Got a chicken salad sandwich today. It's was decent size and quality a decent price. Place seemed to be kept up decent. Service was quick. Granted it was empty. Overall my experience was nothing special. Just decent. And there's nothing wrong with that. I'll be there again if I'm in the area.

This deli is walking distance from my office. I don't go super often but its a great pit stop for a morning coffee or breakfast item. They have general store type items like bottles of soda or bags of chips, candies and gum. You can order breakfast or lunch from around 6 AM to 3 or 4 in the afternoon. They have a really delicious egg salad sandwich. Of note - They do have pretty bad service. They can be downright rude to customers. It's not a place I like to go sit in and eat. Call, pick up and leave before they yell at you for something!

Good place for breakfast and lunch. The sandwiches are far superior to the salad bar selections. $3 credit card minimum is nice for those days when you don't have any cash on you. Yay! Just the basics for me -- bacon, egg and cheese croissant or english muffin is a good way to start the day - reasonably priced and tons of chips and drinks available. There is an eat-in area or you can join most everyone else in the morning and do the takeout thing. Pre-made salads usually have more to offer than the salad bar, which seems odd. I'd give this a 3.5 star if that was an option, but I'm flubbing on the high side because the people that work here are so friendly.

The food is meh. I work in the business park near Jacks....its serves its purpose as far as holding u over for lunch. Let me speak on the service. They get 0 stars from me in that area. On multiple occasions I have called to place an order they've hung up on me before I could finish or begin to alter the order. Most recently, my experience today 3/27/15 was by far the worse and most embarrassing "dinning experience" I've ever had. Yesterday I ordered fries with old bay. With tax they are $1.65. Due to unforeseen reasons I could not pick them up. Today I placed the same order (over the phone). When I got there, the Asian man who owns it yelled at me (in front of many customers) that I ordered yesterday and I didn't pick up. He also stated that I cannot call my order in anymore in addition to a bunch of other irrelevant bullshit. How unprofessional of him and even moreso that I frequent that place often. I told everyone at work and they have had similar experiences with their rudeness and unprofessional ways. They don't have to worry about me or my coworkers calling in or picking up an order from them. They will not get our money. If you are reading this review I hope you do the same as they don't value their customers or a professional setting. There are other delis in the business park where you can eat from.

If you're desperate/don't want to face shopping mall traffic, come here. I ate here against the warnings of a coworker and gave the place the benefit of the doubt. I got the Italian sub and it was ~6 bucks. Not bad. First few bites were not bad. Then I realized they had loaded it with mayonnaise and some sort of watery....sauce. It was flavorless and dripping everywhere. I also realized they put a hot red pepper relish all over the sandwich, which I enjoyed at first. Then I realized they had overloaded it to compensate for the lack of other toppings. I finished it solely so I got my money's worth but I'm never going back. It's shame because it's the only food option within walking distance around this business park.

Jacks' is a lesson in telephone communication excellence. My office orders breakfast from there a few times a week and every call is the same experience. "Jacks!" "May I place an order for pick up?" "OK!!!!" "I would like an egg sandwich..." "OK BYE!!!" "That is not it there is more..." "OK!!!!!!" "(complete rest of order)...and that's everything." "OK!!!!!" CLICK. This happens every time we call. The food is decent, selection is pretty great for breakfast and the prices are very reasonable.

I frequented this place often for a quick breakfast. Food was not the best but eatable. However, the last time I went they forgot my side of potatoes, No big deal for me, but I decided to let them know the next time. I wasn't looking for anything, but had they offered I would have gladly accepted especially since I was a semi regular. There was no apology or anything.. Again not that I was looking, but the look that I got I thought the lady was going to jump over the counter and scratch my eyeballs out..lol. I told the lady it's ok I'm not looking for anything. She looked at me and said we not forget your potatoes, you not order it. Now mind you this was over a week ago when it happened. So I said excuse me and she repeated herself and then asked me what I wanted to order. I just walked out and haven't returned since.
