new place - and oh gosh TV galoreeee. the place is super nice and clean, I really liked the environment. it's smaller but I like it because it's cozier.... the booths are the best. not too many people right now even at 10pm since the place just opened.... but give it a few months. food was great, the service was great. will return!

New spot in the renovated Laurel Town Center. Young waiting staff but very pleasant and professional. TVs GALORE! I'll definitely be coming here to watch the games when football season comes back! The only con is that there's a Hooters right across the street and I personally prefer their wings more. So, for ambience/environment BWW takes it...but for food taste, Hooters wins!

Let me start by saying that the customer service in most establishments in Laurel, Md isn't anything to rave over, but this place has to be the absolute worst that I've ever experienced. I can't speak for any of the food or wait staff, as we were never served food by a waiter. This is more of a review regarding the bar and management. When my wife and I sat down at the bar, it wasn't very busy. There were maybe 8 to 10 other patrons. Everyone was served and was happily eating or drinking. We grabbed a drink menu and figured out what potent potable we wanted. As we did this, the bartender made eye contact with me, then went on to make drinks at the service bar....no greeting or anything. That's fine by me, I've been in his shoes before and know how that part of any establishment can become busy. Once he finished pouring 3 drinks for waitresses, he checked on the other patrons, looked at me and my wife, skipped over us again, then went back to the service bar. This routine repeated one more time. I tried to flag down the bartender, but it was as if myself or my wife did not exist. My wife even went to inform the other bartender that we had not been served yet. Another five minutes went by and we still hadn't had a drink order taken. The bartender ran to the back for something, and there returned with a manager. At this point my wife and I had our coats on and were about to head to the door. I went to the manager, who was standing next to the bartender that ignored us for the entire 20 minutes that we sat unattended, and asked him if it was the bartender's first night on the job. He surprisingly said no. I told him what had happened. The manager just sort of looked at me like I had a horn growing from my head, the bartender wouldn't look me in the eye, and they both stood speechless. Upon seeing this I told them to have a nice night. The funny thing is, I wasn't looking for a hand out, I was hoping for an apology, but did even get that. I got a dumbfounded stare. Obviously, the management there reflects how terrible the wait staff has and will become. Won't be heading there ever again.

Came here Friday night and it wasn't busy. The food was okay but my rating is based most on the drink. We ordered two Long Islands and assumed they would be rail. Come back, and they aren't that great. I said oh well it's rail I wasn't expecting anything great. Went on about our meal, which was good Frank the server was okay. Get my bill and it appears those LIT were top shelf!!!! WTF are you kidding me. Not, I know the difference between top shelf and rail and there was no way this was top shelf. I told our waiter who btw didn't ask if we wanted top shelf or rail, just assumed we wanted top shelf how shitty they were. I won't go back here solely on that reason alone.

Meh. Ordered two different flavors of the wings (one with spicy garlic sauce and one with lemon pepper seasoning). Too salty. 1 star. 5 stars for the server & the atmosphere. Great customer service. Average of the two becomes 3 stars.

Not a bad experience. There are some things that got on my nerves, though. Compared to the College Park location, this place is small and tucked way back in the Laurel Town Center where I am surprised it's finding a lot of customers. Another thing, the chairs at the tables. Wow, might as well be sitting on razors. Do yourself a favor and grab a booth if possible or at least don't sit down without pants on because these chairs will proceed to pull your skin off if you try and get up or reposition yourself. Also, I know it's a sports bar environment, but some sound dampening would have been an awesome idea when they were building this place. The pure cacophony of several different types of sports playing, plus kids screaming and people talking loudly to hear themselves over the TVs causes this place to be pure audio horror once more than a few groups arrive. One thing this location has that the other doesn't? Parking. A two story parking garage is right next to BWW. If it hadn't been for that, the place probably would have gotten three stars. The food is good though. I love the variety of sauces and the fact that I can get boneless wings (thus saving on mess). The blueberry lemonade was also awesome!

OK folks comparatively this is a good Buffalo Wild Wings. I've been to many of these. My group of friends just end up here a lot. Plenty of TVs and who doesn't love BuzzTime trivia? The wait staff here is generally better than the other BWWs. We had a problem with the food last time as it tasted like it had been sitting for a long time but the manager promptly took care of it. I haven't been here when it's busy but I think this location is better than nearby Arundel Mills but it looks like there are less seats. Parking in the garage is a breeze. There's plenty of things to do here including that nice movie theater.

The only problem I have is that the wings are not cooked long enough even when we requested. The skin should be crisp. I had to pull all the skin off to eat them.

Great food! But service was AWFUL! Our server was Erika G. I am a server myself and understand when a server is stressed or busy but it was very slow when I dined here with my two friends. While ordering, she seemed impatient with my friend. (It was my friend's first dining experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings) She did not recommend anything and seemed to not cared about our dining experience. She checked on us only once when we got our drinks and once when we got our food. I asked her for a refill on water and she told me to give her a minute. She literally walked past me 4-5 times with nothing in her hands. To top it off, she seemed in no rush, she was socializing with her fellow servers and didn't get me my refill until she gave me my check, which came out faster than anything else. I saw a manager as well and not once did he ask us about our dining experience. This was my first time at this specific Buffalo Wild Wings. The only good part of it was the food.

WORST SERVICE EVER. I love Buffalo Wild Wings and was very existed to have one so close to home. So for my Boyfriends birthday we went out to BWWs. This location was the worst service I have ever received in my life. I worked in the service industry before so I know when it is not the server's fault and I give them the benefit of the doubt. So when we sat down and the server took our drink order, that came out fine. Then we ordered appetizers, she didn't ask we had to put it in (again fine could be a new waitress). Once the appetizer came out we put in our wing order. As we ate our appetizer the waitress never asked how everything was never stopped by (again, could be a new waitress or she was busy). After we were done our appetizer the waitress stopped by ten mins later asking "you haven't gotten your wings yet?" we said no. We waited for another 15 mins, the waitress never stopped by to confirm our order or acknowledge that we were done or say the wings were almost out. Fine, well the kitchen could be busy and she's a new waitress so I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt. Finally our wings come out. Of course the food is great all chains are basically the same. She asked if we wanted another drink we said no. After that she completely ignored our table. She would walk by but never made eye contact (this was consistent with the entire night). We were finally done with our meal and sat there for another 15 mins trying to flag down the waitress. She contently sped by our table to the table behind us (a group of boys). Never ONCE looking at us, checking in with us, cleaning our table, asking if we want the check when we were clearly done. So this is starting to get annoying because now I can clearly see it is her fault, she lost my benefit of the doubt. I go to the bathroom and some how my bf flags her down to ask for the check. She comes back with the check and cleans up (thats good). So I am really pissed at her service and treatment of us and decide to give her a 15% tip, which I NEVER do my min is 20% even for delivery. So I get my card out and place it at the end of the table with the bill. My bf and I dont lolly-gag at restaurants so even when were slow we get out of there in 45mins. THIS WAS OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF. I was ready to go. AGAIN our waitress is skipping over us, not making eye contact. We wave at her. Stare at her. Call at her. She just continues ignoring our table and passing by to the other tables. I was ready to get up and walk out!! Finally my bf takes the bill and credit card and waves it in her face as she passes by. SHE DOGES THE BILL AND CONTINUES WALKING!! The only reason she turned around was because she turned back to talk to the boys at the other table!! Then and only then did she see the bill! This place has the WORST wait staff I have ever experienced. I do, however, want to say that not every one that works there is like this one girl. The gentleman host was very nice greeted us nicely and said have a nice night as we left with a big smile the whole time. I will be getting take out. I love BWWs but HATE this place.

I have never had a bad server at this location. My bf and I come here often and our food is always consistent and always comes right out hot and fresh. My standard is the lemon pepper wings, all flats, well done with extra lemon pepper on the side (They never get it wrong lol). There is always seating, usually we walk right into the bar area and sit there. They have a waitress that comes out and sings happy birthday to customers on their special day (and she can really sing!). The manager often comes around to make sure everything is ok. AND THE BATHROOMS! Very clean and up to date at all times! The mark of a great establishment! My only complaint is that the parking can be a little annoying. But if you don't mind the walk from the garage or parking lot by the party city/Burlington you'll be fine. The tvs and overall restaurant is smaller than College Park. Not necessarily a bad thing. But if you want more of a fan filled crowded atmosphere for your sports bar experience, College park has more of that. But.... there is also always a wait and the food takes longer to come out, which may not bother you if you are drinking and are there for the long haul. For me I prefer the Laurel location :)

I ordered the hot wings and boy were they hot. My husband ordered the asian zing and he loved them! They had a little kick too. We also ordered the Mediterranean salad... This was not so good. First off it was missing ingredients: the kalamata olives, crumbles of blue cheese and Mediterranean bread. Not only that, the lettuce didn't exactly look fresh. This is definitely a wings place, pass on the salad. That's what I get for trying to be a healthy...
