I like the location of this Starbucks and the layout of it. It has an array of space for me to sit and do my homework or browse the internet comfortably whilst sipping drinks and eating delectables. That's where the euphoria ends. This Starbucks is the slowest when making drinks. I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch frappucino and waited 13 minutes before receiving it - I calculated the time I paid (on my Starbucks rewards card) to the time I was given my drink. They will make the drive thru drinks first and then give the left over drink mixes to the in-store customers. They also do not even call your name when your drink is ready. They just slap it on the table and expect you to come find it (if you're sitting down), or stand up and wait around for it while they discuss the most moronic things. The drinks they make are so watered down to the point where it tastes like milk blended with ice and no flavoring whatsoever. The employees don't seem enthusiastic about creating drinks and taking orders. They actually seem like they care more about socializing at work instead of actually working. There was a tall guy there who I believe is the manager who was very rude to an employee and kept annoyingly repeating the same thing because she asked him a simple question. Then he said "I said it 6 times and I'm not saying it again." Maybe that's why these employees have no enthusiasm. The manager needs to be coached on talking to employees on a level that's respectable instead of dictatorial. There is also a high turnover rate at this location. New employees every time I am here and I won't wonder why! I've observed these issues over the course of 3 sittings, and as the saying goes "three strikes, you're OUT!". I won't be back to this Starbucks to order drinks. I will go to the Target location across the street or the freestanding one in Forestville.

This is my local Starbucks and typically I have only positive things to say about it until..... Tonight! I went to the drive-thru after checking my mobile app to see if they were open. A gal needs her nighttime coffee fix. The app said that they were closing in 30 minutes. Well, it was 10:00pm and I was already in the parking lot of the shopping center. Great, right!? NO. I drive towards the drive through only to see two trash dumpsters blocking the driveway. They were closed. Lights dim. That's all folks! No coffee fix tonight apparently.

I should have read the reviews before I pulled into this starbucks. The drive thru was extremely slow. And my frap sucked! watered-down and half melted by the time i received it. I won't be returning.

Clueless baristas. Have to double check the orders, they get it wrong. They seem distracted like they are somewhere else mentally. At least there is some better seating than the one on Campus Drive. Has a drive through window. You will want to turn off your motor as you wait....and wait.

The only plus to this Starbuck location is the DRIVE-THRU. My speciality drinks are never great. So I typically only order Teas or just plain coffee at this location. The line inside this Starbucks is always longggggggggg.

Awful compared to the other area starbucks! Since there has been a change in management, this Starbucks has truly gone down hill and its very unfortunate because this is the closest to my home and workplace.

This is the worst Starbucks in the area. Extremely slow and poorly made drinks, frequently made incorrectly. The Starbucks in Target across the plaza is better.

Today I hit up this SBUX for my free pastry. Its 3/23/10. Starbucks Free Pastry day if you didn't already know. I was all prepared to park and get out and go inside and wait in a helluva long line for my free generic pastry. Much to my surprise, I was second in line at the drive thru and I could choose from whatever pastry I wanted. I used my starbucks card, popped my venti soy misto in the cup holder, took a waaaay too big bite of the double iced cinnamon roll, and zoomed off! As the start of the day goes: Woohoo! As good as it gets!

I heart this starbucks SO MUCH. Vista Gardens is sentimental anyway to me, its where my grandparents lived-literally. Actual house was between starbucks and buffalo wild wings, until they started demolishing and building. Who knew I'd grow up to be a coffee freak. Anyhoo..I heart my favorite baristas: Kennan, Sion, Sade, Matt, Amanda, Michelle..(in that order--just kidding). If Charles the district manager is reading this...PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT CURRENT MANAGER. I so miss David and the other woman (can't remember her name). This guy doesn't seem to get the coporate culture. He's very sterile, not a team player (as line extends out the door-he rarely if ever pitches in and I wonder if he even knows how to make coffee.) I've seen him be a little standoffish and boaderline rude to other customers. And the vibe is totally different. But I love the coffee...I only wonder though if you could switch up the espresso like you do the drip. I'd love to experiment with the Kenyan, Colombian, Peruvian blends.

This Starbucks is fairly large, so there is plenty of space to sit down. The staff is usually friendly and seems to have everything organized and under control behind the counter, even though they are dealing with orders from a drivethru window as well. The only thing I cannot stand about this Starbucks is the location. It's sandwiched between a Chick-fil-a and a Buffalo Wild Wings, so you can imagine how hectic it can get. Overall good service, typical Starbucks coffee, and a large and clean space inside.

WiFi is inconsistent. I like to get some work done and meet clients here. Can't do that with no WiFi. If it gets better my rating gets better. Good drinks and pretty good staff.

This Starbucks is ALWAYS busy (drive-thru and inside) BUT they manage to keep up...most of the time. I typically get a Caramel Macchiato. This most recent visit it was just ok. When I'm paying like $7 for a cup of coffee it should be as close to perfect as possible and this was not the case. I asked for extra sweet and it definitely wasn't sweet. I tried the Ham and Swiss sandwich and I must say it was simply delicious! I really enjoyed it and will go back again for another one. The croissant was buttery fresh, Swiss cheese was melted perfectly with the ham. I honestly don't remember what the ham tasted like because it was so good (and I ate it so fast) with the cheese and bread but hey at least I can tell you that it was good! LOL It was dried out. Everything was all good. I plan to visit this location again and will definitely update my review if I see the need to do so. But it's worth stopping by for coffee (just grab extra sugar - don't forget like I did). Better yet, taste it before you leave if time permits.

Depending on the time of day this place is either packed or empty. Either way, they service has always been friendly and efficient. The background music is interesting and eclectic. All in all, a great place to grab a latte and play on your iPad.

First off this is the SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever been to!!! The staff is hit or miss, they have such high turnover you never know what you are going to get. I usually get a vanilla latte and it Never tastes the way it does when I get it from other locations. They should try better training and more working less talking amongst each other.

I have one word for this location. SLOW. How is coming inside when there is virtually no line triple the amount of wait vs drive-thru?

I feel bad giving this Starbucks 1 star but the very slow service is more than deserving of it. So it gets 2 stars, because I'm being nice.
