Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Found this on yelp while traveling. Ignored negative reviews and glad we did! 7:30 on a Sunday night pretty dead. However, supreme pizza was DELICIOUS, tea was good, and service wonderful. Highly recommend!

I'm surprised by some of the reviews here. My wife and I come regularly and bring friends along. We've never had bad service here and the food is generally good. It is a little strange to have a restaurant with both italian and mexican on the menu but it does provide a wide variety of choices.

Horrible absolutely terrible. I would give no stars, but no option. Ive been there 2x so I reserved judgment after the 1st dinner. This was worse! Service awful, food awful, portions terrible and wait Time waaay to long. Stupid.

Best pizza around. We are regulars and love the food and service. Geno is always pleasant and is a great employee. Highly recommend the pizza. It doesn't look like much from the outside but give them a try. Ask for Geno. He will take great care of you.

I really wanted to like this restaurant because it's a local business. The Brunswick area really needs some decent, nearby places for residents to go on a Friday night! Unfortunately, the food was just sub-par. I ordered the chicken fajitas thinking that it's pretty hard to go wrong with grilled chicken and vegetables. They were the worst fajitas I've ever had and at $12, extremely over-priced. There was little to no seasoning and the two small tortillas I received with the platter were too hard and crunchy to actually roll up easily. The rice and veggies received were minimal and the guac was clearly served from a tube. Based on my food and that of other people at my table, it seemed like basically everything was served from a can (nothing homemade and very little prepped fresh). My fiance got the veggie pizza and he said it was good for the first piece, but was really soggy otherwise. I didn't go into the bar, but the dining room decor was confusing. There are chandeliers, but then there's beer-branded items all over. The Mexican-Italian fusion theme doesn't work here at all, or rather, it's not been tied together in an artful or novel way. To be successful, this restaurant needs an image overhaul and an infusion of some fresh, tasty cuisine.

My wife and I were passing through this area, and wanted to stop somewhere for lunch. Our only requirement was that it wasn't a fast-food or chain restaurant. After getting gas across the street, we saw a sign - "Lalos Italian Restaurant" or something close to that. I love Italian, and my wife likes it, too. So we parked in the gravel parking lot across the little road and walked in. The building is large and spacious. The decor is decent with your typical Italian stucco and archways... not bad. The two things that I noticed first when walking in were (1) it was cold inside... colder than it was outside. My wife and I were sitting on our hands to keep them warm. (2) at the front of the dining area, there was a stage; the type used for a live band... but sitting o the stage was a TV blasting music videos... mostly pop and rap, almost all were inappropriate for small children. So, we were seated in a booth, and our waiter offered us drinks and menus. The menus were short and simple, with very few Italian choices. It consisted of mostly spaghetti choices, a few calzones, and hot wings. Half of the menu was Italian, and the other half was Mexican food. My wife got a Philly Cheesesteak and fries, and an sweetened iced tea. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. I don't particularly like spaghetti with meatballs, but it's what I order when everything else looks questionable... I tend to think "how can you mess up spaghetti and meatballs... really". Well, my spaghetti was over-cooked and still water-logged. The sauce had good flavor, but was very watery... like I normally see at buffet restaurants. The garlic bread that I was served was hard, cold, and inedible. My wife's cheesesteak sub was below average. She described it as "like something you might get at a hospital cafeteria." The fries were good, though... but had a strange after-taste of pickle-relish. Her iced tea tasted so bad that she didn't drink any more of it and she shared my soda. The prices here weren't bad, but they weren't good. Before ordering, the prices looked reasonable, and after eating the food, I thought the prices were about 1-2 dollars too high for everything. I didn't try any of the Mexican food; but I'm guessing that it was much better than the Italian food considering the ratio of Latinos on the wait and kitchen staff.

Is this a day care or a restaurant?! Stopped in for dinner on a fri evening during prime time, and my husband and I were the ONLY customers in there. We asked to sit at the bar where we were given menus, they turned the tv on to some Spanish soap...and then forgot about us! Everything was extremely overpriced. Oh, and the kids! There were small children running around everywhere (including the kitchen!). And the restroom had toothbrushes and other personal hygiene products that have no place in a public restroom! My husband and I were so disgusted, we went across the street to sheetz for sandwiches and beer to take home.

I am really surprised at the ratings. I live in Georgetown, D.C. and have top restaurants at my fingertips. I do find myself in that area of Frederick Co. on occasion due to relatives in proximity. Lallo's is always a first choice for me. Besides having fast service, the prices are VERY reasonable and they accommodate special requests (like vegan pizza, for example). It is the yummiest pizza going! I love this place and I eat out a lot and have a great many restaurants to base this review upon in comparison. I highly recommend Lallo's. Aside from everything, the people are super nice and the food super yummy!
