I stopped by this Dunkin' Donuts en route to DC. I requested an iced vanilla latte and a bacon grilled cheese. I was charged for these items, but what I got was a non-flavored latte and a grilled cheese with no bacon. :/ I was already back on the road when I noticed so I couldn't do much about it. Lame! I will not be returning to this location.

I liked it it was okay. Nice service food was good also. They messed up on my order and didn't add a coffee drink. When I told them that I ordered it they made it for me and did not charge me so I appreciate that.

I've been coming here for years. I really can only speak to the morning staff, but even when the line is long, they keep it moving quickly. The staff remembers me and my family even though we're not there too often. Always friendly to the kids as well. The food and drink after equivalent to the other locations, but what else would you expect with a franchise?

Been here a few times ad its always ok. Never anything bad but then again never anything spectacular. Store was clean. I like the new dark roast coffee and they are offering a promotion with the app for 99 cent any size. So I go in to order. The line was four people long and they seems to handle it pretty well. Too everyone's order fast anyway. I just had a hot coffee and they had a fresh pot as you would expect for the morning rush. There was some confusion at the counter with my order at the counter but the manager came over and corrected it pretty quickly. I think the cashier put my order in for a iced coffee and didn't know how to correct the problem. Paid with my app and was out of there after a few minutes. My coffee was nice and hot. I will be back when I am in the area. It would be nice if they had a drive trough but you can't have it all.

Pregnant women just need ice cream and this Baskin Robbins now carries Gingerbread Ice cream. Pregnant + Holidays + Gingerbread = Happy! My husband ran me up here last night for a kid size scoop of this yumminess on a sugar cone. It was just enough to satisfy my craving and the perfect flavor for the holidays. Bonus: its 50% less fat! Full fat ice cream makes me sick so, I was beyond excited to see this as an option. My husband ordered the Pomegranate yogurt scoop in a cup. He said it wasn't that good. Once I finished my ice cream, I had to have a munchkin! Oh, don't judge me! I really wanted a chocolate cake glazed one, but they were out. I settled for a regular glazed cake. It was just perfect and it was free! This was only because I waiting at the counter while one of the staff members talked on his cell phone for two minutes right in front of me. He walked away and told the other guy to help me. I wasn't expecting great service after 9 on a random Thursday night. Side note: There wasn't much selection left, which is probably a good sign that your Donuts, Muffins and Bagels will be fresh for Friday morning.

This place is okay, but that's it. One time I went in the early afternoon for a bagel and they were all out of plain ones. Prices are alright, and the Basking Robbins side of it is good but pricy as usual. About standard for a Dunkin Donuts but definitely not as nice as other locations.

Just nasty. I took the family to get some ice-cream, what a dump, trash all over the floor and every table dirty and sticky. If you need donuts head to the one less then a mile north, no Baskin-Robbins, but at least its clean.

Employees are super-efficient in the morning without being curt or rude. They have my drink order ready before I get to the cash register to pay. When I bring my kids in, they always throw in a few free donut holes. Food is standard Dunkin Donuts fare, but the service, cleanliness, and efficiency make this a pleasant morning stand-by for me when I'm on my way to work.

Been here many times, staff is fast and gets orders correct. So much better than the one on NH Ave. If you come here frequently enough, they'll likely remember your order. Love this dunkin!

Sorry! Won't even try them. This is yet another example of a large organization taking advantage of us. They don't make the donuts at this location!!! I asked to make sure (and yes, you should ask when you go to DD as this is the newest cost savings they have been doing) Honestly I have never found this to work well for DD. With this level of calorie, it needs to be delicious. Not going to happen when it is hours and hours before even arriving at the store. Sorry, just not worth the money and calories. Just wanted you all to know.

The free medium coffee and the Milk shake were really good. And that is where this should have been 4 stars; however, the lazy, slow and mostly rude staff made this zero stars. I mean slow, like a glacier moving up a mountain. It was like watching a sloth wade through fast setting cement. The rude was the fact that we were ignored for a few minutes by 4 visible staffers in the face of no one else in the store. I will go back in a week or so to see if they get better.

Read the small print of the advertisements. The reasonably priced ice cream cones, at $1.31 per scoop, are only that price 8 times each year. On the 31st. The server had to ask the order 4 times. Spent $7 for three small scoops of ice cream. Highway robbery.
