green beans appetizer was very good. I liked the creamy, spicy sauce a lot. I also got Harvest Spring Rolls, which husband didn't like, but I did. They were a little peppery, a little greasy, but overall a good taste. I got the Vegetarian Lettuce Wraps for my entree and I liked it a lot. It was very salty, but I think that is something to be expected for Chinese cuisine, at least in America. The overall flavor was nice--salty, spicy, a little crunchy. Husband got Mongolian Beef which was recommended by waitress. He liked it a lot. Service was fine. One could tell that everyone had been trained very well. Overall, I don't see what all the waiting fuss is about, but it's a good place to go when you're craving some bold flavors.

Been to PF's before...when I went to this one the first thing I notice is all the decor missing out front! WTH! No burning torches, no bowls of real fire, no coy pond. (No valet parking!) Hmmm, disappointing. I ordered the Hot N Sour soup, yuck. It was just like BBQ sauce with weird stuff in it. But I will say that is the first time I've had this soup at PF's so it's just my personal opinion. We like the lettuce wraps, although a couple of the other reviewers stated they didn't really like theirs. The biggest disappointment of the meal was the steamed dumplings. I don't know how much I paid for them, and I paid for them because it was Father's day. But when they came to the table in their cute little bowl and I opened the lid...their were only 3. I asked the waiter if he ate 6 of them while he was bringing them to the table. Don't know why he thought that was funny because WTH is 3 tiny a$$ dumplings going to do for 2 people besides piss us off. Oh that's right, piss us even more when we get the bill for those tiny a$$ dumplings. I should have just left those 3 tiny a$$ dumplings as the waiters tip. The waiter we had wasn't bad at all. But besides that fact this is just average Chinese food. It's way better than Chinee Takee Outee you can get anyway it but will never be as good as Mr. Han's in Gainesville, FL (just ask Robin Williams, John Travolta and list goes on. I love that place!) I probably return, because I'll be looking for the rest of my steamed dumplings. Still not recommended.

I've always had a good experience with the service here. The staff that I've encountered is pretty professional. The salt and pepper calamari was bland, I recommend staying away from that one. Other than that, everything I've had is alright.

Drink orders were wrong and took a while to get corrected. Appetizer was good when it finally came. Left some money on the table and walked out when we'd been there an hour and hadn't gotten our entrees. Only recommended for people who get so engrossed in their smart phone that they don't realize how bad the service is and don't notice that most of the people in the place are wearing ratty old t-shirts and fooling with their phones.

very good experience overall. Was part of a party of 4 and we all enjoyed our entrees. The Chiangs chicked was a bit too sweet for my tastes but still good with perfect amt of heat. The lettuce wraps were very good along with the spring rolls and wonton soup. The deserts were also very good. Great service. I think some people are overly critical of this place. One reviewer said it was not authentic,ummm, I never heard them advertise to be authentic. I would not want authentic chinese food anyway, did you ever see that that really is... Very pleased and worth the drive.

It was a horrible visit. I wanted to order take out so I called ahead. I was placed on hold for 10mins to place the order. the women was rude and seemed bothered to have me on the phone. That was just the phone call. After arriving I was greeted and showed to the back where takeout order were picked up and told someone would be right with me. I noticed my food was already ready and sitting on a chair next to the register. Multiple people looked and saw me standing in the room but no one bothered to help. Finally after 15mins I picked up my food walked to the front and handed a $20 to the front and walked out telling them know one had come to help. they were too busy doing something to even react and seemed annoyed that I was handing them money. overall - HORRIBLE! I will never go back to this one again and makes me question other PF chang's

I finally visited this one! So, we ordered -Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps -Shanghai shrimp with garlic sauce -Crispy honey chicken -Stir-fried spinach -2 mini-desserts The lettuce wraps were ok, but I could have used another piece or two of lettuce. They give you a lot of filling without much to hold it. The shrimp was good, but forgettable. Nothing far off from what my fiance could make. The honey chicken tasted close to orange chicken, and I can get that at a Panda Express for less. The spinach was tasty, and I recommend a small for anywhere between 1-3 people. The two of us ate it, and a third person could have had a small portion as well. The 2 desserts (Strawberry Shortcake and Great Wall of Chocolate) were not good. DON'T get them. Service was the main problem. The waiter didn't write down our order and a shrimp version of the chicken dish was brought instead. When the server was told this, he went to get the right dish. 10 minutes go by . . . the waiter comes and says he will take care of it . . . another 10 minutes or so . . . they sent our dish to the wrong table. We get it taken off our tab, but then we get it about 5-10 minutes after that. For the desserts, we were never even offered the other kinds of desserts, just the mini-ones. Umm . . . hello? You have others that we might like! We also never received a water refill, and this is a must for restaurant Chinese food that seemed to have MSG. In general, it was ok, but certainly a night of some misses.

2nd time at this location. Wanted to give it another try as the 1st visit was a disappointment , this is one time consistency is not a good thing. Truth is it was worse this time around. We like to sit at the bar to eat where service is typically more attentive --- not the case tonight. A runner delivered food and we did not have place settings, utensils, etc. had to ask for water and flag them down for a second refill. Ordered one of the original dishes enjoyed many times in the past, sauce was very watery, more like a broth. When complaint was made, one bartender completely agreed and the other rushed over and said it was because I asked for extra ginger. Never encountered that at other PF Chang locations. Egg rolls were greasy, but the chicken Dali was very nice, hence the 2 stars. Will not visit this location again, however I will return to the Columbia, MD and Tysons Corner, VA locations that are always on their game.

I've been there twice, and I'll never go there again. Their food is over salted and over fried. The waiters are inattentive, especially with dietary restrictions. I asked for gluten free food and was given gluten-ful food, and suffered the consequences for 3 days afterwards. If you're a PF Changs lover like me, go to the one in Towson, you'll be better off.

Food: Upper class fake Chinese food. They over salt everything because they don't use MSG. Don't be a wimp, MSG is delicious. Crab wontons: Everybody keeps talking about them so I order them. $7 came with sex. $1 each is overrated for such a small size. Orange peel beef: Great orange taste. Bad beef. It was also too salty. It had a spicy rating but there it was not hot at all. I tasted salty orange. My friend ordered Lamb with Chinese pancakes. First of all: Chinese people don't really eat lamb. Second of all: Chinese pancakes don't exist. They looked and tasted like tortillas. Decor: All PF Chang's look great. It's part of their charm I guess. Service: Service is always excellent at PF Changs. The manager must beat their staff. Their waiters love explaining their sauces. Tell them you are allergic to salt and must use MSG instead. Their heads would explode. Would I come here again? No. I don't really like this place but my friends keep dragging me. They have good ambiance and staff but I prefer good food also.

I really used to like Pf Changs but then again I used to like McDonald's so my past judgement is questionable. The last several times I visited this location my service hasn't been great & my food greasy beyond enjoyable. I've tried this location several times but it gets continually worse. The sat me in the booth beside the kitchen. Which really sucked. i feel about restaurant kitchens the way i feel about sausage. I'd rather be ignorant about the process and just enjoy the end result. Please keep in mind that when I go to Pf Changs I'm not expecting authentic Chinese, heavy on veggies, light on sauce etc. I am expecting Americanized sauced up fried Chinese cuisine poser on a plate. That has its place like a donut has its place and can be completely enjoyable. However, the uber greasy sugary gelatinous nonsense on a plate that the white marsh location has been serving up lately is a kin to slop! I ordered the egg rolls which arrived at the table floating in a PUDDLE of grease. Again I don't expect egg rolls to be nutritious but I also don't expect a deep fryer's worth of grease on my plate either. That was followed by the Chang's Spicy Chicken, which used tobbe my favorite dish here. Yeah. Umm. Not so much. Have you ever had soft, mushy chicken? Apparently raw chicken is a new delicacy that I'm not cool enough to eat. Top this off with my being conpletely privvy to the conversation in the kitchen when I sent back my undercooked chicken, complete with the complaining of the cook. Why did I give it 2 stars you ask? Because my citrus tea was delish and my waitress was very sweet & besides almost getting salmonella I had a decent time.

Maybe it's just the luck when my best friend and I have when we go out, but we've never had a bad experience here. We've been here a few times and loved it every time! The drinks are delicious as well as the food. I think you get a pretty decent amount of food for the price. But all in all, it's a P.F. Chang's so there really isn't much else to say.

I have eaten in this restaurant a few weeks ago and I JUST ordered (writing via iphone) about $40 worth of take out because my friend and I have a red eye flight to NYC tonight. THEY FORGOT THE RICE IN OUR ORDER and when I called and the phone picked up no one said anything for a good 20 seconds until I finally yelled "HELLO?" The girl that answered responded with a "uhh...ok." WTF. No utensils in the take out bag (really?) but we had plastic forks in the car. The lo mein was soggy, the mooshu was filled with water (heard of draining the veggies before sauteeing them?) No fortune cookies either. When I physically ate here it was funny to see all the townies trying so hard to be "upscale" sorry to be mean but it's a shock being from NYC and SF. The waiter we had could have been plucked right off the gang infested streets of dtown bmore. WASTE OF MONEY and wannabe Service. Meanwhile the PFchangs in San Jose, CA was amazing. Dear White marsh, if you have a pf chang franchise at least make sure to follow the damn recipe.

What a shame I took visiting family here and wasted money and the opportunity to enjoy good food with good company. Nothing I ordered was even mediocre. It was foul. Lets start with the egg drop soup. The "broth" was VERY viscous and lacked good flavor. It was just a really bad rendition of egg drop and was way overpriced. The egg rolls. Ok to be fair, they actually did reach the level of mediocrity and came with a good helping of grease to boot. The pan-fried noodles with chicken. were. despicable. Where was the chicken? Or the mushrooms, bok choy, carrots, celery and onions? All I got was a plate of mangled hard noodles with a greasy sauce. This was one of the worse dishes I have ever ordered. The spicy chicken was not spicy and just tasted like sweet and sour chicken. On to the waiter. At first I was impressed. She seemed respectful and what a memory!! Not taking notes on our 3 soups, 3 entrees, 1 appetizer and bevies. Ah ha. she in fact had a very poor memory and brought out the wrong dishes. She insisted I ordered the lo mein and told another server it was a miscommunication in a way that put me at fault. It was comical. Don't have wait staff try to be fancy and memorize orders if they are not capable. How embarrassing for them. Also the little ditty in the beginning about the sauces was not needed. The sauces are nothing special and can do without the hype and attempt at alchemy by the waitress. Would never come again.

Several business collegues of mine (and I) had our credit card numbers stolen at this restaurant. 5 of 8 of us who had dinner here in February subsequently had identical fraudulent charges on our credit cards in April. Don't think it was a coincident. Someone at PF Chang's is stealing card numbers and selling them. Use cash if you go!!
