My wife and I have been eating here for years. We stop in for breakfast and have never been disappointed. Our waitress, Chloe, is excellent and has our drinks on the table before we ask for them. She always asks if we want the usual, and never gets the order wrong, even down to the type of jelly I want with breakfast. The prices are very reasonable and the service is always friendly. The food is also very tasty! We'll continue to go here in the future.

The French fries were raw, not once, but twice. Our waitress was mist likely inexperienced, so I blame management for not training her. A waitress is the buffer between the kitchen and the customer. The food should never reach the table unless it has been checked. We also thought the prices were a bit high for what we ordered. No real bang for the buck. I wish Ingram ' success with those who like it, but it's just not what we look for.

Great old diner with a friendly staff and great food. If you want new, spiffy, clean etc. don't go here. Food is good quality.

Do yourself a favor and get some breakfast here. You won't be disappointed. Awesone blueberry pancakes, huge delicious omelettes, and perfect breakfast potaties. Tip: bring cash because they don't take cards!

Great food at reasonable prices. I had the bacon burger with gravy fries. Extremely friendly staff. Warning they only take cash. No credit cards.

Have eaten here three times since the first review. It's as outstanding as it ever was. If you're in the area--even Fredrick MD--it's worth the drive. Had the ultimate BLT and Navy Bean soup again, and branched out to the chicken-fried steak and chip beef on toast. Man o man!

Stopped in here on our way thru MD, and were pleasantly surprised, it is a "have a seat where ever you'd like, honey" kind of place, we had a great waitress and a great breakfast, would definitely stop here again. The only knock against it, they don't serve grits, but I'll manage. It is a small place hidden behind a gas station but it's there !

I eat breakfast here almost every morning during the week, and usually stop by with some friends on the weekend for breakfast or lunch. The diner has an older style to it. Swivel chairs at the counter, tables and chairs throughout the rest. Everyone is pretty friendly that works there and this is a local place with lots of regulars who joke around and sometimes it can be noisy. But normally it's a quite pleasant place to enjoy a meal. The menu has lots of choices and is pretty customizable. On the weekend it can be pretty crowded. Lots of families, friends and weekend motorcycle clubs like to stop in. There is only one grill so you might have to be patient until your order is ready on busy days like this. Oh, and even though this probably sounds like a commercial, they've added home made pies and muffins to the menu. They're pretty ballin'. I still haven't had one of their milkshakes or root beer floats. And to let people now, as of right now it is CASH ONLY. They say one day soon they'll get a credit card machine (I've suggested one of those iPhone card swipe attachments), but until then there's an ATM at the Shell Station, BP station and the PNC Bank right nearby.

We were driving thru the area to NY when I told "Siri" (my iPhone) that I am hungry, she responded with "we can't have that, here is 1 restaurant near you" and sure enough Ingram's diner popped up. Skeptical about diners out of NY, the reviews were good and we gave it a shot. Well I am super happy we did! We stopped for breakfast. It is a tiny place behind a gas station that only accepts cash. When I walked in, I felt like I stepped into the 80s, I felt like a kid again. It is down home, old school diner that still COOKS their food made to order. Their coffee delicious, I had eggs over easy with home fries and bacon. Everything was delicious. Parking lot was full when we pulled up. That's a good sign. Everyone is very friendly and you can see the family runs it. They take pride in service, quality and taste. The way an all American business should be run. We will definitely be back on our trips down south.

We've lived in the area for years and Ingram's is a fixture. I'm a sucker for true local diners because of how comfortable they feel. Honestly I'd love to own this joint and truly make it a destination through some food upgrades but I've done breakfast at the diner many times and enjoyed it every time. Three stars because I'm just being honest about the food compared to other places but for a diner experience that is praise.

Nice mom and pop place. It's old, simple, not very fancy - but very clean. The owning family is very nice, the food is great, priced right. It's a favorite breakfast or lunch stop of my motorcycle club when we're riding up towards western Maryland or WV.

Friendly service. Decent burger. I think if I was here for breakfast I might have given it more stars. The pie though was outstanding and homemade.

I must have picked the wrong time of day. It's usually packed for breakfast and we stopped in late afternoon for an early dinner. We had beef and meatloaf. The gravy tasted like it was out of a can and the potatoes tastes like out of a box. The meat was meh. Not sure if I should try it again but for breakfast.

Inauspicious truck stop gem serving quality home cooked fare. Turkey club with fries, followed by great slabs of coconut custard and mixed berry pies. What a find.
