This DD is one of the best around. It's National Donut day and these guys ROCK. What a great way for the best coffee and a FREE donut and the staff is always great, prompt, friendly and accurate!!! Keep up the great work.

I got hooked to Dunkin Donuts from my visits to Newark, NJ last summer. There wasn't any Starbuck's in the area, and when I asked about a Starbuck's, the people laughed at me. Anyway, I was forced to drink Dunkin Donuts, and I loved it. So, one within walking distance from my apartment was GREAT. I can't speak on anything except the coffee and grilled cheese, but both have been great. The actual four stars are the for the customer service. I am a smiling morning person, and the morning crew gives me smiles right back :-) They are super nice, and personally, I enjoy their friendliness towards me.

I go to this DD location purely out of their location. It is staffed entirely by teenagers who don't care. The orders are frequently incorrect and need to be repeated multiple times, charged incorrectly. I often sit at the speaker for awhile with no one even taking an order. Avoid this one if you can.
I was so excited about this new Dunkin Donuts drive thru opening on the side of 198 in Laurel. I knew once it opened I would be able to stop in on my way to run errands and use the drive thru to make my trip nice and easy :) I also love that they are serving the full menu, so you can get your coffee and donut all in one stop! I am a Dunkin Donuts addict, and there are a few near where I live that serve delicious, hot, cheesy, melty breakfast sandwiches that never disappoint. So I was heartbroken when I visited this Dunkin Donuts and found out that they are serving absolutely repulsive and inedible food. I decided to try it using the drive thru. The attendants were very polite and efficient, and I ordered a coffee and an egg-white veggie sandwich, something I have eaten at other Dunkin Donuts before so I know that I love it. Once I unwrapped it, I wanted to scream in horror. The cheese (if you can call it that) was hard. Literally. Hard, oily, and cemented to the lukewarm "egg" and sandwiched in between two hockeypuck buns. It was nasty, and completely inedible. I didn't have time to drive back around or go inside to place a formal complaint, but take my word for it--if you are looking for a yummy satisfying breakfast sandwich, something that most Dunkin Donuts do well, do not stop here or you will have to find another meal somewhere else. Thanks for the great coffee, but no thanks for ruining my appetite. Don't use the drive thru, just drive on by.

When I do stop at this Dunkin, it's around o'dark thirty in the morning. They are always very pleasant and the coffee is just how I like it. I've been there at other times during the day and it's just not the same - service or coffee. For my morning coffee on the way to work though, it's the most convenient and it's nice to see smiling faces that early in the morning :-)

Went here earlier today and was really disappointed with the service. This is the second time I've been here with the same cashier "helping" me. I always get a large iced coffee with cream. Both times I received a coffee that has so much cream, it looks like I was drinking a big cup of milk with some ice thrown in. Also, the staff at the counter don't seem very pleasant either.

Service was quick and hostess at the cash register was very courteous. This is a relatively small location compared to many of the locations I have been o.

Compared to other Dunkin Donuts I've frequented, this location isn't one of the better ones. I have stopped here a few times since it is convenient for me, but after twice now having room temperature coffee given to me, I've decided it just isn't worth my time to see if they are going to get it right that day. I should mention that the only times I have gone are at the height of the morning rush, around 7:30 AM. So why coffee is room temperature, I will never know. After ordering a decaf one morning, I watched the young lady pour regular and hand it to me. I asked "is this decaf?" Her response...."Um, sure". Um, no. There were a couple of very nice employees who seemed on top of things, but like I stated above, it just isn't worth it to me to go there, sit in line and maybe get decent coffee and service.

The hash browns tasted like onion rings. The pumpkin latté was bitter. The breakfast croissant was decent. I'd probably only go back for a breakfast sandwich (BIG maybe), donuts and ice cream.
