I've been coming here for 10 years+ Always quick service and great chicken and the white sauces is love! Only thing i dislike is only cash! Please we're in 2015. Many people use credit/debt cards. Please update your merchant services.

have been going here for years. came in late tonight and ordered the usual. as im getting my food, a huge rat runs across the dining room area into the kitchen right in front of me. they never offered me my money back and kept trying to tell me it happened because the door was open. totally disgusted, and the ppl there brushed me off. will never go there again. thank you ppl of sardis for opening a new location in LP ...thats where u get ur pollo la brasa around here...NOT SENOR CHICKEN

What the hay? I must have visited here on the wrong day based on everyone's stellar reviews! I, on the other hand had a verrry diffferent experience. If you read my review about Safeway, then you will know that I was on a quest for chicken. Cooked chicken. Chicken that wasn't fried. Chicken that wasn't too expensive. Chicken that was on the way to my friend's house. Driving up University Blvd through Langley Park, I was certain I could find some good cheap chicken. So I stop by Senor Chicken. I walk-in and I'm excited that there is no line. I order half a chicken, rice and beans and salad. I pay, get a "number" and hang out on the side for a second, expecting my food. 15 mins later, I am still without chicken. I'm looking at the guys in the kitchen, and I couldn't figure out the delay. Maybe they were waiting for the chicken to cook? I don't know. If that was the case, it would have been nice for someone to give me a head up. So after about 20 minutes, I get my meal. Well, it was really for my friend...so I guess I got HER meal. When I arrive at her house, I'm curious to see what the food looks like. It took awhile, so I thought maybe they were just cooking it with a little extra love. Hmm, maybe not. I sample a bit of rice. Taste buds saaaaaaay "WHAMMY", wrong answer. The seasoning was off for me. I make my way over to the chicken. No whammies, no whammies...aaaand...stop! Taste buds saaaaaay "WHAMMY". Womp, womp. My chicken wasn't very flavorful. I've had Peruvian chicken many a times, and experienced varying levels of awesomeness. Unfortunately, this level of awesomeness was the lowest ever. That's not to say this was BAD food but... "Meh, I've experienced better."

Located in this mall that is largely visited by the hispanic population, it is also where Woodlands - the indian vegan restaurant is. I dropped by there the first time one day after my class at UMCP and it was probably the best thing I ever done. The location is a bit sketchy but honest to god, people there are really nice. I love going to Senor Chicken because it straight up serves the BEST peruvian chicken in the area, non-pretentious and lots of hispanic locals enjoy a nice meal there. The chicken is by far the most juicy, tasty and crispy. It is not as salty as most other peruvian joints. It's also very cheap and I also get lots of green hot sauce for FREE! The green hot sauce is the BEST compared to the others. I love this place. If you are ever in the area you have to check it out it's worth the stop!

Love this place. I eat the food from here about once a week! The chicken is super (dark meat to die for...) yuca is tasty, and salad is ok. They make a good potato salad side with beets and onions. The gyro is good, the chicken gyro is alright, but the chicken sandwich is delicious! inca cola, chicha morada for drinks. love it
