Stopped in after seeing Cirque Italia nearby. I decided to check it out based on reading the review about the mambo? sauce that comes with the wings. I ordered 5 wings and fried rice and my wife ordered shrimp with lobster sauce. The wings we pretty good, not over or under cooked, the mambo sauce was pretty good but I think I still prefer just salt, pepper and ketchup or hot sauce. My wife said the lobster sauce was thinner than she is used too but the shrimp were tasty ! The service was good and I was impress with the person who took my ordered because of her ability to speak spanish.

2 Stars because the food is ok. Customer service is the worst!! It didn't use to be that way, as far back as I can remember- but personally I will NOT be going back. Scenario: A relative called in some orders. I arrive to pay and pick up 2 orders and my relative will pay and pick up the rest. I explained this and the elderly Asian woman proceeded to huff and get an attitude. "What 2 orders?" She asked. I repeated "Any two" and she finally rings up 2 orders. Then leaves the food sitting behind the counter out of reach and waits on other customers. This is not the first time I had split a bill with someone at this carry out. She repeatedly asks when is my relative coming and I repeat in about a couple of minutes. So, while she ignores me standing there I'm at this point in disbelief. I ask for my 2 orders that I have PAID for. They begin to stall and ask with an attitude, "In 2 separate bags?" I'm like in COMPLETE shock and I ask, Can I just please have my orders? Then the younger Asian woman comes out from the kitchen and begins fussing and asking yet again, when is my relative coming? I repeat myself yet again. At this point my relative arrives and at this point I tell him they are holding onto the food possibly because they think I am lying? The younger woman says "No, we don't think you're lying we just want to know if your're going to the same place." ?!?!? Then she says "The different orders are different prices so which two orders do you want?" Mind you I've already paid, so how difficult was it to look at their copy of the receipt to see which 2 orders I can pick up?!? The elderly Asian woman was standing closeby, she could've asked her ?!? I did notify them that I would NOT be returning.

This place is your typical hole-in-the-wall, dirty Langley Park carry-out. I grew up in an apartment across the street from Szechuan so I guess I'm used to this type of place. Despite its crappy appearance, they have the best chicken wing/mambo sauce in the area!! FOR CHEAP! So bad for you, but I can't resist the mambo sauce!!! sooo good. I crave it when I'm in Philly because they don't even know what it is up here :( boo... Also, probably one of the best wonton soups from a carry out I've ever had in the DMV. Usually, it's way too salty or tastes like wontons floating in tap water. Usually the wontons from other carryouts have like a pinch of meat that tastes like crap but this place knows how to do it right. Chicken wings w/ mambo sauce and a small wonton soup. Probably would be what I request as my last meal on Earth... hahahhaha. haven't been back in a while but dreaming of it!

Great food. Classic urban atmosph. If your in Langley Park this spot is one of the locals favorites. I highly recommend that you eat the food immediately, it loses it's taste and texture after an hour of sitting around or transport. The Chicken and Mambo Sauce takes me back to childhood memories of growing up in the area.

I wish I was the first to review this place. I guess I was too lazy. Admittedly I might be biased based on the fact that I grew up eating some of the food from here, and the fact that this is where I found out about mambo sauce. That sweet, sour, hint of spice, freakishly red concoction that leaves your fingers red after you douse you chicken wings and fries in this stuff, only in the dc/md area. Apparently you can't find the stuff if you're in baltimore (they've never heard of it) and NoVa (as my friends told me, they went to a carryout, got chicken wings and fries, asked for mambo sauce and got the blankest stare you could expect). Chicken wings and fries or fried rice. With mambo sauce. Period. So good, or maybe its just an area thing, but I love the stuff. No one will tell me how to make it though, thats the sad part. They also make a, imo, damn good steak and cheese. Can get soggy if you don't eat it relatively soon after its made, so I'd suggest not waiting too long if you decide to get one; they're generous with the meat that they stuff inside of the sandwich. But the most important thing to get there, chicken wings and mambo sauce. Its their bread and butter. Try it, love it, tell your friends that don't live in Maryland about it. P.S. Its located in the relatively now much more ghetto Langley Park, but don't be scared. No one will bother you if you're getting food. Its hard to get lost, intersection of New Hampshire and University Blvd in the shopping center with the taco bell and bank of america.
