@Jon G: This location does not even have a drive through. I've been going there for years. They are part of a strip mall. W/it's current layout a drive through would be physically impossible. Maybe you were reviewing the one further down the way on Washin

I go here every morning. The people are very friendly. The coffee is always fresh and the food is always good. I walk in and dont have to tell them what I want. They wave and say hi and start making my order. By the time I get to the register my food is hot and ready.

You know the donuts are good, but the service is fast, the people are friendly and pleasant.

I can't believe I'm reviewing a Dunkin Donuts, but here we are. There's actually a good reason for this. You see, my girlfriend runs on Dunkin and I'm a recent convert. Now part of my indoctrination into the DD cult has been realizing, understanding, and experiencing that not all Dunkin Donuts are created or run equally. In fact there are some really BAD ones out there. Ones where every time you go you just brace for something to be screwed up with your order or for the fare to be subpar and inconsistent. It may seem like small gripes/grapes, but with our burden of choice, why settle for less than perfect?! This is AMERICA dammit! Besides, it's the little things that make all the difference. That's what I'm going to tell you about here, at this quiet Jessup Dunkin Donuts & Baskin Robbins (does anyone even go to BR anymore?) So we have this weekend routine of getting flavored iced coffees with cream and no sugar, splitting a toasted everything bagel with strawberry cream cheese on the side, and a toasted croissant with a single slice of American cheese. I know, it's adorable. We think so too. What's not adorable is how many factors in this specific, custom configuration can go wrong under the watch of incompetence or apathy or whatever. Namely, cream, flavoring, AND sugar which is honestly diabetes. Or poorly made bagels that remind you of Lender's frozen. Or crappily made croissants with cold, unmelted cheese. Not here in Jessup though, they don't play that. They get it right every time. Bagels are sized consistently, taste fresh, and well made with EVERYTHING on it like it should be. Croissants are always the same size and most importantly flaky and buttery. They get the order right and ring us up correctly without us needing to repeat or send anything back. Professional service, with a smile. Also, foot traffic here is light for some reason so there's hardly ever a wait. It's the little things.

I have been to this DD numerous times and I would say that my order is wrong at least 25% of the time. This is especially true at the drive through and any time you make a special request like the breakfast sandwich on a bagel instead of croissant or cream cheese on the side. Today I ordered two sandwiches and a bagel, was charged for three sandwiches and a bagel, and one of the sandwiches was wrong. I didn't notice it until I was on the highway out of town so we just ate it. On the plus side, the coffee is always good.

Been here twice and they cannot make a shake or get the orders right. The shake is supposed to be primarily ice cream, it was primarily milk.

I frequent this dunkin donuts on a weekly basis. Usually every day I work I stop in. The staff is very friendly, they remember me and my order. For some reason this seems to be the only dunkin donuts in the area that can get the coolata right. it's just sweet enough and doesn't taste like sour coffee. I will go outta my way to visit this dunkin donuts even though there are a few around me.

Typical DD set up but the staff here is pretty friendly and efficient. No complaints except they run out of the best donuts midday. This is a busy location.
