I tried this Chick-Fil-A for the first time, and its was meh. I ordered the wrap sandwich meal. Can't described the taste(Bland), it was like a food that just got out of fridge. The criss-cross fries was OK. Should have went to Chipo instead, but I might try the other sandwich the next time when I drive by here.

My son left his favorite blanket in the play area. We had his spare in the car, but the next day we realized we were missing one. Immediately started calling everywhere we went. The immediately mailed it off and got it 2 days later! Great service too while we were there

I love this chick fil a. The food is always on point. I usually get a chicken sandwich combo meal and the fries are always fresh. I like their new menu items with the grilled chicken club sandwich with bacon too!

Atmophere-- The atmosphere here is welcoming to everyone. Very family and kid friendly. The staff ensures the restaurant is clean and one of the staff members comes by your table when they see you're near the end of your meal and offer a mint and to take your trash. What's better than that. Quality of Food-- The food is always amazing at this location. I have never received the wrong meal. I would highly recommend you visit this location if you are near.

Chick-fil-A is A-OK. My family and I love Chick-fil-A and go there all the time. No complaints here / nothing different from other Chick-fil-A locations.

This gets the best marks possible for fast food. The chicken is moist and flavorful, the spicy is not nearly spicy enough - but you can't get spicy at any restaurant in this area. The place is always clean and they close on Sundays. Eat more chiken!!

The go to quick food. Can not beat the chicken in any form. Strip to spicy sandwich.....fresh lemonade, shakes, salads....good value for good food. Customer service is excellent, a forgotten art nowadays.

I am always impressed by the level of customer service I get when I visit a Chick-Fil-A. Laurel is no exception. The service is quick, the place is clean, the food is good, and for someone who doesn't eat red meat it's nice to know I can get food from a place and not wonder how much burger juice is on my chicken sandwich.

I know, its fast food, but it sure is delicious! I've been here twice this week in my quest to put on weight without feeling like a weighed down bloated mess. The great thing about chick-fil-a is that their char grilled chicken sandwich isn't full of fat and calories. Their side salad is pretty descent for what it is and they have fat free honey mustard (which is really yummy). To top it all off, they now offer their mildhsakes in a small! If you've never had a cookies & cream milkshake from here, you need one. I was in heaven! I'm thinking of making it my usual stop after the gym. You know sweat it off and indulge guilt free. I'll be the sweaty girl in the drive thru with a big smile on my face!

This restaurant is so much better than the one on Baltimore Ave. Totally. As the other reviewers so skillfully noted, the customer service here rocks. The employees are fast, efficient, and cheerful. It's probably the nicest fast food place I have been to in terms of the positive attitude and good service of the employees. My only critique is simply based on me being an introvert. When that lady comes up, introduces herself EVERY TIME, and offers me a free refill before I need one, I sometimes feel like it becomes an intrusion on my space or unnecessary interruption to my meal/conversation. But that's just because I go into an uber-independent mode at fast food joints...I don't expect interruptions. This restaurant is soooo customer friendly, that is feels more like a sit down restaurant - put it that way. Also, the booths are usually too close together. Those details are probably due to the fact that the place is always packed with people who adjust the seating to suit them. My husband prefers to go to the one on Balt Ave because he likes that the furniture is a little nicer, but the customer service sucks so bad that I still rather go to this one! It just has a good vibe to it and you know that the staff actually wants to make your dining experience a positive one.

So this review is mostly for Chick Fil A as much as it is the Laurel location. I recently moved down to the DMV from Boston where there is no Chick Fil A. I've had it before and enjoyed it, but was really looking forward to the gastro goodness that is fast food outside of New England. CFA doesn't dissapoint. My #1 value sized was delightful. I had the Chick Fil A sauce on my sandwich along with lettuce tomato and provolone. God it was good. And the waffle fries are incredible. I am glad that places like this exist, but also glad that I don't live near one because I would be fat. Like take down wall of my house to get me to the hospital fat. And the location was clean, large and had incredible service. It amazes me that they still don't open on Sundays. Don't get me wrong, I'm fine with it. I just think its admirable that they don't bend to the corporate pressures of another day of revenue. Must be privately owned.

I never knew service at Fast Food could be this good. The people taking the orders cleared the lines real fast. When i sat down, a lady came over to introduce herself as my server and would refill my drink when I needed. Wha'ts great also is that Chick fil a offers a wide range of sauces to go with the chicken. Wonderful place to eat. Just a pity that they don't open on Sundays.

Good food, fair prices and very very helpful staff. Other fast food joints could learn a lesson about good service from these guys.

What are these people on? And where can I get some?!?! The wife and I had to rush out to Alexandria around 9am on Saturday morning and we didn't have time to eat breakfast so we decided to hit up the Chick-Fil-A since it was on the way. Boy, were we sure glad we did! Service - If only I could be this friendly, nice, and efficient at 9am, especially on a Saturday. When was the last time you were in a drive thru and after placing your order were told, "I hope you have a wonderful weekend!"? And no, there were no [sarcasm] brackets around that. What a wonderful way to start off the day! Food - I usually get the chicken biscuit meal ($4) w/ OJ + tots. The biscuit is crisp and slightly buttery on the outside; soft and chewy on the inside. The chicken breast is slightly smaller than those they serve at lunch/dinner but it's perfectly fried and incredibly tasty. I ordered it w/ an egg this time but I totally shouldn't have - it's liquid egg product and it's so thin, it looks like a slice of cheese. Ask for the honey roasted BBQ sauce b/c it is such a perfect fit w/ the sandwich. The tots are similar to Burger King's tot coins. My wife got the breakfast burrito w/ chicken ($4) w/ a fruit cup ($1) and OJ - she liked it a lot and it was very easy to eat in the car. You can also get a sausage biscuit or burrito - odd considering you have a giant cow just above you telling you to Eat Mor Chikin! If you're in a hurry and need some breakfast, this is THE Chick-Fil-A to go to! Note: Breakfast is served until 10:30a.m. daily. And per Chick-Fil-A policy, they are closed on Sundays.

This Chick Fil-A location is amazing. I've gone in and out the drive-thru. Always, fast and friendly service. At first, I was upset they were closed on Sundays, but love the idea. They give their employees a day off on a personal manner. If only more places followed their lead. I could live off of Chick Fil-A service and food!!

I love this place! They are friendly, efficient, clean and the food is consistently good. I always wonder about the benefit package the employees receive at most. Chick- Fil-A restaurants because the employees seem to be generally happy and helpful all the time. Or maybe their happiness comes from knowing their boss cares enough about them to not force them to work on Sundays. Whatever it is I like it!

Friendly, fast, good prices and excellent food quality. My only gripe is why do they close on Sunday? I know the story with the owner, but come on! Why lose all that business, especially during football season. 1/7 th of your gross, maybe more because it is a weekend, foolishness.
