I received great drive through service. Food was fresh and timely. The $5 two spicy chicken go wrap combo is quite the bargain also.

Rating and reviewing fast food joints can be tricky. Fast food joints, in general, tend to get low ratings because the service at fast food restaurants is the least consistent of any type of eating establishment. And people tend to get more furious with poor fast food service than they would at other places. They've eaten at XXX 100 times before with no issues, so when an issue comes up, it really sticks into their craw. So much so, that they will open a Yelp account and write their first and only review to tell everyone how terrible the service was and how they won't ever come back. When fast food works like it should, it is by nature uneventful. It's fast, cheap, warm, and comforting. (And, occasionally, delicious.) And it almost never gets reviewed. My trip to this Wendy's was uneventful, even though it had the makings of a potential fast food disaster. I pulled up to their drive through window at about 12:50AM - just 10 minutes before close. I did note a hint of attitude when I spoke to the cashier when ordering - I chalked that up to it being very late, and also to the area itself. When I pulled up, I didn't notice as much attitude, and the cashier was as polite to me as I was to her. My two Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers were quickly ready, and they were tasty. I'm not an unreasonable consumer ... I understand that if I am rolling up to an establish so close to closing time, I'm taking a calculated risk. This Wendy's served me at 12:50AM just like it was 12:50PM, and the product was just like it usually is from Wendy's. To me, that's enough for me to throw them some 4-star love.

Just had the worst chicken nuggets of my life... AFTER a rude ordering encounter and then a ridiculous 10 minute wait. Unbelievable. DO NOT EAT HERE. I was starving (hadn't eaten in 7 hours) and still would've rather waited.

I just arrived at the Residence Inn around the corner, and after an almost 7-hour drive, the thought of getting back in the car was just not the thing I wanted to do, so I figured I would just walk around the corner and see what I could find to eat on Easter Sunday. Ha. It came down to Wendy's or the 7-11 (should have gone with the Chips and Twinkies next door). I can't believe a salad is $7.00; seriously, for $7 I would rather just go to Applebee's or something and feel like I am getting nicer service and get a salad. The salad wasn't that great, but the best part was the snarly Manager, Lisa. I'm glad I looked at her nametag as well since she rang the order up under someone else's name, and I would hate to have called out some other girl/woman (seriously, Lisa, why not ring up under your own name?). When she was handing me my change back, she put it back in my hand and said "here ya go". Here's your Yelp review Lisa. "Here ya go".

I was bit hesitant to come here due to the many bad reviews but decided to give it a try anyway. I stopped by here twice for lunch during the week I was in town. Both times there was a line wrapping around the building for the drive-through but regardless it moved pretty fast. Yeah the employees didn't seem too enthused to be there but both days they were quick, got my order right, and the food was good. Really can't complain.

Stars for speed, minus for service. (DT) Speaker: Hi Me: Hey You want a combo? Sure. Can I get a jr. Hamburger? With cheese? No. Just a burger. Small, medium, or large. Small. Just the burger, okay $1.58. Pull up. Uhh... I got a combo. -crickets- So I paid extra for fries. Then where I pick up, the lady is furious I didn't order fries with her and doesn't believe me that I paid. Throws bags at me as she says, "You just got a burger." I'm loud. I know you heard me. You messed up. Food was okay. Loaded with ketchup and mustard. Probably because of all these complaints. Just take my order and hand me shit without an attitude and rolling your eyes.

Ants in my food, and a wasp's nest on the speaker by the drive-thru menu (I complained about both; the manager didn't seem to care). Have fun with the lawsuit on your hands when someone who's allergic to bees gets stung by one from the nest you refused to have removed! Do I really need to say anything else?

Yeah I should have read reviews before I ate here. The sandwich was dry had a baby size spoon full of sauce on it, the lettuce was soggy and the fries was over salted like they poured a bucket of salt on them. Never again I would become Hannibal Lecture before I eat there again.

C'mon people, it's a Wendy's - how can you rate it so low? Does this mean McD's is one star (ok, maybe it is)? It's one of the staple fast food places, and their burgers are solid in that category (ie - the category you should be rating it in). And Frosty's!

Love Wendy's. Hate this location. I literally signed up for yelp and created this review while waiting for my meal. Slowest workers ever.

Not the best in the world, certainly not the worst. Passable. Fries were an art installation of mans inhumanity to man, methinks and the Frosty was not. Frosty. More like a thick ice cold chocolate milk which I did not mind. Until the harsh realization that I was not consuming Dairy slapped me across the face. What fresh hell indeed had the culinary gods wrath-ed upon me. I had survived Ronald McDonald, a creepy Jack In The box and that weird dog spokesman of Taco Bell....But I lost my battle to a Red Headed soul-less harlot that day, Wendy, had bested me. Dave Thomas must be rolling in his supersized grave. Ohhhh I forgot the darn Chili.

Ants. Little ants crawling around. Two incidents: 1. Ants on the french fries. 2. Ants in a cup of root beer. Ants are friends, not food.

Management was talked down to by the help, and nobody working the front could communicate with the people on the back, because they only spoke Spanish. Food was cold and very flavorless.

Got my normal order, it was good. The service was great, friendly and direct. The food was good, hot and correct. cant complain, I know most of the restaurants around that area are going down hill, this was a pleasant experience.

Like most Wendy's, the employees hate what they do and it shows. The food was decent and there wasn't any lines or crowds, though we did go on a Sunday afternoon. Atleast, unlike the Aberdeen Wendy's, they didn't have me wait 10 minutes because I ordered a hamburger. The parking lot was under construction when we went, though it could be finished by now. Just go slow.

This may actually be my first fast food (burger) review. Typically, the wife and I only grab fast food when we are traveling and need a quick bite. Unfortunately for us, we stopped here twice. This place is located right off 295 between Baltimore and DC. The first time we stopped here we needed to grab gas across the street at the 7-11. I saw the Wendy's and decided to pick up a couple of burgers and some fries. The first time I stopped in I ordered 2 Jr Cheeseburger Deluxe's and 2 medium fries. Pretty simple order, I thought. Well, it took them about 15 minutes to grab 2 burgers and 2 fries. I was stupefied - utter nonsense. The 2nd time we stopped here we were on our way from DC to Baltimore and realized we needed to grab something again, so I figured this place must have just been "off" the first time we went. I was wrong. Ordered 2 burgers, 1 fry and a small soda. Another 15 minutes later, we had our food. The problem with this place is that nobody wants to do anything - there were 5 people "working" but only 1 person doing anything. It was absurd. I will not come back here again. On a plus side, they had clean bathrooms for a fast food establishment and the food tasted fine - it just took forever. Only come here if you want a good laugh and have a lot of time to kill.

I walked into this Wendy's at about 9pm Saturday. There were only a few customers inside, but a steady flow of drive-throughs. I ordered a chicken salad, large fries, and a small chocolate milkshake. It took 15 minutes to get my order. Both the salad and the fries were dispensed from the kitchen promptly, but the person working on my shake decided to make more than just mine, and proceeded to make about 10 of them. The ensuing conversation among her coworkers made it clear that there were actually no orders for shakes at that time, other than mine. None the less, she proceeded to make a large batch of them, even though she should have known I was patiently waiting for mine, and that I could have been on my way 5 minutes after my order was placed. Someone who seemed to be the manager yelled at her, and nabbed a shake for me. Another worker noticed that she didn't add the whipped cream (this option was not presented to me) and kindly offered to add that to my shake. He was very polite; the only positive aspect of the transaction. The salad was composed of lots of BROWN iceberg lettuce, a sparse portion (about 4 ounces) of chicken, and a very small plastic bag of processed pecans. The BROWN lettuce was a complete turn-off, and overall, the salad tasted as bad as it looked. A waste of money. There was considerable entertainment from the worker side of the counter, however, with many of the employees yelling loudly at each other. This is a restaurant with totally unprofessional, incompetent people serving lousy food for too much money. The place is a waste of time and money, and it reminded me why I hadn't gone into a Wendy's for about 5 years. Hopefully, I'll remember never to try a Wendy's again.

Fast service and the food was great. The only thing I disliked was the vanilla milkshake I got it tasted like they didn't mix it all the way and put way to much of the milkshake mix in it. The lady that took my order seemed like she was miserable.
