There were two dissapointing times with this location, one they forgot my hashbrowns in my drive thru order. Like the review before I had to go in and get it corrected. The last incident is they ran out of steak for the NEW breakfast burrito...mind you they have other items with steak...they can't chop one up for my burritto??! I've had better DunkinDonuts service and this isn't cutting it.

On any morning, this place rocks! On my way to work, it's 0615 and already, there's a line forming. The shelves are laden with freshly made donuts and bagels. After biting into a boston cream donut one morning, the custard practically poured out and onto my shirt and the icing, had just begun to harden. I usually get an iced tea - have blueberry flavored/unsweetened and the other half sweetened. It tastes just like a blueberry pop tart. I love it! Today, I tried their newest bagel - artichoke/cheese, with sausage and a fried egg. The artichoke mixture tasted like it also had garlic in it and was a perfect accessory to my fried egg and sausage. The customer service is fast and friendly. The team work is phenomenal, from behind the counter. No one is sitting around here; they're all working, stocking, greeting & busy preparing your menu item.

...this place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Went the other morning and the line was to the door inside and wrapped around the building in the drive thru. I was in line for 30 mins!! When I finally went to place my order he messed it up and overcharged me. Oh did I mention there was 1 person on the register, doing multiple things at once when he should have just been taking orders? This plan is just horribly ran and should be closed down. I love DD, but this experience has me second guessing.

Never come here!!!! I received a bitten doughnut for the second time I had relieved bad service from this store. The first time I came here I ordered a large coffee and received a medium and had paid for a large.

Horrible. They never have anything fresh there from their donuts to their bagels! The orders are always messed up and I was over charged twice. Be weary. They're are other DD s worth the extra 5 min ride.

I take my two daughters here every Friday morning to grab some dounts as an end of week treat. Unlike the other two posts, I do not use the drive thru, that just lends itself to disaster. Everyone knows you get BEEPED in the drive thru, no matter where you go. So anyway, I have been getting our Friday donuts here for the past few months and the staff is always pleasant, even though they are usually super busy. They take the time to put the donuts in seperate bags for my daughters. They also are quite understanding when my daughters take their time in selecting the perfect flavor of donut - side note: they are a lot more patient about this than I am, haha. I have not had a problem with the freshness or taste of any of the donuts that I have received here. They are pretty standard for Dunkin Donuts. It is close to my home, inexpensive, tasty, and fast! Cant beat that! Oh and for full disclosure - donuts are my weakness!

Because I almost exclusively use the drivethru, I have only been inside the store once, and that was to get a drivethru order corrected. In general, the drivethru service here is terrible. It usually takes at least three tries before they get my order correct. Even then, the donuts are usually just a little past fresh. The staff seems to have an attitude that they are doing you a favor by helping you, forgetting that you are paying the wages. As Dunkin' Donuts go, this one is near the bottom of the barrel.
