I grew up here and never once stepped foot in here until 6 months ago. Ever since then I've been a huge fan. Old friends work here, elementary school teachers drink here and it's like a weird reunion every time I go. The food is pretty good, the drinks are awesome and it's nice to just sit at the bar and watch tv. Never been in for a live music night so not sure how that is but overall it's better than most places in Lavale.

Not a bad stop on if you're on your way to Deep Creek Lake or anywhere in western Maryland. Probably one of the better options in LaVale, especially late. Friendly waitress was responsive, and put up well with our repeated, "just one more minute"s. Can't complain about the food choices or the actual food, either. I ordered the turkey, bacon, and swiss pannini and thoroughly enjoyed it. My three other companions enjoyed their meals as well. It's nothing special, just a local bar-food joint, but I'd stop there again. And definitely better than hitting the McDonald's or Arby's that are also in this little town.

Nice place for drinks. The food is OK, but nothing to write home about. The best thing I've had were the ribs they are fall off the bone but don't have much flavor, however, the Jack Daniel's BBQ sauce on the ribs is amazing.

We ordered the grilled chicken breast and the pasta primavera at first. The chicken was ok, kinda bland, but the gravy with it was really good. The pasta STAY AWAY!!! It was swimming in oil, butter, and garlic. The garlic was completely over power to the point I felt sick. I have never sent a dish back before, but this one I did. They let me order a new dish and I ordered the buffalo wings which were really good. Our waitress was very nice (she seemed a bit testy when I sent my dish back though). When I got back to the hotel I brushed my teeth and used mouthwash still trying to get rid of the garlic taste in my mouth. I probably tasted garlic for another 5 hours after I ate only 4 bites of the dish.

To drink, great cocktail (tequila sunrise), very large draft beer. Crab cakes were decent for this far west, and the ribs were good. The baked beans were awesome and worth a visit for them alone! Our waitress, Janelle, was one of the nicest people ever and was was attentive from start to finish!!!

These guys mix a good drink and serve competent food. I was staying at the Best Western next door and wanted a quick evening bite and drinks and that's exactly what I got. The food could've been a bit better, the musician could've played more than two or three songs to a set, but the place was overall okay. The waitress was also awesome, you won't find the service lacking here!
