I've been to this Dunkin Donuts on multiple occasions, although usually at off times (10 am, 3 pm, 4 pm, 7 pm). The coffee was burnt. The service was slow. The selection of donuts and bagels was poor. The place was not very clean at all. I've given this DD many opportunities to change my opinion of it, but now I avoid it altogether.

Fridays are donut Fridays. It started most Fridays at work and has kind of blossomed into wanting a donut every Friday morning. There are many days that I go to work, hoping for donuts, but finding none. So, sometimes I take matters into my own hands and stop by Dunkin on my way to work. The manager at this Dunkin (at least I think he's the manager; he looked very manager-like) makes this place. He's efficient, friendly, quick - he and his staff have the morning rush down to an art. And I'm sure there's quite a rush, since this shop happens to be at the PG Plaza metro stop and bus depot. Lots of foot traffic. The donuts and coffee seem fresh and even in the "late morning" there is still a good variety. But, really, you can't go too wrong with a Dunkin Donut (I'm totally a Dunkin girl). The place is small, but there are a couple of tables. I imagine, though, that most people just pop in and pop out. And there's plenty of room to do that. There are a few metered parking spots out front, but I'm not sure they actually work. I popped in a few coins and nothing happened so I just went in. It might be a problem if you are planning to spend more than 20 minutes in the place, but I was able to get in and out without a ticket. There are also non-metered spots in the garage nearby. There's a new Dunkin opening next week that's actually on my way to work, but I'll definitely still stop in at this place from time to time, just for the service.

Its donuts and coffee, not hard right? This place is a quick and efficent stop for those trying to catch the metro. The staff is super quick if you just want a coffee/donut, i'm normally in and out in less than 5, but if its after 7am or on weekends be prepared for people who cant speak english and just point and those who are ordering for the enitre office. Side note, I love the faces of some of the staff members when the flow gets halted by someone who has not clue what they want. Makes me feel like i'm not the only one who has to deal with people like that. =)

The coffee is ok. The place is a little small and tables are typically dirty. Have been here several occasions and was given wrong order. The benefits is this location is that it is near metro , near my job and free wifi. The staff is pretty friendly and apologize when getting orders wrong and it beats going to Starbucks. Perhaps they need to work on getting better management and hire people who actually care about keeping the place clean.

Service seems to have gone downhill here lately. Perhaps because of the new employees (who stand around confused) or the surge in fall business. I get the same drink every time but unless one of the managers are making it, it is different every time. Today there was far too much cream--surely there's a standard for how many pumps go in a drink for a customer who isn't specific about the number of pumps she wants? Maybe this is the universe telling me to lay off the sugar and drink my coffee as black as I can. Places are only as good as their weakest employee. The managers are great, but the regular staff needs to step up their game. Also, if you frequent DD more than twice a week, you're a fool if you don't have the app. I've gotten a free medium iced coffee for the last four Mondays. Cheers to that.

Was overcharged a dollar on a large coffee this am. They refunded in cash. No big deal, but i went back for a refill later and no discounts on refills are offered. Probably wouldn't return to this location.

Having worked at a dunkin donuts before, I thought that maybe my standards were just a little too high from my time as an employee. But after the fourth or fifth time of dissatisfation, I think its safe to say that this new Dunkin Donuts across from the metro is awful. Good luck getting service with a smile. If you're lucky to get service. Or maybe they're just racist. I dunno. Most of my experiences have been the following: Me walking in to wait five minutes or so for the person working behind the counter to acknowledge me- And yes, they're standing right there- for a while, the question was "Hi, are you hiring?" The person typically stands there and stares at me like I'm stupid, then goes to get the other person working in the back because they can't understand me. Sad part is, I'm not overexaggerating. So I gave up on the hiring thing, and started coming to check out their food. Still, half-minded service. I've been served by people on their cell phones- my manager would have smacked me for that one. I've been served after the guy behind me was served, and I can assure you it was absolutely intentional. I've been served with an attitude that says "I hate this job and I hate you for making me do it." Not pleasant, at all. I understand, afternoons can be slow, but seriously...not cool. Unless your customer is being a douche, you never treat them like crap. Atleast thats what I was taught. Maybe I'm just too nice. The food is not worth the crappy service. Especially after the crime committed against my favorite donuts. A Boston Kreme donut should never be skimped on both the filling and the icing, but it was. Oh, and chocolate glaze? What glaze? There wasn't any glaze on it. Sloppy work, Lenard would be ashamed. So how was the caramel latte? Apparently, extra sugar translates to the manager as absolutely no sugar. There went my five bucks. And the bagel? Undercooked, with cream cheese only spread on one side. I dunno, personally, I was trained in customer satisfaction, and I'm never satisfied when I go here. As much as I hate starbucks, theres one across the street that I'd rather go to any day than this place. Spend your money there, atleast they pretend like they care.

Compact little shop recently opened. Friendly staff. Donuts ordered in the afternoon tasted freshly baked.

Will never visit another Dunkin Donuts due to the terrible service i recieved here. Dunkin Donuts became Dunkin DoNot. The wonderful smell of coffee lured me into the store. Upon entering and waiting in line to place an order, my baby vomited ALL over himself. I asked the manager if you need a key for the restroom because I know most places in the hood do and he said something to the effect of 'someones in there' so I waited outside the door for about 5 mins. The only other customer in the store suggested that I knock, so I did, there wasn't anyone in there. Then she proceeded to let the manager know that i needed the key to clean the baby off. This is when he said the restroom is for customers only. To make a long story short he refused to let me use the restroom. I let him know that I didnt come into the store and ask to use the restroom because my child vomited. I came in the store to order coffee & then my child vomited. I mean sure in the midst of this chaos I couldve stopped to order something just so i could utilize the restroom to clean my child off, or I couldve disregarded everyone and just stripped my child right there, cleaned him off and changed his clothes. Then when I asked for the managers name the guy informed me that he was the manager and laughed in my face. Not to mention while i'm going through this ordeal two other people walked straight in from outside, asked for the key and got it with no problem. They said oh he knows me, I come in here all the time. I'm appalled that someone in a position dealing with customers can be rude and crass. I have a feeling he knows which customers to treat good and which ones he can treat any kind of way, which would explain the 'good' reviews. My experience here was so dreadful that I never got around to tasting the coffee or donuts, i'm sure they're not bad. But the customer service is terrible.
