Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Great Food for a fair price, always get great portions of what I order. Small area to eat in. Great people who own the place and are always polite. And if you need gas and a beer that's right next door. It's all about connivance.

Food is good, really the only place left after they closed down Hong Kong in Dunkirk. A little diff to get to due how fast people drive around that area. You have a chinese rest next to a liquor store next to a gas station. You can't go wrong with that....

Got a takeout order of the Kung Pao Chicken combination plate. It had pork fried rice and an egg roll with it. The food was ready as soon as I got there. It was warm, flavorful, and plentiful as well. The service was friendly and the prices are very reasonable. If you're craving Chinese around Huntingtown, give this place a shot!

Need gas? Need liquor? Need Chinese food? Yes, Yes, and Yes! When you find yourself yearning for all three, this menage a trois really hits the spot. So give it a try: fill up, drink up, and eat up! Screw the juicer and get your Chinese food fix!

After reading the reviews, I was looking forward to trying lunch. Have to say, I was disappointed. I know people have bad days, but the young man behind the counter was just plain rude. I placed an order to go from the counter, so I had a little while to pay attention. He was rude to me, slammed the paper down to sign, slammed the pen down for me to use and didn't really speak to me in complete sentences, just one word commands. No, he doesn't have a communication barrier, he was young and spoke English just fine. Same thing for the orders he took on the phone, just abrasive and each time, he failed to thank the caller for their order and I don't think he ever said good bye, just slammed the phone down with a bang. I'm not exaggerating, actually made a BANG each time he put it down. All in all I just don't think he wanted to be there. The food was good, not great, but I'm afraid my experience in the store may have tainted my opinion. I ordered General Tso's Chicken. The lunch portion was good, but I was surprised that a Chinese combo didn't include an egg roll or crab Rangoon? The sauce was tasty. The fried rice was unremarkable, but not bad. I've tried various places around Calvert and I might try going back to China King some day, but if I'm not impressed enough to call this one "a guy had a bad day" it will be the last time I stop by.

Surprisingly good food! You wouldn't think much of a food joint attached to a liquor store and gas station but, it's tasty and served up quickly. General Tso's is a huge seller and they occasionally offer a really tender Peking Duck. You get tons of food for the price you pay. More of a take out only place though they do have some tables. Easily the best Chinese restaurant in Cal Co.

This is a little carryout restaurant that is attached to a liquor store/gas station. Their Hunan Triple Delight is quite tasty. The shrimp rolls are okay. I hear a lot of people ordering the General Tso's Chicken, so it must be pretty good. Of the Chinese restaurants in Northern Calvert county, China King is probably the best. They have a couple of tables in their waiting/ordering area. But, it's not a good place to sit down and enjoy a meal.

Take out order of crab ragoon, egg rolls, crispy beef and ckicken with snow peas. Egg rolls were dripping oil, crispy beef was chicken (and they want to argue on phone about it), and the snow peas and other veggies were over cooked and tasteless. Do not think i will get food from them again
