I must preface this review by saying I have been anti-Dominos for DECADES now. So, once they said Dominos had their own version of pan pizza, I admit I was skeptical. When we received coupons in the mail for the pizza, I wasn't sure if I should try. My husband absolutely refused. He said, "if you want some, you can order it for yourself, but I don't want any." But why would I order an entire pizza to myself while he ate something totally different? It makes no sense. So, the day finally came when he was out, and I was home alone. What's a girl to do? Why order DOMINO's pan pizza of course! I placed the order and was pleasantly surprised by the new "tracker" ability which accompanies your order. It is begun immediately after the order is placed, and you can watch the progress of your pizza (to any theme you select) from prep to delivery. It was actually quite fascinating. The pizza arrived right around the time I was hoping, if not a few minutes faster (definitely within the 30 minute window). And as soon as the man left my house, I sat down and dug right in. I was NOT disappointed. Folks, this here is the real deal. FINALLY, Dominos has gotten something right. And I was a hardcore Pizza Hut (pan) girl all the way. I would never be saying this if it wasn't true. Yet, I was willing to give them a shot, willing to endure "specialty pizzas," hoping someday they would finally give me a reason for switching, but it's never worked, until now. I am happy to now say I have found an alternative to the taste, texture, and look of their rival pan pizza from PH. Good work guys, keep it up.

The service time hasn't greatly improved (maybe I just always order during peak hours), but I was contacted by Domino's after my last review. They apologized for the poor service, and gave me a discount on my next pizza order. I am impressed that they took the time to make it right, and that deserves some appreciation. Rating bumped up to 4/5 stars.

I love this dominos. Everything is always made right and they are QUICK. Unfortunately they've finally disappointed me. I ordered two separate coupon deals, one with a sandwich and chicken (in which I added ranch and hot sauce to my order) and a dessert and 2-liter. The delivery guy arrived and handed me a 20oz drink to which I replied " isn't this supposed to be a 2-liter?" He ignored me and handed me the receipt..whatever, we didn't NEED it. Then I proceeded to open my chicken, no sauces.. Alright fine, first time they've forgotten, no big deal. Took a bite of the chicken, not cooked all the way through. Now I'm irritated. The dessert was also cold and greasy but the sandwich was made right. I'm really hoping this was a one time mess up with my favorite pizza spot.

Have ordered twice. Once online once on the phone. Both times my order was wrong and the delivery instructions never seem to get relayed to the driver. Ledo's down the road doesn't deliver but I'd rather drive there than play the game of chance on what you'll receive instead of your order.

We order Domino's about 2-3x a week, simply because both of us are too exhausted to cook most of the time. The staff is friendly and courteous and rarely do they make a mistake. When they do, it's fixed cquickly and in a professional manner. I love these guys - I just wish there was salad or more veggies available. But our food is always fresh, hot and tasty. And fast! Thanks.
